Abstract
本实用新型一种立体插座总成包括:一本体为一座体,其一侧设二或以上的层级部,且各层级部的纵向面上设若干的插座单元,另本体顶面部以较大间距另设若干相对配置的插座单元,且各插座单元内具有金属接极并分别连接于一电路板;一底座为一壳体,且固设于本体底部开口,并将其封合,其至少一边设一线槽供电源线穿出,与电路板枢接,其中各纵向面的插座单元,使各插头的线材朝同一方向延伸,而顶面部的插座单元则供具有变压器或特殊规格的插头嵌插取电。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种立体插座总成,尤指一种插座总成是以立体形式呈现,该本体一侧的层级部设若干插座单元,使各电器用品插头的线材均朝同一方向延伸,以利系具的束紧,作为整线之用。而且,本体的顶面部另设若干呈相对配置的插座单元,以供诸如变压器或特殊规格插头的嵌插,来避免遮蔽相邻的插座单元。
按一般电器用品的取电,大抵是利用室/内外所设置的固定式插座或具有延长线插座(以下称活动式插座)来达到,其目的在於将电力连接於其内所预设的接极,而电器用品插头的一组插极则嵌插於插座单元,使插极与接极接触,以形成电源的导通。
然而在实际使用上,不论是固定式或活动式插座的插座单元大抵均为平面式的排列与配置,若用於一般电器用品插头尚可适应;然而随著资讯工业的蓬勃发展,电脑及其周边装置已深入各工作场所与家庭,於是诸如电脑主机、显示器、印表机、数据机、音效喇叭、扫描器,甚至是数码照像机或摄影机等周边装置的插头嵌插取电问题,即令使用者困扰不已。此外,已知活动式插座的插座单元由於是采用平面的排列与配置,当嵌插电器用品插头后,使各插头的线材常显得杂乱无章,除难以整理外,也容易造成清洁时的死角。再者,已知活动式插座的插座单元由於尺寸的限制,其一组插座单元与相邻另一组插座单元的距离很小,若用於具有变压器的插头时,通常会遮蔽相邻的插座单元,而使该插座单元形成废置,也不利於使用。
本实用新型的任务在于克服已有技术固定式或活动式插座的插座单元呈平面式的排列与配置,使其能适应因资讯工业发展带来的嵌插电器用品增加而形成的各种需要,不仅能消除线材配置杂乱无章现象,而且利于清洁工作进行,并可不受插座单元的尺寸限制。
实施本实用新型上述任务的具体技术措施如下所述:该立体插座总成包含一本体为一座体,其一侧设二或以上的层级部,且各层级部的纵向面上设有若干插座单元,另本体顶面部以较大间距方式另设若干相对配置的插座单元,且所述的各插座单元内具有金属接极并分别连接於一电路板;
一底座为一壳体,且固设於本体底部开口,并将其封合,其至少一边设一线槽供电源线的穿出,且该电源线是与电路板枢接,以供电给各插座单元;
其中各纵向面的插座单元是供电器用品的常规插头嵌插取电,使各插头的线材朝同一方向延伸,以便与系具束紧,而顶面部的插座单元则供具有变压器或特殊规格的插头嵌插取电,以避免遮蔽相邻的插座单元;
纵向面的插座单元以斜向设置为佳,以方便插头的嵌插与取下;
本体不同于层级部与顶面部的侧边位置可设与电路板连接的一电源开关及一断路重设钮;
电源开关以侧向按压方式为佳,以避免误触;
本体周缘可设若干枢接於电路板的显示灯,藉以显示各种指示状态;
层级部可另设与电路板枢接的一组输出/入缆线连接器和一输入/二输出的电话接孔,以确保电器用品的使用安全;
本体上可另设一操控孔,以外接一手动遥控器来控制电源的断/通;
底座进一步包括一壳室,其内容置一蓄电池,该蓄电池具有线路连接於电路板的充/供电电路,且壳室前方的面板上设一RS-232连接器和/或UBS插座,枢接於电脑,以形成一不断电系统,另藉一底板将壳室加以封合;
所述底座进一步包括一壳室,其中央突设一中空柱,该柱体一侧设一缺槽供电源线穿入,并通过一柱孔而与电路板连接,另将一压板与中空柱锁固连接,使其挤压电源线端部而定位,而电源线则缠绕於中空柱呈收纳状,另藉一底板将壳室加以封合;
中空柱周缘可设置弧形凹槽,以增加收纳空间。
现在结合附图所示的实施例对本实用新型立体插座总成作进一步的说明。

如图1至2所示,基本上,本实用新型的立体插座总成是由一本体1及一底座2所组合而成。
其中,本体1为一座体,其一侧设二或以上呈阶梯状的层级部11,且各层级部11的纵向面12上设置若干插座单元13,以供插头的嵌插连接。其中,纵向面12的插座单元13以斜向设置为佳,以方便插头的嵌插与取下。此外,本体1的顶面部14以较大间距方式另设若干呈相对配置的插座单元13,来供诸如特殊规格或具有变压器的插头嵌插取电之用。该各插座单元13内具有已知金属接极,并分别连接於设在本体1内的电路板(已有技术,故未加详述)。
再者,基於安全性的考量,本体1不同於层级部11和顶面部14的侧边位置分别设置一电源开关15和一断路重设钮(reset switch)16,该电源开关15是用侧向按压方式其优点在於,若其设於顶面部14,极可能因重物落下触及而导致断电。此外,侧向设置大尺寸的电源开关15无需使用者弯腰俯身操作,仅需以脚尖触及,即可控制电源的断/通。
此外,本体1的周缘可设若干枢接於电路板的显示灯17,藉以让使用者明了插座总成的电源、接地、突波保护…等指示状态。而且,本实用新型为适应目前的网路用品,诸如数据机、电话或缆线数据机的突波保护,故在一层级部11的纵向面12上另设一组输出/入缆线连接器18及一输入/二输出的电话接孔19,该等连接器与接孔各具有线路连接於电路板的突波保护电路,以确保电器用品遭受诸如雷击或过大电流的伤害。
再者,本体1上另设一操控孔10,以外接一手动遥控器,来控制电源的断/通。
底座2为一壳体,且固设於本体1底部开口,并将其封合,其至少一边设一线槽,供电源线的穿出,该电源线与电路板枢接,以供电给各插座单元13。
请参阅图3,底座2在实际实施时,底部内设一壳室21,供容置一蓄电池22,其具有线路连接於电路板的充/供电电路。另壳室21前方面板23设一RS-232连接器24和/或USB插座25,以枢接於电脑主机。当停电时,蓄电池22则通过该等连接装置供应电脑主机电源,此即为俗称的不断电系统(UPS)。再者,底座2在适当处开具一线槽26,供电源线的伸出,最后藉由一底板27将壳室21封闭,即完成组装。
请再参阅图4,其上所示为本实用新型底座的第二实施例,为方便审查,其件号以3作为代表。该底座3底部具有一壳室31,其中央突设一中空柱32,该柱体一侧设一缺槽33,以供电源线的穿入,并通过一柱孔34而枢接於电路板。此时,中空柱32内锁固一压板35,使其挤压电源线端部而定位。而电源线即可缠绕於中空柱32,以获致收纳的功效。此外,壳室31四边各设一线槽36,使电源线可按实际需要,而由任一线槽36穿出。最后藉由一底板37将壳室31封闭,即完成组装。
此外,为增加电源线的收纳量,故中空柱32周缘设置弧形凹槽38,来增加其内收纳空间。
经由本实用新型的实施,使用者可按实际需求选用具有UPS或可收纳电源线的底座,且一般常规的插头是嵌插於层级部11的纵向面12的插座单元13上,然后将各插头线材集中,再以绑线器或系绳束紧,使线材整齐划一,而不致有杂乱不堪的现象产生。此外,具有变压器或特殊规格的插头则直接嵌插於顶面部14的插座单元13,以避免遮蔽相邻的插座单元13。而且,层级部11另设的缆线连接器18、电话接孔19、电源开关15、断路重设钮16及操控孔10的设置,在于说明本实用新型充份利用本体1的立体造形而配置,极具功能性与实用性的要求,实为同类物品前所未见的一大佳作。
本实用新型所揭示的为较佳实施例的一种,举凡局部的变更或修饰而源於本实用新型的技术思想并为熟知该项技艺的人所易於推知的,均未脱离本实用新型的范畴。
综上所述,本实用新型无论就目的、手段与功效,在于显示其不同已知的技术特徵,也在于符合授于新型专利的条件。
Claims (10)
1.一种立体插座总成,其特征在于该总成包括:
一本体为一座体,其一侧设二或以上的层级部,且各层级部的纵向面上设有若干插座单元,另本体顶面部以较大间距方式另设若干相对配置的插座单元,且所述的各插座单元内具有金属接极并分别连接於一电路板;
一底座为一壳体,且固设於本体底部开口,并将其封合,其至少一边设一线槽供电源线的穿出,且该电源线是与电路板枢接,以供电给各插座单元;
其中各纵向面的插座单元是供电器用品的常规插头嵌插取电,使各插头的线材朝同一方向延伸,以便与紧具束紧,而顶面部的插座单元则供具有变压器或特殊规格的插头嵌插取电,以避免遮蔽相邻的插座单元。
2.如权利要求1所述的立体插座总成,其特征在于纵向面的插座单元以斜向设置为佳,以方便插头的嵌插与取下。
3.如权利要求1所述的立体插座总成,其特征在于本体不同于层级部与顶面部的侧边位置可设与电路板连接的一电源开关及一断路重设钮。
4.如权利要求3所述的立体插座总成,其特征在于电源开关以侧向按压方式为佳,以避免误触。
5.如权利要求1所述的立体插座总成,其特征在于本体周缘可设若干枢接於电路板的显示灯,藉以显示各种指示状态。
6.如权利要求1所述的立体插座总成,其特征在于层级部可另设与电路板枢接的一组输出/入缆线连接器和一输入/二输出的电话接孔,以确保电器用品的使用安全。
7.如权利要求1所述的立体插座总成,其特征在于本体上可另设一操控孔,以外接一手动遥控器来控制电源的断/通。
8.如权利要求1所述的立体插座总成,其特征在于所述的底座进一步包括一壳室,其内容置一蓄电池,该蓄电池具有线路连接於电路板的充/供电电路,且壳室前方的面板上设一RS-232连接器和/或UBS插座,枢接於电脑,以形成一不断电系统,另藉一底板将壳室加以封合。
9.如权利要求1所述的立体插座总成,其特征在于所述底座进一步包括一壳室,其中央突设一中空柱,该柱体一侧设一缺槽供电源线穿入,并通过一柱孔而与电路板连接,另将一压板与中空柱锁固连接,使其挤压电源线端部而定位,而电源线则缠绕於中空柱呈收纳状,另藉一底板将壳室加以封合。
10.如权利要求9所述的立体插座总成,其特征在于中空柱周缘可设置弧形凹槽,以增加收纳空间。
