Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轻型结构板,这种板具有一个外框和芯部以及覆盖该外框和芯部的上、下盖板,其中外框和芯部具有相同的材料厚度。
背景技术
从DE-AS-1 016 428已知一种板状的结构元件,这种结构元件具有一个带普通木框的芯部,其两侧设有胶合板,胶合板在至少一个侧边上配有相同材料厚度的连接板条,其纹理方向与饰面板的相同。所以在正面边缘实际上看不见叠置的单板之间的区别。这种结构元件例如用于门、家具板件、细木工板等。
但在特别高级的表面时,这类板结构则具有这样的缺点,即在饰面板上看得见从框到芯的过渡。
所以,专利文献EP-A-0 103 048、EP-A-0 853 183、FR-A-751 620、NL-A-7 409 769和US-A-5,522,195建议该芯部由一个用轻型结构材料制成的内衬件和上、下层构成。
此外,在静荷载作用下,这类板具有相当大的永久变形。
发明内容
所以,本发明的目的在于提出这样一种轻型结构板,它具有高的稳定性和极小的永久变形。
根据本发明,这个目的是这样实现的,即为了对轻型结构板预加应力,上、下盖板或上、下层具有不同的刚度和/或厚度。
根据本发明,芯部由一个用轻型结构材料制成的内衬件和上、下层构成。具有相同材料厚度的框和芯部用一块上盖板和下盖板覆盖。
为了给轻型结构板预加应力,该上、下盖板或上、下层具有不同的刚度和/或厚度。
在一个优选的实施例中,芯部的上、下层和上、下盖板用相同的材料制成。
此外,如果该框包括层板,则这种轻型结构板可达到特别高的稳定性。

具体实施方式
图中所示的轻型结构板主要包括一个外框1和一个芯中2。它们具有相同的材料厚度a。此外,还配有一块上盖板3和一块下盖板4,它们覆盖外框1和芯部2。
在需要的情况下,也可在轻型结构板的边缘。设置一个端面元件5,例如粘接一块实木。此外,在轻型结构板的一侧或两侧可配置饰面板6、7,该饰面板铺在上盖板3或下盖板4上且必要时铺在端面元件5上。
该芯部包括一个内衬件2a,而该内衬件又用一个上层2b和下层2c覆盖。内衬件2a最好包括一种含纤维素的材料并例如由一种蜂窝状纸板构成。
上、下盖板3、4以及芯部2的上、下层2b、2c最好用相同的材料制成。可特别考虑用胶合板作为这种材料。但也可用金属层、塑料层或胶合层。另一种可能的材料是生物复合材料。
该芯部的上、下层2b、2c的厚度应至少为1mm,最好至少为2mm。而上、下盖板3、4的厚度则应至少为3mm,最好至少为4mm。
为了进行轻型结构板的预加应力,上、下盖板3、4和/或上、下层2b、2c可具有不同的刚度或在相同材料时具有不同的厚度。这样,例如在60°的温度下进行粘接时,就会产生这样的效果,即刚度较小的或较薄的盖板或上、下层可产生较大的膨胀,从而使轻型结构板朝较薄的盖板或较薄的上、下层鼓出。
轻型结构板是这样预加应力的:通过适当选择盖板或上、下层的不同刚度或厚度可使轻型结构板这样预加应力,即其鼓出部分在荷载作用下重新被消除掉。
本发明对具有如下单层厚度的轻型结构板进行了试验:上盖板3为5mm,下盖板4为5mm,上层2b为2mm,下层2c为3mm。
这种轻型结构板的静力试验表明,它比常规的轻型结构板具有小得多的永久变形。根据(德国工业标准)DIN 4454 WH标准对一块尺寸为1.800×800×33mm的样品板进行了试验。试验台用75kg进行7天中心加载。然后在30分钟的静止时间后进行永久变形测量,按DIN标准规定,该永久变形不得大于3.5mm。与无载状态比较,7天后产生的永久变形只有0.46mm。如果在常规的轻型结构板上进行这种试验,则产生1.6至5mm的永久变形值。
所以上述轻型结构板具有特别高的稳定性和极小的永久变形的特点。此外,在板的表面上看不出从外框到芯部的过渡。
Claims (18)
1.具有一个外框(1)和芯部(2)以及覆盖该外框(1)和芯部(2)的上、下盖板(3、4)的轻型结构板,其中该外框(1)和芯部(2)具有相同的材料厚度,且该芯部包括一个用轻型结构材料制成的内衬件(2a)和上、下层(2b、2c),其特征在于,为了给轻型结构板预加应力,上、下盖板(3、4)具有不同的刚度和/或厚度。
2.具有一个外框(1)和芯部(2)以及一覆盖该外框(1)和芯部(2)的上、下盖板(3、4)的轻型结构板,其中该外框(1)和芯部(2)具有相同的材料厚度,且该芯部包括一个用轻型结构材料制成的内衬件(2a)和上、下层(2b、2c),其特征在于,为了给轻型结构板预加应力,上、下层(2b、2c)具有不同的刚度和/或厚度。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的轻型结构板,其特征在于,内衬件(2a)用一种含纤维素的材料制成。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的轻型结构板,其特征在于,内衬件(2a)由一块蜂窝状纸板构成。
5.按权利要求1或2所述的轻型结构板,其特征在于,盖板(3、4)和上、下层(2b、2c)用相同的材料制成。
6.按权利要求1或2所述的轻型结构板,其特征在于,盖板(3、4)和/或上、下层(2b、2c)由胶合板构成。
7.按权利要求1或2所述的轻型结构板,其特征在于,盖板(3、4)和/或上、下层(2b、2c)由金属层构成。
8.按权利要求1或2所述的轻型结构板,其特征在于,盖板(3、4)和/或上、下层(2b、2c)由一层单板构成。
9.按权利要求1或2所述的轻型结构板,其特征在于,盖板(3、4)和/或上、下层(2b、2c)由一层塑料构成。
10.按权利要求1或2所述的轻型结构板,其特征在于,盖板(3、4)和/或上、下层(2b、2c)由生物复合材料构成。
11.按权利要求1或2所述的轻型结构板,其特征在于,外框(1)用木材制成。
12.按权利要求11所述的轻型结构板,其特征在于,外框(1)用层板制成。
13.按权利要求1或2所述的轻型结构板,其特征在于,上盖板(3)装有一块饰面板。
14.按权利要求1或2所述的轻型结构板,其特征在于,上、下盖板(3、4)分别装有一块饰面板。
15.按权利要求1或2所述的轻型结构板,其特征在于,芯部(2)的上、下层(2b、2c)的厚度至少为1mm。
16.按权利要求1或2所述的轻型结构板,其特征在于,上、下盖板(3、4)的厚度至少为3mm。
17.按权利要求1所述的轻型结构板,其特征在于,为了给轻型结构板预加应力,上、下层(2b、2c)具有不同的刚度。
18.按权利要求1所述的轻型结构板,其特征在于,为了给轻型结构板预加应力,上、下层(2b、2c)具有不同的厚度。
