Description

本发明涉及一种在WLL(无线的本地环路)终端显示要求登记消息的方法。通常,尽管WLL终端显示包括接收的电场强度、当前时间和日期等各种消息,但是它不指示它是否在通信业务公司登记了。因此,当用户试图通过WLL进行通信时,终端不在通信业务公司登记,该终端不工作,使得用户可能误会该终端出故障或者该基站不能提供适当的业务。

根据本发明的一个实施例,在WLL终端显示要求登记消息的方法包括步骤:检测电源是否接通,检测登记的电子序号(ESN)和电话号码,并且当检测到没有登记的识别码时显示要求登记的消息。
本发明现在仅仅通过举例参见所附的附图更具体地描述。

图2是用于说明根据本发明在WLL终端显示要求登记消息的步骤。
参见图1,WLL终端包括一个控制器100,基波模拟电路(BBA)120,显示器130和键入设备。控制器100是移动站调制解调器(MSM),包括英特尔80186CPU作为核心单元,它在CDMA(码分多址)PCS(个人通信系统)中提供。具有176管脚连同RAM,ROM和EEPROM,响应来自BBA120的时钟信号CLK,MSM控制该终端的整个功能。ROM存储用于控制该终端的程序,而RAM存储标志信息,呼叫处理数据,定时器数据等等。EEPROM存储名称、功率电平、卷标、ESN、电话号码等等。ESN是一个标识号,用于识别连接它与基站的终端的一个标识号,不同于一般的电话号码。ESN和电话号码由通信业务提供者提供,储存入该终端。
收发信机110包括一个功率放大器,驱动放大器,上/下变换器缓冲器,tx/rx中间自动增益控制放大器、射频带通滤波器、中间锯齿带通滤波器等等。功率放大器放大从该终端传送到基站的信号。驱动放大器传递足够电平的信号给功率放大器。上/下变换器增加或者减少发送或接收的信号频率。缓冲器用作一个放大器,传递锁定在压控振荡器和PLL之间的信号相位到上/下变换器的本地输入。此外,收发信机110包括一个用于分开传送信号和接收信号的双工器,以及一个偿还温度变化的热敏电阻。
BBA 120连接收发信机110与控制器100。由收发信机110接收的信号通过中频自动增益控制放大器和一个滤波器传送,转换成加到控制器100的数字信号,反过来,从控制器100传送的数字信号由收发信机110转换为一个模拟信号,该模拟信号又通过一个频率滤波器转换为一个中间信号。BBA 120包括一个模拟-数字变换器,数字-模拟变换器,低通滤波器,除法器压控振荡器等等。显示器130是一个LCD,根据本发明显示该终端的操作状态,执行程序的过程和要求登记的消息。键入设备140包括多个数字键和从外部将数据键入到该控制器的各种功能键。
结合图2描述在该终端显示要求登记的消息的步骤,在步骤200首先检查电源是否接通。在步骤210,检查ESN是否储存在控制器100的存储器中。根据ESN登记或者没有登记,处理转到步骤220或者240。在步骤220,检查电话号码是否储存在该存储器中。根据电话号码是否登记,处理转到步骤230或者240。即,步骤210和220检测登记标识号,它是由ESN或者电话号码表示。在步骤中控制器100执行该终端的正常功能。在步骤240中,控制器100在显示器130显示要求登记的消息。该消息可以显示为″请登记该终端!″,通过扬声器伴随一个嘟嘟声。当然,步骤210和220之一可以省略,因为终端的登记通常分配ESN和电话号码两者。

Claims (4)

1.一种在无线本地环路(WLL)终端显示要求登记消息的方法,其特征在于包括步骤:检测电源是否接通,检测登记的标识号,和当检测到没有登记的标识号时,显示要求登记的消息。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于所述标识号是一个电子序号或者一个电话号码。
3.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于显示该消息的步骤伴随一个警告声音信号。
4.一种在无线本地环路(WLL)终端显示要求登记消息的方法,其特征在于包括步骤:检测登记的电子序号,检测登记的电话号码,在所述终端的显示器显示要求登记该消息,当检测所述登记的电话号码时使得所述终端执行正常功能,和当没有检测所述登记的电话号码时显示要求登记的消息。
