Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种改进的通气和液体输送附件,更具体地说是涉及一种用于充满液体的容器的通气和液体输送附件,这种附件允许在输送容器内的存储物的同时使容器内的存储物被通气,并当容器被倒置时,不会泄漏存储物。
传统的一些通气和液体输送系统利用一非倒置的容器,该容器具有一用于从该容器输送液体的插管。典型的情况是,利用容器顶部的一孔使容器通气。然而,当容器被倒置时,这些系统中的液体就会发生泄漏。
另一种方法是利用通气的触发喷射器来从一容器发送液体。这些系统典型地采用一开关机构,除了在该装置正在发送时之处,该开关机构被用来关闭通气口。然而,如果当容器侧倾时或倒置时,如果驱动该装置,那么就会发生泄漏。
第三种方法是为容器设置一些壁,这些壁足够薄,以致于在因容器的存储物被取走而产生的真空压力作用下,这些壁会破裂。这种类型的系统无需允许气体进入容器来替换从容器中被排出的液体。然而,这个系统不能使液体从容器稳定地流出,因为随着容器内真空压力的增大,液流将会减小。
因此,需要一种改进的通气和液体输送附件,这种附件允许液体能从倒置的容器中均匀地输送而不会发生泄漏,并且这种附件对容器进行通气,从而使得被排出的液体被空气所替换。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种改进的通气和液体输送附件。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种通气和液体流动附件,用于从一倒置的充满液体的容器进行密封和输送,而不会发生过早使液体泄漏到一接收器连接件上,这种附件包括一输送单向阀和一通气单向阀,其中的输送单向阀与该附件连接,用于当接收器连接件与该输送单向阀接合时允许从容器输送液体,其中的通气单向阀与该附件连接,用于允许空气因液体从容器流出而替换液体,在这种附件中,输送单向阀和通气单向阀都具有一个固有的密封压力,该压力是由容器内的液体的静压所产生的。

参照图1和图2,优选的通气和液体输送附件10包括一输送附件11,该输送附件11有一输送单向阀12和一通气单向阀13,图中表示出了该通气和液体输送附件10的一个分解结构(见图1)和一个已组装的结构(见图2)。优选的输送附件11是一个单一的模制部件,它包括输送单向阀12和通气单向阀13(见图1a和图1b)。然而,附件11可包括一盖或罩14,其中插入单独的输送单向阀12和通气单向阀13(见图1c),这并没有偏离本发明的目的。
此外,如图1a和图1b所示,优选的输送附件11可具有一些支撑肋15,这些支撑肋增加了输送附件11尤其是输送单向阀12的稳定性。输送单向阀12和通气单向阀13最好是鸭嘴阀,这些鸭嘴阀具有固有的密封压力,并朝向相同的方向。然而,阀12和13可以是各种阀,这并没有偏离本发明的目的。例如,单向阀12和13可以是伞形阀、球和弹簧单向阀或槽阀。此外,通气单向阀13可以被设置在瓶16上的其它地方和/或以不同的方向设置,这并没有偏离本发明的目的。附件11、输送单向阀12和通气单向阀13最好是由一弹性材料构成。
优选的输送鸭嘴阀12有一开口端12a和一封闭的嘴形端12b,当输送鸭嘴阀12处于休息状态时(图1a),封闭的嘴形端12b保持在一个封闭位置。优选的通气鸭嘴阀13还具有一个开口端13a和一个封闭的嘴形端13b,当通气鸭嘴阀12处于休息状态时(图1a),封闭嘴形端13b保持在一个封闭位置。
优选的附件11通过把附件11的一个卡扣头18卡扣在瓶16的一个边环19内,从而与一充有液体的瓶16相连,具体地说是与一开口17相连。然而,附件11可以利用瓶颈21上的螺纹20与瓶16相连,这在现有技术中是公知的。把优选的附件11与瓶16相连之后,瓶16可以被倒置,而不会使瓶16内的存储物流出来,这是由于阀12和13处于图1a所示的休息状态且端部12b和13b保持闭合。
优选的附件11和瓶16的组合被连接到一接收器连接件22上,该接收器连接件22具有一个探尖23和一个通气槽24。探尖23分别具有第一和第二开口端23a和23b。一旦探尖23的第一开口端23a插入开口端12a,探尖23的第一开口端23a就发生变形并打开输送鸭嘴阀12的嘴形端12b(见图2)。探尖23的第二开口端23b最好与一根用于把液体从瓶16引导到一泵或容器(图中未示)的管25相连。但是,管25和接收器连接件22可以被制成一个单一构件,而这并没有偏离本发明的目的。
当瓶16被倒置时(见图1a),分别作用在鸭嘴阀12和13的嘴形端12b和13b上的内部静压将把阀12和13牢牢地密封住。因此,阀12和13防止了液体过早地从倒置的瓶16流出,直到接收器连接件22的探尖23插入输送鸭嘴阀12内。
一旦把接收器连接件的探尖23插入输送鸭嘴阀12内,由于探尖23变形并打开输送鸭嘴阀12,于是液体就会在重力作用下通过探尖23被输送。结果是,在瓶16内产生一个真空(负压)压力。当该真空压力足够克服通气阀13上的密封压力时,气泡就会沿着空气流通道26(见图2)进入瓶16内,这就迅速地通过液体流出缓解瓶16内所产生的真空压力,从而恢复密封压力。优选的方案是,通气鸭嘴阀13的密封压力小于输送鸭嘴阀12的密封压力。结果是,瓶16内所产生的真空(负压)压力会使通气鸭嘴阀13打开,而不使输送鸭嘴阀12的打开程度超过由探尖23使阀12的移动所产生打开度。
接收器连接件22内的通气槽24确保当从瓶16所进行的液体输送产生了足够的负压时,空气能到达通气鸭嘴阀13并能被引入到瓶16内。随着探尖23的向输送鸭嘴阀12推进(见图2),探尖23就沿着鸭嘴阀12的内壁进行密封。在完全装好的位置(见图2),探尖23通过鸭嘴阀12的开口端12a延伸并提供一条通向管25的液体通道。
参照图3a~3c,第一可选的通气和液体输送附件最好包括输送附件11,该输送附件具有一输送单向阀27(见图3a和3b)和一通气单向阀28。这个可选的输送单向阀27最好是一个隔膜阀,可选的通气阀28最好是一伞形阀,它们都具有固有的密封压力并朝相同的方向设置。正如在这个优选的实施例中一样,可选的通气单向阀28可以被设置在瓶16上的其它位置和/或设置在不同的方向上,这并没有偏离本发明的目的。隔膜阀27利用一附件30与容器16相连。
此外,隔膜阀27和伞形阀28可以由一个单一构件来制成,如图3c所示。通过这种方式,探尖23通过伞形阀28内的一槽29插入。伞形阀28具有一伞形部分31,这个伞形部分31密封地把一通气口32盖住。伞形阀28利用一个附件33与瓶16相连。当瓶16被倒置时,隔膜阀27就把瓶16的开口17密封住。槽29允许探尖23插入隔膜阀27,以便进行瓶16内存储物的输送。当瓶16内的压力积累到足够程度时,伞形阀28的固有密封压力,具体地说是伞形部分31的固有密封压力将会释放,使空气被引入瓶16内,直到这个压差被平衡为止。
参照图5和图6,第二可选的通气和液体输送附件34最好包括输送附件11,该输送附件11具有一个双槽输送单向阀35和通气单向阀36。可选的输送单向阀35和可选的通气单向阀36最好是分别具有槽37和38的槽阀。此外,输送槽阀35和通气槽阀36具有一固有的密封压力并朝相同的方向调协。
在操作时,探尖23被插入输送槽阀35的槽37内。当瓶16内的真空压力足够克服通气槽阀36的固有密封压力时,通气槽阀36的槽38将打开并允许空气进入瓶16内,直到这个压力差被平衡为止。正如在这具优选实施例中一样,可选通气单向阀36可以被设置在瓶16上的其它地方和/或设置在不同的方向上,这并没有偏离本发明的目的。

Claims (13)
1、一种通气和液体输送附件,用于密封并从一倒置的充有液体的容器输送液体,而不会过早地向接收器连接件泄漏液体,这种通气和液体输送附件包括:
一输送单向阀,与该附件相连,用于当接收器连接件与所说输送单向阀接合时允许从容器进行液体输送;
一通气单向阀,与该附件相连,用于允许空气随着液体流出容器而替换液体,其中所说的输送单向阀和通气单向阀都具有由容器内的液体静压所形成的一固有的密封压力。
2、根据权利要求1所述的通气和液体输送附件,其特征在于所说的输送单向阀包括至少一鸭嘴阀、一伞形单向阀、一球形和弹簧单向阀和一槽单向阀中的一个。
3、根据权利要求2所述的通气和液体输送附件,其特征在于所述的通气单向阀包括一鸭嘴阀、一伞形单向阀、一球形和弹簧单向阀和一槽单向阀中的一个。
4、根据权利要求1所述的通气和液体输送附件,其特征在于所说的输送单向阀和所说的通气单向阀以相同的方向被设置。
5、根据权利要求1所述的通气和液体输送附件,其特征在于所说的输送单向阀和所说的通气单向阀彼此相邻。
6、根据权利要求1所述的通气和液体输送附件,其特征在于所说的通气单向阀的固有密封压力小于所说输送单向阀的固有密封压力。
7、根据权利要求1所述的通气和液体输送附件,其特征在于所说的输送单向阀和所说的通气单向阀被制成一个单一构件。
8、根据权利要求1所述的通气和液体输送附件,其特征在于液体由于重力作用而从容器中进行输送。
9、一种通气和液体输送的组合件,包括:
一具有一开口的充有液体的容器;
一附件,与所说的开口相连,并具有一通气单向阀和一液体输送单向阀,所说的两单向阀都具有一固有的密封压力,用于当所说的容器被倒置时对所说的单向阀进行密封;
一接收器连接件,具有一探尖,用于与所说的液体输送向阀接合,以允许从所说的倒置的充有液体的容器进行液体输送。
10、根据权利要求9所述的通气和液体输送的组合件,其特征在于所说接收器连接件具有一探尖,用于与所说的液体输送单向阀接合,以允许从所说的倒置的容器进行液体输送。
11、根据权利要求9所述的通气和液体输送的组合件,其特征在于所说的输送单向阀和所说的通气单向阀以相同的方向设置。
12、根据权利要求9所述的通气和液体输送的组合件,其特征在于所说的输送单向阀包括至少一鸭嘴阀、一伞形单向阀、一球形和弹簧单向阀和一槽单向阀中的一个。
13、根据权利要求12所述的通气和液体输送的组合件,其特征在于所说的通气单向阀包括至少一鸭嘴阀、一伞形单向阀、一球形和弹簧单向阀和一槽单向阀中的一个。
