Description

带有广告信息播出的电话通信方法
本发明涉及一种有关远程通信的方法，其中在两个电话用户之间接通呼叫，而通话费由第三个用户支付，并且在通话过程中播出广告。
瑞典专利第9403793-4号公开了一种转发电话通话及对其计费的方法，其中第一个用户的电话经由一标准电话网与第二个用户的电话相连。这个标准电话网可以是固定网，也可以是移动电话网。
根据这个专利的说明书，一次通话连接是这样建立的：第一个用户先拨一个前缀，然后再拨通往第三个用户的用户号码，然后再拨通往第二个用户的第二个用户的号码。这个过程导致在第一个和第二个用户之间建立连接，同时由第三个用户为上述第一个用户和第二个用户之间的通话付费。
这个前缀和用户号码使电话网将这次呼叫通过电话网与连接在电话网上的第三个用户的计算机单元接通。这个前缀也使这个计算机单元将这次呼叫经由上述计算机单元转发给第二个用户，以便接通第一个用户和第二个用户。
根据前述专利说明书，这个计算机单元将在第一个用户和第二个用户的通话期间以一定的时间间隔播出广告或宣传信息。
例如，一个汉堡包餐馆连锁店或加油站连锁店可以在通话期间内播出供销售产品或正在进行的活动的广告。
在这种情况下，当一个公司或组织能够向第一个和第二个用户宣传它的活动时，第一个用户不用为与第二个用户的通话付费，或仅付部分通话费。
当然，这种通话连接方式的一个问题是，当播出广告时，播出的广告信息会打断通话各方的交谈。这对于不愿意经常被以这种方式打断的人来说可能是非常讨厌的事。
当用户在一个其中会播出广告的设备上使用免费电话功能与第二个用户建立联系时，恰好第二个用户有一些重要的事情要说或要讨论，或者当通话正在进行当中而通话各方不再愿意被广告所打断时，上述讨厌的情形便可能发生。

现在将参考本发明的一个示例性的实施例和附图对本发明进行更详细的描述。其中图1是显示实现本方法的系统的框图。
图1显示了一个新发明的转发呼叫及对其计费的系统，其中第一个用户的电话机1经由被标为3的标准电话网与用户2的电话机相连。
第三个用户有与电话网3相连的计算机单元4。计算机单元4被调整以检测由第一个用户拨打的在通往第三个用户的用户号码之前的前缀。第三个用户可以有一部与计算机单元4相连的局域电话交换机或交换中心5。这个电话交换机5被调整以响应于对所述前缀的检测接通输入呼叫与计算机单元。当检测到所述前缀时，由计算机单元4实现经由电话网向第一个用户在前述的用户号码之后拨打的、通往第二个用户的用户号码转发这个呼叫。
当检测到上述前缀时，电话网3将第一个和第二个用户的通话费记到第三个用户的预定金账上。在此，可以是全部通话费都由第三个用户来支付，或者，第三个用户也可以仅仅支付上述费用的一部分，而余额由呼叫的用户来支付。为计费，前缀可以方便地被属于电话网的电话设备6的电话交换机或交换中心所检测。广告以不同的时间间隔在第一个和第二个用户之间的通话中播出。
在此，计算机单元4与含有广告材料的数据库7相连。
数据库7或其他数据库，包含以录制在数据媒体上的形式存在的大量广告信息。这些广告信息被以适当的次序分类。例如，广告信息可以以相应用户的年龄、性别、收入和住房区域分类。
计算机单元用来以预定的次序从数据库采集广告信息并在通话连接中播出这些信息。由于第一个和第二个用户的电话号码将揭示上述用户居住的区域，计算机单元就能够采集那些专门与这两个用户所在的地区或区域对应的广告信息。与第三个用户有预约的各呼叫的用户的概况可分类存储在另一个数据库中，或同一个数据库中。在这种情况下，计算机系统被调整为采集那些有关用户的概况相应的广告信息，并向用户播出这些信息。
前缀可包含在第三个用户的用户号码中，或者是一些其他的数字或含有星号和/或井号的代码。用户号码和前缀都可以是数字、或数字字母混合、或单独由字母构成。
根据本发明，当第一个用户和第二个用户之一在谈话过程中通过所用的电话机键盘键入一个代码或类似信息时，计算机单元就会检测这个代码。这个代码可以是任何适用的代码，如代码*99*，等等，包括星号或井号，或者单独的一个或几个数字。
根据本发明，计算机单元在检测这个代码后，将会在剩余的谈话中停止播出广告。然后计算机单元将会根据预置的费率对剩余的通话计费。
通话既可以通过被这次通话所占用的电话网的电话接线员由用户之一来付费，也可以通过第三个用户由第一个或第二个用户来付费。
在前一种情况下，计算机单元将给电话接线员的网发送一个信号以使电话接线员开始以传统方式为通话计时，此后的计费以通常的方式通过电话接线员向有关的预订用户收取。
在后一种情况下，计算机单元将开始计时，此后由第三个用户根据给定的费率对有关用户计费。这将适当地需要在上述用户和第三个用户之间有一个用户协议。
最好只对没有广告信息播出的通话期间计费。
根据一个优选实施例，计算机单元在检测到上述代码后向呼叫的用户计费。
根据另一个实施例，计算机单元在检测到上述代码后，向在他/她的电话机上拨打了上述代码的用户计费。因此，在这个实施例中，那位希望中断广告播出的用户将为这次通话付费。
根据一个优选实施例，当第一个和第二个用户之一在通话过程中再次通过使用的电话机的键盘键入一个代码或类似的信息时，计算机单元会检测这个代码，并且响应对上述代码的检测，在通话连接中重新播出广告。
这意味着可以在通话的给定部分期间制止广告的播出。
当广告又在通话连接中播出时，计算机单元将为这段广告播出期间向第三个用户继续计费。
虽然本发明用上述示例性实施例进行了描述，但显然仍可以进行修改。例如，显然可以以不同的适当方式形成代码。同样显然，被计算机单元检测的代码的键入可以伴随一个语音信息。例如，在检测了前述停止播出广告的代码之后，计算机单元可以发出一个这样的语音信息：“从现在起通话将由呼叫的用户付费”。
因此，应当理解本发明并不局限于前述示例性实施例，还包括在下列权利要求的范围内可以进行的修改。

Claims (4)

1.一种涉及远程通信的方法，其中在两个电话用户之间接通呼叫，而通话费由第三个用户支付，第一个用户的电话机经由一个标准电话网与第二个用户的电话机相连，第一个用户拨打一个通往第三个用户的用户号码，最好在拨打该号码之前先拨打一个前缀，然后拨打通往第二个用户的用户号码，电话网将这次呼叫接到与电话网相连的计算机单元(4)，这个计算机单元将这次呼叫转发给第二个用户，以便接通上述第一个用户和第二个用户，第三个用户为第一个用户和第二个用户之间的通话付费，在第一个用户和第二个用户通话中播出广告，其特征在于，当第一个和第二个用户之一在通话过程中通过所用的电话机键盘键入一个代码或类似的信息时，上述计算机单元(4)将检测上述代码；当计算机单元检测这个代码时，就中断在上述通话过程中广告的播出；计算机将按固定电话费率对通话剩余部分计费。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于计算机单元(4)将在检测上述代码之后向呼叫的用户计费。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于计算机单元(4)将在检测上述代码之后向键入代码的用户计费。
4.如权利要求1，2或3所述的方法，其特征在于第一个和第二个用户之一在通话过程中通过所用的电话机键盘再次键入一个代码或类似的信息时，计算机单元(4)将检测上述代码，并响应对这个代码的检测，重新向通话连接中播出广告；计算机单元(4)将为这段广告播出期间向第三个用户继续计费。
