Abstract

一种SIM卡连接器,包括绝缘本体及端子,每一端子包括有一端延伸有弧形接触部的带体及自该带体的两纵长壁侧向延伸的第一翼部,绝缘本体包括有基座,其具有自其下表面平行延伸的至少两伸长凸体,而在其间形成通道以收容该端子的带体。一对槽口设在每一凸体的相对中间侧壁上以与相邻的通道相连通。一对槽道各自自每一凸体一端沿其纵长方向且穿过该槽口而设置,而在槽口旁边且位于槽道上方位置设置有第一及第二抵止部。

Description

SIM卡连接器
本实用新型是有关一种用户标识模组(Subscriber Identity Module;SIM,下称SIM)卡连接器,尤其是一种在一绝缘本体及其端子间设有可靠的接合部分的SIM卡连接器。
SIM卡连接器用在读卡机系统读取晶片卡或IC卡,例如用在公车或地铁入口处的自动检票机或票据读取机读取。通常,这些SIM卡连接器具有数个端子,每一端子部分固定在绝缘本体的一通道内,且部分露出以与设置在IC卡的接触表面上的电极终端相接触。由于不同的IC卡可能会每天数以百计地插入于该SIM卡连接器或自其中拔出,因此SIM卡内端子的固持可靠与否成为评定该连接器全部功能的关键因素。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有可靠固持装置的SIM卡连接器,借其端子可稳固定位在该SIM卡连接器的绝缘本体内,而不会因个别不同的卡在插进连接器时产生的冲击而受到影响。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:该SIM卡连接器包括有一绝缘本体及至少部分收容在该绝缘本体内并穿过绝缘本体上的一开孔而部分露出在该绝缘本体一外表面上的端子,每一端子包括有自其一端延伸有一弧形接触部的带体,及自该带体的两纵长壁侧向延伸的第一翼部,并自第一翼部的每一半上向上凸出设有斜突片。该绝缘本体包括基座,其具有自其下表面上平行延伸的至少两伸长凸体,而在其间形成一通道以收容相应端子的带体。一对槽口设在每一凸体的相对中间侧壁上以与相邻的通道相连通。一对槽道各自自每一凸体的一端沿其纵长方向且穿过该槽口而设置,而该槽口的旁边且位于槽道的上方位置设置有第一抵止部和第二抵止部。每一端子的第一翼部收容在第一抵止部与基座之间的槽道一部分,而其每一斜突片是收容在该槽口内且邻接在第二抵止部。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型的优点在于:连接器的端子可稳固定位在该SIM卡连接器的绝缘本体内,而不会因个别不同的卡在插进连接器时产生的冲击而受到影响。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步地说明。

请参阅图1及图2,本实用新型SIM卡连接器包括有一绝缘本体2及六个可收容在该绝缘本体2内的端子1,每一端子1包括有一带体11,其具有自其相对端部延伸的一弧形接触部12及一弯折焊接尾部16,以与IC卡(未图示)分别接触及被焊接至一印刷电路板(未图示)上。第一翼部13及一第二翼部14是自该带体11的相对中间部位侧向延伸,且实质上共平面并相互平行,其中该第二翼部14邻近该焊接尾部16。两突片15是自该第一翼部13上斜向延伸,且自该第二翼部14偏移一定距离。每一突片15在其顶部受压时均具有弹性。自该弧形接触部12而终止的一扁平末端17是实质上与该带体11及两翼部13、14共平面。
绝缘本体2包括有具按序排列的六个开孔20的基座26。尤请参阅图2,该绝缘本体2具有四个自该基座26凸出的凸体28。相邻的凸体28被两对齐的开孔20及其间设置的肋部27而相互隔开。两通道21设置在每对相邻凸体28的间且被相应的肋部27隔开。
每一凸体28在其每一侧边即实质上接近该基座26侧缘而设有两槽口23。槽道25设置在该凸体28的每一端穿过该槽口23。而在该槽口23旁边及该槽道25上方形成有一第一抵止部22及一第二抵止部24。
通道21由基座26的下表面、一对第一抵止部22及一对第二抵止部24所包围设置。因此,该绝缘本体2上共计设有各自收容对应的端子1的六个通道21,每一通道21包括一对相对的槽道25,其能够收容相应端子1的第一翼部13及第二翼部14。
请同时参阅图4,每一突片15的末端部抵接该第二抵止部24,带体11位于基座26的下表面,该弧形接触部12收容在对应的开孔20内,而该弧形接触部12的扁平末端17位于相应的肋部27上。当端子1被装入该通道21内时,该突片15届时可发生变形以穿过设置在该第二抵止部24下方的槽道25的一部分。
图3揭示了端子1与绝缘本体2的组装情形,其中该弧形接触部12自该开孔20延伸以与IC卡上(未图示)的电极终端相接触。一盖体(未图示)则可与该绝缘本体2接合。通过上述构造,可以发现IC卡频繁插入带来的冲击将不会影响端子1在绝缘本体2内的定位。

Claims (5)

1.一种SIM卡连接器,包括有一绝缘本体及至少一端子,该端子部分收容在该绝缘本体内并穿过绝缘本体上的一开孔,而部分露出在该绝缘本体一外表面上,其特征在于:每一端子包括有自其一端延伸有一弧形接触部的带体,及自该带体的两纵长壁侧向延伸的第一翼部,并自其上向上凸出设有斜突片,而绝缘本体包括有一基座,其具有自其下表面上平行延伸的至少两伸长凸体,借以在其间形成一通道用在收容端子的带体,一对槽口是设在每一凸体的相对中间侧壁上,以与相邻的通道相连通,一对槽道各自自每一凸体的一端沿其纵长方向且穿过该槽口而设置,而该槽口旁边且位于槽道的上方位置设置有第一抵止部和第二抵止部,并且,其中端子的第一翼部收容在第一抵止部与基座的间的槽道一部分内,而其每一斜突片收容在该槽口内且抵接于第二抵止部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的SIM卡连接器,其特征在于:该SIM卡连接器进一步包括自带体的两纵长壁侧向延伸且平行并与第一翼部共平面的第二翼部,其中该第二翼部被固定于设置在该凸体的第二抵止部与基座下表面的间的槽道的一部分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的SIM卡连接器,其特征在于:该SIM卡连接器进一步包括一自端子的一端延伸以焊接至印刷电路板上的焊接尾部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的SIM卡连接器,其特征在于:该SIM卡连接器进一步包括设置在弧形接触部终端且与带体及第一翼部共平面的一扁平末端。
5.根据权利要求3所述的SIM卡连接器,其特征在于:该焊接尾部为弯折构造。
