Abstract

技术领域
本发明通常涉及卷尺(tape measure),更特别的是涉及一种结合有激光装置的卷尺。
背景技术
卷尺是公知的测量距离的装置,且在标识距离时是有用的。这就希望提供一种能让使用者更准确测量和/或标识距离的装置。
本发明的目的在于提供一种激光水平仪(laser level),其对大众来说不昂贵且便于使用。
发明内容
根据本发明,使用一种经过改进的卷尺。所述卷尺具有一腔体,可卷曲在所述腔体中的尺叶(rule blade),以及设置在所述腔体上的光平面发生器,所述光平面发生器包括用于发出激光束的激光源和在激光束路径上用于将所述激光束转换成激光平面的线性透镜(line lens)。优选地,所述激光平面与尺叶和工件交叉。所述光平面发生器可以绕水平轴和/或垂直轴枢转。

具体实施方式
现在将参考附图对本发明进行说明,其中相同的附图标记指示相同的元件。参考图1,卷尺10可具有腔体11,细长柔性的尺叶12(公知为卷带),其被承载于设置在腔体11中的可控弹性偏置卷轴组件上,以及由尺叶锁定致动器(未示出)所致动的尺叶锁定机构(未示出),用于将细长的尺叶12锁定在希望的位置上,从而防止所述尺叶12进一步从腔体延伸以及进一步由所述卷轴组件的弹性偏置力缠绕在所述腔体中。本领域技术人员会认识到以上所涉及到的任何元件的细节,还有在这种卷尺上的信息,可以在美国专利6209219中找到,其全部内容在此引入作为参考。
所述卷尺10还可以具有一光平面发生器20。参考图1至图4,所述光平面发生器20优选地产生一光平面LP,从而在当卷尺10被设置在工件W上时,所述光平面LP接触所述工件W和/或所述尺叶12,在其上产生一条光线LL。优选地,所述光平面发生器20具有腔体22、设置在所述腔体中用于产生激光束的激光二极管23、用于控制所述激光束的准直透镜24以及用于将所述激光束转换成激光光平面LP的线性透镜25。所述线性透镜25可以是柱面透镜。
这个组件优选地枢转连接于L形颈部21,其可枢转地连接到所述腔体11。因此,使用者可以绕水平轴HA和/或垂直轴VA调整所述光平面发生器。
光平面发生20也可以包括用于给所述激光二极供给能量的电池30。电池30可以被设置在腔体11或腔体22中。光平面发生器20也可以包括用于开关所述激光二极管23的开关31。开关31可能是腔体11或腔体22。
优选提供一种锁扣系统,其能够让使用者迅速地相对于腔体11定位所述颈部21(以及光平面发生器20)的最普通位置。因此,颈部21可以具有可容纳球体26的锁扣凹口27,其由弹簧28朝向颈部21被偏置。本领域技术人员会认识到锁扣凹口27和球体26也可以被分别设置在腔体11和颈部21上。
优选将卷尺10放置在支架40上。支架40可包括用于容纳卷尺10的U型体41和向下延伸的凸缘42。使用这种结构,使用者可将凸缘42设置抵靠着工件W的边缘,由此将卷尺10安装在所述工件W的外围。本领域技术人员会认识到支架40可以在两个位置中被设置在卷尺10上:在左侧上的凸缘42(图3中实线所示);以及在右侧上的凸缘42(图3中虚线所示)。
通过这种结构,使用者可以将卷尺10放置在支架40上,放置在工件W上,拉动尺叶12上并且用挂片13钩住工件W的边缘。随后使用者可以通过移动开关31开启所述光平面发生器20。随后,光平面发生器20产生一光平面LP,其在工件W上产生光线LL。使用者可以绕所述水平轴HA旋转腔体22从而使光平面也照亮尺叶12。因此,光线LL会示出在尺叶12和工件W上。如果希望的话,使用者可以绕垂直轴VA旋转光平面发生器20,从而改变光线LL相对于尺叶12的角度,如图4中虚线所示。
本领域技术人员将会认识到,在图4中所示的实施例中,所述光线LL从尺叶12向右延伸。但是,使用者仅需绕水平轴HA旋转腔体22,从而使光线LL从尺叶12向左延伸。
本领域技术人员将会认识到其它支架可以和卷尺10一起使用。参考图5的卷尺10。参考图5,一支架50可以被设置在卷尺10上。支架50可以包括凸缘51,其经由轴52枢转地连接到腔体11。这就允许使用者在第一位置和第二位置之间旋转所述凸缘51,在第一位置所述凸缘51不接触工件W(示出在图5A中),在第二位置所述凸缘51接触工件W的边缘(示出在图5B中)。
如图5C所示,支架50是可以从腔体11分开的并且插在所述腔体11的另一侧上。这就允许使用移动所述支架50从而接触工件W不同的边缘等。另外,腔体11可以承载不可移动地和可旋转地连接到腔体11的两个支架50。
本领域技术人员可以认识到的是对在这里所公开的装置可以有其它的增加或变化。但是,所有这些增加和/或变化被认作是本发明的等同物。

Claims (12)

1、一种可设置在表面上的卷尺,包括:
腔体;
可卷曲在所述腔体中的尺叶;以及
设置在腔体上的光平面发生器,用于将光平面发出到所述尺叶和所述表面的至少一个上,并且在所述尺叶和所述表面的至少一个上产生光线。
2、根据权利要求1所述的卷尺,其中,所述光平面发生器包括用于发射激光束的激光源,以及在激光束路径上用于将所述激光束转换成激光平面的线性透镜。
3、根据权利要求1所述的卷尺,其中,所述光平面发生器可以绕水平轴相对于所述腔体枢转。
4、根据权利要求1所述的卷尺,其中,所述光平面发生器可以绕垂直轴相对于所述腔体枢转。
5、根据权利要求1所述的卷尺,其中,还包括具有用于容纳所述腔体的部分的支架,以及从所述部分向下延伸的凸缘。
6、根据权利要求1所述的卷尺,其中,还包括连接到所述腔体的颈部,所述颈部支持着所述光平面发生器。
7、根据权利要求6所述的卷尺,其中,所述颈部可枢转地连接到所述腔体上。
8、根据权利要求7所述的卷尺,其中,所述颈部绕垂直轴相对于所述腔体枢转。
9、根据权利要求7所述的卷尺,其中,所述颈部和所述腔体其中之一具有锁扣凹口,而所述颈部和所述腔体中的另一个具有朝向所述锁扣凹口偏置的锁扣。
10、根据权利要求6所述的卷尺,其中,所述光平面发生器可枢转地连接到所述颈部。
11、根据权利要求10所述的卷尺,其中,所述光平面发生器绕水平轴相对于所述颈部枢转。
12、根据权利要求10所述的卷尺,其中,所述光平面发生器绕垂直轴相对于所述颈部枢转。
