Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种锚定于盲孔内的胀开斜塞的防腐措施,该斜塞最好是一种冲击胀开式的斜塞,它在打入一个具有底部扩张段的钻孔后可以锚定在孔内,该斜塞有一个柱螺栓被支承在该钻孔的底部,螺栓上有一个扩锥并有一个胀开式套筒可以被推进到该扩锥面上。
为了保护胀开式斜塞使其不受腐蚀,它们或者配备有保护措施,或者用合适的抗腐材料制造。对于承受重载荷的紧固件,一般只使用钢制的斜塞;在防腐要求不高的场合,这些斜塞可以镀锌,而如要求高时,它们是用特种钢制造的。但是这一类的保护往往是不够的,因为从钻孔和胀开式斜塞之间缝隙侵入的潮气和其他腐蚀性介质一方面可使混凝土内的钢筋受腐蚀,另一方面由于接触腐蚀的作用,斜塞的各个部件也会受到侵蚀。即使斜塞是用特种钢制造的,但由于功能上的需要,以及在某些条件下由于不同制造工艺的要求,需用不同品种的特种钢来制造斜塞的不同零件,腐蚀现象还是不能完全避免。
作为提出本发明的基础是要解决这样的问题,即为锚定在盲孔内的胀开式斜塞提供防腐措施以保护位于钻孔内的那部分斜塞,也同时保护在向混凝土内钻孔时被切断而暴露出来的钢筋。
本发明解决此问题的方法,是在放入胀开式斜塞之前,将一种封闭剂灌于钻孔内,先由斜塞将其挤向孔的底部,而后将其挤着沿该胀开式斜塞的周壁向上流动,直至多余的封闭剂从钻孔口溢出。
用一个灌浆筒或灌浆管之类的工具将诸如硅酮、砂浆等封闭剂灌入钻孔内。如果这些封闭剂不是按各个孔的需要预先分装好的话,建议将钻孔灌到大约半满的程度。紧接着就将胀开式斜塞打入孔内。封闭剂从钻孔底部沿着胀开式斜塞的周壁向上流向孔口,在此过程中它一方面将斜塞各零件间的缝隙封闭,另一方面也将斜塞和孔壁之间的裂缝和空隙充满。多余的封闭剂流出钻孔的口,它可以用来填充孔口附近在钻孔过程中剥落的缺口。再有多余的封闭剂就括去。封闭剂在空气中变硬,将钻孔封住,同时也封住了斜塞。此层不透气、不透水的密封可以防止潮气及其他腐蚀性介质侵入孔内。因此不论是斜塞零件间的接触腐蚀或是布置在该紧固点周围的钢筋都不会发生腐蚀。
本发明的进一步的发展是用一个大约三倍于胀开式套筒直径的、最好是塑料制的圆盘,它依靠摩擦力紧套在胀开套筒的大约一半长度处。
该套在胀开式套筒上的圆盘可以将钻孔的开口处完全盖住,即使口子周围剥落得很厉害也足以将它完全盖住。圆盘和胀开套筒之间的摩擦力使得当该斜塞在被打入钻孔时该圆盘会向孔口施加压力,其大小对应于圆盘与套筒间的摩擦力,此压力在胀开式斜塞被打入孔中时可将封闭剂压实。这意味着该钻孔,特别是被损的洞口可以更好地灌满。多余的封闭剂在圆盘边缘和壁面之间被挤出,然后被括去。即使将胀开式套筒以上部位的封闭剂全部清除掉,封闭剂与圆盘之间的粘结会将圆盘保持在洞口。待装在该斜塞的螺栓上的物品装好后它就会将圆盘抵住。
本发明的进一步发展是它可以使用一种装置,后者包括一个可套在胀开式套筒上的圆形底盘和一个带有用来抵住胀开式套筒端部的法兰形冲击段,还有一个装在上述底盘和冲击段法兰之间的压缩弹簧。当将冲击段放在胀开式套筒端部时,该弹簧将套在胀开式套筒上的底盘推入到大约在套筒的中间部位。该弹簧压紧后的长度小于从冲击段底盘端面到支住弹簧的法兰之间的距离。
所需的封闭剂压紧程度可以由压缩弹簧的设计进行调整。在打入孔内的操作过程中该装置的圆形底盘被弹簧紧紧地压在孔口上,使孔内缝隙和石料孔洞的充满程度达到最佳。为简化该装置的使用,该冲击段可装有一个带手柄的打击工具,以将锚定该胀开式斜塞所需的打击力通过该装置的冲击段传递给胀开式套筒。
最后,本发明进一步发展的内容是,该圆形底盘的直径可以略小于前述的套于胀开式套筒上的,最好是塑料制的圆盘。这一措施可以防止该底盘受到从塑料圆盘底下被挤出来的多余的封闭剂的沾污。
本发明的装置进一步的发展是冲击段的底部及法兰上各有一个圆柱段供架住压缩弹簧,该压缩弹簧固牢地套装在圆柱段上并将该装置的各部分保持在一起,需要时在圆柱体上还可开一个环形的槽供与弹簧相配。

图3示出一个被固定的部件紧固在被保护不受腐蚀的胀开式斜塞上。
使用一个灌浆筒或灌浆管或类似的装置将封闭剂3(例如硅酮、合成树脂或砂浆)灌到为装置胀开式斜塞而在固化的建筑材料1(例如混凝土)中而准备的钻孔2中。然后将胀开式斜塞4推入钻孔2中, 孔内约灌了一半的封闭剂。斜塞的进入使得在钻孔底部的封闭剂被挤沿着斜塞向上流动。依使摩擦力紧套在胀开式套筒上的塑料圆盘5随着套筒移动到贴在孔口6的位置,将孔口连同其附近的剥落区全部遮住。随着斜塞被打入孔的深处,从钻孔底部沿着斜塞表面上升的封闭剂将所有的裂纹和缝隙都封住。由于孔口是被圆盘5盖住的,结果是钻孔2的内部全部由封闭剂3灌满。多余的封闭剂被从圆盘5的边缘及孔口旁的壁面处挤出来,然后被括去。
要将胀开式斜塞4如在图2中所示那样锚定在孔内,可使用一种装置,它既能锚定斜塞又可压紧封闭剂3以改善钻孔2内的充满程度。该装置有一个使用时套在胀开式套筒7外面的圆形底盘8和一个冲击段11,后者有一个内孔10以容纳螺栓9,使用时它顶住在胀开式套筒的端面上;还有一个压缩弹簧12装在这两部分之间。为固定压缩弹簧12,上述两个部件都有一个圆柱形的部分13,压缩弹簧套装在该圆柱体上,需要时也可以在圆柱体上开一个环形槽14使弹簧嵌在槽内。当该冲击胀开式斜塞4推入到准备好的、已部分充有封闭剂的孔2中一半深时,底盘8与石工建筑的外表面发生接触。使用放在冲击段15相应面上的打击工具16将胀开式斜塞完全地打入钻孔中,同时胀开式套筒7也被推到螺栓9端部的扩锥17上。在此打击工序中,压缩弹簧12紧紧地将底盘8压在孔口6上,使得从孔底升上来的封闭剂首先受到根据弹簧压力所确定的压紧力,从而使钻孔得到最好的充满,所有的裂纹和缝隙都被封闭住。在底盘8的下面垫有一个薄的塑料圆盘5,它保护底盘8不受溢出的封闭剂占污,并使该打紧装置在钻孔被充满以后可以方便地撤除。
冲击胀开式斜塞4在钻孔内的部分全都被封闭剂包围住,这样,潮气就无法侵入该钻孔内。随后将要装前部件18紧固到胀开式斜塞4伸出于钻孔外面的螺栓9上,而盖住孔口的塑料圆盘则被撑紧在壁面上。

Claims (6)

1、一种锚定在盲孔内的胀开式斜塞的防腐措施,最好是一种冲击胀开式斜塞,它可在被打入一个具有底部扩大段的钻孔后锚定在孔内,该斜塞有一个柱螺栓被支承在钻孔底部,螺栓下端有一个扩锥,并有一个胀开式套筒可以被推进到该扩锥面上,其特征在于在将该胀开式斜塞装入钻孔之前先在孔中灌入一种封闭剂,该封闭剂在胀开式斜塞装入时先是被斜塞的底部挤向钻孔的底部,然后沿着斜塞向上流动,直至多余的封闭剂从钻孔口溢出。
