Abstract

技术领域
本发明总体上涉及光源,特别是涉及车头灯。更特别的是,其涉及使用不同光发射器的头灯,以便实现功能性照明和特别的美学效果。
背景技术
已提出使用诸如发光二极管的固态光源作为车灯的照明单元。这些光源因其小的尺寸和长的寿命而优于许多传统光源;然而,从任何单个单元发出的可用光都是小量的,因此为了提供足够的照明源而需要许多单元,成本也随之增大。因此,利用发光二极管的美学效果并结合许多传统光源的较强照明能力将是对本技术的一种发展。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的是避免现有技术的缺点。
本发明的另一目的是增强照明源。
本发明的又一目的是提供一种车头灯,该车头灯使用第一光源来实现照明效果,并使用第二光源来实现美学效果。
在本发明的一个方面中,这些目的通过提供这样一种车头灯来实现,该车头灯包括:第一光源,所述第一光源用于照明该光源的前方区域,所述第一光源沿着一纵向轴线布置并且发射基本上为白色的光线;和第二光源,所述第二光源布置在所述第一光源周围,所述第二光源在基本上垂至于所述纵向轴线的方向上、以选自电磁波谱不同部分的一种或多种颜色来发射光线。
更具体地,一种车头灯包括:反射器;头灯组件,其可操作地位于所述反射器内并且包括灯头,该灯头具有在其内定位的第一光源,所述组件具有纵向轴线;和多个第二光源,其布置在所述灯头上且在所述纵向轴线的周围,并且在基本上垂至于该纵向轴线的方向上、以选自电磁波谱不同颜色部分的一种或多种颜色来发射光线。
使用第二光源允许进行照明中的美学变化,例如通过选择第二光源所发射的颜色来匹配车身的颜色。可选择地,该第二光源可顺序发光,以便在从车辆前方观看时能提供一种令人愉悦的效果。如果需要,该第二光源还可用作白天行驶灯。后一种用途提供了一种比现有的可用选择更佳的颜色选择。
而且,由于该第二光源直接与第一光源或者说主光源提供在一起,因此,相比于以前的通常是硬接线(hard-wired)就位的发光二极管实施方式来说,更容易进行更换。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明以及本发明的其它目的、优点和能力,结合上述附图来参考下述公开内容和所附权利要求。
现在更具体地参考附图,在图1中示出了一种车头灯10,其包括带有灯泡12a的第一光源12,以照明光源12的前方区域。该第一光源12优选是带灯丝的卤钨灯泡。该灯泡12a沿着纵向轴线14布置,并且发出基本上为白色的光线。第二光源16布置在灯泡12a周围,并且该第二光源16在不同于该第一光源的方向上发光,例如沿着轴线16a发光。
该第一光源12和灯泡12a是头灯组件20的一部分,该头灯组件可操作地位于反射器18内并且还包括灯头22,该灯头22具有安装在其中的保持器23。这样的灯头组件在本技术领域中是公知的。第二光源16固定在灯头22上,在这个例子中是通过可操作地连接到保持器23而固定在灯头22上的,并且该第二光源16布置在该纵向轴线14周围。在这个例子中,该第二光源16是发光二极管,并且它们可被选择成发出单色光或者多色光,例如红色、绿色和蓝色或者这些颜色的任何混和。如图1所示,可以通过将这些二极管安装在两个导电条30和32之间而为这些二极管提供电连接。通过事先选择要发射的颜色,可以给予该反射器以独特的发光(glow),以提供所需的美学效果,例如匹配车身颜色。而且,这些二极管可被选择成可提供白光的发射并且可被通电以提供白天行驶灯,这可作为一种更为能量有效的选择方案来以较低的功率设定运行传统的头灯;或者是,这些二极管仅仅是在第一光源根本不发光的时候进行发光,从而提供一种更明亮且更艳丽的外观。
可选择地,可以用与第一光源相同的电连接来提供通向第二光源的电连接,或者可通过可选的第二连接来提供电连接。
可以通过任何适当装置将该头灯组件20定位在反射器18中,诸如通过螺纹件、卡口式配件或者法兰和凹槽装配,这些方式过去都已经使用过了。垫圈34也可用来提供环境密封。
图2示出了一个备选实施例,其中,该美学照明是通过这样来提供的,即在灯头22中嵌入一个或多个二极管16,并且将二极管发出的光线通过光导管26引导至透光光导件(light transmitting lightguide),例如环绕保持器23的光学环24。
再一次地,该发光二极管的数量和颜色选择成可提供多种效果中的任意一种。如果需要,该发光二极管可具有独立的电池电源,例如镍-铬电池,该电池电源可在该头灯的路面照明部分(即第一光源12)被通电时进行充电和重复充电。
在图3-5中详细示出了具体适合于白天行驶灯的又一个实施例,其中,该第二光源16固定在从灯头22伸出的周边法兰40上。该第二光源16优选是发光二极管,并且可选择成能提供单色或混合色。
为了充分利用这些发光二极管,每个发光二极管都装配有非对称的光学器件42,这在图5中示出得更清楚。该光学器件42将一些发射光线引导在向前的方向上,并且将一些发射光线朝着反射器18引导,从而提供了更宽的可视区域。
可选择地,可以使用单个环形光学器件(如图2所示的光学器件24)来覆盖所有多个第二光源16。
第一光源12可以是卤钨灯泡12a(如图1、2和3所示),或者是弧光放电灯泡12b(如图4所示)。
通向第二光源16的电连接也可经由导电条30和32来形成,但是在图3-5的实施例中,这些导电条被加在法兰40上而不是保持器23上。
因此,提供了一种多级光源,其具有基本的照明能力以及美学照明能力。该光源是紧凑的、方便的且容易更换的。

Claims (8)

1.一种车头灯,包括:
反射器;
头灯组件,其可操作地位于所述反射器内并且包括灯头,该灯头具有在其内定位的第一光源,所述组件具有纵向轴线;
从所述灯头向外且周向延伸的法兰;和
多个第二光源,其定位在所述法兰上并且布置在所述纵向轴线周围,并且经由光学器件发出光线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车头灯,其中,所述第二光源是发光二极管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车头灯,其中,所述第一光源是带灯丝的卤钨灯泡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车头灯,其中,所述第一光源是弧光放电灯泡。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车头灯,其中,所述第二光源提供了白天行驶灯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车头灯,其中,所述光学器件包括非对称透镜。
7.根据权利要求6所述的车头灯,其中,所述光学器件包括与所述多个第二光源的每一个相关联的独立非对称透镜。
8.根据权利要求6所述的车头灯,其中,所述多个第二光源包括发光二极管。
