具体实施方式
如图1所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,电灯10包括具有平坦底部14的底座12,其可以设置在水平面上,例如桌子顶部或者书桌上,以及半透明罩16,其从底座向上延伸并且使得其中所产生的灯光从电灯发射出来。底座12包括靠近其上端的灯泡支座18。灯泡支座18用作多个发光二极管(LED)20和照明灯泡24(例如,常规旋入式白炽灯泡)的灯座22的固定座。可以看到,LED20和照明灯泡24被设置成使得从这些装置产生的光可通过罩16发出。

照明支座48位于壳体46中,并用作多个LED50和照明光源安装灯座52的固定座。灯座52安装并向白炽照明光源54供电。LED50和照明光源54产生的灯光通过壳体46发出。壳体46可以可释放地固定在底座42上,从而允许照明光源54的替换。

此外,还可由用户而不是传感器,通过直接连接或无线连接而提供控制信号。例如,对于直接连接,用户可以通过拨动控制向灯泡40配合的装置供电的电源开关,简单地改变电源的供应。在这样的情况下,传感器输入66可以感应到电源并且基于电源的启动和停止时限改变装置的控制。可选地,可以设置遥控从而用户可以将控制信号(如,无线电信号、红外信号等)发送到传感器输入66。可提供这些控制选择以补充或替换开关64a和64b。
图5示出了根据本发明的另一实施例的爱迪生式灯泡70。在该实施例中,荧光照明光源55安装在灯座53上。当然,该照明光源可以被设置在常规灯泡灯座中,从而允许替换灯泡,或可选地可以将照明装置永久地固定在根据本发明的装置上。灯泡70的其它特征与图3所示灯泡40的上述讨论的相同编号的特征相似。
图6A和6B示出了体现在灯泡100中的本发明的另一实施例。灯泡100与上述实施例的相似之处在于其包括了具有旋入连接器150的底座140,其中所述旋入连接器150适于与电灯等中的常规白炽灯泡灯座配合。当然,连接器150可以是与其它常规灯座(如,荧光灯、卤素灯等)配合的许多结构中的任何一种。
灯泡100还包括半透明壳体130。壳体130容纳灯泡110。虽然可以提供其它发光装置来提供与常规灯泡相关的亮白光,不过优选地使用紧凑型荧光灯泡。(当然,灯泡110是可更换灯泡,或者更加长久固定的发光装置。)在本实施例中,讨论了多个紧凑型荧光灯泡,其被提供用于增加灯泡100的功率和壳体130内发射白光(等等)的总表面面积。
如图6A所示,紧凑型荧光灯泡110分别形成为上下颠倒的、大体成U形的结构。(当然,在保持本发明的范围的同时可采用其它的设置)。具体地,紧凑型荧光灯泡110可以在一端具有第一电极,其从这一端在远离底座140的方向向上延伸,直到靠近壳体130的顶部处自身往回折弯,然后延伸回底座140到另一端的第二电极。图6A和6B示出了两个这样的灯泡110。

图7-9示出了对图6A和6B所示的灯泡的修改。具体地,其中设置了三个紧凑型荧光灯泡110(其可以包括三个不同的荧光灯泡或者单个荧光灯泡的三个不同光发射长度)。此外,各个紧凑型荧光灯泡110被设置成从底座140垂直向上延伸通过壳体130到靠近其顶部的位置。然而,在本实施例中,没有将LED120环形地围绕靠近底座140的紧凑型荧光灯泡110而排列,而是将其设置为垂直的组,各组在分离的 紧凑型荧光灯泡110之间延伸。如图9所示,在相邻的紧凑型荧光灯泡110之间延伸的每组LED120可以被固定于分开的LED板122。这提供了稍稍不同的灯光效果,其可以更加有效地发出彩色灯光。
根据上述各种实施例,本发明提供了与常规电灯泡在尺寸、形状和兼容性上相似的灯泡,但是改进了特性和控制,包括颜色、颜色改变和灯光展示。然而,由于本发明仍然与常规灯座相匹配,并且形状一般与常规白炽灯泡的形状相似(至少在一个实施例中),所以其可用于现有的电灯器具中并容纳常规的灯罩。具体地,壳体130优选成型/按尺寸形成为能够容纳设置在常规灯罩上的连接装置,以将它固定到标准电灯泡。具体地,参考图6A,壳体130在位置132(壳体130的较宽顶部)的直径优选在约1.75到约3.25英寸的范围内,并且壳体130在位置134的直径优选约1到约3英寸。最优选的灯泡大体遵循常规灯泡尺寸A-19(在位置132测量约2.375英寸)和A-21(在位置132测量约2.625英寸)。
此外,灯泡100优选地从紧凑型荧光灯泡或者其它约160到约4200流明的发光装置中发出白光;更优选地,在约240到约2625流明的范围内;并且最优选地,在约320到约2100流明的范围内。此外,根据本发明的灯泡优选获得的功率在约5到约200瓦特范围内;更优选在约15到125瓦特范围内;且最优选在约25到约100瓦特范围内。所以,将本发明设计为用于很多常规灯泡通常使用的底座中。
然而,正如本领域普通技术人员已知的,应该认识到其它合适的光源,如卤素灯泡或者高强度放电灯泡,可用于提供照明灯光。
工业适用性
本发明提供了在单个装置中的用于照明目的和用于产生所需环境条件的灯光,其中该装置可手动调节以改变照明并且可被编程以自动地改变灯光。
Claims (20)
1.一种电灯泡,其包括:
被设置成与电灯泡灯座配合的底座;
被安装在所述底座上的至少一个紧凑型荧光灯泡;
被安装在所述底座上并发出不同颜色的光的多个发光二极管;
控制电路,当所述底座被安装在所述灯座中时,其从所述灯座向所述至少一个荧光灯泡和所述多个发光二极管供电;
半透明壳体,其被安装在所述底座上并且容纳所述至少一个荧光灯泡和所述多个发光二极管;
与所述控制电路连接的用户接口,其中,所述用户接口允许用户设计用于控制灯泡的工作的设计程序,允许对由所述多个发光二极管从所述壳体发射出的所述光的颜色进行编制,并且允许用户选择设计程序;以及
处理器和存储器,所述存储器被配置为接收用户设计程序的用户输入,并且将用户输入存储为用于由用户通过用户接口进行选择的设计程序,所述处理器用于控制所述控制电路从而控制所述多个发光二极管以产生至少一种预定光发射显示,其在所述显示过程中改变通过所述多个发光二极管从所述壳体中发射出的灯光的颜色和强度的至少一项,所述处理器通过用户接口由用户远程控制,用户接口允许用户执行下列至少一项:
i)启动多个预定显示中的一种或者多种显示;以及
ii)选择由所述多个发光二极管从所述壳体发射出的一种或者多种灯光的颜色。
2.如权利要求1所述的电灯泡,包括多个紧凑型荧光灯泡。
3.如权利要求1所述的电灯泡,其中,所述至少一个荧光灯泡的长度为约2到约21英寸,所述荧光灯泡自身折回多次以便形成在所述壳体中从所述底座向上延伸的多个长度。
4.如权利要求2所述的电灯泡,其中,具有围绕所述荧光灯泡在圆周方向放置的多个发光二极管。
5.如权利要求4所述的电灯泡,其中,在圆周方向的相邻发光二极管是不同颜色的发光二极管。
6.如权利要求3所述的电灯泡,其中,具有围绕所述至少一个荧光灯泡而放置的多个发光二极管。
7.如权利要求6所述的电灯泡,其中,在圆周方向的相邻发光二极管是不同颜色的发光二极管。
8.如权利要求1所述的电灯泡,其中,将所述多个发光二极管设置在所述底座上,以便围绕所述至少一个荧光灯泡。
9.如权利要求8所述的电灯泡,其中,在圆周方向的相邻发光二极管是不同颜色的发光二极管。
10.如权利要求1所述的电灯泡,其中,所述至少一个荧光灯泡和所述多个发光二极管由公共电路板供电。
11.如权利要求1所述的电灯泡,其中,所述至少一个荧光灯泡发出约160到约4200流明范围之内的灯光。
12.如权利要求11所述的电灯泡,其中,所述至少一个荧光灯泡发出约240到约2625流明范围内的灯光。
13.如权利要求12所述的电灯泡,其中,所述至少一个荧光灯泡发出约320到约2100流明范围内的灯光。
14.如权利要求1所述的电灯泡,其中,所述设计程序包括颜色改变、各个部件的亮度改变、定时启动和止动的结合。
15.如权利要求14所述的电灯泡,其中用户接口允许用户从所述至少一个预定光发射显示中进行选择。
16.一种电灯泡,其包括:
被设置为与电灯泡灯座配合的底座;
发光装置,其被安装在所述底座上并从所述底座接收电能,该发光装置从由卤素、白炽、荧光和低蒸汽压汞灯发光装置构成的组中选择;
多个发光二极管,其被安装在所述底座上并从所述底座接收电能,所述多个发光二极管发射出不同颜色的灯光;
用户接口,其允许用户设计用于控制灯泡的工作的程序,允许对发射出的光的颜色进行编制,并且允许用户选择用户设计的多个设计程序中的一个设计程序;
可编程处理器,其通过用户接口控制从所述多个发光二极管发射出的灯光的启动、颜色和强度;
半透明壳体,其被安装在所述底座上并容纳所述发光装置和所述多个发光二极管;以及
存储用于指示所述处理器执行多个预定光发射显示的程序的存储器,每种显示改变所述多个发光二极管从所述壳体发出的灯光的颜色和强度中的至少一项。
17.如权利要求16所述的电灯泡,其中,所述发光装置发出在约320到约2100流明范围内的灯光。
18.如权利要求16所述的电灯泡,其中,在圆周方向上安装在所述底座上的相邻发光二极管是不同颜色的发光二极管。
19.如权利要求16所述的电灯泡,其中,所述程序可由用户远程启动。
20.一种电灯泡,其包括:
被设置为与电灯泡灯座配合的底座;
发光装置,其被安装在所述底座上并从所述底座接收电能,所述发光装置从由卤素、白炽、荧光和低蒸汽压汞灯发光装置构成的组中选择;
多个发光二极管,其被安装在所述底座上并从所述底座接收电能,所述多个发光二极管发射出不同颜色的灯光;
用户接口,其允许用户设计用于控制灯泡的工作的程序,并且控制从所述多个发光二极管发出灯光的启动、颜色和强度,并且允许用户选择用户设计的多个设计程序中的一个设计程序;
存储器,其存储用于用户选择的用户设计的设计程序;
处理器,用于通过用户接口由用户远程控制来控制所述多个发光二极管,从储存在所述电灯泡中的多种预定光发射显示产生至少一种预定光发射显示,每种显示改变由所述多个发光二极管从壳体发出灯光的颜色和强度中的至少一项;以及
半透明壳体,其被安装在所述底座上并容纳所述发光装置和所述多个发光二极管。
