Abstract
一种把标签贴在光盘上的装置,包含:具有在使用中的上、下端的圆筒(8);从所述圆筒使用中的上端延伸出的圆周凸缘;可滑动地安装于所述圆筒内且有使用中的上表面的柱塞件(5);直径大致与标签中央孔的直径相等,从所述柱塞件上表面延伸出的第一杆(4);直径大致与光盘中央孔的直径相等,从所述第一杆延伸出的第二杆(3)。所述柱塞件适于从第一位置,即所述第二杆的全部和第一杆至少一部分向上延伸高过所述的凸缘上表面之上,移动到第二位置,即至少第一杆靠在所述的凸缘上表面之下或与其齐平。在使用中把标签放在所述凸缘上,其标签的中央孔套在第一杆上,并把光盘的中心孔套在第二杆上,从而在柱塞从第一位置移动到第二位置时,标签就贴在光盘上了。
Description
本发明涉及把两个中央都有孔从而可以同轴对准的大致为平面的盘贴或粘在一起的装置,更特定地说,本发明涉及将标签与光盘对中并将标签粘贴于光盘上的装置。
光电存储装置目前包括存储数字信息的只读存储光盘(CD-ROMs),所述数字信息可以是可听的或者可视的,也可以是可听的及可视的兼而有之。只读存储光盘包含腐蚀的或刻制的塑料或“玻璃”盘,因而将其置于只读存储光盘阅读器内高速旋转时,可用激光或其它扫描方法识别所刻内容。
只读存储光盘一般无法从形状,功用和制造上区别。一张只读存储光盘的信息的性质或内容,如果说不是不可能的话,一般也要说很难只用眼看而予以识别的。因此有必要提供一种带有外加的独特的标志或标签的只读存储光盘。
只读存储光盘对其所存信息的保真能力在很大程度上决定于盘置于持续稳定高速的情况下绕其物理中心旋转的能力。这种旋转使所用的标志方法复杂化。
传统的墨基的加标识的方法,要把墨直接用于盘上,这就要使用一种在持续高速旋转时仍能保持于原位的墨。而且,这种墨必须对盘的材料无害,使用诸如毡尖、笔之类的一般书写工具,一般是不能令人满意的,因为墨可能含微粒,会从盘上游离出来,有可能进入并积聚于光盘阅读器的机构内。此外,如果只读存储光盘用于商业出售或使用,此种标识方法显得没有专业的外观。
专用于光盘上打印的打印机,市场有售。然而此类打印机目前的价格在3000到10000英镑之间,对于只少量生产只读存储光盘的人来说,就太昂贵了。
替代把墨标识直接用于光盘上的方法是使用标签,通常为自粘标签,它可以附着于光盘上。这样做,诚然从理论上讲似乎很简单,可是因为光盘的转速必须很高,标签的粘贴必须做到在对光盘的总体平衡上没有不良影响。具体说,就是粘贴后的光盘的平衡中心必须保持在几何中心附近。非同轴地附着于光盘上的标签,例如“半月”形或半圆形的标签就已经出过故障,往往使光盘实际上不能用。
现有一种将自粘标签同轴地贴于光盘的装置,它包含第一和第二两个部件:其第一部件包括一个圆筒,所述圆筒的一端为一个外表稍稍凸起的凸面所封闭,所述凸面有一个大小大致与标签的中央孔相当的中央孔;第二部件包括一个柱塞,所述柱塞有一个直径与第一部件的孔的直径接近的第一部分和一个直径与光盘中央孔的直径相接近的第二部分,所述柱塞的第一部分和第二部分一起形成一个放置光盘的凸肩。
在使用中,操作者在开始时必须把带粘结剂的标签置于第一部件上,使粘贴面向上,标签的孔与圆筒端面的中央孔对准。这一步可能也很困难,因为标签可能粘到操作者的手指上,因此在操作者要把手指挪开去把光盘压到标签上时标签中心就偏离了。而且,如果操作者不压住标签,它还有上翘的倾向。
标签位于第一部件上要求的位置时,可把保持于柱塞凸肩部上的光盘向下压到标签上。为了使标签和光盘对准,做到所要的同轴,必须在推柱塞的第一部分穿过第一部件和标签已对准的孔的同时,压光盘使之牢牢靠于凸肩部。
因为标签和光盘所压在的第一部件的表面不是平的,必须小心操作,保证做到标签和光盘之间不要夹有气泡,因为这些气泡不仅不好看,还可能在只读存储光盘阅读器内引起平衡问题。
因此,可以理解,要使用现有的这种装置把标签和光盘的中央孔正确地对准有赖于操作员的技术和手的灵巧。此外,所述装置还有赖于操作者工作很有条理,把两个部件保持得很近,供使用。
因而,本发明的一个目的是提供一种制造费用不贵,可以手工操作,而又能克服上面提到的那些问题的装置,它能可靠地使标签和光盘的中央孔对准并基本上消除操作者失误的可能性。
按照本发明的一方面,提供了一种把具有直径为A的中央孔的基本上是平的第一物件贴附于具有直径为B的中央孔的基本是平的第二物件的装置,所述装置包括:
1.使用中分上下端的圆筒;
2.使用中从所述圆筒上端延伸出的圆周凸缘;
3.可滑动地置于所述圆筒内的柱塞件;
4.从柱塞件使用中的上表面延伸出的直径大约为A的第一杆;
5.从第一杆上延伸出的直径大致为B的第二杆,其特点是直径A大于直径B;柱塞件适于从第二杆和第一杆至少一部分延伸高过凸缘的上表面之上的第一位置移动到至少第一杆低于凸缘的上表面或与凸缘上表面齐平的第二位置。
使用上述发明,第一物件和第二物件的中央孔可以可靠地对准,处于同轴位置,通过柱塞从第一位置移动到第二位置,此两个物件合在一起而两中央孔对准的状态不变。具体地说,由于第一杆的直径大致与第一物件的中央孔的直径相等,第一物件通过第一杆穿过其中央孔而位于凸缘上的应该处于的位置。与此相类似,第二杆,直径大致与第二物件的中央孔相等,可以把第二物件保持于其应处的位置。
在优选实施例中,位于所述圆筒内的柱塞件的移动是弹簧推动的。最好给所述圆筒配备一个与柱塞件使用中的下表面相配合的弹簧,它把柱塞件从第二位置即低位推移到第一位置即高位。这样,柱塞自动回到起始位置,供使用。
当装置设有弹簧时,最好通过一个封闭器件或通过横向延伸圆筒使用中的下端的盖盘,将弹簧置于圆筒内。为了避免在柱塞下压时在圆筒内积聚压力,封闭容器最好设有压力释放装置,例如用孔的方法让空气从圆筒内逸出。当然压力释放装置也可设在此装置的别的地方。例如在圆筒的壁上。
为了好用,所述圆筒可以在其下端安装一个支承件,以便于施压使柱塞从第一位置移到第二位置时,装置保持稳定。所述支承件可以采用大致是平板的形式并可与上述封闭部件联成一体或分开的。
为了易于制造和美观起见,所述支承件可以模仿圆周凸缘的形状,此外,为了不使压力释放装置的功用发挥不出来,在支承件使用中的下面可以设置多个支脚以抬高支承件。设置这些支脚还有助于减少划伤或损坏使用地点的工作面。
理想的做法是使柱塞件不至从所述圆筒使用中的上端拨出,例如可以在圆筒内使用中的上端设置一个卡圈,但圆周凸缘延伸超过圆筒的内径更好。
凸缘最好有能支承第一平物件的上表面,为了做到这一点,凸缘的内径最好近乎等于直径A。而且凸缘的上表面虽然可以是略微凹下的,但最好基本上是平面的,因为用于把粘性标签贴于光盘时,平面可以减少形成气泡的机会,还可避免把光盘弄弯。诚然圆周凸缘的外形可以是圆的,可这不是最主要的,也可以设想为与其支承的平物件相适合的其他形状。
第二杆与第一杆同轴,并且是从第一杆延伸出来的。此外,第二杆的直径小于第一杆的直径,因此在两个杆分界处做成凸肩形部分,第二平物件至少有一部分在使用中受该部分支承。
第二杆最好有足够的长度,使得操作者能把它用作柱塞杆,使柱塞在第一位置与第二位置之间移动。这样做,就不必再要手柄或夹持装置了,无论如何,如果加上这些附加部件,都会有损于根据本发明的装置的方便与简单。
各种各样的柱塞件和杆虽然可以用粘接剂或螺丝钉互相连接,但为了容易制造和牢固,最好用车削或者更简单的办法模制成一个部件。
本发明如所说明,特别适合于把具有粘性的标签贴于光盘上。在此种粘贴中,第一平物件一般就是将粘剂面向上置于圆周凸缘上的标签。因为第一杆和标签孔的直径大致相同,还因为第一杆处于起始位置时延伸高过凸缘的上表面,标盘实际上不可能移动或滑动,标签也没有什么卷曲的可能性。第二平物件一般就是光盘,由于第二杆和光盘孔的直径相同,光盘的放置位置使第二杆穿过光盘孔。正如人们会理解的那样,光盘的下表面将落到第一杆的上端,因为第一杆的直径大于光盘的孔径。一旦光盘和标签均位于各自的起始位置,只要简单压第二杆使标签上表面与光盘的下表面接触从而把标签粘贴到光盘上。
按照本发明的另一方面,提供了一种使用上述装置把标签贴于光盘上的方法。
本发明的方法和装置适合于把各种形状和大小的标签贴于光盘上。要把尽可能多的信息列入标签时,标签可以几乎扩大到光盘的外缘,如若给的信息量不大时,标盘的直径也可以小于光盘。改变第一杆的直径,就有可能满意地把任何选定的宽度或直径的标签贴上。
用在光盘上的标签一直使以信息的形式存在于光盘的任何内容都含糊不清的。要增加信息,同时又要保持已有的信息会有缺点。直至现在为止,一直有必要在要贴上的标签上既再生出原有的信息又要把增加的信息一起附上,这样做不仅耗费时间,还有把错误引入原有材料的危险。
因此本发明的又一方面是提供了一种可以让人们查看其下面的光盘表面的光盘和标签,更特殊的是本发明包含透明的用于光盘的标签。
不是所有的透明材料都适合于贴到光盘上,人们一直在研究寻找可用的透明材料和粘结剂的组合,粘结剂既要与光盘又要与标签相容。许多试验组合都没有成功,遇到的主要问题是标签贴到光盘时产生气泡和皱折。此种标签要能用激光打印机打印也很重要。
根据本发明又一方面,光盘用的透明的标签最好是透明的软聚合材料制的,而且在其至少一面有一层丙烯基粘结剂涂层。所述聚合材料可以是聚酯之类。
用另一种方法表述,本发明提供了一种能把两个圆形物件同轴地放在一起的,例如把圆形平标识物贴于圆形平的只读存储光盘上的装置。
从再一方面看,本发明提供了一种用于把标签贴于只读存储光盘的整体组件,所述整体组件包括一个封闭组件,在此封闭组件内有一个能上下移动,起到把带粘结剂的标签的中央孔与只读存储光盘中央孔对准并在同轴状态下把标签贴到只读存储光盘上的作用的柱塞件。
更具体地,所述组件是这样的,柱塞件有一个停留位置,向上延伸,穿过外壳组件顶上的孔,其延伸的高度足以避免标签卷曲引起的麻烦。
按照本发明又一个方面,提供了一种粘贴标签的装置,至少包括:一个直径固定的圆筒,一个置于所述圆筒开口端带有圆孔的平物件和一个具有几段直径的杆。所述杆可以从上方的穿过平表面上的孔的停留位置移动到最下面的位置。杆在此位置上时其直径较大的部分位于圆筒内,而直径较小的两部分仍突出于圆筒顶部平面上的孔的上面。
在工作中,首先把中心孔较大的盘,典型的为标签,有粘结剂的平面向上地放置于装置的平面上,此时杆穿过装置的平面和孔较大的这个盘的中心。再将中央孔直径较小的盘放在杆向上穿过了装置的平面中心和中心孔较大的盘的中心的那一部分上。
本发明把附着粘结剂的标签贴于只读存储光盘上的操作如下:
去掉自粘标签的蜡纸层,再把标签有粘贴剂的一边向上,套于杆上放置于装置的平面上。在此位置上,杆穿过标签中央的孔。把只读存储光盘套于杆上,平放下。在此位置上,由于有杆,光盘不与标签接触。向下轻推光盘,杆向圆筒内缩回,直至只读存储光盘与标盘的粘结剂面接触。
现参照附图用举例的方法说明本发明的特定实施例。附图中:
图1示出本发明优选实施例的所有零件和只读存储光盘1和光盘标签2;
图2示出本发明的完全安装好的装置及粘贴之前的只读存储光盘和光盘标签的透视图。
参看图1,本发明包含有中央孔6的上盖板7。该板固定于圆筒8上,使得圆孔8与孔6同轴地对准。在本优选实施例中,下盖板9固定于圆筒8的下筒上。由上盖板7。圆筒8和下盖板9组成的封闭组件21内有柱塞5。与柱塞5成为一体的有同轴但直径不同的实心杆3和4,其中杆3最细,两个杆向上突起,超过上盖板7上面。柱塞5可在封闭组件21内自由上下活动。
图1中示出的本发明的优选实施例包括一个安装于封闭组件21之内,在下盖板9和柱塞5之间的弹簧11。弹簧11保证柱塞5停留于最上面的位置,因而杆3和4向上突出穿过上盖板7的中央孔6。柱塞5的直径大于孔6的直径,因而在正常运行中,柱塞5不会移出封闭组件21。
按照图2所示,本发明用于以下述步骤把标签贴于只读存储光盘上:将标签2的粘贴面向上置于上盖板7上,使得杆3,4穿过标签2的中心孔;把只读存储光盘1要贴标签的面向下朝向正放在上盖板7上的标签2的粘贴面,这样置于杆3上。只读存储光盘1不会意外地与标签2的粘贴剂面接触,因为杆4的直径是中等的,它大于只读存储光盘1的中央孔的直径。
然后对杆3轻轻向下施压,顶着压力弹簧11向下压位于封闭组件21内的柱塞5。柱塞5轻轻下移,直到杆4完全缩进封闭组件21外壳内的一位置为止。在该位置只读存储光盘1与标签2的粘贴剂面接触。然后逐渐解除向下的压力,让弹簧11推动柱塞5回到其原位即最上面的位置,使得使用者易于取出现在已贴上标签的只读存储光盘1。
虽然对本发明所作的说明是就标签贴到光盘上而讲的,但应该了解,本发明的装置可以用于要同轴对准两个或多个大致为平面的物件之类的任何情况下。
Claims (17)
1.一种用于把具有第一直径的中央孔的第一基本平面件贴到具有第二直径的中央孔的第二基本平面件上的整体装置,所述装置包含:
a)一个组件,包括具有能支承所述第一平面件的上凸缘面的圆周凸缘;
b)一个具有上表面的柱塞件;
c)一个直径略小于所述第一直径,并从所述柱塞件上表面延伸出的第一杆;
d)一个直径略小于所述第二直径并从所述第一杆延伸出的第2推杆;
其中第一直径大于第二直径,和
所述的柱塞件适于从所述第二杆的全部和所述第一杆的至少一部分延伸高过所述的凸缘上表面的第一位置移动到至少所述第一杆全部低于或与所述凸缘上表面齐平的第二位置。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于该装置还包括具有上端和下端的圆筒,其中所述圆周凸缘从所述圆筒的所述上端伸出,并且所述的柱塞件可滑动地置于所述圆筒内。

8.根据权利要求2的装置,其特征在于所述圆筒的上端设有与所述的圆筒内部重叠的卡圈,防止所述柱塞从所述圆筒内脱出。
9.根据权利要求8的装置,其特征在于所述卡圈包括所述圆周凸缘的延伸部分。
10.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于所述圆周凸缘适于支承第一平面件,而且内径大致为第一直径。
11.使用权利要求1的装置把具有第一直径中央孔的第一基本平面件贴于具有第二直径中央孔的第二基本平面件上的方法。
12.根据权利要求11的方法,其特征在于第一平面件是标签,第二平面件是光盘。
13.适于目视检查贴了标签的光盘的一种光盘标签。
14.根据权利要求13的标签。其特征是所述标签是透明的。
15.根据权利要求14的标签,其特征在于所述的标签是柔性的聚合材料制的。
16.根据权利要求15的标签,其特征在于所述聚合材料是聚酯之类。
17.根据权利要求15的标签,其特征在于其至少一面上有一层丙烯基粘贴剂。
