图2和图11示出了本发明的钥匙18的优选的实施例。钥匙18具有容纳钥匙18的部件的一外壳22。该钥匙18在其前部具有一锁定啮合杆24。该钥匙18还具有限定与杆24相对的一孔130的一环形颈部26。在该外壳22中是一电池28、电池簧30以及印刷电路板32。在该印刷电路板上安装有一微处理器、LED36以及蜂鸣器38。钥匙18和锁12之间通过钥匙销轴40电接触,钥匙销轴由一绝缘体42电绝缘。螺旋弹簧44促使销40向前并与锁12啮合。钥匙销轴40被电连接至微处理器和电池28。
装配的绝缘体42、销40以及印刷电路板32、电池28通过使用弹簧46和插塞48被紧密地容纳在该外壳22中。一垫圈50密封该钥匙18,其通过接线柱52被压向该插塞。一帽54密封该外壳22。一转矩放大器56装配在外壳22周围,以便容易地握紧和旋转钥匙18。
钥匙18的主要元件是一电源,如电池28、以及微处理器,用于与锁12通信。该机械装配和电连接可按要求构造。因此,例如,尽管示出的是一杆24和环形颈部26,也可使用其他的机械配置如一方形钉来允许钥匙18与锁12啮合,以便使该锁旋转。

图1以及4-6示出一优选锁12。图6是沿截开该锁12的一纵向线获得的剖视图。该锁12由一柱体14和一外壳16组成。锁12的尺寸可被制作为以便替换传统的机械柱体锁。一尾件58(见图6)被用螺栓或螺丝连在柱体14的端部。该柱体14的端部的一对孔59容纳用于连接尾件的螺栓或螺丝。(见图5)尾件58被连接到螺栓20或其他传统的锁定装置,其干扰待被锁定的物体的移动。例如,在锁12被用来锁定一办公桌抽屉的情况下,螺栓20将防止办公桌抽屉相对于办公桌的运动。外壳16可用任何传统的材料制作,如黄铜,其包括突出远离外壳16的圆柱部分一部件(bible)60。该部件60安装在待被锁定的一装置如办公桌抽屉中的槽中以防止该外壳16相对于该装置旋转。一O型环62以及一后密封垫63被用来密封外壳16的内部以防止灰尘和其他杂质进入外壳16的内部并损坏锁12的部件。一带螺纹的止动器64被螺旋连接至柱体14的带螺纹的后部66。柱体14和外壳16之间的张力可通过拉紧止动器64来调整,因此控制该柱体14可在外壳16中旋转的简易程度。
柱体14由其上安装有柱体14的各种部件的一壳体68组成。壳体68的前部具有两个孔70,每一个包含一电触点72。该触点72通过绝缘体74与壳体68绝缘。电触点72容纳销40以防止锁12和钥匙18之间的电连接,以便钥匙18可向锁12提供电源,并使得钥匙18和锁12可彼此通信。
一印刷电路板76被安装在壳体68的中央。该印刷电路板76包括用于锁12的锁处理器和存储器。印刷电路板76电连接到电触点72。
一螺线管部件也安装在该壳体68中。该螺线管部件包括其上安装有一螺线管线圈80的框架78。该线圈80与在壳体78后部的一孔82对准。该螺线管部件还包括包含一干扰元件86、干扰弹簧88、螺线管柱塞90、螺线管弹簧92以及螺线管杆94的管84。该组合管84被插入到镗孔82中,以便管84的下部和螺线管杆94位于螺线管线圈80中。管84由黄铜或其他非铁材料制成。通过使用一锁环96,管84被保持在镗孔82中。锁环96被安装在壳体68的后部的环形槽96内以及管84的未端的另一槽100中。钻孔防护装置101安装在壳体68的前部和螺旋管框架78之间,以防止螺旋管部件钻出。
壳体68还包括垂直于并与壳体68的镗孔82以及管84的镗孔85并与其相连通的一镗孔102。特别参照图6,容纳在镗孔102中的是一销104,其具有一圆头部分106和直径比该圆头部分106小的下端杆部分108。该镗孔102具有一上端部分102A,其大小为能够容纳圆头部分106,和具有更小的直径,能够容纳下端杆部分108的一下端部分102B。一弹簧110安装在上镗孔部分102A。该弹簧110比下端杆部分102B宽,以便当销104移进镗孔102时,通过销104的圆头部分106的移动来压缩弹簧110。因此,弹簧110将销104推出镗孔102。
现在特别参考图7,外壳16定义当柱体14在外壳16中并位于原位置或锁定位置时与镗孔102连通的一空腔112。空腔112通过一对相对的凸轮面114A和114B来限定。空腔112足够大以容纳销104的头部分106的至少一部分。
总起来说,螺线管部件、销104以及弹簧110构成用来防止或干扰柱体14相对于外壳16旋转的一锁定装置。图6示出了在一锁定状态下的锁12。在该锁定状态中,没有电源提供给螺线管线圈80。该螺线管弹簧92将柱塞90推离杆94。因此柱塞90占用在镗孔85下的管84的空间。销104的圆头部分106在外壳16的空腔112中。如果柱体14相对于外壳16旋转,销104的圆头部分106与凸轮面114A或114B中的一个啮合。凸轮面114A或114B将圆头部分106向下推向镗孔102。然而,因为柱塞90占用销104下方的空间,圆头部分106被防止完全移进镗孔102中。因此,在该锁定状态下,由于销104的圆头部分与凸轮面114A或114B中的一个啮合,柱体14不能相对于外壳16旋转。
图9示出在一打开状态的电子锁10。电源被提供给螺线管80。作为响应,螺线管柱塞90缩进螺线管80中并缩进与杆94接触。管84内部的柱塞90的运动在管84中产生一与镗孔85连通的开口116。该开口116足够大以容纳销104的下部杆部分108的一部分。因此,当柱体14相对于外壳14旋转以及销104的圆头部分106与凸轮面114A或114B中的一个啮合时,下端杆部分108被推进开口116中。例如,如果柱体14被旋转使得头部分106与凸轮面114A啮合,则凸轮面114A将引起销104压缩弹簧110以便头部分106完全位于膛孔102内部而下端杆部分部分位于开口116内部。因此柱体14能自由地相对于外壳16旋转。
因此该锁定装置为该电子锁定系统10提供了一显著的优点。锁12的所有锁定元件如微处理器和锁定装置均容纳在柱体14中。因此,当柱体14相对于外壳16旋转时,这些部件中的每一个均完全容纳在柱体14中。这具有几个优点。锁12可相对较小,并且可将其尺寸制作为能够替换传统的机械柱体锁。另外,如果一安装的锁12失效,则可替换锁12的柱体部分14,而不替换外壳16。
或者,其他机械设备可被用来提供一锁定装置。代替使用一销104,也可使用具有不同形状如条形、凸轮、或圆盘形状的其他的锁定元件。该锁定元件可以其他方式移动,例如,该锁定元件可能被装在一枢轴上以便当旋转时一部分防碍柱体的旋转。
在这些图说明的实施例中,柱体的前面限定了容纳钥匙18的颈部26的一环形槽120。在环形槽120的一侧上,该柱体限定与该环形槽120连通的一镗孔122。该镗孔122能接收钥匙18的杆24。镗孔122和杆24的匹配啮合保证钥匙18完全与柱体14对准。另外,杆24,当与镗孔122匹配啮合时允许钥匙18向柱体14传送转矩,使通过钥匙销轴40所加的转矩最小化。
在本发明的一单独的方面,电子锁定系统10还具有一独特的反窜改装置。在正常的操作中,该干扰元件86在管84的关闭端。在干扰元件86中的一干扰弹簧88摩擦地与管84的内壁啮合,以便阻碍在管84中的干扰元件86的运动。因此,如图9所示,当向螺线管80提供电源并且柱塞90收缩时,干扰元件86不能移动。因此,干扰元件86不干扰销104向内进入开口116的运动。然而,如图10所示,如果一尖锐的冲击力被应用到锁12的前部,则干扰元件86会防止柱体14旋转。应用到锁12的尖锐的外力可能导致柱塞由于惯性力马上缩进线圈80中。相同的惯性力也使干扰元件86相对于管84纵向移动。因此干扰元件86占用管84的镗孔85下的空间,防止销104由于柱体14的旋转而被推进镗孔102中。一旦弹簧92克服了由尖锐的冲击力而引起的惯性力,柱塞90和干扰元件86均返回如图6所示在锁定状态时它们的正常位置。因此,本发明的锁定系统10具有防止锁12仅通过用一尖锐的打击而被打开的优点。
在本发明的另一方面,锁12还具有将锁向一原位置推动的一偏置装置,以便使锁定系统10具有增加的可靠性。在图所示的实施例中,锁12的“原位置”是由空腔112定义的。凸轮面114A和114B在一顶点118会合。当柱体14的镗孔102与顶点118对准时,柱体14即是在原位置。在外部转矩应用到柱体14时,一旦头部分106开始进入空腔112,柱体14将自然地返回到原位置。弹簧110使头部分106紧靠凸轮面114A或114B。当头部分106与这些凸轮面114A、114B中的一个啮合时,凸轮面114A或114B将头部分106推向顶点118,并因此将柱体14推向原位置。一旦头部分106到达顶点118,它便位于一平衡点,该平衡点是原位置。相反,当柱体14旋转远离原位置时,偏置装置会使柱体14返回到原位置。该偏置装置为锁定系统10提供了另外的优点。当旋转该柱体14返回向原位置以便锁定该锁12时,锁定系统10的用户能基于对由弹簧110的压缩引起的运动的阻力方面的变化,确定柱体14何时返回到原位置。当已经定位原位置时,用户可在知道柱体是在待被锁定的正确位置的情况下,安全地取出钥匙。
尽管在附图中描述的实施例将锁定装置与偏置装置结合起来时,然而,偏置装置也可与锁定装置分离。因此,偏置装置可以是由一弹簧、一弹性体或与外壳啮合的其他偏置设备推动的单独的机械元件。换句话说,该偏置装置能位于外壳中并且可被推进与柱体啮合。例如,该偏置装置可能由容纳在外壳的镗孔中的一弹簧和滚珠轴承组成。在这样一可选实施例中,滚珠轴承可能与柱体外表面商的一凹痕啮合,并且该凹痕限定原位置。
在本发明的另一单独方面,锁定系统10提供一钥匙保持装置。该柱体14也具有垂直于柱体14的纵向轴并且与环形槽120连通的一镗孔124。镗孔124容纳一滚珠轴承126。该外壳16限定当柱体14位于原位置时与镗孔124连通的一空腔128。颈部26也具有与杆24相对的一镗孔130。当颈部26被插入环形槽120时,镗孔130与镗孔124对准。镗孔130的大小为使得滚珠轴承126可被容纳在镗孔130中。当颈部26被首先插入环形槽120时,滚珠轴承126被首先向上推进空腔128中。然而,一旦颈部26被完全插入槽120中,滚珠轴承向后落下进入到镗孔124和颈部26的镗孔130中。当柱体14旋转时,滚珠轴承126完全位于镗孔12中,并因此当柱体14旋转时被容纳在柱体14中。一旦柱体14旋转超过原位置时,滚珠轴承26会防止钥匙18从柱体14缩回。外壳16的内表面防止滚珠轴承126在镗孔124中向上移动,因此防止颈部26从槽120中缩回。钥匙18可能从柱体14脱离啮合的唯一位置是当柱体14返回到原位置时,以便滚珠轴承126可能被向上推进到空腔128中,由此允许颈部26从槽120中缩回。因此,钥匙保持装置提供了如果柱体14不返回到原位置,则防止钥匙18从锁12缩回的优点。这保证柱体14被正确对准,以便该锁定装置可被锁定,以防止或干扰柱体14相对于外壳16的旋转。另外,其他的钥匙保持装置也可被使用以便当柱体14相对于外壳16旋转时将该钥匙18保持在柱体14中。例如,钥匙可具有一凸出部,其被容纳在具有大小可容纳该凸出部的一开口的一槽中,且该槽允许该钥匙旋转但防止钥匙取出,除非该凸出部与该开口对准。
总之,本发明具有很多优点。通过将锁定机构的工作组件全部放置于柱体,锁定系统可被制作的体积非常小。这样,电子锁可用来取代传统的机械柱体锁。而且万一所装的锁出毛病时,可只更换柱体而不必更换整个锁。本发明锁本身还不需供电源。所以,由于不含供电源,锁可较小并且不会受到溶蚀电池的腐蚀。锁也无需来自外部接线的外部电源。因此锁更简单、更易安装。
图15-21示出一锁定系统的第二实施例,它包括示于图15-19的锁212和示于图20-21的钥匙。该第二实施例的许多特征与图1-9所示的实施例相同。锁212由一柱体214和一外壳216组成。锁212的尺寸被制作成可替换传统的机械柱体锁,这些传统的机械柱体锁一般都具有如图8所示的横断面,并通常称为“可互换锁芯”或“可替换锁芯”锁。这样的锁在美国专利No.3,206,959和4,294,093中做了大体的描述。
柱体214由前部268和后部269组成。前部268和后部269利用分别与前部和后部的槽273和275相配合的弹性挡环279连接在一起。柱体214借助于另一开口环219保持在外壳216中,该开口环219装于围绕后部269的环槽221内(参见图16和17)。
前部268具有一凸块267,该凸块267具有两个孔270,每个孔包含有由绝缘体274包围着的电触点272。与图1-9的实施例相似,电触点272接合或接触钥匙(见图21)的销240,使得锁212和钥匙218电连接,从而钥匙218可向锁212提供电源,由此钥匙218和锁212可彼此连通。
一印刷电路板276被安装在柱体214中。与图1-9的实施例相似,印刷电路板276包括用于锁212的锁微信息处理器277和存储器。印刷电路板276与接触点272电连接。
一螺线管部件也安装在前部268中。该螺线管部件包括一螺线管线圈280。该螺线管部件还包括一管284,该管284容纳一干扰元件286、螺线管柱塞290、螺线管弹簧292以及螺线管杆294。管284被插入螺线管线圈280,以便管284的前部和螺线管杆294位于螺线管线圈280中。管284由塑料制成。螺线管杆294与凸块267上的孔295可穿过地接合,并且为钥匙218提供接地接触。
与图1-9实施例相似,后部269包括一与管280垂直并且连通的孔302。特别参看图19,一具有圆头部306和直径比它小的下杆部308的销304装于孔302中。一弹簧310安装在上孔部302A内。如图1-9的实施例的销104一样,销304起锁定元件的作用。
如图16和19所示,外壳216限定出当柱体214处于外壳216中并位于原位置或锁定位置时与孔302连通的一空腔312。空腔312通过如图1-9的实施例的一对相对的凸轮面(未示出)限定。空腔312足够大,以容纳销304的头部306的至少一部分。
总起来说,螺线管部件、销304以及弹簧310构成用来放置或干扰柱体214相对于外壳216旋转的一锁定装置。锁定机构的作用与图1-9的实施例相似,根据钥匙218或者锁212的信号,相对于外壳216有选择地允许柱体214转动。
锁212也具有一如图1-9的实施例的钥匙固位机构。如图19所示,柱体214也具有一与其纵轴垂直并且与围绕凸块267的槽320连通的孔324,凸块267容纳一滚珠轴承326。
图15-21的第二实施例具有一抗磁特征,以根据向柱体214的前表面215施加的大的磁场使锁212能够阻止打开。现在参看图16和19,锁212包括一板297,该板位于靠近螺线管线圈280的后部并且处于柱体214的前部268的后端。板297和柱体的前部268均由铁磁材料制成,例如用于板297的软变压器钢。另外,凸块267由铁磁材料制成。总起来说,板297、柱体的前部268以及凸块267构成一铁磁罩。而柱体214的后部269由非铁磁材料如黄铜制成。
板297具有一容纳螺线管柱塞290的孔299。螺线管柱塞290也由铁磁材料制成。为了使螺线管柱塞290得以干扰销304的向下运动,至少螺线管柱塞290的一部分必须延伸过板297,并且伸出铁磁罩以外。同样,为了使螺线管柱塞290得以允许销304向下运动,螺线管柱塞290必须向罩的内部缩回。
令人惊奇地,至少部分地包围螺线管柱塞290的铁磁罩可根据外部施加的磁场使锁212能够阻止打开。在没有板297的情况下,外部向柱体的表面215施加的大的磁场造成螺线管柱塞290缩回螺线管线圈280。于是,便可转动柱体214,从而打开锁。然而,在有板297的情况下,外加磁场使得螺线管柱塞290被推出铁磁罩,从而干扰销304的向下运动。在不愿被特定理论束缚的同时,相信在罩中感应出了磁场,从而螺线管组件的最低能态为螺线管柱塞290至少部分地位于罩以外。在任何情况下,通过使螺线管柱塞290从罩中运动出来而到达干扰销304向下运动的位置,施加大的磁场将引起锁定机构抵抗柱体212相对于外壳216的转动。
由于施加的磁场迫使螺线管柱塞290脱离罩中,为了使锁得以被打开,至少螺线管柱塞290的一部分位于罩内。优选地,为使螺线管柱塞290处在一个不干扰销304向下运动的位置,至少大部分螺线管柱塞290位于罩中。更优选地,至少75%的螺线管柱塞290位于罩中。更优选地,至少90%的螺线管柱塞290位于罩中。要求较大部分的螺线管柱塞290位于罩中以便其不干扰销304的向下运动,可确保有足够大的力作用到螺线管柱塞290上,以根据施加的外部磁场迫使它从罩中向外运动。
类似地,为干扰柱体214的转动,要求根据施加的磁场,螺线管柱塞290仅纵向移动一个很小的距离。如图19所示,为干扰销304的向下运动,螺线管柱塞290仅需从罩中移出很小一段距离,例如小于螺线管柱塞290的总长度的5%。
根据本发明的另一方面,图15-19的锁实施例能够取代如美国专利No.3,206,959和4,294,093所说明的传统“可互换锁芯”或“可替换锁芯”锁。这样的锁用于标准接受器中。外壳216包括一静止部216a和一可旋转部216b。可旋转部216b具有一凸耳217。借助于静止部216a和可旋转部216b各自的互锁切口部301和303,可旋转部216b可被安装成可有限地转动。切口部301和303根据静止部216a限制可旋转部216b的转动程度。
可旋转部216b可在保持位置和放开位置之间转动。在保持位置,凸耳从外壳216(见图15)的侧面突出;在放开位置,凸耳217被容纳于静止部216a的伸长槽305中,以允许锁212从接受器中退出。带保持凸耳的具有这种通用外形的可互换锁芯锁在行业中已成标准并且具有以下优点,即它们可容易地从标准接受器中取出以及替换,如在挂锁或门把手中那样。
使电子锁适应替换传统的机械可互换锁芯锁的困难在于锁与具有一对伸长转换销307的转换元件一起使用。这些转换销307必须被容纳于柱体214中,并且如图17和19所示,占据柱体的相当大的部分,从而限制了供电子组件使用的空间。本发明通过将螺线管组件布置成与柱体的纵向旋转轴A相平行而解决了容纳伸长转换销307的问题。如图18和19所示,螺线管组件纵向平行于柱体214的纵轴A,因此螺线管柱塞290在管284中纵向运动。尽管螺线管组件占据柱体214的相当大的部分,通过将螺线管组件纵向地布置在柱体中,柱体具有足够的空间容纳伸长转换销307。
如图18和19所示,印刷电路板276安装在螺线管组件之上并且与之相对。柱体214的内表面213、印刷电路板276和螺线管组件共同在柱体214中限定出一用于容纳伸长转换销307的伸长腔室309。在使用时,伸长转换销307容纳于腔室309中。如图19所示,腔室309从板297延伸至大约螺线管组件的前部313。尽管柱体被显示和被描述为具有一伸长腔室,但腔室309也可被分隔开,以便在柱体内部构成一对腔室,每个腔室都用于容纳伸长销。
锁212的其余部分同样地适于容纳转换销307。板297的任一侧具有一对开孔315,用于容纳转换销307。同样,柱体214的后部269具有一对孔317,用于容纳转换销。柱体214的旋转使得后部269接合转换销307,从而将柱体214的旋转传递给本技术中已知的第二锁定机构或转换元件。
锁212继续得到利用锁定元件(如销)连同螺线管柱塞的便利,由此螺线管柱塞不直接承受大的力。为适应转换销307,销304与螺线管组件垂直并且位于柱体214的后部269和管284的上方。这样,销304位于容纳转换销307的柱体的后部269的两个孔317之间。
与图1-9的实施例相似,锁212的所有锁定组件即微信息处理器277和锁定机构均装在柱体214中。于是,当柱体214相对于外壳216旋转时,这些组件均完全位于柱体214之中。因此,本锁具有体积相对小但却能容纳一对伸长转换销307、以便替换传统的机械可互换锁的优点。而且,万一被安装的锁212出了毛病,不用更换外壳216,锁212的柱体部214就可被更换。
一特殊控制钥匙用于转动可旋转部216b和收回凸耳。锁具有一保持机构,以防止可旋转部216旋转,它包括一与可旋转部216b中相应槽321接合的销319。销319装于静止部216a中的孔323中,并且被弹簧325向下推。当可旋转部216b被转动因此凸耳217处于保持位置时,槽321位于孔323之下,这样销319被推入槽321,从而可防止可旋转部216b旋转。
为将销319从槽321中移出,可用一具有伸长颈226的特殊控制钥匙,该钥匙将滚珠轴承327向上推入孔中。这使销319与可旋转部216b脱离啮合,从而允许可旋转部216b转动,以便收回凸耳217。滚珠轴承327与槽321的侧面接合,从而允许控制钥匙转动外壳的可旋转部216b。
示于图20-21的第二实施例的钥匙与第一实施例的钥匙18相似,主要不同在于壳222的外形。壳222内是电池228、电容器231、电池弹簧230和印刷电路板232。微信息处理器、LED236和蜂鸣器238安装在印刷电路板上。通过外壳电绝缘的钥匙销240实现钥匙218和锁212之间的电连接。螺旋弹簧244迫使销240向前并且与锁212接合。钥匙销240与微信息处理器和电池228电连接。
钥匙218也具有一个与柱体214的前表面插入接合的颈226。在颈226的一側具有一用于容纳滚珠轴承326的凹部227。颈226具有三个圆形凸起229,每个凸起呈围绕各自销240的弧形。颈226的外部形状与围绕柱体214的凸块267的槽320相适应,以便颈226能握紧凸块267并且使得钥匙218可向柱体214施加扭矩。
钥匙和锁的信息传递
现在回到图1-9的实施例,该实施例用来说明钥匙和锁的信息传递,钥匙18和锁12通过钥匙销轴40和电触点72连接。参照图12,钥匙18具有一微处理器132、与微处理器132相连的呈电可擦除只读存储器(EEPROM)形式的存储器134。总起来说,微处理器132以及有关的存储器134包括一计算机系统。可能被用在本发明中的该计算机系统可能是执行这里所述与读、写、删除、存贮和/或比较与钥匙识别码、密码和其他数据有关的信息的功能的任何设备,不管是一单独的微处理器还是与其他处理器和/或存储器设备相结合。该钥匙18另外可选地包括一LED 36、蜂鸣器38、电池28以及时钟136。
锁12也具有一微处理器138和为EEPROM形式的有关的存储器140。与钥匙一样,微处理器138和有关的存储器140构成一计算机系统。电源和信息通过销40和触点72中的一个经一单线线路传递到锁处理器138。在进入微处理器138前,电源通过一二极管142以及滤波电容器144。该锁同样可选地包括一LED、蜂鸣器和/或时钟。
在操作过程中,钥匙处理器132和锁处理器138彼此通信,以允许开启该锁12。在一个实施例中,钥匙处理器132和锁处理器138能分别存储密码、钥匙识别码以及锁识别码。每一个钥匙18和锁12具有一唯一的识别码。当制造该钥匙18或锁12时可将该识别码编写在各自的微处理器中。现在参照图13和14,当钥匙18与钥匙12啮合时,钥匙18向锁微处理器138发出功率。在锁微处理器138稳定后,锁微处理器138发出一握手信号给钥匙微处理器132。钥匙微处理器132将一握手信号发送回锁微处理器138。然后锁微处理器138发送与其识别码相应的信号给钥匙微处理器132。然后钥匙微处理器132发送一钥匙识别码和一密码给锁微处理器138。锁微处理器138确定该钥匙识别码是否被授权开启该锁12,然后确定该密码是否正确。如果是,则锁处理器138发送一信号给钥匙处理器132,其响应该信号,通过销40和触点70中的一个由电池28提供电源给螺线管80以开启该锁12。

该系统还可被设计成利用多个访问级。从而,有些钥匙仅被授权打开有限数量的锁,而其他钥匙可能是能打开所有锁的万能钥匙。
电子锁定系统10还可被设计成包括可能用来显示锁12或钥匙18的状态的一LED,如一授权的钥匙已经被检查并且该锁12可被打开或电量很低。该电子锁定系统l0也可包括同样告知钥匙18和/或锁12的状态的一蜂鸣器。蜂鸣器在以下情况时被用于发出信息,如当一万能钥匙已被检测时,当一授权的钥匙被检测时,当一钥匙码已经添加到存储器中的授权钥匙码中时,和/或当一钥匙识别码已经从一锁存储器删除时。该蜂鸣器还可在响应试图打开该锁12而没有先使用一授权钥匙的情况下,发出一警报。
当然,上述相同功能可在第二实施例的锁212中具备,须知参考第一实施例仅用于说明而不是作为限制。

Claims (23)

1.一种电子锁,包括:
(a)一个装于一外壳中并可相对于该外壳旋转的柱体;
(b)一个能够有选择地干扰所述柱体转动的电动锁定机构,所述电动锁定机构包括一个具有一螺线管线圈和一螺线管柱塞的螺线管,当所述电动锁定机构干扰所述柱体旋转时,所述螺线管柱塞处于一第一位置,当所述柱体可以自由旋转时,所述螺线管柱塞处于一第二位置;以及
(c)一个具有用于容纳所述螺线管柱塞的开孔的铁磁罩,当所述螺线管柱塞处于所述第一位置和所述第二位置时,所述罩包围所述螺线管线圈和至少所述螺线管柱塞的一部分,以便防止从外部施加于所述柱体的前表面的磁场迫使所述螺线管柱塞从所述第一位置移动到所述第二位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子锁,其特征在于,在有外部磁场施加到所述柱体的前表面上的情况下,所述螺线管柱塞被推向所述第一位置。
3.如权利要求1所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述柱体构成所述铁磁罩的一部分。
4.如权利要求1所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述柱体还包括一个所述铁磁罩外部的非铁磁部,并且当处于所述第一位置时,至少所述螺线管柱塞的一部分被容纳于所述非铁磁部内。
5.如权利要求1所述的电子锁,其特征在于,当所述螺线管柱塞处于所述第二位置时,至少所述螺线管柱塞的一部分容纳于所述铁磁罩中。
6.如权利要求1所述的电子锁,其特征在于,当所述螺线管柱塞处于所述第二位置时,至少所述螺线管柱塞的75%容纳于所述铁磁罩中。
7.如权利要求1所述的电子锁,其特征在于,还包括一个可移动部件,其被强制迫使与所述外壳和所述柱体中的一个的凸轮面啮合,所述凸轮面被布置成当所述柱体转动离开一由所述凸轮面限定的原位置时迫使所述可移动部件向着所述原位置旋转所述柱体。
8.如权利要求1所述的电子锁,其特征在于,还包括一个锁定元件和一个防窜改元件,该锁定元件可移动至与所述外壳脱离啮合,以允许所述柱体转动,所述防窜改元件可通过所述锁的惯性的变化从一不干扰所述锁定元件运动的位置移动到一干扰所述锁定元件运动的位置。
9.如权利要求1所述的电子锁,其特征在于,一个用于所述锁的钥匙包括一用于所述电动锁定机构的电源。
10.如权利要求1所述的电子锁,其特征在于,还包括一个钥匙保持元件,当一钥匙与所述柱体啮合时,该钥匙保持元件可与所述外壳的一钥匙保持表面啮合,所述钥匙保持表面这样布置,以使得当所述柱体转动离开一原位置时防止所述钥匙保持元件移动至与所述钥匙脱离啮合,以防止所述钥匙与所述柱体脱离啮合,并当所述柱体转动至所述原位置时,允许所述钥匙保持元件移动至与所述钥匙脱离啮合。
11.如权利要求1所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述柱体包括沿所述外壳的纵轴处于不同位置的前部和后部,所述前部可相对于所述外壳旋转并包括所述铁磁罩的一部分,所述后部可拆卸地与所述前部互连,以便可被所述前部转动。
12.如权利要求11所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述后部包括一锁定元件,该锁定元件可与所述外壳啮合,以干扰所述柱体的转动,并可以有选择地移动,以允许所述柱体转动。
13.如权利要求10所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述前部可被一钥匙转动。
14.如权利要求11所述的电子锁,其特征在于,一个用于有选择地使所述所述锁定元件移动的电控制器安装于所述柱体的前部。
15.如权利要求11所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述柱体的后部具有至少一个从所述锁定元件横向偏移的第一纵向延伸腔室,用于配合容纳至少一个伸长转换销。
16.如权利要求15所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述柱体的后部还具有一个第二纵向伸长腔室,所述第一和第二腔室从位于其相对侧的所述锁定元件横向偏移。
17.如权利要求11所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述前部和后部都具有可拆卸地与所述前部和后部互连并可配合接合的凸出部。
18.如权利要求17所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述凸出部绕所述柱体的纵轴周向设置。
19.如权利要求18所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述凸出部沿所述柱体纵向延伸。
20.如权利要求11所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述前部主要由一第一材料构成,而所述后部由不同于所述第一材料的第二材料构成。
21.如权利要求20所述的电子锁,其特征在于,一种所述材料是铁磁材料,而另一种所述材料是非铁磁材料。
22.如权利要求21所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述第一材料是铁磁材料。
23.如权利要求22所述的电子锁,其特征在于,所述电控锁定机构包括一个安装于所述柱体的前部并用于移动所述锁定元件的电控制器。
