Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种机械驱动式牙刷。
在美国专利5259083及参照该专利的现有技术文献中已经建议，让牙刷的毛簇相对于牙刷头部运动。这种运动由电机提供，通常电机支撑在牙刷柄上，并由电池或最好由电源驱动，并且必须把电机提供的旋转运动传递或转换给毛簇。在迄今为止的现有技术中已经公开了多种技术。在美国专利5259083中，通过强迫每个毛簇托滑动，而这种滑动是利用一个旋转从动凸轮轴的转动引起的，从而将电机的旋转驱动转换成上下运动。美国专利5259083中所描述的牙刷不能提供所希望的“摆动”或刷毛端部的侧向运动，该设计有些机械上的缺陷，使得生产该产品的零部件的成本相对较大。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种机械驱动式牙刷，该牙刷的端部可以进行侧向运动，从而更为彻底地清洁牙齿，同时降低产品的成本。

参照附图，在图1和图2中，一个牙刷10具有一个延伸到牙刷头12的柄11。控制开关13位于柄14的外表面，一个电机和一个电池(图中未示出)安装在柄14上。
电动杆15延伸到一个连接电机和凸轮轴17的可自动脱开的机械联轴节16上，联轴节可围绕纵轴18旋转地安装在杆11上。头部12可旋转地支撑五个毛簇托19，每个毛簇托有4个座或刷毛20的毛簇。该毛簇托安在头部12中，可迫使毛簇托围绕轴21转动，轴21平行于轴18，并且离开它一定距离。
在图3和图4中，杆22为所有毛簇托19提供了旋转支撑，它的轴按需要稍偏离轴17。每个毛簇托在其上表面都有一个槽23(见图5)，它稍微松旷地装在凸轮轴18的凸轮上。应当注意，凸轮轴18通过一个在头部12较远端的轴承24及一个由支撑在头部12另一端的插头26提供的轴承25限制在轴线17上。因此，当凸轮轴18围绕轴线17旋转时，凸轮在槽23中滑动，并引起毛簇托19摆动或围绕轴21转动。结果，毛簇中的刷毛的远端相对于杆11一侧移动到另一侧。图5表示从一侧移动到另一侧的极限，一个极限用点划线示出。
最好能将具有头部12的杆11从柄14中取出并由另一类似的杆和头部取代。而且最好毛簇托的旋转安装能比毛簇托必须在头部滑动的情况，更简单、更保险，部件也更易制造，例如美国专利5259083中的那样。相反，相对较直的前凸轮轴的驱动啮合就象在美国专利5259083中的那样，也很适用于本实用新型的实施例。
应当注意，凸轮平面以180°角相互交替变换。这些角度可不同但是最好排列得使相邻的凸轮平面间至少隔开100°。在更优选的排列中，使凸轮直接地靠近，或可动地靠近，毛簇托在使用时总是朝相反的方向移动。
最好附图中所示的所有零部件都用塑料制成，包括凸轮轴18。
最好在所述实施例中，一些毛簇团可以保持定位，并与大的槽配合，以便凸轮轴能在这样的槽中自由转动。另一方面，如果固定毛簇团或毛簇团邻近杆的最远端，凸轮轴可以更短，不必延伸并与该固定毛簇团或毛簇团接合。

Claims (4)

1.一种机械驱动式牙刷，其特征在于包括一个到牙刷头部用以支撑多个毛簇团的细长杆、一个在细长杆中适合于被旋转驱动并具有一个中心纵轴的凸轮轴，该轴由从电机延伸到头部的金属丝做成，一个装在头部内的弯曲部件，毛簇团可旋转地支撑在绕一根平行并稍微离开纵轴一定距离的轴线转动的头部，该部具有松配在凸轮轴上的槽，以便当凸轮轴转动时，毛簇团中的刷毛簇的直立远端相应于细长杆从一侧运动到另一侧，还包括一个位于金属丝弯曲部件每一端的轴承。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机械驱动式牙刷，其特征在于包括多个毛簇团，它们固定在头部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机械驱动式牙刷，其特征在于凸轮轴具有多个凸轮，其中一些凸轮在同一平面内，而其余的在离所述平面180°的平面内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的机械驱动式牙刷，其特征在于包括一个能自动脱开的机械联轴节，它位于凸轮轴的一端与电机驱动轴之间。
