发明领域
本发明涉及由塑料制成的容器盖，特别涉及一种容器盖，它的气密程度增加，软模制材料和硬模制材料可以相互粘接在一起，从而在模制完成后，盖子更加平坦光滑。
近年来，现有技术为图6所示的采用二次注射成型(doubleinjection molding)方法制成的容器盖。首先制造盖子10的本体11。然后，通过二次注射成型方法在盖子的外边缘上用软材料制成一个用于与容器20结合在一起的部分10a。这样构成了本体11，从而结合部分10a由于其软粘滞度而具有更高的气密性。
但是，这种现有技术存在以下问题，如遮盖的部分脱落并且在遇冷时出现翘曲，使得盖子不再平坦、光滑。这是由于盖子的本体11的模制条件的差异，盖子的本体11通常以1mm的厚度模制，而采用搭接方法模制的盖子的厚度为0.1mm。
因此，为了防止这种翘曲，如图7所示，当通过二次注射成型方法使主体11与结合部分10a形成为一体时，在结合部分10a的内侧部分用软材料进行涂敷处理，从而经过涂敷的部分13由于其粘滞度而具有更好的气密性。
但是，难以仅对内侧部分进行涂敷处理。并且，由于无法使经过涂敷的部分与本体11连接，因此经过涂敷的部分终归会剥落。
发明概述
因此，为了解决上述问题，当通过二次注射成型方法在结合部分10a的内侧部分形成涂层时，所述涂层经过盖子上的孔或开口部分向顶部突出，从而增加了气密性，外观更加美观，在结合部分10a的内部形成的涂层不会分离。

Claims (5)

1.一种采用二次注射成型方法制成的气密容器盖，其改进包括：
本体与一结合部分形成一体，其中该结合部分通过二次注射成型方法与容器结合在一起；
一涂敷层穿过盖子上的孔或开口部分向顶部突出，从而增加了气密性，外观更加美观，在结合部分的内部形成的涂层不会分离。
2.如权利要求1所述的采用二次注射成型方法制成的气密容器盖，其中，形成开口部分而不形成所述孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的采用二次注射成型方法制成的气密容器盖，其中，产品的商标印制在向盖子顶部突出的凸起的表面上。
4.如权利要求1所述的采用二次注射成型方法制成的气密容器盖，其中，所述凸起是通过在结合部分的内壁上的孔、采用二次注射成型方法形成的，并穿过盖子顶部的孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的采用二次注射成型方法制成的气密容器盖，其中，所述凸起通过二次注射成型方法形成在结合部分的内壁或外壁上，并穿过盖子顶上的孔而突出。
