优选实施方案的详述

本发明的环部件22保持了材料第一面32上的原材料的柔软性。环部件22由至少一层材料制造,不经过任何机械拉伸并且除加热外,未使用粘接剂或其它任何类型的连接机构。因此,本发明的方法是制造功能环部件22的高效、高经济的方法。

使纤维状可收缩网的第二个面热收缩;
使纤维状可收缩网的第二个面上的纤维状可收缩网的独立纤维热稳定;和使可收缩网的第一个面打皱形成环。
25.权利要求24的方法,其中加热温度在纤维状可收缩网熔点的±5℃以内。
26.权利要求24的方法,其中加热通过使用热风刀实施。
