Description

电子自动售货机
本发明涉及一种用于根据市场状况给自动售货机自动调节价格的方法和装置，在所述自动售货机中存放了供销售的有限数量的食物或货物。
安放有诸如食品或鲜花的已知的上述自动售货机通常要受到相当程度的供求状况波动的影响。此外，在天气，节假日或在售货机附近发生的偶发事件常常造成销售的损失或所提供的货物因损毁而蒙受损失。甚至有这样的情形，在下次重装时售货机内已空空如也。
重装各项货物或全部货物是按照规定的时间间隔进行的。在大多数情形下，一些经验数据用作为计算要重装的各类货物的精确数量的基础，而具体说，要提供的不同货物的相对的存放数据则是尤为重要的。
此类售货机的一个特别的缺点是这种重装是基于很为模糊的经验数据。具体地说，我们没有将如上所述的在销售方面的波动考虑进去。保证现有售货机的能在所有的时间内最佳的开发利用的唯一的办法是经常而规律地检查每个机器，以便发现各类货物的销售情况和如有必要进行或迟或早的补给。
这种情形也发生在提供纯服务的场合。于是，在有独立的或联网的信息站的情形下，我们可以考虑有一个与一天内的时间相关的使用费标价，以便以较好的方式来修改设备的或与其配套的通信网络的操作费用，因为所需费用在一天中是变化的。另一场合是各类票据的联机销售。这类交易现在已经采用联机处理，并会在刚才所谈到的信息站上得到更大程度的应用。
因此，本发明的目的是为了以这样一种方式来改进此类自动售货机：它可以独立地按照当前的供求状况来调节价格而无需操作员的外部干预。
在本发明中，此任务是这样来解决的：利用一个数据处理单元将诸如当前时间或在机器中的所提供的特定项目或服务，或所有货物和服务，的存量之类的当前市场数据记录在机器中。在这些数据的基础上作一个当前市场状况的自动统计，并由此电子显示经适当确认或修改的货物机售价。
于是，如果发现存货快售完，则其价格可以增加，或如果滞销，则将其降价。在另外一个例子中，在滞销时在机器上显示诸如“特价”这样的字样。
所有这些建议的机器如同一个电子自动售货机一样工作。
应该强调的是，本发明的基本构思，如上描述的独立操作的售货机，也是可应用于其他的售货或售卖计划，其中销售的模式是高度地和诸如难于预测的天气等外部状况相关的，并根据状况的变化而不断地调整价格。
下面将结合实施例和有关附图来解释本发明。
图1a和1b是示出了当前技术的自动售货机的销售曲线(重装量与时间关系)；
图2示出了作为本发明的自动售货机的理想销售线；
图3示出了作为本发明的理想的销售曲线与当前不确定的销售曲线(虚线)的例子；
图4示出了作为本发明的一个特例的带有销售数据的全面的变换表；
图5示出了本发明的用来调整价格的处理步骤的流程图；和
图6示出了实施本发明的价格调整的电路原理图。
本发明是基于这样的构思：通过指示适当的销售预测规律和将其应用于此类适当技术的售货机中来确定价格。通过记录反映机器销售状况的数据，可以获得一个销售是否比预期的好或坏或正常的估测。预测销售的此类参数有：
…日子类型(工作日，星期日，假日)
…一天里的时间
…所处季节(夏季，冬季)
…邻近假日〔圣诞节，复活节，情人节，母亲节〕
…自上次重装后的销售量及其至所考虑的时间与正常销售量的比率。
由于这些销售因素，这种售货机中两次重装之间的销售过程常常会在两个极端中变化。这种关系用图1a和b说得更清楚。这些图以在整个时间里面提供的货物成服务的量来表示销售过程。
图1用一条销售曲线1示出了自动售货机的销售情况，在重装时间2时机器满装货物，而销售显得相当稳定。在下次重装日3以前的时间X，机器的货物常常已销售一空。如果我们已经将下次重装时提前或在较早时已以较高的价格来销售货物和服务的话，则这种情况本来是可以避免的(自动销售原则)。不管如何，这种情况意味着使顾客厌恶，因为顾客发现在时间X后机器已销售完了。
与此相对照，图1b示出了在重装时间4时仍然部分装有货物。
因此，货物本可以以一个较低的价格销售掉。这意味着机器的操作者失去了部分业务。此外，在装置了诸如寿司或鲜花之类等易腐品的情况时，它们会因变质而无法出售，从而导致损失。
为克服这些缺点，本发明的目的是为了提出一种定价机制，利用这种机制，使机器可以完全独立地制定销售曲线，使得在尽可能接近于重装日的时候销售完货物。为此，本发明提供了不同形式的图表，用以改变销售价。
在第一步，相应于图2的曲线10被输入到机器内，并将这些销售线作为控制的基础。采用对应于星期日和节假日，夏季或冬季等不同重装周期(日子类型)的不同的理想销售曲线具有优越性。任何与该理想销售线的偏离都会使售货机调整价格，下面将对此作详细的解释。
利用用图3所示的图，如果与各条理想曲线10发生偏离，则立刻就可以改变价格。实线10代表一条理想的曲线，而虚线11代表一条当前的市场状况。一旦与理想曲线的偏离超过以一个门限值表征的范围，则价格就会增加，例如增加5％。图4示出了考虑到在理想销售线25的两侧的许多不同变化带宽20…24的完整的价格变化图表。根据统计数据确定所述每种不同日子形式的图表，并将其存入数据库中。
采用以反馈处理来对表作较简单调整的EEPROM(电可擦只读存储器)形式的数据库是特别有用的。根据需要来确定对数据库的详细的程度(每种日子类型的表数，例如相对于一天的时间或每个图表的曲线数)。
利用图5的流程图，现在我们可以详细地解释本发明的用来调整各个机器价格的方法的一个实施例。售货机的价格的最初确定是基于估测的预期的销售数据30，该数据30是如前描述的以变化图表的形式存储在数据库中。如上所述，可以提供几份变化图表，每个图表相对于不同的外部状况，这些状况可以用光和/温度使感器(天气状况)和/或时间发射器(白天/夜晚)来记录这些状况。
在该例子中，考虑tx时刻的情形，用普通的机械和/或电子设备31记录此时的当前销售数据(实际的货物和/服务的库存量的数据)并将其与如上所述的预期销售数据相比较。如果在该时刻的当前销售数据是低于预期的数据32，这意味着，例如说，至少有一个提供的货物/服务可能被售出了，则根据变化图表数据和各个对理想曲线33的偏离情况来增加各个机器货物的售价。此后，在可指定的下次时间再确定当前销售数据。如果销售数据是在理想曲线周围的规定允许范围内，则保持现在的机器的销售价格不变，并在下次时再作新的比较32。
但是如果当前销售数据是在理想曲线之下，则下一步是来检查一下，看看是否数据是在理想曲线34之上。如果是，则机器的销售价格根据与理想曲线35的各自的偏离程度而降低。
因此，发生如下的调整步骤：
…根据存储在缓冲存储器中存储的关于一天的时间，日子的类型和天气的信息，从数据库装载各个产品的变化表；
…对每个产品的实际的销售与存储在表中的带宽相比较，并将结果考虑在下次的重装数据中。
…由此确定“下次”的曲线；
…根据各个带宽来调整售价。
作为采用存储在机器中的控制程序形式的上述变化图表另一方案，我们下面示出了一个以采用示于图6中的原理图的电路形式的本发明的实施例。对此，如上已经讲过的，包括数据库的变化图表存储器40可采用EEPROM的形式。
在示例中，采用一个或多个传感器，将关于天气，一天中的时间和/或日子(日子类型)的模式信息为适当定价予以记录并存储在缓冲器42中。此外，可以利用定时器423来记录时间和/或各个日期作为在机器所在处的主要的外部状况。同样，将每种情况下确定的当前销售数据(实际销售)也存储起来(未予显示)。
首先用一比较器44将存储在变化存储器中的图表与说明外部状况的数据相比较，并根据比较的结果，将它们用作为相应于这些状况图表的基础。而且，用比较器44或未在本文中示出的其他的比较器，将当前销售数据与包含在各图表中的数据相比较并将结果送到价格产生器45中。价格产生器现在给所提供的一个或更多的货物/服务产生一个适当调整的新价格，并由显示器46将价格显示出来。
采用如上所述的电路，这类上述构思的售货机可完全独立地产生修正的机器售货价，并可将这些价格显示在普通的显示设备中。
另外一些用于如上描述的型式，例如，是采用“模糊逻辑”系统，专家系统或神经元网络，它们可以不断地学习和最佳化用于特定外部状况的理想曲线。

Claims (10)

1.用于自动地自适应控制自动售货机中的价格的方法，在该机器中以单独确定的机器的货物售价提供了一定数量的货物和/服务，其特征在于下列步骤：
根据预期的销售准备(30)销售预测数据；
记录(31)当前的销售数据；
根据当前销售数据与预测的销售数据的偏离程度来调整(33，35)至少一个机售价；
显示经适当调整的机售价。
2.根据权利要求1的方法，其特征在于：预期销售是根据存在于售货机外部的状况参数(41，43)确定的。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法，其特征在于：预测销售数据是由至少一个数据串(40)表示的，该数据串有至少一条理想曲线以及一个规定的变化带宽，这样来确定改变机售价的门限数据。
4.根据权利要求3的方法，其特征在于：至少两个数据串(变化图表)被用作为销售预测，每个数据串用至少一个相应的外部状况的参数来记录，使得可按照记录的状况来在数据串之间进行转换。
5.根据以上一个或一个以上的权利要求的方法，其特征在于：以一个特定的方式显示从较高机售价到较低机售价的转换。
6.根据前述一个或一个以上的权利要求的方法，其特征在于：理想销售曲线和/或转换带宽是自动确定或学习的。
7.一种自动售货机，机内提供了机售价单独确定的一定数量的货物和/服务，其特征在于：
用来提供用作为预期销售的预测销售数据的设备(40)；
用来记录当前市场数据的设备(31)；
用来根据当前市场数据和预测销售数据自动评估市场状况的设备(44)；
用来对至少一类货物和/或服务计算当前机售价的设备(45)。
8.如权利要求7所述的自动售货机，其特征在于：
用来提供至少用于销售预测的两个数据串的设备；
用来记录被至少一个参数修改的外部状况的设备；和
用来根据记录的状况在数据串之间转换的设备。
9.如权利要求7或8所述的自动售货机，其特征在于：
用来记录当前销售数据的设备；
用来记录机外流行的销售状况的传感器(41)；
用来记录当前时间的定时设备(40)；
用来提供转换图表的存储器设备(40)；
用来将当前销售数据与在转换图表中的相应的销售数据相比较的比较器设备(44)；
用来产生考虑了比较结果的当前机售价的产生器设备(45)；
用来显示当前机售价的显示器设备(46)。
10.根据权利要求7至9中的一个或一个以上的权利要求的自动售货机，其特征还在于：用来专门显示从较高机售价到较低机售价转换的的设备。
