Abstract

Description

车辆安全带扣环
本发明涉及一种车辆安全带扣环，它包含：承载套，其中形成一接纳一插入舌形件的插入通道并装有一个可动碰锁；一环绕该套的壳体以及至少一个装在壳体内部的电气开关。
为了指示安全带的使用状态(即固紧或未固紧)，需要在安全带中装电气开关。在插入该插入舌形件时这些开关动作，然后产生一个信号经过一条由扣环壳体向外延伸的电缆提供到控制系统。根据控制系统的类型，要求不同型式的开关。对于一种皮带告警系统，可以采用通常闭合或通常断开的开关。对于与皮带操作装置相结合的皮带告警系统，需要一转换开关型的电气开关。最后对于气袋式查询系统，需要带有两个不同电阻的通常闭合或通常断开的开关。这种带有连接电缆的电气开关的安装目前是在组装扣环的过程中实现的。扣环的壳体做成两部分，只有在套上装配一个或一些电子开关之后才合在一起。这种两部分式的壳体不仅包含比单件式壳体更复杂的组件，而且还使机械强度降低，不太能防止灰尘的侵入。当不带电气开关的扣环组装基本上自动进行时，要使它们与各种不同的开关系统相配合，需要分开的组装和检查步骤。此外，由于已经存在带有连接电缆的开关使组装过程中的操作受到妨碍。
本发明试图明显简化装有电气开关的扣环的制造。根据本发明，在壳体已经处于组装状态下，开关通过在壳体后侧远离扣环内的插入通道的一个开孔进行装配。与扣环是否装有电气开关无关，因此扣环可以先完全组装好并仅提供一个单件式壳体。这样，具有电气开关的扣环的制造就与没有开关的扣环的制造没有不同，因此，为了装配电气开关所需的额外的复杂作业明显地减少了。
在本发明的优选实施例的情况下，通过锁销连接将开关附着到扣环的套上，使得它只须通过在壳体后侧的开孔插入即可。
结合附图，由从属权利要求和如下的详细介绍将会理解本发明的其它特点和优点。
图1以侧视图和平面图示意表示安全带扣环。
图2图示表示其中插有电气开关的同一扣环。
图3是扣环的纵向断面图。
图4是取自与插入通道的平面平行的断面的扣环的断面图。
图1所示的扣环是仅表示轮廓的通常形式的一种扣环。读者会看到有插入舌形件10、环绕扣环套的壳体12和固定连接件14。在扣环内部有一用标号16表示的用于容纳一个或多个电气开关的空间。通过在壳体12后侧远离插入舌形件10的开孔18可以进行该容纳空间。
如图2所示，电气开关20可以插入到这一容纳空间16，利用图示表示的锁销连接方式将这一开关锁在该套处。组件22用作一拉引释放装置和由后侧开孔18引出连接电缆。假如开关20和组件22不封闭后侧的开孔18是有利的，以便能够使已经进入扣环套内的灰尘能由该孔排出。然而，在某些情况下，利用一个附加元件使电气开关20封闭开孔18可能是有利的。
图3和4表示扣环的主要功能部分以及电气开关的配置。通常方式的扣环包括一承载套30，该套是由两个平行的钢片型金属零件构成的。在套30的这两个片之间形成一用于插入舌形件的插入通道32。一个由弹簧36推入关闭位置的碰锁34横交插入通道32安装在套30中能够移动。利用可由扣环前侧可接近的键38实现扣环的起动。壳体12与安装在其上的键38一起环绕套30。
通过壳体12的后侧开孔18插入的开关系统40包含几个彼此邻近配置的开关，各开关最好利用锁销连接方式安装到套30的顶部平片上。一推顶件42延伸在套30的两平片之间，使得在插入舌形件10引入该插入通道32中时，它朝前向着开关系统40移动。弹性接触的伸出件42a配置在推顶件42上，用以起动开关系统40。开关系统还可以另外装有安装在该套上的电气元件如电阻(未表示)。在图3和4没有表示开关系统40的多条总线。

Claims (9)

1.一种车辆安全带扣环，包括：一承载套，其中形成有用于接纳一插入舌形件的插入通道以及安装一个可动碰锁；一个壳体，环绕该套以及在该套内部配置至少一个电气开关，其特征在于，开关(20，40)通过在已经处于组装状态的壳体(12)的后侧且远离扣环中的插入通道的开孔(18)装配。
2.如权利要求1所述的扣环，其特征在于，利用锁销连接方式将开关(20；40)安装在套(30)上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的扣环，其特征在于，开关(20；40)连同连接到其上的连接电缆(24)以及用于电缆的拉伸释放装置插入到壳体(12)后侧的开孔(18)中。
4.如权利要求1到3中之一所述的扣环，其特征在于，多个电气开关(40)分组以重叠关系或彼此并列装到套(30)上。
5.如权利要求1到4中之一所述的扣环，其特征在于，开关(20；40)由扣环的功能部件(42)直接起动。
6.如权利要求5所述的扣环，其特征在于，开关(20；40)由扣环的推顶件(42)上的伸出件(42a)所起动。
7.如权利要求1至6中之一所述的扣环，其特征在于，在壳体(12)后侧的开孔(18)由插入的开关壳体以密封方式所关闭。
8.如权利要求1至6中之一所述的扣环，其特征在于，当开关壳体插入时在壳体(12)后侧的开孔(18)维持开通。
9.如权利要求1至8中之一所述的扣环，其特征在于，一些电子元件安装在该套(30)处。
