剃须刀头1包括防护件2(以后称作板式防护件)、安装并固定到防护件上的刀片组件3以及具有用于连接到手柄端的闭锁装置5的板式后盖件4。
板式防护件2具有基本上为矩形的形状,包括一平坦的基座部分6和从基座部分6基本上垂直突出的周边壁7。
周边壁7和基座部分6一起限定一内部空间8,其中如下面所述,刀片组件3是在安装剃须刀头的过程中被容纳在该内部空间内。
板式防护件2设有沿着基座部分6延伸的矩形孔9,从而在与基座部分6相对的一侧上的笔直的周边壁部分11内限定一护杆10。
基座部分6具有一个朝向内部空间8的基本上平坦的下或内表面12,和一个相对的外表面或顶面13。
如图5所示,剃须刀头1设有润滑带14和皮肤接触件15,其中该润滑带14是粘贴或者与板式防护件2一起共注塑到顶面13,该皮肤接触件15也是粘贴或者与板式防护件2一起共注塑到护杆10上。
板式防护件2设有至少两个从内表面12基本上垂直突出的固定销16。如图3所示,优选地设有四个固定销16。
如图3所示,板式防护件2也设有两个定位销17,18,这些定位销相对设置在周边壁7和基座部分6之间的交界处。此外,板式防护件2在矩形孔9的每个端部21,22上还设有锥形表面19,20,用于接收刀片的相对端部23,24。
刀片组件3包括至少一个刀片和一个固定板。在图3所示的优选实施例中,刀片组件3包括三个刀片25,26,27,两个间隔件28,29,以及一个固定板30。
更精确地,刀片组件3包括一个窄的或第一刀片25,一个窄的或第一间隔件28,一个中间或第二刀片26,一个中间或第二间隔件29,一个宽的或第三刀片27,以及最后是一个固定板30。
每个刀片25,26,27是由冲压金属带构成,该金属带的一边被磨成刀片的刀刃31。
每个刀片25,26,27也设有能够与固定销16配合的固定孔32。每个刀片25,26,27具有两个相对端部23,24,这两个端部设有能够与定位销17,18配合的矩形切口33,34。
相应地,由金属或塑料带构成的间隔件28,29以及固定板30,设有能够与固定销16配合的孔35。正如下面将要看到的,每个间隔件28,29可以被用作安装到最后一个刀片上的固定板30。
板式后盖件4包括一个基本上为矩形的本体36,其具有与板式防护件2相同的外形轮廓。
如下面所描述,在该本体36内设有矩形孔37,该本体具有平坦的边缘38,该平坦的边缘能够与板式防护件2的周边壁7的顶面39配合。
板式后盖件4构成一适配器,该适配器可与剃须刀手柄配合。
如图2所示,板式后盖件4在与板式防护件2相对的一侧设有两个突出的固定件40,41,这两个固定件在它们各自的自由端上具有向内延伸的相对的横档42,43,每个横档42,43具有各自的弧形的上表面44,45,这些上表面面向相应的圆柱形表面46,47.
横档42,43与相应的圆柱形表面46,47一起限定弧形的狭缝48,49,这些狭缝适合接收剃须刀手柄端的轴承壳,剃须刀头1将可转动且可移动地通过板式后盖件4安装在在该剃须刀手柄端上。
在固定件40,41的中部,板式后盖件4包括凸轮装置50,该凸轮装置是基本上垂直延伸穿过孔37的支柱,该支柱50包括在顶点53连接的凸轮表面51,52,该凸轮表面51,52在它们之间限定一钝角。凸轮装置50适合接收一凸轮从动件,该凸轮从动件的运转将剃须刀头1推到相对于剃须刀手柄的一给定静止位置。
美国专利US 4,492,025更加详细描述了剃须刀头1安装到手柄端,在这里结合该专利的所有内容作为参考。
下面将描述一种制造根据本发明的剃须刀头1的方法。
这样的方法包括以下步骤:
-提供板式防护件2;
-将刀片组件3固定到板式防护件2上;
-提供板式后盖件4;
-在与刀片组件3相同的一侧上将板式后盖件4固定到板式防护件上2。
根据在刀片组件中刀片的数量,提供了几个实施例以实施将刀片组件3固定到板式防护件2上的步骤。
一个刀片
在仅具有一个刀片25的剃须刀头1中,将刀片组件3固定到板式防护件2的步骤包括以下步骤:
-提供刀片25,使它的固定孔32和切口33,34分别与固定销16和定位销17,18对准;
-将刀片25安装到板式防护件2上,刀片25紧靠基座部分6的内表面12,固定销16穿过固定孔32,定位销17,18与切口33,34配合,刀片端部23,24紧靠锥形表面19,20,以及刀片的刀刃31沿着在板式防护件2内的矩形孔9延伸并穿过该矩形孔;

两个刀片
在具有两个刀片25,26的剃须刀头(如图5所示)中,将刀片组件3固定到板式防护件2的步骤包括以下步骤:
-提供窄的或第一刀片25,使它的固定孔32和切口33,34分别与固定销16和定位销17,18对准;
-将第一刀片25安装到板式防护件2上,刀片25紧靠基座部分6的内表面12,固定销16穿过固定孔32,定位销17,18与切口33,34配合,刀片端部23,24紧靠锥形表面19,20,以及刀片的刀刃31沿着在板式防护件2内的矩形孔9延伸并穿过该矩形孔;
-提供第一间隔件28,使它的孔35与固定销16对准;
-在第一刀片25上方,将第一间隔件28安装到板式防护件2上,固定销16穿过第一间隔件28的孔35;
-提供第二刀片26,固定销16和定位销17,18分别与固定孔32和切口33,34对准;
-在第一间隔件26上方,将第二刀片26安装到板式防护件2上,固定销16穿过固定孔32,定位销17,18与切口33,34配合,刀片端部23,24紧靠锥形表面19,20,以及刀片的刀刃31沿着设在板式防护件2内的矩形孔9延伸并穿过该矩形孔;
-提供固定板(即间隔件29),使它的孔35与固定销16对准;
-在第二刀片26上方,将固定板29安装到板式防护件2上;
-在每个固定销16的一端上形成卷边头54,从而将双刀片组件3铆接在板式防护件2上。
三个刀片(优选)
在具有三个刀片25,26,27的剃须刀头(如图3所示)中,将刀片组件3固定到板式防护件2的步骤包括以下步骤:
-提供窄的或第一刀片25,使它的固定孔32和切口33,34分别与固定销16和定位销17,18对准;
-将第一刀片25安装到板式防护件2上,刀片25紧靠基座部分6的内表面12,固定销16穿过固定孔32,定位销17,18与切口33,34配合,刀片端部23,24紧靠锥形表面19,20,以及刀片的刀刃31沿着在板式防护件2内的矩形孔9延伸并穿过该矩形孔;

-在第一刀片25上方,将第一间隔件28安装到板式防护件2上,固定销16穿过第一间隔件28的孔35;
-提供第二刀片26,固定孔32和切口33,34分别与固定销16和定位销17,18对准;
-在第一间隔件28上方,将第二刀片26安装到板式防护件2上,固定销16穿过固定孔32,定位销17,18与切口33,34配合,刀片端部23,24紧靠锥形表面19,20,以及刀片的刀刃31沿着设在板式防护件2内的矩形孔9延伸并穿过该矩形孔;
-提供宽的或第三刀片27,使它的固定孔32和切口33,34分别与固定销16和定位销17,18对准;
-在第二间隔件29上方,将第三刀片27安装到板式防护件2上,固定销16穿过固定孔32,定位销17,18与切口33,34配合,刀片端部23,24紧靠锥形表面19,20,以及刀片的刀刃31沿着设在板式防护件2内的矩形孔9延伸并穿过该矩形孔;
-提供固定板30,使它的孔35与固定销16对准;
-在第三刀片27的上方,将固定板30安装到板式防护件2上;
-在每个固定销16的一端上形成卷边头54,从而将三刀片组件3铆接在板式防护件2上。
四个刀片
在具有四个刀片的剃须刀头中,将刀片组件固定到板式防护件的步骤包括以下步骤:
-提供窄的或第一刀片,使它的固定孔和切口分别与固定销和定位销对准;
-将第一刀片安装到板式防护件上,刀片紧靠基座部分的内表面,固定销穿过固定孔,定位销与切口配合,刀片端部紧靠锥形表面,以及刀片的刀刃穿过设在板式防护件内的矩形孔延伸;
-提供第一间隔件,使它的孔与固定销对准;
-在第一刀片上方,将第一间隔件安装到板式防护件上,固定销穿过第一间隔件的孔;
-提供第二刀片,它的固定孔和切口分别与固定销和定位销对准;
-在第一间隔件上方,将第二刀片安装到板式防护件上,固定销穿过固定孔,定位销与切口配合,刀片端部紧靠锥形表面,以及刀片的刀刃穿过设在板式防护件内的矩形孔延伸;
-提供宽的或第三刀片,使它的固定孔和切口分别与固定销和定位销对准;
-在第二间隔件上方,将第三刀片安装到板式防护件上,固定销穿过固定孔,定位销与切口配合,刀片端部紧靠锥形表面,以及刀片的刀刃穿过设在板式防护件内的矩形孔延伸;
-提供第三间隔件,使它的孔与固定销对准;
-在第三刀片上方,将第三间隔件安装到板式防护件上;
-提供比第三刀片更宽的第四刀片,第四刀片的固定孔和切口分别与固定销和定位销对准;
-在第三间隔件上方,将第四刀片安装到板式防护件上,固定销穿过固定孔,定位销与切口配合,刀片端部紧靠锥形表面,以及刀片的刀刃穿过设在板式防护件内的矩形孔延伸;
-提供固定板,使它的孔与固定销对准;
-将固定板安装到板式防护件上,固定销穿过该孔;
-在每个固定销的一端上形成卷边头,从而将四刀片组件铆接在板式防护件上。
因此,不管刀片的数量多少,将刀片组件3铆接到板式防护件2的步骤是在板式后盖件4的安装步骤之前完成。换句话说,刀片组件3是与板式后盖件4相互分开且相互独立地固定到板式防护件2上,万一意外发生板式后盖件4从板式防护件2分离,可以避免刀片散开。
此外,如下面所述,由于刀片组件3是与板式后盖件4相互独立地固定到板式防护件2上,因此可将后者牢固地固定到板式防护件2上。
此外,由于固定销16仅仅支撑被固定板夹紧的刀片组件3,固定销比通常的固定销更短,因此它们更加牢固,以及刀片意外地从板式防护件2分开的风险更小。
如图2和5所示,板式后盖件4形成一盖子,该盖子当被固定到板式防护件2时封闭内部空间8,刀片组件3不可及地被容纳在该内部空间内。
当然,板式防护件2的厚度,即周边壁7的高度,应当与取决于刀片数量的刀片组件3的厚度相适应。
如图5所示,在铆接好刀片组件3之后,卷边头54不会从板式防护件2的内部空间8向外突出,因此板式后盖件4在被安装到板式防护件2时被阻止抵靠板式防护件2的周边壁7.
再如图5所示,板式后盖件4被激光焊接到板式防护件2上。提供一个激光源,该激光源是通过柔性激光束传导元件56连接到一激光焊接头55。该激光焊接头55安装在臂57上,该臂又沿着一个垂直于板式后盖件4和板式防护件2之间的接触面的方向上,如图示的箭头F 1,可滑动地安装在夹持元件58上。而且,激光焊接头55可相对于夹持元件58在基本上平行于板式后盖件4和板式防护件2之间的接触面59的平面上的两个方向上滑动,因此激光焊接头55可以沿着如图6所示的沿着周边壁7的轮廓而行的预定焊接路径60移动。
在图5所示的优选实施例中,板式防护件2安装在组件的底侧上,而板式后盖件4安装在其顶侧。当激光束61来自顶部时,板式后盖件4和板式防护件2必须由适合的聚合物制成,以允许激光焊接。在这个特别的情况下,板式后盖件4对于激光束61必须是透明,相反地,板式防护件2必须是具有吸收能力。当激光波长处于可见光的范围之外时,假如两个部件2,4对于激光束61分别具有足够的透明度或不透明度,也可以根据制造者的要求对它们进行染色。
此外,由板式后盖件4和板式防护件2叠置形成的接触面59(即由边缘38和顶面39形成)必须具有足够的面积,以阻止焊接路径或熔化区域60到达接触面59的边缘。
美国专利US 6,201,211进一步详细描述了该激光焊接方法,在这里结合该专利的所有内容作为参考。
如上面所述,由于需要将两个部件2,4相互牢固固定,以避免在剃刮时分开,这可能使使用者的脸部(或要剃刮的其他身体部位)受伤,因此该焊接方法用于将板式后盖件4激光焊接到板式防护件2上。也存在这样的需要,即防止玩剃须刀的小孩容易地使板式后盖件4从板式防护件分开,从而容易碰到刀片。
激光焊接也可以用于焊接剃须刀的其他需要牢固固定在一起的塑料零件。
例如,在具有包括几个塑料零件的手柄的剃须刀中,根据本发明制造剃须刀的方法包括将手柄的至少两个塑料零件激光焊接在一起的步骤。
激光焊接工艺可与前面所述的相同。因此,其中一个塑料零件必须是透明的,以允许激光束的传递,而另一个零件必须具有吸收能力。
该其中一个零件可以是手柄的上部零件,该另一零件是下部零件,该上部零件和下部零件激光焊接在一起,以形成整个手柄。
装饰性的插入件(例如为广告目的)可以被夹在该上部和下部零件之间,该插入件透过透明的上部零件是可见的。
Claims (1)
1.一种剃须刀头(1)的制造方法,该剃须刀头(1)包括一个或多个刀片(25,26,27)、塑料防护件(2)和塑料盖件(4),所述方法包括如下步骤:
a)将所述刀片(25,26,27)与所述塑料盖件(4)相互分开且相互独立地固定到所述防护件(2)上,和
b)将所述塑料盖件(4)激光焊接到所述防护件(2)上。
