背景技术

为制造小室结构,有利的是使容纳小室通过线状薄膜连接、优选通过焊缝或粘接缝而限界在薄膜带之间。另一种改进方案通过下列方法来实现,即容纳小室通过薄膜连接彼此间以及相对于环境保持材料密封。
为简化薄膜包的拉开,优选使线状薄膜连接斜向于薄膜带的带子纵向方向延伸。
优选使针刺单元通过形状配合连接环绕的或者啮合在凹处中的薄膜连接按位置固定的方式固定在为其配设的容纳小室中。
同样有利的是,至少其中一个薄膜带具有或形成一个透明的测量窗,用于对测试单元进行光学测量,从而可以穿过该带子进行无接触的扫描。
将其中带有测试元件的薄膜带以一种锯齿折叠状的形式作为折叠包准备好,以此也可以达到很高的包装密度。
优选将其中带有测试元件的薄膜带固定在一个暗盒中。测试单元可以专门设置为涂有试剂的指示区,用于指示体液中的一种分析物,尤其是葡萄糖。
本发明的主题也是一种用于使用所述测试盒的测试仪。
在方法方面,开头所述的任务通过下列方法得到解决,即针刺单元必要时结合集成的测试单元通过拉开薄膜带而单个地供人使用,而后移进一个远离所属的容纳小室的工作位置中,并且随后再次存放在 其中一个薄膜带上。在此尤其有利的是,借助于针刺单元在工作位置中收集体液并且随后转移到测试单元上。

具体实施方式
在附图中示出的测试盒作为薄膜包10包括两个夹层式彼此相连的薄膜带12、14,在这两个薄膜带12、14之间留出了容纳区或容纳小室16,并且其中提供测试元件18、20用于一个接一个地使用。
如从图1中可以看到,作为测试元件设置了彼此成对配设的针刺单元18和测试单元20,这两个单元彼此分开地设置在单独的容纳小室16中。在所示出的实施例中,针刺单元18和测试单元20在带子方向上看为交替设置。也可以考虑横向于带子方向在侧面彼此并排或斜向交错平放布置或集成组合测试元件,其中针刺单元18与测试单元20整体连接在一起。
针刺单元18是由薄优质钢板制成的扁平成形件,并且作为一种微型针的形式具有一个处于末梢的针刺机构22用于刺入比如一个受检者的手指内以取出血液。该针刺机构22通过一个半开的槽形毛细通道24与一个用于收集且转移血液的保持区26相连接。为此,可以将有关的针刺单元18在收集过程之后与一个所配设的测试单元20相连接,从而使该测试单元20加载所收集的血液,用于在一次性测量中对包含其中的分析物(葡萄糖)进行指示。这里可以通过条带状测试单元20的颜色反应以及光度测量以公知方式进行指示。为此,至少其中一个薄膜带12、14作为光学窗由一种透明的材料制成。
容纳小室16作为基本上以二维形式伸展的中间区在平坦的薄膜带12、14之间空出,用于平坦地容纳测试元件18、20。薄膜带12、14由此在没有气孔或盆状凹处的情况下与平坦的测试元件平坦地接触,从而可以紧凑地进行卷绕或者节约空间地进行折叠。比如针刺单元18可以具有5×10毫米的面积尺寸,从而即使在有大约100个针刺单元的情况下还可以实现一个可以接受的用于在手持仪器中使用的卷绕直径。
为隔离且必要时固定测试元件,容纳小室16通过薄膜带12、14之间的线状连接28受到限界。在图1中为此设置了一个由焊缝或粘接缝构成的梯状结构,这里的焊缝或粘接缝使容纳小室16彼此间以及相对于周围环境保持材料密封。
通过单独的布置,可以不依赖于测试单元20通过辐射对包装好的针刺单元18进行消毒,而不损害测试单元的敏感的测试用化学药品。这一点可以通过一个未示出的隔离遮掩机构进行,该隔离遮掩机构仅仅允许能量富集的辐射(X射线或电子射束)透射在针刺单元18上。此外,通过隔离可以通过一种表面处理对针刺单元18进行亲水化处理来有效吸收液体,而在此勿需对测试化学药物加以考虑。另一个优点在于,用于指示的化学药品在针刺过程中不会进入受试者的体内。
从图2和3中可看出一种有意义的对薄膜带包装10进行组装的方案,该包装具有交替设置的针刺单元和测试单元18、20。预制的针刺单元18平坦地封闭在薄膜带12、14之间,其中在内侧设置在薄膜带12上的粘接线28限界了容纳小室16。在薄膜带14的外侧面上借助于胶带32固定着一个连续的测试带30。测试带30通过在每第二个容纳小室16中的载体带14中的穿孔34来加载体液或血液,从而由此形成单独的测试单元20。利用所描述的多薄膜结构,就简化了以卷到卷的高生产能力进行的大批量生产。
在测试单元20的小室区域中,可以包含必要时也作为薄膜带区段的干燥剂36。此外,在这些区域中在薄膜带14中冲制了定位孔38,以便在收集过程之后可以精确地对针刺单元18进行定位,这一点将在下文作详细解释。特别有利的是,在其中一个薄膜带14上尤其是线状或点状粘接结构40允许对使用过的针刺单元18或集成的测试元件进行简单的再存放。也可以在针刺单元18的小室中额外地设置定位点42 以用于针刺单元18可松开的固定。
图4和5的实施例示出类似的薄膜包10,其中如前所述的相同的零件配有相同的附图标记。这里,在宽边侧上下平放的薄膜带12、14之间的连接结构28的突出之处在于附加功能。一方面,通过在针刺单元的凹处44中的啮合以及在支承位置46上的边缘侧接触,就保证了针刺单元18的位置固定式的固定。另一方面,斜向于薄膜带纵向方向延伸的连接缝28′实现了薄膜带12、14平稳地不产生力峰值地撕开,这里撕开薄膜带是为了可以使用针刺单元18。
图6以示意图形式极其简单地说明了单个测试元件或针刺单元从薄膜盒中进行供给的方法。在示出的实施方式中,薄膜带12、14连同包含其中的测试元件以锯齿状作为折叠包48而储存。为了一个接一个地使针刺单元18露出,在一个未示出的壳体中设置了拉带机构50,该拉带机构50包括两个用于薄膜带12、14的卷轴52、54以及设置在这两个卷轴前面且在供给位置56上在侧面彼此保持间距地设置的导向辊58。在导向辊58的范围内薄膜带12、14彼此分开,以此使针刺单元18供人们进一步使用。在此,使卷轴52、54的转动同步,以便总是将薄膜带12、14保持在张紧状态。可以将一种这样的结构设置为分配器,用于分发单个的针刺单元18,针刺单元18而后比如手动装入一个单独的测量仪中。
图7示出一种优选的结构,该结构处于一个局部剖开后示出的盒体60中。薄膜包10在那里设置在一个储备卷62上,从该储备卷62上通过导向辊58将彼此连接的薄膜带12、14拉出,并且在使测试元件供人使用的情况下使两个薄膜带12、14彼此分开。在使用后,将测试元件在必要时远离分发位置56的回收位置63上再次送回到薄膜带12的内侧上,其中粘接带40起支撑作用。通过这种方式,可以将用过的测试元件18卷绕在卷轴52上,并由此可以简单地进行清理。
上述测试盒64可以作为一次性产品用在一种手持仪器66中,如在图8简要示出。一种这样的仪器66包括所有进行葡萄糖测量所需要的工作器具如能源68、测量及显示电子装置70和用于操作单个的从薄膜带盒10中分发的针刺单元18的执行机构72以及测量镜组76。在所示出的实施方式中,设置了一个作为执行机构72的一部分的操作机构74,用于将元件18接纳在供给位置56上、放置在一个远离薄膜带12、 14的横置的针刺位置中、通过一个壳体开孔进行针刺运动并且在采集血液之后再次回放到薄膜带12上。在那里借助于测量单元76进行无接触的光学测量,以便随后能将检测结果显示给使用者。通过这种方式,甚至也可以由外行在一个全自动的测量流程中进行自我检查,其中通过存放针刺单元这种方式可以进行大量的测试。所消耗的测试盒64可以作为完整的单元从仪器66中取出,而勿需将沾染血液的零件单个地进行清理。
Claims (51)
1.测试盒,它具有两个夹层式彼此连接的可卷绕的薄膜带(12、14)以及多个测试元件(18、20),在这两个薄膜带(12、14)之间保留着用于测试元件的容纳小室(16),并且这里的测试元件(18、20)分别包括一个用于刺入身体组织中的针刺单元(18)以及一个用于加载体液的测试单元(20),其特征在于,所述针刺单元(18)和测试单元(20)彼此分开地设置在单独的容纳小室(16)中。
2.按权利要求1所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述针刺单元(18)和测试单元(20)在薄膜带方向上交替地或者横向于薄膜带方向成对相邻地设置在所配设的容纳小室(16)中。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述针刺单元(18)在所配设的容纳小室(16)中通过辐射进行消毒。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述薄膜带(12、14)在其整个长度范围内与一个测试带(30)相连接,并且该测试带(30)通过薄膜带(12、14)的穿孔(34)在形成测试单元(20)的情况下一小室一小室地供人们使用。
5.按权利要求1或2所述的测试盒,其特征在于,在所述用于测试单元(20)的容纳小室(16)中放入了一种干燥剂(36)。
6.按权利要求3所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述辐射穿过一个用于隔离测试单元(20)的遮掩机构进行消毒。
7.按权利要求1或2所述的测试盒,其特征在于,至少其中一个薄膜带(12、14)配有一个收回结构(40),用于固定已消耗的针刺元件(18)。
8.按权利要求7所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述固定是通过粘接或者夹紧来实现的。
9.按权利要求1或2所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述针刺单元(18)作为扁材料件平坦地设置在所述薄膜带(12、14)之间。
10.按权利要求1或2所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述薄膜带(12、14)为平坦结构,且在没有气泡的情况下平坦地贴紧针刺单元(18)。
11.按权利要求1或2所述的测试盒,其特征在于,在一个供给位置(56)上供人使用的针刺单元(18)在一个远离供给位置(56)的回收位置交还给其中一个薄膜带(12、14)。
12.按权利要求1或2所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述针刺单元(18)具有一个毛细结构(24)用于收集体液。
13.按权利要求12所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述毛细结构(24)通过一个半开的通道形成。
14.按权利要求1或2所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述针刺单元(18)用于将已采集的体液转交给测试单元(20)。
15.按权利要求1或2所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述容纳小室(16)通过薄膜带(12、14)之间的线状薄膜连接(28)进行限界。
16.按权利要求15所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述线状薄膜连接(28)是焊缝或粘接缝。
17.按权利要求15所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述容纳小室(16)通过薄膜连接(28)彼此间以及相对于周围环境保持材料密封。
18.按权利要求15所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述线状薄膜连接(28′)斜向于薄膜带(12、14)的纵向方向延伸。
19.按权利要求1或2所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述针刺单元(18)通过形状配合连接地环绕的或者啮合在凹处(44)中的薄膜连接(28)而按位置固定的方式固定在为其配设的容纳小室(16)中。
20.按权利要求1或2所述的测试盒,其特征在于,至少其中一个薄膜带(12、14)具有或形成一个透明的测量窗,用于对测试单元(20)进行光学测量。
21.按权利要求1或2所述的测试盒,其特征在于,使所述其中带有测试元件(18、20)的薄膜带(12、14)以一种锯齿状折叠的形式作为折叠包(48)提供使用。
22.按权利要求1或2所述的测试盒,其特征在于,该测试盒由一种接纳了其中带有测试元件(18、20)的薄膜带(12、14)的暗盒(64)所构成。

26.按权利要求25所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述输送用具(50、74)包括一个用于将薄膜带(12、14)沿不同方向彼此拉开的拉带机构(50)。
27.按权利要求26所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述拉带机构(50)具有两个在一个供给位置(56)上在侧面彼此保持间距地设置的、可沿相反方向转动的或者固定的导向滚筒(58)以及设置在导向滚筒(58)后面的用于薄膜带(12、14)的卷轴(52、54)。
28.按权利要求25到27中任一项所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述输送用具(50、74)用于将一个针刺单元(18)导回到与一个位于薄膜带(12、14)上的测试单元(20)和/或清理位置有效连接。
29.按权利要求25到27中任一项所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述输送用具(50、74)包括一个操作机构(74),该操作机构(74)用于对于一个通过薄膜带(12、14)彼此分开而在一个供给位置(56)上供人使用的针刺单元(18)实现抓住并进行定位。
30.按权利要求29所述的测试盒,其特征在于,至少其中一个薄膜带(12、14)具有定位孔(38)用于啮合操作机构(74)。
31.按权利要求30所述的测试盒,其特征在于,所述定位孔(38)设置在测试单元(20)的容纳小室(16)的区域中。
