Abstract

Description

双锁定搭扣
技术领域
本发明涉及一种搭扣,其在两位置锁紧,以增加其强度但仍保持较低的重量并保持轮廓。特别地,本发明涉及一种侧部释放的搭扣,插入部分在沿着凹入部分长度的两位置锁定到凹入部分中。
背景技术
侧部释放搭扣常用于将条带彼此附接。在标准的侧部释放搭扣中,插入部分具有两个在自由端上带有锁定接头的凸部爪。这些锁定接头扣入搭扣凹入部分中的槽中,从而将两部分锁紧在一起。
为了制造有足够强度而在应力作用下不释放的搭扣,传统的搭扣必须将插入部分的凸部爪做得非常刚硬并且重。这使得搭扣较难释放,而且笨重。然而,如果凸部爪过于柔软,则搭扣将不能承受高应力。
期望的是制造这样一种搭扣,其可以承受较大的应力而不释放,并且易于操作,重量轻且美观。
发明内容
本发明包括一种搭扣,该搭扣具有插入部分和凹入部分。凹入部分具有中空主体,该中空主体具有两个侧壁、开放的容纳端和与该容纳端相对定位的锁定端。在锁定端中有一开口,该开口由凹入部分的侧壁围绕。这些侧壁相接以在每端形成V形的孔。
插入部分包括基部和连接到该基部的至少一个柔韧锁臂。该锁臂具有一自由端和位于该自由端的锁定接头。锁臂在位于基部附近的端部是柔韧的。插入部分向凹入部分中的插入会向内压缩锁臂,使锁臂滑入凹入部分中直到锁定接头延伸通过锁定端中的槽。插入部分向凹入部分中的完全插入能使锁臂通过锁定端中的孔并释放到平衡位置(resting position),在该平衡位置,锁定接头抵靠在锁定端中的孔的其中一个V形窄端部上,以将插入部分锁定到凹入部分。锁臂也具有V形轮廓,从而当锁定接头完全通过开口时直接装配到由凹入部分的侧壁形成的V形开口中。接头具有邻接开口边缘的肩部,以防止在没有先向内压迫锁臂以使肩部越过开口的情况下就释放插入部分。
在插入部分和凹入部分锁定到一起以后,逆着凹入部分拉拽插入部分使接头更加牢固地锁定到凹入部分的侧壁,从而防止插入部分不经意地脱离凹入部分,这是因为锁定接头比开口的V形端部宽,并且在不先运动到开口的中心区域的条件下不能通过开口,其中开口足够宽以使锁定接头通过。
在一个实施例中,在凹入部分的至少一个侧壁中存在至少一个锁定槽,并且存在远离插入部分的锁臂的自由端定位的肩部.该肩部从锁臂向外突出.将插入部分插入到凹入部分中使肩部延伸通过锁定槽,以邻接锁定槽的顶端,并进一步将插入部分锁定到凹入部分.通过向内按压肩部直到肩部越过锁定槽,插入部分从凹入部分中释放,这还使接头向内运动到锁定端中的开口的中心区域,以将插入部分从凹入部分中释放.由于柔韧锁臂的枢转运动,对锁臂向内的压力还产生纵向的力矢量.在锁臂已从槽和开口中释放之后,该纵向的力矢量迫使插入部分脱离凹入部分.
在优选的实施例中,存在两个锁定槽和两个锁臂。每个插入部分和凹入部分在其远端可以具有带夹持杆,以允许条带附接到每个部分。该搭扣用于许多不同的场合,例如背包带、带扣、座椅安全带,或者期望可释放地将两条带连接在一起的任何其它应用场合。
在另一实施例中,凹入部分的容纳端包括V形槽,插入部分具有从基部延伸的相应的V形中心部。将插入部分插入到凹入部分中会使中心部保持在该槽中以对准插入部分和凹入部分,从而更加易于将插入部分和凹入部分连接在一起,特别是在光线暗的情况下。即使插入部分和凹入部分最初没有对准,该V形部分也能使它们相互自动对准。
中心部可具有网孔部,该网孔部的厚度比周边区域的厚度小。网孔部具有多个通孔,从而降低了搭扣的重量以及制造搭扣所需的塑料的量。另外该网孔区域在美学上是令人愉快的。
在另一实施例中,凹入部分的锁定端在中心区域纵向延伸,从而当插入部分的接头锁定到凹入部分的槽中时延伸超过插入部分的接头。该延伸区域在接头锁定时保护接头,并通过防止外物向内挤压接头而防止插入部分不经意地脱离凹入部分。

具体实施方式
现在详细参照附图,图1示出具有插入部分20和凹入部分30的搭扣10。插入部分20具有基部21、两个锁臂22、23以及带夹持杆24。每个锁臂22、23具有柔韧的顶部25、肩部26和设置在肩部自由端的锁定接头27。肩部26具有从锁臂22、23向外延伸以形成邻接表面的顶部隆脊28。从基部21延伸的是中心部29,中心部29具有V形轮廓和里面的网孔部40。网孔部40的厚度比中心部29周边区域的厚度小很多。网孔部40具有多个通孔。网孔部40用于减少搭扣10的重量并使其更加美观。
凹入部分30具有由上和下侧壁形成的中空主体31、两个锁定槽32、33、具有V形槽35的顶部容纳端34、以及具有开口37的锁定端36,其中上和下侧壁由一腔隔开。开口37在其中心区域较宽,并向其端部39变窄。还存在带夹持杆38。
图2示出完全插入到凹入部分30中的插入部分20.在插入期间,凹入部分30的侧壁向内压迫锁臂22、23,使肩部26滑入凹入部分30中.肩部26的倾斜轮廓有助于此运动.在插入部分20完全插入到凹入部分30中时,肩部26扣入锁定槽32中.同时,接头27完全伸出通过开口37弹出以扣入开口37的窄端39中(还参见图4),接头27在受压位置位于开口37的较宽中心区域中.肩部26的顶部隆脊28伸出锁定槽32,从而将插入部分20锁定到凹入部分30中.同时,如在图3和4中可以看出的,接头27通过肩部48与开口37的端部39的边缘49邻接而锁定到开口37中,并且还防止了插入部分20的任何释放.实际上,插入部分20离开凹入部分30的侧向压力使接头27的肩部39更加牢固地锁定到开口37的边缘49中.
在插入部分20插入凹入部分30期间,V形的中心部29滑入凹入部分30的V形槽35中,以帮助对准插入部分20和凹入部分30。插入部分20可以在最初放入凹入部分30中时是偏离中心的,但V形配合表面用于精确对准两个搭扣部件以可靠锁定。这在光线暗的情况、或者使用者运动时在连接两个搭扣部件之前不能精确对准它们时是特别有用的。
图4示出搭扣10的端视图,示出接头27在最初时的插入和锁定位置。在最初插入时,凹入部分30的侧壁31压缩插入部分20的锁臂22、23,使得接头27插入并完全通过开口37的中心区域,该中心区域足够宽以使接头27通过。在接头27已通过开口37并且插入部分完全插入到凹入部分30中之后,锁臂22、23扣入平衡位置,并且接头27扣入开口37的端部39中。如图1所示,端部39比接头27窄,并且因接头27的肩部48的宽度而不允许接头27回到凹入部分39的主体中,从而将插入部分20锁定到凹入部分30中。端部39优选地具有V形的轮廓并由边缘49围绕,边缘49邻接接头27的肩部48。锁臂22、23优选地在其接近接头27的端部具有V形的横截面,以使锁臂22、23直接装配到端部39中并防止接头27不经意地从开口37中释放。
为了释放插入部分20,使用者向内按压肩部26直到肩部26越过锁定槽32。这还使接头27运动回到开口37的中心区域中,并使接头27的肩部48越过边缘49并通过开口37返回,这样插入部分20滑出凹入部分30。对肩部26的按压动作使锁臂22、23向内枢转,并产生纵向的力矢量,该力矢量使插入部分20在肩部26和锁定接头27释放时离开凹入部分30。
在开口37中心区域的任一侧上,凹入部分30的主体向外延伸有接头42。接头42通过阻碍从外部对接头27的任何接近来保护接头27在使用中不受到外力无意地向内按压。
根据本发明的搭扣提供了一种可靠的锁定作用,这是因为搭扣在两个位置进行锁定,作用在搭扣上的纵向力仅是更加可靠地锁定搭扣。根据本发明的搭扣提供了极其可靠的锁定,并且重量轻且柔韧,从而易于使用。

Claims (8)

1.一种搭扣,包括:
凹入部分,包括:
中空主体,其具有两个侧壁、开放的容纳端和与所述容纳端相对定位的锁定端;
在所述锁定端中的开口,所述开口由所述两个侧壁形成,并具有两个端部,并且中心区域比所述端部宽;和
插入部分,包括:
基部;和
连接到所述基部的至少一个锁臂,所述锁臂具有一自由端和位于所述自由端的锁定接头,
其中,所述插入部分向所述凹入部分中的插入向内压缩锁臂,并使所述锁定接头完全通过所述锁定端中的开口,并且,一旦所述锁定接头通过所述锁定端中的开口,所述锁臂就被释放到平衡位置,在该平衡位置,所述接头抵靠在所述锁定端中的开口的其中一个端部上,以将所述插入部分锁定到所述凹入部分中,
其中,所述搭扣还包括:
在所述凹入部分的至少一个所述侧壁中的至少一个锁定槽;和
远离所述插入部分的所述锁臂的所述自由端定位的肩部,
其中,所述插入部分向所述凹入部分中的插入使所述肩部延伸通过所述锁定槽,以邻接所述锁定槽的顶端,并进一步将所述插入部分锁定到所述凹入部分中,并且
其中,通过向内按压所述肩部直到所述肩部越过所述锁定槽,所述插入部分从所述凹入部分中释放,这还使所述接头向内运动到所述锁定端中的开口的中心区域,以将所述插入部分从所述凹入部分中释放。
2.根据权利要求1的搭扣,其中,存在两个锁定槽和两个锁臂。
3.根据权利要求1的搭扣,还包括设置在至少所述插入部分和凹入部分之一上的带夹持杆。
4.根据权利要求1的搭扣,其中,所述容纳端包括V形槽,并且所述插入部分具有连接到所述基部的相应的V形中心部,其中,所述插入部分向所述凹入部分中的插入使所述中心部保持在所述V形槽中以对准所述插入部分和所述凹入部分。
5.根据权利要求4的搭扣,其中,所述中心部具有网孔部,所述网孔部的厚度比周边区域的厚度小,所述网孔部具有多个通孔。
6.根据权利要求1的搭扣,其中,所述凹入部分的锁定端在所述中心区域纵向延伸。
7.根据权利要求1的搭扣,其中,所述肩部包括形成邻接表面的顶部隆脊,当所述肩部延伸通过所述锁定槽时,所述邻接表面延伸通过所述锁定槽并与所述凹入部分邻接。
8.根据权利要求1的搭扣,其中,所述开口的端部呈V形,并且所述锁臂具有V形的横截面,使得当所述插入部分完全插入到所述凹入部分中时,所述锁臂可靠地装配到所述开口的其中一个端部中。
