Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种闪存设备,尤其涉及这样一种闪存设备,其外壳在使用中没有完全与主体分离,以防止外壳丢失。
背景技术
闪存是一种非易失半导体存储器件,它又称为flash RAM(随机存取存储器)。闪存也是EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)的一种变体。但不像EEPROM在字节级可擦除和可修改,闪存是在块级可擦除和可修改,因此执行速度快。这样的闪存现今用于多种设备的便携存储设备中,这些多种设备包括:数字蜂窝式电话、数码相机、LAN(局域网)开关、PC卡以及笔记本电脑的数字设置盒或内部控制器。另外,随着最近存储器容量已取得显著增加,甚至千兆容量的闪存也已投入市场并被积极使用。
同时,USB端口(通用串行总线端口)是随着计算机的操作系统Windows 98的引入而引起注意的一种串行口。USB端口担任插头的角色,并在计算机与诸如音频播放器、操纵杆、键盘、电话、扫描仪、打印机等外围设备间,或在计算机与闪存间担任接口。关于闪存,计算机可通过这样的USB端口读出存储在闪存中的数据,或者可以在闪存上记录必要的数据。
同时,背景技术的闪存设备具有一个外壳,用于保护USB端口,以避免USB端口被损坏或避免异物进入USB端口。图1a和图1b是显示背景技术的一个具有分离型外壳的闪存设备的保存和使用状态的正视图。如图1a和图1b所示,背景技术的具有分离型外壳的闪存设备,大体上包括一个用于在其内部安放存储元件(未显示)的闪存主体10,以及一个外壳20。另外,一个与内部存储元件从电气上相连并与USB端口接合的USB终端片11,从存储器主体10的前端伸出,在USB终端片11外围上形成一段预定长度的前端紧密接合部分12,在这里强制装入并固定了外壳20,并且在前端紧密接合部分12的后端形成了一个用于防止外壳20进一步插入的固定槛13。
同样,在存储器主体10的终端上也形成了一段预定长度的终端紧密接合部分14,这里强制装入并固定了外壳20,并且在终端紧密接合部分12的前端形成了一个用于防止外壳20进一步向前移动的固定槛13。
对于具有拥有前述构造的分离型外壳的闪存设备,在使用闪存设备时,用户在装到前端紧密接合部分12上的用于包围USB终端片的外壳20上加力,以便露出USB终端片11,然后将露出的USB终端片与计算机的USB端口相接合。此时,用户可将分离开的外壳20插到终端紧密接合部分14上,暂时保持这种状态以便分离开的外壳20不丢失。当使用完闪存时,用户分离开插入到终端紧密接合部分14的外壳20,然后保持闪存设备的外壳20插入到前端紧密接合部分12。
但是,根据上面描述的背景技术的具有分离型外壳的闪存设备,用户可能不将外壳放在前端或终端紧密接合部分,而是放在别处,因此外壳丢失。同时,经常出现这样的情况:USB终端片和前端紧密接合部分或终端紧密接合部分之间的接合状态变松,以至外壳与USB终端片分离。在这种情况下,闪存设备的USB终端片将被损坏,或者异物将进入USB终端片,因此闪存设备本身将会损坏。
发明内容
为解决前面指出的问题,因此本发明的一个目的是提供一种闪存设备,它具有一个单体型旋转外壳,其中外壳在使用中不完全与主体分离,以防止外壳丢失。
前述和其他目的和优点通过提供一种具有一个单体型旋转外壳的闪存设备实现,该闪存包括:一个闪存主体,它包括一个矩形盒,其中放置了存储元件,一个USB终端片,它与存储元件电气上相连,并且以伸出的方式安装在盒的前端,一个铰式凸出,它形成在前面或后面中的至少一面;以及一对彼此相对的平行板,其间距取决于盒的厚度,其前端打开,末端关闭,两侧都打开;其中平行板具有一个外壳,其上形成一个铰式孔连接到铰式凸出,用于在轴上旋转,以便外壳相对于闪存主体旋转,因此USB终端片安放在外壳的内部或暴露在外边。

具体实施方式
现参照附图说明本发明的一个首选实施方式。
在下列说明中,即使在不同的附图中,相同的附图参考数字也用于表示相同元件。
图2是本发明的一个具有单体型旋转外壳的闪存设备的分解透视图,图3a和图3b是显示根据本发明的一个首选实施方式的一个具有单体型旋转外壳的闪存设备的保存和使用状态的透视图,而图4是沿图3a的A-A线的部分的示意剖面图。如图2至图4所示,本发明的具有单体型旋转外壳的闪存设备,包括一个闪存主体30和一个完整地接合到闪存主体30的外壳40。这样的闪存主体30的一个盒子31是矩形的,其宽度大于其厚度。另外,一个存储元件(未显示)安装在盒内。同样,一个与存储元件电气上相连并与计算机的USB端口接合的USB终端片32从盒31的前端伸出。同时,在盒31的前面和后面的适当位置有一个用作外壳40的旋转轴的铰式突出33。这样的铰式突出33可整合形成在盒31上,或者可以以单独元件的形式制造,以便铰式突出33通过使用粘合剂组装(本实施方式显示后一种情况)。同样,在盒31的一个侧面形成了一个用于固定外壳40的紧密接合突出35,根据以下说明在保存时它处于强制固定方式。
同时,外壳40的内侧有一个空腔,其形状是宽度大于厚度,即‘’形,当从侧面看时,它一端打开一端关闭。这种外壳40在其打开端,有一个圆形铰式孔41,用于安放在闪存主体30上形成的铰式突出33。另外,一个钩式凹槽34宜形成在铰式突出33的外围较低处,并且一个钩在钩式凹槽34上的钩式槛45,宜形成在限定铰式孔41的边缘上,以防止在接合铰式孔41和铰式突出33时,铰式孔41容易与铰式突出33分离。在那种情况下,钩式凹槽34的上部是逐渐变细的,这样其顶端窄而底部宽,以便钩式槛45平滑地插入钩式凹槽34,并且在插入时与钩式凹槽34的上部接触的钩式槛45的下部的内侧边缘,宜为圆形的。
至少,从外壳40的铰式孔41的中心至关闭端的长度应该比从闪存主体30的铰式突出33的中心至终端的长度长。另外,外壳40的宽度宜与盒31的宽度相同,或者比其宽一点。外壳40至少应有一面为打开的,以便闪存主体30能够进出外壳40。但另一面的一部分宜为关闭的,以防止异物进入外壳40的内部(以后用“关闭部分43”表示上述一部分,用“固定凹槽42”表示打开的部分,因为在保存闪存主体时,紧密接合突出35以强制装入方式固定在打开的部分中)。
在闪存主体30以上述结构保存时,如图3a所示,紧密接合突出35紧密地接合到固定凹槽42,闪存主体30安放在外壳40的内部。因此,只要不施加多于预定的外力,则保持闪存主体30安放在外壳40内部的状态。当然,在这种状态下,闪存主体30不会在外壳40内被关闭的部分旋转。
同时,当在这种保存状态时希望使用闪存设备的情况下,用户拿走外壳40,并在图3a的状态按箭头方向旋转闪存主体30。然后USB终端片32如图3b所示暴露出来。在这种状态下,用户将USB终端片32连接到计算机的USB端口。
虽然已参照其一定的首选实施方式对于本发明进行了显示和说明,但应理解对于那些本领域技术熟练者,可在不背离附录的权利要求书所定义的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,进行形式和细节上的多种修改。
例如,形成在闪存主体30上的紧密接合突出35的功能,可在前或后面的适当位置实现。在那种情况下,形成在外壳40上的固定凹槽42的位置要相应改变。同样,不像前述实施方式,铰式突出可形成在外壳上而铰式孔可形成在闪存主体上。另外,铰式突出可以只形成在盒的前面和后面中的一面,而同样,在外壳上可以只有一个用于安放铰式突出的铰式孔。
如前述说明所示,根据本发明的具有单体型旋转外壳的闪存设备,外壳限制在闪存主体上,因此外壳不会丢失,USB终端片不会损坏,因此提高了闪存设备的耐用性。

Claims (4)

1.一种具有一个单体型旋转外壳的闪存设备包括:
一个闪存主体,该闪存主体包括一个矩形盒,其中放置了存储元件,一个USB终端片,该USB终端片与存储元件电气上相连,并以伸出的方式安装在盒的前端,以及一个至少形成在其前面或后面的一面上的铰式突出;以及
一对彼此相对的平行板,其间距对应于盒的厚度,平行板的前端打开,末端关闭,且两侧均打开;其中平行板上具有一个外壳,在外壳上形成一个与铰式突出接合的铰式孔,用于在轴上转动,以便外壳相对于闪存主体旋转,因此USB终端片安放在外壳的内部空间或者暴露在外。
2.根据权利要求1的设备,其中在闪存主体和外壳上形成一个安放保持装置,以便保持USB终端片安放在外壳的内部空间中的状态。
3.根据权利要求2的设备,其中安放保持装置包括一个通过部分地关闭外壳的两个打开的侧面中的一面而形成的固定凹槽,以及一个形成在盒的一侧面的紧密接合突出,该紧密结合突出用于当USB终端片安放在外壳的内部空间时以强制装入方式插入固定凹槽。
4.前面任一权利要求的设备,其中一个钩式凹槽形成在铰式突出的外围较低处,一个钩式槛形成在固定铰式孔的边缘的较低部分,用于在接合铰式突出和铰式孔时钩住钩式凹槽。
