本发明涉及一种纸板容器，更具体的，涉及一种具有叠层纸板壁的纸板容器，用于使得当该容器内容纳有热饮时，可以握紧该容器，同时还涉及这种纸板容器的制造方法。
背景技术
人们已知有许多种用于热饮的容器，这些容器通常由适当的材料例如叠层纸板、PET、泡沫聚苯乙烯制成，在随后的销售过程中可以将这些容器叠起来堆放。
聚苯乙烯、塑料、以及纸板容器所存在的实际问题是它们在堆叠存放过程中易于粘连在一起。
对于塑料或聚苯乙烯容器，人们已经采取了几种方案，包括在容器的模压成形过程中使该容器上具有突出元件，在堆叠阶段这些突出元件给容器提供一种支撑，从而避免当第一容器堆叠在其下面的第二容器上时，第一容器的壁之间相互影响。
在叠层纸板容器的情况下，人们提供这样一种容器壁，该容器壁由利用腹板(web)叠压的两层纸板制成，以形成一空气间隙。由此，该壁具有绝缘效果。但是，这类容器的一个问题是，假定壁具有柔顺性并具有几何构造，它们在堆叠存放时特别易于粘连在一起。
EP1031514A中公开的一种容器具有一向内突出的圆周肋，该圆周肋用于保持两嵌套容器的相邻内壁与外壁之间相隔一定距离。
US5542599A中公开的一种双层壁容器具有沿内容器壁的整个范围向内突出的圆周肋。由于内容器外壁的下端圆锥部分与外容器的内端圆锥壁部分之间紧密接触，结果两嵌套容器粘连在一起。该紧密接触极大地妨碍了嵌套容器的分离。
GB261532C公开的一种双层壁嵌套容器具有在内容器壁上向内延伸的圆周凸肩。两嵌套容器中，内容器的底壁搁在外容器的凸肩上。该容器的双层壁构造延伸入双层壁容器的底部。两嵌套容器中，内容器位于外容器的凸肩上，且内容器的外容器壁与外容器的内壁紧密接触，从而使得两容器易于相互粘连。这使得两容器不易于分离。由于内容器的底部不能移过外容器的凸肩，嵌套容器底部之间的垂直嵌套距离较长。这使得多个容器嵌套存放时的顶端高度不合需要的相当高，并导致了高的运输成本。
发明内容
因此，本发明的目的是克服以上所提到的问题，提供一种具有叠层壁的纸板容器，该容器易于堆叠，且在堆叠状态下不易于与另一容器粘连在一起。
本发明提供了一种嵌套纸板容器，其具有一向下逐渐缩小的锥形内壁以及一向下逐渐缩小的锥形外壁，所述两壁在所述容器的上边缘处连接，所述外壁的下端靠在所述内壁的外表面上，且所述外壁的下端具有一向内翻卷的边缘，以在所述两壁之间形成一空气间隙，所述向内翻卷的边缘位于所述容器底缘上方的一定距离处，所述内壁具有一沿圆周方向延伸且向内突出的折皱，所述折皱位于所述容器的底部的上方，由此形成了一支座，所述支座用于所嵌套的另一容器的向内翻卷边缘，将所述向内翻卷的边缘以及所述向内延伸的折皱设置成这样，从而使得在嵌套状态下，保持内嵌套的容器位于外容器内的适当位置，而不会使该内容器的外壁粘连到外容器内壁的内表面上。
本发明提供了一种用于制造这种纸板容器的方法，其包括以下步骤：提供一坯件；将所述坯件设置在一回转支撑元件上，所述回转支撑元件具有一周边槽，该回转支撑元件用以形成所述纸板容器的内壁；利用与所述回转支撑元件的所述周边槽相协作的相应互补滚花形成向内突出的周边折皱，所述周边折皱与所述容器内壁的底缘相隔一定距离；将一外壁固定到所述容器内壁的外表面上，且两壁之间形成有一空气间隙，所述外壁具有一向内翻卷的下部边缘，所述边缘比所述折皱更靠近所述内壁的底缘。
因此，依照本发明提供一种用于热饮的容器，该容器具有一周边壁和一底壁，其特征在于，还包括当将该容器堆叠设置在相应的容器上时，用于支撑该容器的装置。

具体实施方式
现在参照图1，所示的坯件1具有一外表面2和一内表面3(图中未表示)，一旦组装该坯件1就得到所述容器。依照本发明的第一种方法，外表面2上具有一折皱4，一旦组装，该折皱4易于向容器内部突出(随后将进一步说明)。
参照图2，表示了用于制造本发明容器的一种替换方法。为了简明，用相同的参考数字来标识相同的部件。
依照这种替换方法，通过将容器设置在一成形回转支撑元件5上使得该容器可由无折皱的坯件1形成。该回转支撑元件5的表面上具有周边槽，当该支撑元件5与互补的滚花(knurl)6旋转接合时，就在容器的外表面2上形成相应的折皱4。
这里应特别注意的是，图中未表示整套装置及用于驱动元件5和滚花6的相关装置，因为它们已经包括在现有技术中，且它们并不构成本发明的发明范围的一部分。
现在参照图3，在局部剖视图中表示了利用本发明方法制造的容器的一种实施例。依照该实施例，容器具有一种叠层壁，其中提供有第二外壁7，利用现有技术已知的相应成形步骤将该第二外壁7固定地设置在容器上。由于在壁7和2′之间存在空气间隙，这种设置使得所制造的容器具有绝缘效果，因而特别适合于热饮。
如图4所清晰表示的，折皱4的形成使得当将容器插入另一个容器内时，第二外壁7的周缘8搁在该折皱4上，从而可相对于另一相同的容器完美地堆叠该容器。该折皱4的设置还可防止当将容器插入另一容器内时，该容器与另一容器的外壁粘连在一起。实际上，通过折皱4对第二外壁7的支撑，可维持容器在适当位置上，而不会使其外壁7粘连到相应下面容器的内壁3′上，从而避免粘连。
应指出的是，本发明还可应用于具有单个普通壁2′的容器，其中，在堆叠状态下，通过折皱4与相应容器的外壁2′之间的相互作用，可避免接触。

Claims (10)

1.一种嵌套纸板容器，具有一向下逐渐缩小的锥形内壁(2′)以及一向下逐渐缩小的锥形外壁(7)，所述两壁在所述容器的上边缘处连接，所述外壁(7)的下端靠在所述内壁(2′)的外表面上，且所述外壁(7)的下端具有一向内翻卷的边缘(8)，以在所述两壁之间形成一空气间隙，所述向内翻卷的边缘(8)位于所述容器底缘上方的一定距离处，所述内壁(2′)具有一沿圆周方向延伸且向内突出的折皱(4)，所述折皱位于所述容器的底部的上方，由此形成了一支座，所述支座用于所嵌套的另一容器的向内翻卷边缘(8)，将所述向内翻卷的边缘(8)以及所述向内延伸的折皱(4)设置成这样，从而使得在嵌套状态下，保持内嵌套的容器位于外容器内的适当位置，而不会使该内容器的外壁(7)粘连到外容器内壁(2′)的内表面上。

-将一外壁(7)固定到所述容器内壁(2′)的外表面上，且两壁(2′，7)之间形成有一空气间隙，所述外壁(7)具有一向内翻卷的下部边缘(8)，所述边缘(8)比所述折皱(4)更靠近所述内壁的底缘。
3.一种纸板容器，具有一周边壁(2)和一底壁，其特征在于，所述容器包括当将所述容器堆叠在相应的另一容器上时用于支撑所述容器的装置(4)。
4.根据前述权利要求3所述的容器，其特征在于，所述支撑装置(4)形成在所述周边壁(2)上。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的容器，其特征在于，所述周边壁(2)为一种叠层结构，所述叠层结构包括第二外壁(7)。
6.根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的容器，其特征在于，所述支撑装置为一折皱(4)，所述折皱(4)形成在所述周边壁(2)的周边上。
7.根据权利要求3-6中任一项所述的容器，其特征在于，所述折皱(4)向所述容器的内部延伸。
8.根据权利要求6所述的容器，其特征在于，所述折皱(4)形成在所述周边壁(2)的一个或多个圆周部分上。
9.一种用于制造纸板容器的方法，其特征在于，其包括以下步骤：
-提供一坯件(1)；
-在所述坯件(1)上形成一周边折皱(4)，所述周边折皱(4)位于所述容器的壁(2)的表面上；以及
-组装所述坯件，以制得所述容器。
10.一种用于制造纸板容器的方法，其特征在于，其包括以下步骤：
-提供一坯件(1)；
-将所述坯件(1)设置在一用于形成所述容器的回转支撑元件(5)上；
-在形成所述容器的过程中，利用与所述支撑元件(5)相协作的相应互补滚花(6)形成周边折皱(4)。
