Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明总的涉及牙刷,更具体地,涉及一种具有由尼龙、砂石粉、多组元矿物和远红外线发射物质的混合物制成的精制硬毛的牙刷。
背景技术
牙刷已被广泛使用许多年。普通牙刷一般装有具有一定强度和耐磨性并可提供对牙床的中度刺激的尼龙硬毛。采用普通牙刷刷牙时,首先要在尼龙硬毛上加上牙膏以便刷除牙齿上讨厌的物质。牙齿上的积垢一旦紧紧附着在牙齿上便特别难以去除并需要大量的牙膏。另外,普通牙刷不能够通过例如从其硬毛上产生负离子来刺激牙床。
发明内容
本发明的牙刷具有两种硬毛,其中的至少一部分硬毛含有尼龙、砂石粉、多组元矿物粉和远红外线发射物质的混合物。
采用本发明的牙刷刷牙时,精制的硬毛的成分可引起从红外线发射物质中发射出红外线,从而刺激牙床的细胞。
另外,从多组元矿物发射的波长为4~14μm的电磁波(微弱能量)可传播到原子核的外周使原子和物质达到激励状态。这种电磁波传播还切断和缩短水束的聚合作用,从而减少水的体积,提高空穴率。而且,由于这种传播使自由水充分附着在动物和植物的外细胞膜上,结果促进水和Ca2+在细胞内的渗透,从而激活细胞的各种功能。上述的电磁波可传播到牙齿和牙床上。另外,当牙刷的硬毛与牙齿和牙床相接触时,口腔内的水将被矿化,牙床的细胞被激活,这有利于去除牙齿上的积垢。作为一种附带的好处是,负离子与电磁波的综合作用有利于牙床内的血液循环。这就可防止牙周病。
从下面结合附图的详细说明将会对本发明的上述的和许多其他的特征以及伴随的优点更加明白。

具体实施方式
下面的说明没有限制的意思,仅仅是为了说明本发明的基本原理。所作说明的编排顺序也仅是为了方便起见,而无意限制本发明。
按照本发明,牙刷的硬毛用尼龙与砂石粉、多组元矿物粉和远红外线发射物质的混合物制成。这里用的术语“多组元矿物”含有成为最佳成分平衡的多种组元,包括例如作为主要组分的硅基矿物如:花岗岩、珍珠岩、松脂岩和电石。这些矿物质发射电磁波(微弱能量)并释放负离子。负离子的作用产生水集束效应,这样就通过减小水分子团的尺寸而提高了载水的能力,从而更有效地刷除牙齿上的积垢。
关于本实施例所用的多组元矿物,珍珠岩优选地用球磨机磨成尺寸约为1~3微米的粉末。按合适的比例将两种或多种上述的矿物相混合,制成最佳的多组元矿物粉。但是,也可采用单一种矿物粉。砂石也用球磨机磨成尺寸约为1~3微米的粉末。按合适的比例将两种或多种砂石混合而成最佳的砂石粉。上述粉末无需进一步加工就可使用。上述粉末也可在与水混合(或者加热或者加压)后使用,使得通过真空凝结干燥法或喷射干燥法使混合物的清的液体部分被干燥除去而制成粉末。

在表2中,“烧失量”相当于高岭土外观形式标准的烧失量(500℃恒温下)。
本文所用术语“远红外线发射物质”包括下列物质的粉末:氧化铝(Al2O3)、氧化钛(TiO2)、铁素体(Fe2O3)、氧化铬(Cr2O3)、氧化硅(SiO2)、氧化钇(Y2O2)和氧化镁(MgO)。将这些粉末混合就会发生波长容易被牙床细胞吸收的激烈的红外线发射。
图1示出本发明的牙刷的侧向透视图。牙刷5具有一个与安装多排硬毛3的基板2的刷柄1,该刷柄1最好是棒状的,并且由聚丙烯制成。在刷柄1的表面上固定一层便于握持牙刷的抓取面,该抓取面可做成位于刷柄1的上、下表面的防滑垫10,方便于使用者握持和使用牙刷。刷柄1的最上部分可做成稍带向下倾斜角度,以便形成与基板2相连接的窄颈部12。该颈部12具有自然的弹性,颈部稍微向下倾斜也有利于基板2具有弹性,这就可按照适合于使用者的角度顺利地刷牙。
图2示出牙刷5的顶视透视图。刷柄1上的防滑垫10具有一组既沿水平方向又沿垂直方向延伸的凹凸条11。基板2是用聚丙烯制的。采用硬毛安装装置在基板2上安装硬毛3。如图所示,排列在基板2的外圈的硬毛是一组优选地由尼龙或类似材料制成的尼龙硬毛30,而排列在基板2内部的是一组优选地由含有混合粉末的尼龙混合物制成的精制硬毛31。上述的混合粉末可包括砂石粉、多组元矿物粉、和远红外线发射物质,或它们的任何组合物。粉末与尼龙的体积百分比优选地为约1~3%的粉末。如果超过3%粉末,精制硬毛可能容易弯曲,并在一段较短时间后失效。如图1所示,除了基板最上部的硬毛外,其他尼龙硬毛30可装成向前倾斜。
图3示出牙刷5的安装本发明的硬毛3的基板2的放大图。沿基板2外圈排列的是尼龙硬毛30,这种设置可减少刷牙时对牙床的侵害。精制硬毛成排安装在基板2的内圈。硬毛3应当浸水,或加上很少一点牙膏,然后用牙刷5按普通方式刷牙。采用本发明的尼龙硬毛30与精制硬毛31的上述排列,当用牙刷5刷牙时,精制硬毛31不断释放出负离子和远红外线,作用到牙床上,并使口腔内的水矿化。精制硬毛31刷牙时发出的负离子与远红外线之间的最佳协同作用也释放出电磁波,这有利于刷除牙齿上的积垢。
上面公开了本发明的新型的和有利的牙刷。虽然在上面示出并说明了所述最佳实施例的各种变化。但是本专业技术人员都明白,在不背离本发明范围的情况下还可以作许多的改型,例如,可以提出全部硬毛都安装精制硬毛31的另一个实施例。另外,尼龙硬毛30和精制硬毛31的排列也不受限制。因此,本发明仅限于所附权利要求的精神内。
Claims (10)
1.一种牙刷,包括:
一个基板;
一个与上述基板连接的刷柄;和
多丛含有远红外线发射物质和多组元矿物的混合物的硬毛,该硬毛固定在上述基板上。
2.根据权利要求1的牙刷,其特征在于上述的远红外线发射物质是一种粉末的混合物,所述粉末包括氧化铝(Al2O3)、氧化钛(TiO2)、铁素体(Fe2O3)、氧化铬(Cr2O3)、氧化硅(SiO2)、氧化钇(Y2O3)和氧化镁(MgO)。
3.根据权利要求1的牙刷,其特征在于上述的多组元矿物包括硅基的矿物。
4.根据权利要求3的牙刷,其特征在于上述的多组元矿物包括花岗岩、珍珠岩、松脂岩和电石。
5.一种牙刷,包括:
一个基板;
一个与上述基板相连接的刷柄;和
多丛固定在上述基板上的硬毛,其中至少一部分硬毛是由远红外线发射物质与多组元硅基矿物的粉末混合物制成的,所述的远红外线发射物质包括氧化铝(Al2O3)、氧化钛(TiO2)、铁素体(Fe2O3)、氧化铬(Cr2O3)、氧化硅(SiO2)、氧化钇(Y2O3)和氧化镁(MgO)。
6.根据权利要求5的牙刷,其特征在于,上述的多组元硅基矿物包括花岗岩、珍珠岩、松脂岩和电石。
7.一种牙刷的硬毛,包括:
一种尼龙;和
一种远红外线发射物质与硅基多组元矿物的混合物。
8.根据权利要求7的牙刷硬毛,其特征在于,上述的远红外线发射物质是一种粉末混合物,它包含:氧化铝(Al2O3)、氧化钛(TiO2)、铁素体(Fe2O3)、氧化铬(Cr2O3)、氧化硅(SiO2)、氧化钇(Y2O3)和氧化镁(MgO)。
9.根据权利要求7的牙刷硬毛,其特征在于,上述的硅基多组元矿物包括花岗岩、珍珠岩、松脂岩和电石。
10.一种制造牙刷的方法,包含如下步骤:
制成一个伸入基板的刷柄;
用远红外线发射物质粉末与多组元硅基矿物的混合物制成多个硬毛,上述的远红外线发射物质粉末包含氧化铝(Al2O3)、氧化钛(TiO2)、铁素体(Fe2O3)、氧化铬(Cr2O3)、氧化硅(SiO2)、氧化钇(Y2O3)和氧化镁(MgO);和
将上述的硬毛固定在上述基板上。
