发明的技术领域
本发明涉及一种制冰机(icing machine)内铲刮叶片的磁力驱动装置,相对于现有的制冰机内铲刮叶片的磁力驱动装置具有创新的特征和优点。
具体地说,本发明包括一个由位于制冷蒸发器内部的一个纵向轴杆构成的磁力驱动装置,以一端接合到一个旋转马达减速器、另一端设有一个磁力联轴器或接合器,后者包括一个圆柱形磁体,最好是面向位于铲刮叶片一端的一个围绕的磁体,整个蒸发柱体和磁力接合器被封闭于一个水密的、最好由塑料制成的盒舱内。
发明的背景技术
目前市场上有许多用于在很低的温度下,几乎是冰点制备和储备冰饮或冷饮的制冰机。这些机器通常由一个封闭着属于制冷机系统的蒸发器的桶组成。蒸发器为圆柱形,为防止在其表面上形成冰晶,用一个通常为螺旋形并由一个马达减速器驱动的铲刮叶片将该蒸发器包围。
上述机器的不同在于蒸发器和铲刮叶片系统的水平或垂直布置。在水平布置的情况下,马达减速器位于桶的一侧,优选接近于其外侧的后侧。驱动叶片的轴杆以水密的连接副的方式穿过桶壁,使轴杆被封闭在蒸发器内,在后面的另一侧露出来。轴杆的端部支承着一个机械联轴器,优选以螺钉连接的方式,该联轴器带有一个支撑着铲刮叶片的盘或类似部件,该铲刮叶片为螺旋形且位于蒸发器的外表面周围。
这种结构布置的缺点是饮料会渗入蒸发器进而到达驱动轴杆和水密的连接副。轴杆在蒸发器内,清洁起来很不容易,且使用机器时由于液体出现并到达联轴器位置可能使连接副损坏。另外,由于进入饮料渗入的驱动轴所处的蒸发器内部很不容易,需要使用工具拆卸铲刮叶片,对蒸发器和铲刮叶片的清洁变得很困难。
本发明的说明
按照本发明将制冰机内铲刮叶片的磁力驱动装置设计成一种使蒸发器内部保持水密且隔离饮料的装置。为达到这一目的而设想:将从马达减速器向铲刮叶片传递力的驱动装置的机械联轴器制成用磁场作用穿过蒸发器和容纳饮料的桶空腔的分隔壁。
实际上,这种新发明设想使蒸发器相对于桶内部完全地水密,且纵向地布置在内部的驱动轴要与桶含有的液体分隔。为达到这一目的,将旋转轴杆端部的联轴器制成为使用磁体的磁力接合器,来代替使用螺钉、销钉之类的传统的机械接合器,传统的机械接合器要求采用的紧密连接副易于损坏和失效。
蒸发器水平地布置,在其后部把联轴器露出到传统的马达减速器所在的桶壁。减速器直接与支撑在蒸发器支座上、并封闭在蒸发器的隔离套壳内的驱动轴杆接合。后者具有一个外部的水密机壳,该机壳从马达减速器附近的蒸发器支座一直延伸到机壳封闭的另一端。
机壳在该端支承着一个中间圆柱体,该中间圆柱体在其轴线上具有一对支撑短轴。驱动轴杆的端部位于这个容纳磁力接合器的一级转子的中间圆柱体内部。一级转子支承在内部支撑短轴上以保持其旋转的稳定性并防止其伸出,支撑短轴带有一个将其包围的滑套。一级转子由一个铁磁性材料制成的圆柱体构成,内部具有一个或几个磁极指向外廓的永磁体。
次级转子设置在一级转子周围并与铲刮叶片机械地连接,铲刮叶片又围绕着蒸发器主体。次级转子实质上是一个或几个磁体的支承,这些磁体的磁极对着一级转子的磁体的磁极。
由马达减速机驱动的轴杆使一级转子转动,因而使其中磁体的磁场转动。磁场的转动使次级转子转动,该次级转子的磁体用磁场作用穿过可穿过磁场的水密的机壳与第一磁体接合。当次级转子转动时,铲刮叶片滑过蒸发器表面而除去冰晶。次级转子由位于机壳端部的外部短轴支承。
为便于对本发明的充分理解,现通过举例的方式,参照附图来阐述本发明的一个优选实施例。

优选实施例的说明
按照上述图形和所采用的编号,所说附图中表示出一种优选但非限制性的本发明的实施例。
该新型驱动装置包括一个水平的蒸发器3,该蒸发器由一个后部支座2支承并具有从支座2延伸的、其主体和前端水密的、符合其轮廓的一个机壳4。一个马达减速器1位于装置的后端附近并与一个纵向轴杆5的一端啮合,该纵向轴杆在另一端支承着一个一级转子6(图2)。该转子接着又支承在一个共轴地从凸出于机壳4的中间圆柱体13的内表面露出的短轴11上。
中间圆柱体13与机壳4相配且在导磁性材料制成的一级转子6的周围是水密的。
一个最好是环形的次级转子8(图3)设置在转子6和圆柱体13的周围并以其外部轮廓支承一个与螺旋铲刮叶片10接合的罩盖20,该螺旋铲刮叶片沿着并环绕着蒸发器3和机壳4延伸。机壳4的前端面具有一个与轴杆5共轴的短轴12,该短轴向外露出并与一个环绕一个摩擦套14的支座15接合。支座15通过所述罩盖20连接到螺旋铲刮叶片10。
一级转子6为圆柱形,由铁磁性材料制成,在其外围具有磁极方向外指的一个或多个磁体7。一级转子6在一端具有一个共轴设置的容纳与机壳一体的短轴11的孔16,当中插入一个摩擦套14,而一级转子6在另一端具有轴杆5的半圆截面的机械紧固件19,通过螺钉18进入并固定于螺孔17内。
次级转子8在其内部轮廓的外围具有一个或几个磁体9,这些磁体的磁极面向一级转子7的磁极。

Claims (3)

1.一种制冰机内铲刮叶片的磁力驱动装置,所说机器具有一个与一马达减速器接合的水平蒸发器(3),其特征在于,在转动的纵向轴杆(5)和铲刮叶片之间的蒸发器(3)前端具有一个磁力接合器(6,8),
及蒸发器(3)具有一个作为外部罩盖的、从蒸发器(3)的支座(2)延伸到该蒸发器前端的水密的机壳(4),在蒸发器的前端,机壳围绕着形成一个中间圆柱体(13)的磁力接合器(6,8)封闭,该机壳是由导磁性材料制成的,
及磁力接合器由一个一级转子(6)和一个次级转子(8)构成,两转子包括一个或多个磁极相对的磁体(7,9)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的制冰机内铲刮叶片的磁力驱动装置,其特征在于,一级转子(6)优选为圆柱形,装在轴杆(5)的前端,在其外围具有磁极方向外指的一个或多个磁体(7),
及该一级转子(6)在其前端具有一个共轴的孔(16),该孔用于容纳与机壳(4)连接且共同支承转子的短轴(11),当中插入一个包围着短轴(11)摩擦套(14),
及一级转子(6)具有由半圆截面孔构成的轴杆(5)的机械紧固件(19),通过一个侧面螺钉(18)进入并固定于螺孔(17)内。
3.按照权利要求1和2所述的制冰机内铲刮叶片的磁力驱动装置,其特征在于,次级转子(8)为环形的且设置在一级转子(6)的周围,该一级转子由从机壳(4)凸出于所说一级转子(6)的中间圆柱体(13)罩盖,次极转子包括一个或多个磁体(9),该磁体在其内廓里以它的或它们的磁极面对一极转子(6)的磁体(7)的磁极,
及次级转子(8)具有一个将它与螺旋铲刮叶片(10)接合的环绕的罩盖(20),
