Abstract

Description

尤其位于带可穿孔塞子的容器 和注射器之间的连接装置
本发明一般涉及一个颈部由可穿孔的粘弹性塞子堵住的第一容器和另一个带有套筒接头的第二容器之间的连接。
特别是、但并非唯一的,本发明将参照以下两者之间的连接进行介绍、定义和描述,该连接的一边为第一容器,由例如玻璃的硬质瓶子构成,其颈部用可穿孔的橡胶塞子密封,而另一边为第二容器,也是硬质的,由一个注射器构成,注射器本身具有一个硬的管壳,头部为例如“luer lock”型的套筒接头,管壳内密封地并滑动安装一个活塞。当要将第一容器、即瓶内所含的粉状或冻干状的活性成份,与第二容器、即注射器内的液态介质、如溶液,配制成药物溶液或悬浮液时,尤其需要上述定义的这种连接。在相同情况下,一般要进行以下操作:
-第一容器(瓶)被启动,第二容器(注射器)装满液态介质,用属于或不属于注射器的、合适的穿孔装置穿过塞子,以使这两个容器之间相通,
-将第二容器(注射器)的液态介质注入第一容器(瓶)内,在该情况下,为了混合液态介质和粉状或冻干状活性成份,注射器置于瓶的上方,
-在第一容器(瓶)内完成溶解或形成悬浮液后,将通过穿孔装置使瓶和注射器彼此连接构成的整体颠倒过来,使第一容器位于第二容器的上方,
-这时拉动注射器的活塞,抽出第一容器中的活性成份溶液或悬浮液,使其进入第二容器,
-至此,可以在所述注射器的套筒接头上装上注射针头后,装有活性成份悬浮液或溶液的注射器便准备好了。
根据文献EP-A-0126718,为连接上面定义的两个容器,已经提出一种带塞子穿孔的移动装置,它包括:
-一方面是一个密封连接的套筒接管,例如为“luer lock”型的圆锥,与第二容器的套筒接头密封连接,而另一方面是一个过滤室,通过过滤器、如绝对过滤器与外部隔开,该过滤器可对从一个方向或另一个方向流经的气流或液体进行灭菌,
-在所述穿孔装置上设置两个独立的通道,在穿孔装置穿过塞子的位置上,使第一容器的内部以相对外部密封的方式与套筒接管和过滤室分别相通。
该连接装置另外包括:
-带有穿孔装置导向机构的移动机构,至少由一个带内孔的套圈构成;
-将套圈套在第一容器颈部的紧固装置,以达到紧固位置,在该位置上内孔通到塞子;
-内孔在套圈的紧固位置时相对外部的密封装置,;
-一个活塞,活塞上固定或带有穿孔装置,通过简单推进,从穿孔端离塞子有一定距离的未启动位置,滑动至穿孔位置,在该位置上所述穿孔端穿过塞子,
这样一种装置允许两个正在连接或已连接的容器之间的一切非控制性运动,以致很难通过例如活塞和注射器(第二容器)管壳之间的相对运动,精确地掌握注入第一容器或从中抽出的液态介质或液体的数量。
因此,本发明的目的是寻求一种能够更好地控制处于连接状态时第一容器和第二容器之间相对运动的方法,尤其能使废弃量、即在两个容器连接后无法从第一容器中抽出的液体保持恒定和最少。
根据本发明,该连接装置还包括:
-活塞在最终穿孔位置上的止动装置,该装置包括一个制动机构,在活塞上或在活塞侧面,以及一个辅助止动机构,在套圈上或在套圈侧面,制动机构具有一组环绕活塞轴分布的齿,齿具有弹性,可以离心或向心方式复位,辅助止动机构由环形面构成,所述齿顶靠在该面上。
现参照附图描述本发明,其中:
-图1为本发明连接装置的横向剖视图,该装置处于与第一容器紧固并锁定的位置,并且带有穿孔装置的活塞处于未启动位置上;在该图上,连接装置还带有一个罩壳,使连接装置的内部相对外部密封,
-图2与图1的不同之处在于,罩壳已去掉,并且第二容器已套在穿孔装置上,处于穿孔装置的未启动位置上,
-图3与图2的不同之处在于,活塞及穿孔装置处于启动或穿孔位置,在该例中,通过按压形成第二容器的注射器的活塞,将第二容器中所含的液体注入第一容器,
-图4与图3的不同之处在于,两个连接的容器颠倒过来,通过拉动例如注射器活塞,第一容器中的液体被抽入第二容器。
根据图1和图2,下面描述的连接装置可相对外部密封连接,并且特别可保证预定的无菌状态:
-一方面是第一容器2,如玻璃瓶,它具有一个带环形凸缘2b的瓶颈2a,由粘弹性材料(橡胶)的可穿孔塞子3堵住,塞子本身有一个凸肩部分3b,平放在第一容器的环形凸缘2b上;假设在使用中,该瓶在密封(尤其相对外部的一切液体)和无菌状态下装有例如一种活性成份的粉末或冻干,
-而另一方面是第二容器,它具有一个套筒接头4a,例如由传统的注射器构成,具有一个管壳4b,一个“luer lock”型圆锥,套在管壳4b的端部,形成所述套筒接头,以及一个活塞21,可按需填满或抽空注射器。
通过穿刺塞子3将上述两个容器连接起来的本发明连接装置本身一般包括:
-塞子穿孔装置5,
-带有所述穿孔装置导向机构的移动装置11,至少由一个套圈12和一个活塞15构成,活塞上安装或带有穿孔装置5,
-将套圈12固定在第一容器颈部2a上的紧固装置13,
-套圈12内部相对外部的密封装置14,利用塞子3上部的粘弹特点,
-以及在穿孔位置上活塞15的最终止动装置16,示于图3和图4。
如图1所示,穿孔装置5包括一个末端为穿孔端5a的中心或轴心部分5b,一个管颈5c,可将穿孔装置固定在下面限定的活塞上,管颈内有圆周孔5d,以及一个套筒接管6,套筒接管加长了轴心部分5b,并且可保证与第二容器(注射器)的套筒接头4a的密封连接。在穿孔装置5上,在下述的穿孔端5a的相反端,有一个过滤室7,设置在下面定义的活塞15上预留的凹槽和过滤装置8之间,过滤装置夹紧在管颈5c和活塞15上预留的相应凸肩之间,并且使所述过滤室与外部隔开。与穿孔端5a位置相反的套筒接管6包括一个过滤装置20,用于过滤从一个方向或另一个方向流经过滤装置的一切液体。两个独立的通道9和10设置在穿孔装置5的轴心部分5b上,在穿孔位置上时,例如图2至图4所示,使第一容器2的内部与套筒接管6和过滤室7分别相通,在该位置上,穿孔装置5穿过塞子3,使穿孔端5a完全穿过塞子。
带有穿孔装置5导向机构的移动装置11,由带有内孔12a的管形套圈12和安装在内孔12a内的活塞15配合构成,活塞上固定或安装穿孔装置5。套圈12和紧固装置13制成一个整体,如用塑料制成,并且如图1所示可向上延伸,超过套筒接管6的自由端,以防止由使用者手指造成的活塞意外动作。另外,套圈还有一个构成紧固装置13的封壳,可在容器2的环形边缘2b的下面固定住,与颈部2a接触,这是由于径向弹性可使处于向心位置的下部圆周边缘复位。实际上,该紧固封壳13由一组紧固齿构成,共同形成所述罩,并且每一个都具有径向弹性。在图1至图4所示的连接位置上,内孔12a通到塞子3上,而且,尤其是其可接触到穿孔装置5的穿孔端5a的上部。内孔12a的密封装置14亦与套圈12制成一个整体,它相对外部密封,并利用塞子3的粘弹性能;该装置特别由沿圆周的连续的筋条构成,比较硬,并且至少部分进入塞子3较软的材料中。
活塞15具有一个横向筋15a,它有一个轴肩孔15b,可使穿孔装置5的轴部5b通过,并轴向固定该装置。如上所述,穿孔装置5另外通过过滤室7的凹槽限定的凸肩上的管颈5c密封固定。通过下述限定的装置相对套圈12旋转锁止的活塞15,安装在内孔12a内,它可通过简单的轴向推进,从穿孔端5a离开塞子3的未启动位置(参见图1和图2),滑动至穿孔位置(参见图3和图4),在该位置上,穿孔端5a完全穿过塞子3。活塞15相对套圈12旋转锁止的装置19,通过在套圈12的内面上设置八个平行于装置轴线、分布在该套圈四周的槽,以及活塞上的八个可分别进入所述槽内的对应的筋(图中未示出)而获得。
在装置5的穿孔端完全穿过塞子3的穿孔位置上,活塞15的最终止动装置16以及穿孔装置5包括:
-一个或几个属于活塞5的制动机构17,由分布在活塞15的轴四周的齿构成,齿具有弹性,可以离心或向心方式复位;这些制动机构17共同在套圈内部15c构成与活塞15的轴同轴的齿圈,保证活塞在内孔12a内滑动,
-以及一个或几个辅助止动机构18,位于套圈12上,由例如环形面18构成,当活塞15向塞子3移动时,齿17顶住环形面或在环形面下锁住。
罩壳21以密封方式安装在套圈12上,以对外部隔离的方式容纳套筒接管6和装置的其它内部件,即活塞15和穿孔装置5,以密封方式盖住塞子3相对端的套圈12的内部。该密封性能的获得特别是由于在套圈12的外表面上设置了沿圆周的连续薄片19a,罩壳21紧固在薄片上。
“密封性”指至少相对液体密封,并且特别能保持连接装置内部的无菌状态。
此外,根据本发明的连接装置最终固定在第一容器2上。为此,将装置的最终固定装置22设置在第一容器2上,将紧固装置13固定在容器2颈部2a的紧固位置上。这些固定装置特别由一个外环构成,和罩壳21制成一体,但通过一条减薄线30与罩壳分开,该线可使罩壳与连接装置分开。
根据本发明的连接装置1的作用,可通过参照附图和本说明书第二段阐述的图2至图4推导得出。
上面描述的装置另外还有许多重要优点:
-它是一次性的,特别是由于活塞15的最终止动装置16不能再次重复使用,
-它全面保证使用安全,使用者任何时候都不可能用手指接触穿孔装置5的穿孔端5a,特别是由于活塞15的移动和导向只需推动注射器的套筒接头即可,而不需要任何其它动作,
-使用者没有任何由于应用上的需要而要用手指接触活塞15和/或穿孔装置5,而且尤其是不存在任何意外受伤的危险。

Claims (7)

1.一种第一容器(2)和第二容器(4)之间的连接装置(1),第一容器包括一个颈部(2a),由可穿孔的粘弹性塞子(3)堵住,第二容器包括一个套筒接头(4a),所述装置包括一个塞子穿孔装置(5),在与所述穿孔装置的穿孔端(5a)相反的一端,一方面有一个与第二容器(4)的套筒接头(4a)密封连接的套筒接管(6),而另一方面有一个通过过滤器(8)与外部隔开的过滤室(7),在穿孔装置(5)内设置两个独立的通道(9,10),在穿孔装置(5)穿过塞子(4)的位置上,使第一容器(2)的内部与套筒接管(6)和过滤室(7)分别相通,该装置另外还包括带有穿孔装置(5)导向机构的移动装置(11),至少由以下几部分构成:一个有内孔(12a)的套圈(12),在连接位置上、即在内孔(12a)通到塞子(3)的位置上将套圈(12)固定在第一容器(2)颈部(2a)的紧固装置(13),带有内孔(12a)相对外部的密封装置(14),一个活塞(15),上面固定着穿孔装置(5),通过简单的推进从未启动位置(图1和图2)、即穿孔端(5a)离开塞子(3)的位置,向穿孔位置(图3和图4)、即穿孔端(5a)穿过塞子(3)的位置滑动,其特征在于,所述装置另外包括穿孔位置上活塞(15)的最终止动装置(16),它包括活塞上的制动机构(17),以及套圈上的辅助止动机构(18),制动机构具有一组分布在活塞(15)轴四周的齿(17),齿具有弹性,可以离心或向心方式复位,以及由环形面(18)构成的辅助止动机构,所述齿(17)顶在环形面上止动。
