Abstract

Description

一种电子操纵的锁
本申请是在1997年2月申请的美国专利申请号为08/827,968的部分继续申请。本申请是现在放弃的1997年2月申请的美国专利申请号为08/927,968的部分继续申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种门锁,特别是涉及一种电子操纵的门锁。
背景技术
为了锁住门,锁栓从门上延伸到门框上的适当开口中,该锁栓可与其它锁元件分开,或者也可与普通的锁连接,该普通的锁用球形把手或杆形把手操纵。
现有的锁栓具有电池驱动的锁栓推拉机构,该机构通过把密码输入到手指操纵终端上驱动。
滚码技术的成本已降低到它可经济方便地用于上述锁中的程度。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种锁,该锁具有的锁栓可通过发生器或手指操纵终端输入密码,从而进行操纵。
根据本发明提供了一种电子操纵的锁,包括锁栓机构、可转动的轴体、转动杆装置、钥匙操纵的柱锁装置和电子操纵的装置。锁栓机构包括锁栓和锁栓驱动装置,驱动装置具有可转动的驱动件,用以使所述锁栓在推进和缩回位置之间移动。可转动的轴体用于转动所述的可转动驱动件。转动杆装置用于从门内部转动所述轴体,从而使所述锁栓从所述的推进位置到所述的缩回位置之间移动。钥匙操纵的柱销装置用于从门的外部转动所述轴体,从而使锁栓从所述的推进位置到所述的缩回位置之间移动。电子操纵的装置用于转动所述的轴体,从而使所述的锁栓从所述的推进位置到所述的缩回位置之间移动。电子操纵的装置包括小齿轮、滑板、可转动的大齿轮、电机和齿轮装置。小齿轮固定在所述的轴体上;被支撑的滑板用于垂直移动,并具有与所述小齿轮啮合的垂直齿条;所述滑板具有垂直独立的上和下水平延伸的控制表面;可转动的大齿轮具有偏心的、轴向伸出的轴销,轴销位于所述上和下水平延伸控制表面的中间;齿轮装置用于把所述电机的输出轴连接在所述的大齿轮上;所述的上和下控制表面可选择地定位,于是当所述的轴销从3:00位置到9:00位置的一个方向上转动时,所述的轴销移动所述的滑板,从而使锁栓移动到所述的缩回位置,于是当所述的轴销从9:00位置到3:00位置的一个方向上转动时,所述的轴销移动所述的滑板,从而使锁栓移动到所述的推进位置。

具体实施方式
普通的锁栓既可通过转动在门内的可转动杆10来操纵,也可通过转动门外的钥匙12来操纵。该钥匙插入到套在适当壳体16的柱销14中。扭转片18可转动地固定在壳体内,该扭转片截面呈“D”形,并伸入到锁栓24的驱动件22中的相同形状开口20中,还伸入到内部转动杆10轴部28的相同形状孔26中。柱销与扭转片联接,于是通过将可转动的杆转动90°或转动钥匙90°均可导致扭转片的转动而使锁栓30推进或缩回。
为了通过电子操纵该锁栓,驱动信号加在单向直流D.C.6V电机32上。可接收来自遥控发送器信号的接收器型的控制器33和电机均由电池34供电。电机具有蜗杆输出轴36,该蜗杆36驱动具有同轴小齿轮38(图3)的蜗轮37,小齿轮38驱动另一个大齿轮39(具有从大齿轮到蜗杆的250/1的齿轮减速)。蜗轮可旋转地安装在支撑板40上。该板还支撑电机和电池,大齿轮可旋转地安装在内部操纵装置下盖板44的内表面的适当轴承部件42(图5)上。
大齿轮(图3)的内(面向)表面具有轴向伸出的轴销50,该轴销呈按钮状,并位于滑动外罩(为清楚起见未示出)上的滑板56的上部面朝下控制表面52,和下部面朝上控制表面54之间(滑板的位移在受两个相对的垂直导轨57(部分示出)的限制下进行垂直位移)。大齿轮具有两个初始位置:一个是轴轴销处在3:00位置,另一个轴销处在9:00的位置,并且如图3所示,该大齿轮逆时针旋转。假定在销处于3:00的位置,并且滑板如图5所示处于完全向下的位置时,锁栓被推进,驱动电机会使大齿轮逆时针旋转,从而使轴销与上控制表面52啮合。当轴销在12:00的位置时,该轴销与上控制表面的尖峰53啮合,并且滑板处于完全向上的位置。当轴销靠近下控制表面54达到9:00位置时,电机将停止。当电机再次操作时,轴销将继续逆时针转动与下控制表面54啮合,并且当轴销处于该表面的尖峰55时,达到其完全向下的位置。逆时针旋转会继续进行,直到轴销达到靠近上控制表面的3:00位置。为控制电机的驱动,将柱塞型微动开关70(图2)固定在支撑板上,以监控大齿轮39的转位,另一个相似的开关72固定在支撑板上,以监控滑板是否在其完全向上(未锁定)的1/8″位置。第一开关70由杆74来操纵,该杆安装在支撑板上,并通过一对杆操纵件76移动,杆操纵件76固定在大齿轮后面并可移动地操纵开关。当电机驱动时,它会持续直到杆操纵件的其中一个使开关动作,随后电机将停止。第二开关72通过在滑板56顶部的斜台73(图5)进行操纵,如果滑板在其完全向上的1/8″位置时,该斜台将使第二开关72的柱塞动作。如果第二开关动作,控制件得知滑板在其向上位置。
参见图5,小齿轮80安装在转动杆10的轴部28上,并且与固定在滑板的后端的垂直齿条82接合。在人工操作模式中,钥匙或转动杆的转动都会使位于轴部28的“D”形开口26内的扭转片18转动,从而使锁栓移动到缩回位置或推进位置。在该模式中,无论何时轴部转动(轴部可自由地穿过大齿轮的中心孔84),小齿轮将转动并且使齿条随之被动地垂直移动。在电子开锁的状态(图6),发送器100发送一个RF开锁信号,该信号可通过接收器接收(步骤102),随后该接收器要验证一下锁栓是否实际上在延伸(步骤104)。如果锁栓延伸,电机会驱动以使轴销转动180°(步骤106:大齿轮将从其滑板完全向下/锁栓推进的3:00位置,逆时针旋转180°到滑板完全向上锁栓处于开锁的9:00位置)。这就使锁栓开锁,如果控制件确认了锁栓处于开锁位置(步骤108),控制件就确定是否系统处在自动再锁状态(步骤110)。如果在步骤108缩回位置的锁栓位置没有确认,误差计数器则增值(步骤112),数值(现在为1)将与2比较(步骤114),由于误差数值小于2,则第二次尝试将缩回锁栓(步骤106)。如果锁栓还是没有缩回,误差计数器将增加到2,由于现在的数值是2,比较器就会发出信号(步骤114),该信号导致发出误差信号。在人工再锁状态时,锁栓将人工再锁(当锁栓的人工再锁使滑板达到其最低位置时,轴销不在其9:00的位置)。当控制器再次接收到RF信号开锁时,可以知道锁栓被推进(步骤104),结果大齿轮再次旋转180°,使轴销返回到3:00的位置。由于此时没有缩回锁栓,步骤108则使误差计数器增值(步骤112),比较器(步骤114)再次驱动电机使驱动轴销转动第二个180°(步骤106),返回其使锁栓缩回的9:00位置。
另外,发送器也可发送信号将门锁住。接收器可接收使锁栓锁定的信号(步骤118),然后确认锁栓处于开锁位置(步骤120),接着驱动电机使大齿轮转动第二个180°(步骤122),以使轴销返回到3:00的位置,这样可推进锁栓。确认推进锁栓的位置(步骤124)。如果锁栓没有推进,那么误差计数器增值(步骤126),并且比较器再次驱动电机(步骤128),第二次尝试使锁栓推进。如果第二次尝试失败,误差计数器增值到2(步骤126)。比较器发生信号(步骤128),于是产生了误差信号。
在完全自动的状态下,一旦锁栓缩回,则确定单元处在自动再锁状态(步骤110),操作计时器(步骤132)以便选择时间间隔,并发生信号驱动电机使驱动轴销转动,从而锁定锁栓(步骤120)。
可转换第三位置开关90,以确定其操作是在自动再锁状态还是在非自动状态,或可转换该开关到第三识别状态,于是在系统中可应用发送器。
从图3中可以看到,轴销具有曲面92,由偏斜件94支持,如果轴销位于门锁定的6:00位置,那么人工转动可转动杆会使轴销沿凸轮的表面轨迹运动,于是齿条上升,这样使小齿轮转动,从而将门打开。
可以将锁安装得能用左手或右手操纵。假定描述的是左手操纵,右手操纵将造成轴销顺时针运动。此时,上和下控制件表面的另外一半与轴销啮合,并且齿条会从滑板56上的右侧齿条支撑件96中移开,将齿条翻转并安置在滑板上的左侧齿条支撑件98上。滑板具有包容在上肋100和下盖板的两个下肋102中的一对底柱99和头部100。
轴向伸出的轴销50可从如图3所示的按钮形改造成如图7所示的类似于香蕉的弯曲形状50A,于是与朝上的控制件表面54A或朝下的控制件表面52A啮合的轴销弯臂,在其啮合的过程中保持匀速。在该实施例中,所述的3:00位置是弯曲的轴销处于6:00到3:00的四分之一圆弧处,而9:00的位置是弯曲的轴销处于12:00到9:00的四分之一圆弧处。朝上和朝下的控制件表面52A、54A只需要从滑板56A的中心延伸到其中的边缘。一对杆操作件76A操作开关70,该开关监控大齿轮39A的转位。在可替代的实施例中,斜台73A设计成当滑动件在其完全向下的1/8″的位置(锁栓推进位置)时操作第二开关。

Claims (8)

1.一种电子操纵的锁,包括锁栓机构、可转动的轴体、转动杆装置、钥匙操纵的柱锁装置和电子操纵的装置;
锁栓机构包括锁栓和锁栓驱动装置,驱动装置具有可转动的驱动件,用以使所述锁栓在推进和缩回位置之间移动;
可转动的轴体用于转动所述的可转动驱动件;
转动杆装置用于从门内部转动所述轴体,从而使所述锁栓从所述的推进位置到所述的缩回位置之间移动;
钥匙操纵的柱销装置用于从门的外部转动所述轴体,从而使锁栓从所述的推进位置到所述的缩回位置之间移动;
电子操纵的装置用于转动所述的轴体,从而使所述的锁栓从所述的推进位置到所述的缩回位置之间移动;电子操纵的装置包括小齿轮、滑板、可转动的大齿轮、电机和齿轮装置;
小齿轮固定在所述的轴体上;
被支撑的滑板用于垂直移动,并具有与所述小齿轮啮合的垂直齿条;所述滑板具有垂直独立的上和下水平延伸的控制表面;
可转动的大齿轮具有偏心的、轴向伸出的轴销,轴销位于所述上和下水平延伸控制表面的中间;
齿轮装置用于把所述电机的输出轴连接在所述的大齿轮上;

3.根据权利要求2所述的电子操纵的锁,其中,所述的轴销是按钮状物,并具有圆外形以便于所述轴销偏斜。
4.根据权利要求2所述的电子操纵的锁,其中,所述的轴销是圆弧的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电子操纵的锁,还包括用于指示所述的轴销是在所述的3:00位置还是在所述9:00位置的第一开关位置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电子操纵的锁,还包括用于指示所述的滑板是大致在锁栓缩回的位置还是在锁栓推进的位置的第二开关装置。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电子操纵的锁,还包括所述柱销的罩体和可转动地由所述罩体支撑的扭转片,所述的转动杆装置包括转动杆部分和与所述扭转片连接的轴部分,其中,所述的轴体包括所述的扭转片和所述的连接轴部分。
8.一种电子操纵的锁,包括锁栓机构、可转动的轴体和电子操纵的装置;
所述锁栓机构包括锁栓和锁栓驱动装置,驱动装置具有可转动的驱动件,用以使所述锁栓在推进位置和缩回位置之间移动;
可转动的轴体用于转动所述的可转动驱动件;
