技术领域
本发明涉及可变形的照明模块,其具有多个线路板,每个线路板上设有至少一个发光器,这些线路板通过馈电导线连接成串。本发明特别涉及用于背景照明一种透光材料例如发光字符中的丙烯的照明模块。
背景技术
已知的这种照明模块,例如GELCoe的

LED System或者Hansen-neon的LEDschlauch,不能改变发光二极管相互之间的距离,因此光强不能度量,就光强尽可能均匀这一发光特性而言,这种照明模块只能用于大小很有限的发光字符。此外,这种照明模块的最大长度非常有限。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种开头所述类型的照明模块,它可以通过简单的方式改变光强,并且可以提供比以前更长的字符串。
该任务通过一种可变形的照明模块来完成,该照明模块具有多个线路板,在每个所述线路板上设有至少一个发光器,所述多个线路板通过两个馈电导线连接成串,其中,所述馈电导线不间断地延伸于成串的所有所述线路板上,并且成串的所述线路板相互并联,所述馈电导线沿着每个线路板的相对的两个边缘延伸。
本发明还给出了所述照明模块的几种有利的实施形式。
在本发明的照明模块中设有多个线路板,在各线路板上设有至少一个发光器,特别是发光二极管元件,这些线路板通过两条大容量的馈电导线连接成串。这些馈电导线不间断地延伸于成串的所有线路板上。借助馈电导线,成串的线路板相互并联。
所谓“不间断”的含义包括在线路板上的馈电导线虽然是断开的,但在线路板上连贯地电连接,而没有明显的横截面缩小。
在各线路板上,除了设置至少一个发光器之外,还设有至少一个另外的电子元件,该电子元件与发光器电连接。
在一个优选的实施形式中,为了加强每两个线路板之间的连接,馈电导线在这两个线路板之间集成一束,例如弯曲起来。
在一个特别的实施形式中,这些线路板组成多个线路板对,各线路板对中的每个线路板上的发光器借助这对线路板之间的连接线连接。
特别优选的是,发光器为发光二极管元件。
在每两个线路板之间的导线蜿蜒延伸。这可以使两个线路板之间的距离改变,另一方面可以简单地改变所述串的弯曲半径。
特别优选的是,线路板在彼此相向的端部变窄,馈电导线从宽的中间部分开始沿线路板的边缘汇合。因此,线路板优选呈菱形,或呈压平的六角形或八角形,菱形、六角形或八角形的长轴位于所述串的主延伸方向上。
作为线路板,不仅可以采用印刷电路板(PCB),而且可以采用金属引线框,其上设有所述发光器,必要时还设有所属的电子元件。此外,可以借助MID技术制造电路板,所述MID技术包括例如热压。
本发明的照明模块的一个突出的优点在于,无须改变产品就可以通过简单的方法满足客户需求。线路板之间的馈电缆束的蜿蜒形状使得线路板之间距离能大范围改变,从而使同一个照明模块的长度能大范围改变。
有利的是,本发明的照明模块可以简单地借助卷到卷的方式制成,这样,以“无限长”的形式保存的馈电导线就能在确定的距离处被剥去绝缘,线路板在这些点上与在其它部分连贯的馈电导线相连接,并与这些点连接。
在一个特别有利的实施形式中,馈电导线只设置在线路板的前侧上,发光器也位于前侧上。这样,线路板的后侧就可以是扁平的,这是有利的,这样一来,例如就能通过使螺栓穿过为其而设的孔或者借助双面胶带来直接固定,这从技术上讲是很简单的。
从下面结合附图描述的实施例中,可以得出其它的优点、改进方案和有利的实施形式。

具体实施方式
原则上,附图没有按比例画。各部件之间的大小比例基本上也没有按照事实表示。
该实施例具有多个线路板1,在各线路板上设有两个发光二极管元件2,发光二极管元件通过两条馈电导线3、4连接成串。馈电导线3、4在所述串的所有线路板1上不间断地分布,并将成串的线路板1并联起来。
在线路板1上,除了各发光二极管2外,总是设有其它的电子元件5,它们与发光二极管2电连接。
为了加强每两个线路板1之间的连接,使这两个线路板之间的馈电导线3、4汇成一束并弯曲。或者,可以采用扁带状电缆,其在线路板区域内被分开。
在每两个相邻的线路板的发光二极管元件相互连接的实施形式中,所述连接借助这两个线路板之间的其它连接导线实现。
在每两个线路板1之间延伸的馈电导线3、4是蜿蜒延伸的。
线路板1的形状为沿所述串的延伸方向延伸的八角形,馈电导线3、4从宽的中间部分开始沿线路板边缘汇合。它们特别是没有后侧触点,因此,在安装照明模块时,不必采取专门的预防措施来例如避免短路。
线路板具有例如平坦的背面,这样就能例如借助螺栓和为此而设的孔或者借助于双面胶带来直接固定。
有利的是,可以简单地借助卷到卷的方式来制造照明模块,这样,以“无限长”的形式保存的馈电导线就能在确定的距离处被剥去绝缘,线路板在这些点上与其它部分仍是贯通的馈电导线相连,并与这些点相连接。
或许,所述模块可以具有用于形成光束的次级光学镜组,其例如呈可拆卸(例如插接或卡接)或不可拆卸(例如借助于粘接材料)地固定在线路板1上的凹透镜或凸透镜和/或衍射光学系统(图中未示出)的形式。这样,就可以通过改变发光二极管元件2的发光特性来调节光强和/或光强的均匀性。
显然,以上结合实施例对本发明的描述并不意味着用实施例来限制本发明。在前面的描述、附图以及各项权利要求中公开的本发明特征可能不仅单独来看对实现本发明是重要的,而且在任意组合的情况下对实现本发明也是重要的。

Claims (11)

1.可变形的照明模块,其具有多个线路板,在每个所述线路板上设有至少一个发光器,所述多个线路板通过两个馈电导线连接成串,其中,所述馈电导线不间断地延伸于成串的所有所述线路板上,并且成串的所述线路板相互并联,所述馈电导线沿着每个线路板的相对的两个边缘延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的照明模块,其特征在于:在各所述线路板上,除了所述至少一个发光器之外,还设有至少一个另外的电子元件,该电子元件与所述发光器电连接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的照明模块,其特征在于:为了加强每两个所述线路板之间的连接,所述馈电导线在所述两个线路板之间集成一束。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的照明模块,其特征在于:所述线路板组成多个线路板对,各线路板对中的每个线路板上的发光器借助这对线路板之间的连接线连接。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的照明模块,其特征在于:所述发光器为发光二极管元件。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的照明模块,其特征在于:在每两个所述线路板之间的馈电导线蜿蜒延伸。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的照明模块,其特征在于:所述线路板在彼此相向的端部上变窄,所述馈电导线从宽的中间部分开始沿所述线路板的边缘汇合。
8.如权利要求7所述的照明模块,其特征在于:所述线路板呈菱形,或被压平的六角形或八角形,所述菱形、六角形或八角形的长轴位于所述串的主延伸方向上。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的照明模块,其特征在于:不仅每两个线路板之间的弯曲半径能改变,两个线路板之间的距离也能改变。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的照明模块,其特征在于:所述馈电导线在确定的距离处被剥去绝缘,线路板在这些点上与其它部分连贯的馈电导线相连接。
11.如权利要求1或2所述的照明模块,其特征在于:所述线路板是印刷线路板,或者是借助MID技术制造的电路板。
