Abstract

本发明提供一种显示模组可升降的笔记本电脑,包括主机和显示模组,其主机上有两个对称的铰链,每个铰链连接一个锯齿型的导向杆,显示模组上和导向杆相应有导轨和锁紧装置,导向杆在导轨中,显示模组可以相对于导向杆升降并锁定在需要的位置,并可相对于主机转动。本发明使得笔记本电脑的显示模组可以调到设计范围内任意高度,易于制造,使用方便,外形和尺寸符合现有的设计。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种笔记本电脑,特别是涉及一种显示模组可升降的笔记本电脑。
【背景技术】
电脑日渐普及,笔记本电脑因其轻薄短小,便于携带,有越来越多的人使用。笔记本电脑的显示模组是通过铰链连接于主机的,可以相对于主机打开0°-180°,而不可以相对主机移动。它的显示模组和键盘距离过近,使用起来不是很舒服,当人们不是把笔记本电脑放在桌上使用,而是在旅行途中或其他没有支持装置或空间受限制的场合将笔记本电脑放在膝上使用时,人更要弯腰低头,容易疲劳,使肩膀疼,脖子酸。如果这个时候可以把显示模组的位置调高,就可以抬头直腰,从而有舒服的使用方式。
在中国第03252626.1号专利(公告日为2004年9月29日)中,公开了一种笔记本电脑显示模组的高度调节机构,在笔记本电脑的主机上枢接一块背板,在显示模组上固定有一块支承板,在背板和支承板间有弹性元件和减速装置,以及扣住支承板的栓锁装置,当栓锁装置释放支承板时,弹性元件使支承板上升,减速装置调整支承板上升的速度。此发明的缺陷是:显示模组只能被升或降到不变的位置,无法根据实际需要来改变,当支承板上升时,支撑支承板的是弹性元件,使得对弹性元件的要求较高。在外形上,背板和支承板的体积较大而形状外露。
因此,设计一款可以调节显示模组高度的笔记本电脑,可以将显示模组调到设计范围内任意高度,其高度调节机构结构简单,易于制造,易于使用,可靠性强,笔记本电脑的整体外观、尺寸和重量符合目前流行的设计,易于被人们接受。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是提供一种显示模组可升降的笔记本电脑。
在笔记本电脑的主机后部对称的有两个铰链,每个铰链和一个导向杆相连,在导向杆上有锯齿,显示模组上和导向杆相应的地方是滑槽,可以提起显示模组,使滑槽相对于导向杆运动。在显示模组上有锁紧装置,包括一个滑块,前端呈锯齿状,和导向杆上的锯齿咬合,一个弹簧,使滑块处于咬合位置,一个按键,可以手按动,带动滑块运动。
主机和显示模组间的电气线缆采用平板型,可自由收缩,并可随显示模组的升高而拉长。
当需要改变显示模组的角度时,可转动显示模组。当需要改变显示模组的高度时,可按住按键到松开位置,然后提起显示模组到适当位置,再放松按键,显示模组的位置即确定了。

【具体实施方式】
本发明的一个实施方式,参考图1、图2,笔记本电脑由主机1和显示模组2组成,显示模组2可以相对于主机1合上和打开,主机1和显示模组2间采用两个铰链模组11和线缆12连接。
参考图3、图4,显示模组2可以升高。主机1和显示模组2的连接机构是对称的。主机1由上盖14和下盖15组成,铰链模组11包括铰链111、铰链附件112和导向杆13,铰链111以螺钉固定于下盖15上,穿过上盖14上的孔141和铰链附件112,与导向杆13以螺钉连接。显示模组2包括前盖22、显示屏24、后盖25、导轨23、锁紧装置21。导轨23装于显示模组2上和导向杆13相应的位置。锁紧装置21包括滑块211、弹簧212、按键213和限位孔214。按键213装于限位孔214内,位于前盖22的外表面,滑块211位于前盖22的内表面,并和按键213固定连接,弹簧212连接滑块211和前盖22。显示模组2和主机1间的电气连接采用可伸缩的线缆12。
参考图5,导向杆13一端和铰链111连接,一端在导轨23内,导轨23的下端有开口231,导向杆13呈锯条状,锯齿131和滑块211在开口231处啮合。当需要调整显示模组2的高度时,可按住并移动按键213,把滑块211移离与导向杆13啮合的位置,再移动显示模组2到需要的高度,再放开按键213,使滑块211弹回和导向杆211啮合的位置,把显示模组2的位置锁定。

Claims (6)

1.一种显示模组可升降的笔记本电脑,包括主机和显示模组,其特征在于:所述笔记本电脑包括
两个对称的铰链,其一端连接笔记本电脑主机;
两个导向杆,导向杆呈锯条状,其分别连接于铰链的另一端;
两个导轨,固定于显示模组内,其与上述导向杆位置相应,可容纳上述导向杆,且导向杆可相对于所述导轨相对移动;
两个锁紧装置,其位于显示模组上,用于锁定导向杆和导轨,当锁紧装置锁紧时,不可以相对于导向杆移动显示模组,当锁紧装置松开时,可以相对于导向杆移动显示模组。
2.如权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于:所述导轨一端的一边有开口,锁紧装置在所述开口处和导向杆啮合。
3.如权利要求2所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于:所述锁紧装置包括一个滑块,用于在所述开口处和导向杆啮合。
4.如权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于:所述锁紧装置包括一个弹簧,使锁紧装置一般处于锁紧状态。
5.如权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于:所述锁紧装置包括一个按键,可以按住它并移动使锁紧装置移到松开位置。
6.如权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑,其特征在于:所述锁紧装置包括一个限位孔,限定锁紧装置移动的范围。
