Abstract

本发明涉及一种医疗输液泵,特别是涉及用于加载药物容器的改进的装置。
背景技术
医疗输液泵已经被有利地应用于,例如,为了模仿人的胰腺的作用,为糖尿病人提供连续的胰岛素供给。这些泵通常包括微处理器控制的注射泵、填充胰岛素的注射器、套筒和导管组以及插管。该泵在佩戴状态下在病人的皮带上或在其他位置,例如,在口袋中经常磨损。注射器安装在注射器泵上并能够容纳足够使用若干天的胰岛素。该套筒将注射器连接在导管组上。插管在导管组的端部并且可以是钢质的或者是较柔软的特氟隆的。
现有技术的输液泵加载不方便,需要一系列步骤,这些步骤需要使用者十分小心地将泵驱动组件的部件与注射器对准。
发明内容
在本发明的第一实施例中,提供一种用于输液泵的驱动组件。该驱动组件包括泵筒,其具有用于容纳并引导带螺纹的柱塞杆。设置带螺纹的旋转驱动螺杆,使其纵向轴平行并偏离于该泵筒轴线。当该泵筒转动时,该柱塞杆与该驱动螺杆接合和脱离,从而,绕该泵筒的纵轴线转动该柱塞杆。本发明的这个实施例可以用于,例如,注射药物的装置和输送其他流体物质例如填料、粘结剂、油脂等的装置。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,第一实施例的驱动组件还包括可变容积的容器,该容器包括一柱塞。该柱塞连接于柱塞杆,该杆随着柱塞的移动改变该容器的容积。设置锁定套筒使其连接于该容器的顶部。该锁定套筒与泵筒接触,同时转动泵筒并迫使该柱塞杆与该驱动螺杆接合和脱离。通过将该柱塞杆对准该套筒,将该容器插入泵筒中,并且该柱塞杆被间隙孔引导,并转动该套筒将该容器锁定在该泵中,这样将该容器装载进泵中。
在本发明的又一个实施例中,第一实施例中的驱动螺杆的螺纹和柱塞杆的螺纹都是锯齿形螺纹。
在本发明的再一个实施例中,第一实施例中的泵筒具有锁片,其禁止该泵筒绕该泵筒的纵轴线转动。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,可变容积的容器与连接在该容器底部的柱塞一起设置。带螺纹的柱塞杆也设置成与该柱塞连接,使得该柱塞杆平行并偏离于该容器的纵向轴。该柱塞杆能够与带螺纹的驱动螺杆匹配,该驱动螺杆的轴线偏离并平行于该容器的纵轴线。当轴向移动时,该柱塞杆该变该容器的容积。本发明的这个实施例能够与驱动组件组合使用用于输送流体。

具体实施方式
本发明的实施例有利地简化了输液泵的药物容器的加载。
图1是根据本发明实施例的输液泵的总体视图。泵组件10包含使容器组件15为使用者供给药物所需要的部件。容器组件15可以装有可供一般使用者使用若干天的足够药物,例如,胰岛素。连接于容器组件的导管组20包含插管,通过它将药物输送给使用者。
图2示出该输液泵的驱动机构的分解图。容器组件15包括容器30、柱塞35和柱塞杆40。容器30装有输送给使用者的药物并且具有可变的内部容积。该内部容积是容器的液体容量。柱塞35插入容器的底部,使容器的容积随着该柱塞沿容器纵轴线的移动而变化。柱塞杆40连接于该柱塞,该杆的纵轴线偏离该容器的纵轴线并与其平行。柱塞杆40至少在杆的部分长度上具有螺纹。圆柱形的泵筒45容纳该容器组件15。该泵筒约束该柱塞杆,使该杆沿泵筒的纵轴线定向。泵筒45包含在泵组件中并可以具有锁片以防止泵筒相对于泵组件转动。在泵组件15中的齿轮箱55除了转动驱动螺杆的电机和齿轮之外还包括驱动螺杆50。该驱动螺杆50具有螺纹并且其纵轴线与泵筒纵轴线对齐平行并偏离泵筒的纵轴线。锁定套筒(hub)25连接于容器的顶部。
图3示出本发明实施例的泵筒锁定机构。泵筒45在一端包括间隙孔72(示于图4),在将容器组件15插入泵筒中时其引导柱塞杆40。为了确保在插入容器组件时驱动螺杆50不与柱塞杆40相干涉,泵筒45相对于泵组件10保持固定位置。泵筒相对于泵组件的位置可以通过,例如包含在泵筒中的锁片60保持,该锁片60与泵组件10中的泵筒止动块65接合。套筒25可以包括凸缘70,当该套筒转动时它使锁片60从筒止动块65处移动,使该套筒能够转动泵筒45。
图4A和4B是沿泵筒45的纵轴线的视图,分别示出了在加载位置和接合位置驱动螺杆与柱塞杆的关系。定位容器组件15以便加载,使柱塞杆40不接触驱动螺杆50,如图4A所示。由于相对于泵组件适当地设置泵筒,柱塞杆与驱动螺杆的间隙由间隙孔72在泵筒基座上的位移确定,该间隙孔接纳并引导柱塞杆。间隙孔可以是锥形的,以便于杆的插入。该驱动螺杆50安装在泵筒45的间隙孔72中。一旦容器组件15插入泵组件10中,该泵筒45通过锁定套筒转动,引起柱塞杆40转动并与驱动螺杆50接合,如图4B所示。该实施例有利地简化了容器加载。
在本发明的具体实施例中,柱塞杆螺纹和驱动螺杆螺纹都是锯齿螺纹。这个实施例有利地消除了柱塞杆上垂直于柱塞杆的纵轴线的反作用力。这种反作用力可以引起该杆的挠曲和在驱动螺杆上跳过一个螺纹,导致输送给使用者的药物不足。锯齿螺纹消除了反作用力的垂直分量。
在本发明的实施例中,锁定套筒25可以通过锥形的路厄连接连接于容器30,如图5所示。该容器具有一体地模制在其顶部的阳路厄锥度。环绕该阳路厄锥度的是具有内部阴螺纹的环。同样,套筒25包含配合的阴路厄和带螺纹的阳连接件。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,在容器30和套筒25之间设置针连接。如图6所示,容器包括橡胶隔片80,其用卷曲金属环连接于容器。与套筒一体的针85刺入该隔片中,流体可以从容器流向导管组。
在图7所示的本发明的另一个实施例中,设置转接头95使容器90能够与泵组件10一起使用,其中,容器90的直径大大小于泵筒45的直径。转接头95可以是单独的部件,或者可以是与锁定套筒25一体的。转接头95对准并偏离平行于泵筒纵轴线的该容器90的轴线,以便转动时柱塞杆40与驱动螺杆匹配。图8示出当放置在转接头95中时小直径容器90的在轴线上的视图。正如将会明白的,当与柱塞35和容器90匹配时,转接头提供的偏置使柱塞杆40能够与驱动螺杆50接合,其接合方式与前述的第一实施例相同。

Claims (7)

1.用于输液泵的驱动组件,该组件包括:
