Abstract

本发明的技术领域
这项发明一般地涉及从粉末物质制备溶液。更具体地说,它涉及将粉末物质与水混合提供含水预混物以及分配该预混物。
本发明的现有技术
将粉末物质与水混合提供有精确数量的粉末物质的水溶液带来某些问题。例如,粉末物质必须均匀地分布在水溶剂中。就不容易溶解的粉末物质而言,这是一个特殊问题。为了确定与水溶剂一起使用的粉末物质的正确数量必然遇到进一步的问题。
美国专利第5,615,830号揭示一种包括与有把粉末传送到用喷射器喷嘴22将粉末排放到粉末雾化装置28的舱室18的粉末接收孔的传送构件16连通的粉末供应漏斗12的粉末分配系统。
美国专利第5,868,326和5,934,343号展示各种不同类型的粉末分配装置有分别与26和11类似的漏斗和分别与16和14类似的加料滚筒。
美国专利第4,120,051和5,564,825号展示用于混合目的的分流器,例如,051号专利中的马达驱动的撒布器或转向装置D和825号专利中揭示的流动转向器58。
现有技术不提供用来将粉末物质这样混合到水溶剂中形成浓缩的预混物以致在溶剂中存在正确又均匀数量的粉末物质的装置。现有技术也不准备在稀释水流中递送浓缩的预混物。
因此,本发明的目的是:
提供用于粉末物质的改良的混合和分配装置。
提供把一定数量的粉末物质精确地引进水溶剂的混合和分配装置。
提供为在溶液中有效的混合和分配粉末物质准备的混合和分配装置。
提供容易控制的上述类型的混合和分配装置。
提供可用公共水源操作的上述类型的混合和分配装置。
提供将粉末物质混合到水溶液之中和分配该溶液的改进方法。
本发明的概述
上述目的已被完成,而且现有技术的缺点被这项发明的装置克服,在一个实施方案中,该装置在溶液中混合和分配粉末物质。该装置包括用于粉末物质的混合室和漏斗。漏斗位置毗邻混合室。粉末撒布器是为将粉末物质撒到混合室中而构造和安排的。第一引水管与混合室相连。有一个产品室,产品导管将混合室和产品室相互连接。喷射器构件接到产品室上。第二引水管接到喷射器上,以便从产品室中吸出产品并且分配它。
在优选实施方案中,漏斗的一部分被放置在混合室里,而混合室包括混合装置。
在另一个优选实施方案中,混合室和产品室包括导电率传感器。

优选实施方案的描述
参照图1,用来混合和分配粉末物质的装置(通常用10表示)包括放诸如产生过氧化氢的碳酸盐和过硼酸盐之类粉末物质的漏斗12。漏斗12伸进混合室14某个短距离并且内藏用来将粉末物质撒到撒布器18上的阀门16。水借助与水源22相连的引水管20被引进混合室14。阀门24控制进入混合室14的水流量。
混合搅拌器26是在舱室14中提供的。搅拌器26由与马达30连接的轴28驱动。导电率传感器32放在混合室14中。传感器32是针对混合室14中预定的粉末浓度预先设定的并且将借助适当的控制控制漏斗阀门16的孔口大小和马达30的动作。轴28也将激活撒布器18。在某个数量和浓度的粉末物质被引进舱室14并且分散在其中之后,漏斗阀门16关闭,而位于舱室14底部的预混室阀门34打开。预混的浓缩溶液经过导管36流进产品室38。
当所有的浓缩溶液40都被放进产品室38的时候,舱室阀门34关闭,而引水管21上的水源阀门39被打开。浓缩溶液被吸进文氏管系统比例调节器42,后者包括有用来通过限流管44抽吸溶液的气隙的喷射器46。优选的喷射器是在美国专利第5,927,338号中描述的。溶液40是以受限流管44控制的预先设定的浓度分配的。一旦产品室38被倒空,通过适当的控制连接的导电率传感器48关闭水阀39。然后,可以重复先前描述的方法。
因此,人们将见到现在提供了一种混合和分配装置,该装置借助撒布器将一定数量的粉末物质精确而有效地引进水溶剂。该装置是容易借助电导传感器32和48控制的。
尽管电导传感器32和48提供容易控制的装置,但是它们能被取消,而且有效的混合装置仍然能被提供。漏斗12的一部分延伸到混合室14之中也不是必要的。过碳酸盐和过硼酸盐先前被描述成是作为干燥的粉末物质引进混合室14的。如果需要,四乙酰基乙二胺可能被引进,用过氧化氢激活,以产生过氧。干酵素也可能被添加进来。任何对潮气敏感的并且能通过反应提供清洁功能的干粉末(例如,酸和碱)都可能被使用。这项发明的其它变化和修正方案对于熟悉这项技术的人将是明显的。这项发明除了在权利要求书中陈述的之外不受限制。
Claims (14)
1.一种用来混合和分配粉末物质的装置,其中包括:
混合室;
用于粉末物质的漏斗,漏斗位置毗邻混合室;
为了把粉末物质撒布到混合室中而构造和安排的粉末撒布器;
与混合室连接的第一引水管;
产品室;
连接混合室和产品室的产品导管;
与产品室连接的喷射器构件;以及
与从产品室吸出产品并且分配它的喷射器连接的第二引水管。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,其中漏斗的一部分被放在混合室内部。
3.根据权利要求2的装置,其中粉末撒布器包括马达。
4.根据权利要求1的装置,其中混合室包括混合装置。
5.根据权利要求1的装置,其中混合室和产品室包括电导传感器。
6.根据权利要求1的装置,其中第一和第二引水管作为单一的导管互相连接。
7.根据权利要求1的装置,其中计量管与喷射器相连接。
8.一种用来混合和分配粉末物质的方法,其中包括:
将粉末物质撒布第一舱室中;
将粉末物质与水混合,提供浓缩物;
将浓缩物引进第二舱室;以及
分配来自第二舱室的浓缩物。
9.根据权利要求10的方法,其中粉末物质最初是在水面上方引进的。
10.根据权利要求11的方法,其中粉末物质被混合到水之中。
11.根据权利要求12的方法,其中浓缩物是用水诱导喷射器分配并且用诱导水稀释的。
12.根据权利要求10的方法,其中浓缩物的浓度是至少在第一和第二舱室之一中自动检测的。
13.根据权利要求14的方法,其中浓缩物的浓度是在两个舱室中自动检测的。
14.根据权利要求10的方法,其中水是用公共水源引进第一舱室和诱入喷射器的。
