Abstract

本实用新型提供一种线缆连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、固定在绝缘本体内的导电端子、芯线、设有与导电端子电性连接的第一接点及与芯线电性连接的第二接点的印刷电路板及绝缘块,该绝缘块上设有位于印刷电路板一侧的理线板,所述理线板上设有面向所述导线开口的理线槽,所述理线槽收容所述芯线。通过上述结构,可有效减少理线难度,降低制作工时。

Description

线缆连接器组件
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种线缆连接器组件,尤其涉及一种可提供理线功能的线缆连接器组件。
【背景技术】
现有线缆连接器组件如美国专利公告第US 6,685,501 B1号所揭示,其包括若干导线、若干金属遮蔽片(shielding plates)及印刷电路板,其中每一导线包括信号导体及接地导体(ground conductor),金属遮蔽片具有向前凸伸的上、下指部,上、下指部分别焊接在印刷电路板的上、下表面上以固定金属遮蔽片,这样,每两个相邻的金属遮蔽片之间就会形成一个收容导线的空间,即便导线很细也会很容易找准位置以方便以后的焊接。其缺陷在于:如此多的金属遮蔽片要焊接在印刷电路板上,操作会非常繁杂;不仅如此,当导线的接地导体不需要一隔一与印刷电路板连接时,金属遮蔽片就显得多余。
因而,有必要提供一种改进型线缆连接器组件,以解决上述缺点。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种线缆连接器组件,其可方便定位芯线。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术解决方案:一种线缆连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、固定在绝缘本体内的导电端子、芯线、设有与导电端子电性连接的第一接点及与芯线电性连接的第二接点的印刷电路板及绝缘块,该绝缘块上设有位于印刷电路板一侧的理线板,所述理线板上设有面向所述导线开口的理线槽,所述理线槽收容所述芯线。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:其可有效减少理线难度,降低制作工时;不仅如此,即便芯线左右摆动依然会收容在理线槽内,因而可以减少连焊问题的发生。
下面结合附图及较佳实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图7,本实用新型线缆连接器组件100包括绝缘本体2、固定在绝缘本体2内且部分伸出绝缘本体2的若干导电端子3、位于绝缘本体2后端以与导电端子3电性连通的印刷电路板5、组装在绝缘本体2后端且可帮助印刷电路板5理线的绝缘块4及电性连接在印刷电路板5后端的若干导线6。绝缘本体2后端及印刷电路板5外会进一步包覆上绝缘壳体7。
参照图1、图6与图7,绝缘本体2包括基部21、自基部21向前延伸的对接部22及位于对接部22两侧的导引柱23。若干通道24设于基部21后端并延伸至对接部22,以收容导电端子3。每一通道24下方设有一端子安装孔25,每一安装孔25与其上方对应的通道24相连通。对接部22内设有一对“L”形的对接空间26a、26b以供对接连接器(未图示)插入;每一对接空间26a、26b与对应的通道24、端子安装孔25相连通,以使自基部21后端面插入通道24、端子安装孔25内的导电端子3可伸入至对接空间26a、26b内。
请参照图1、图4与图6,每一导电端子3包括位于前部的弹性接触部31、自弹性接触部31向后延伸的固持部32及自固持部32向后延伸的尾部33。弹性接触部31竖直方向上的高度大于通道24的高度,因而需借助端子安装孔25才能装入绝缘本体2内。端子固持部32两侧设有两对倒刺(未标示),可将导电端子3固定在绝缘本体2通道24内及将绝缘块4与导电端子3固定。尾部33伸出基部21的后端面以连接印刷电路板5。
请参照图6与图7,印刷电路板5上表面前部设有供导电端子3尾部33焊接的第一接点51(部分第一接点51未图示),下表面设有若干供导线6焊接的第二接点52,第二接点52后方设有用来接地的第三接点53。印刷电路板5前端偏离中间位置处设有收容穴54。
请参照图2至图7,绝缘块4包括隔板41、自隔板41向后延伸的理线板42及自隔板41向前延伸的若干凸柱43。隔板41整体呈长方体,贯穿隔板41前、后端面形成有若干狭孔411。每一狭孔411与对应的通道24相连通,以使穿出通道24的导电端子3的尾部33可进一步伸入狭孔411并穿出。狭孔411与收容其内的导电端子3紧密配合,以防止焊锡或熔化的塑料沿尾部33延伸入弹性接触部31。固持部32相对靠后的一对倒刺与狭孔411相卡持,可将两者固定,也可加强两者结合的紧密性。凸柱43位于狭孔411的正下方,会插入相应的端子安装孔25内,可固定绝缘块4于绝缘本体2内,可避免单纯依靠导电端子3固定绝缘块4以致损坏导电端子3;凸柱43前部略窄,可导引凸柱43插入端子安装孔25。
理线板42大体呈一平板状,其末端对应第二接点52位置处设有若干理线槽421,每一理线槽421大体呈矩形。理线槽421面向导线6开口,以方便导线6前端自该开口伸入理线槽421内。理线槽421临近印刷电路板5的一侧(即上面)面向印刷电路板5开口以与所述印刷电路板相连通,第二接点52位于对应的理线槽421的正下方,使得收容在理线槽421内的导线部分也可电性接触到对应的第二接点52。理线槽421远离印刷电路板5的一侧(即下面)向远离印刷电路板的方向开口以方便导线自该开口放入所述理线槽421内。通过前述理线板42及理线槽421的设置,可有效减少理线难度,降低制作工时和制造成本,不仅如此,即便导线6左右摆动依然会收容在理线槽421内,因而可以减少连焊问题的发生。
隔板41后端面偏离中间位置处向外突出形成一凸块44,该凸块44贴紧理线板42的上表面。组装时,印刷电路板5前端的收容穴54会收容凸块44,可防止印刷电路板5错插。
请参照图6与图3,自基部21后端面两侧向后延伸形成一对“U”形槽27以收容印刷电路板5的前端,每一“U”形槽内表面上形成一凸肋271以卡紧印刷电路板5。
导线6(图中仅绘出其中的一根)为同轴线,每一同轴线6包括绝缘外被61、收容在绝缘外被61内的金属遮蔽层62、收容在金属遮蔽层62内的一对内绝缘层63及收容在每一内绝缘层63内的芯线64。其中,每一芯线64收容于对应的理线槽421内,金属遮蔽层62会焊接在对应的第三接点53上。本实施例的线缆连接器组件100,除同轴线外,还包括若干电源线(未图示)以传递电源。绝缘本体2、导电端子3、理线板4、印刷电路板5及导线6组装完毕后,外面会一体包覆上绝缘壳体7,如图1所示。

Claims (10)

1.一种线缆连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、固定在绝缘本体内的导电端子、芯线及设有与导电端子电性连接的第一接点及与芯线电性连接的第二接点的印刷电路板,其特征在于:该线缆连接器组件还包括一绝缘块,所述绝缘块上设有位于印刷电路板一侧的理线板,所述理线板上设有面向所述导线开口的理线槽,所述理线槽收容所述芯线。
2.如权利要求1所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有若干贯通绝缘本体、以收容导电端子的通道,所述绝缘块还包括与所述理线板一体成型的隔板,所述隔板设有与所述通道相连通的狭孔,所述导电端子的尾部穿过所述通道、所述狭孔以接触到所述印刷电路板的第一接点上。
3.如权利要求2所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述隔板整体位于印刷电路板的前方,绝缘本体后端设有与所述隔板紧密配合的收容室。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述隔板的狭孔与位于其内的导电端子紧密配合。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第一接点与第二接点分别位于印刷电路板相对的两个表面上。
6.如权利要求2所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体后端两侧设有一对收容所述印刷电路板前端的U形槽,所述理线板抵触在所述印刷电路板的下表面上。
7.如权利要求2所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有供与对接连接器插接的对接空间,所述导电端子设有自所述通道伸入对接空间内以与对接连接器电性连接的弹性接触部;所述绝缘本体另设有与所述通道连通以方便所述弹性接触部通过的端子安装孔,所述绝缘块设有自隔板延伸的凸柱,所述凸柱收容在所述端子安装孔内。
8.如权利要求2所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述隔板偏离中心位置处设有凸块,所述印刷电路板上设有收容所述凸块的收容穴。
9.如权利要求1或2或7所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述理线槽临近所述印刷电路板的一侧面向所述印刷电路板开口以与所述印刷电路板相连通。
10.如权利要求1或2或7所述的线缆连接器组件,其特征在于:所述理线槽远离所述印刷电路板的一侧向远离印刷电路板的方向开口以方便所述芯线自该开口放入所述理线槽内。
