Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Graphitartikels, das umfasst: Bilden eines Laminats, das eine Mehrzahl flexibler Graphitlagen aufweist, die Grapheneschichten aufweisen; und Richtungsausrichten der Grapheneschichten des Laminats.

Claims (15)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Graphitartikels, das umfasst: Bilden eines Laminats, das eine Mehrzahl flexibler Graphitlagen aufweist, die Grapheneschichten aufweisen; und Richtungsausrichten der Grapheneschichten des Laminats.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Richtungsausrichten der Grapheneschichten des Laminats durch die Anlegung von Druck bewirkt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Anlegung von Druck nach der Ausbildung des Laminats aus der Mehrzahl flexibler Graphitlagen bewirkt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, bei dem die Grapheneschichten der flexiblen Graphitlagen, die das Laminat aufbauen, der Anlegung von Druck vor der Ausbildung des Laminats ausgesetzt werden, indem der an die Lagen während des Kalanderprozesses angelegte Druck erhöht wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Anlegung von Druck an das Laminat zu einer Erhöhung in der Dichte des Laminats führt.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, bei dem die Erhöhung im Druck während des Kalanderprozesses zur Ausbildung flexibler Graphitlagen mit einer größeren Dichte führt.
  7. Laminat, das gemäß dem Verfahren von Anspruch 1 hergestellt wird.
  8. Laminat, das gemäß dem Verfahren von Anspruch 3 hergestellt wird.
  9. Laminat, das gemäß dem Verfahren von Anspruch 4 hergestellt wird.
  10. Wärmelösung, die eine Mehrzahl flexibler Graphitlagen laminiert zu einem unitären Artikel aufweist, wobei der anisotrope Wärmeanteil des Artikels mindestens etwa 70 beträgt.
  11. Wärmelösung nach Anspruch 10, bei der der anisotrope Wärmeanteil des Artikels mindestens etwa 160 beträgt.
  12. Wärmelösung nach Anspruch 10, bei der das Laminat durch Laminieren flexibler Lagen aus zusammengepressten Partikeln aus abgeblättertem Graphit mit einem geeigneten Klebstoff gebildet wird.
  13. Wärmelösung nach Anspruch 12, bei der der Klebstoff einen druckempfindlichen oder wärmeaktivierten Klebstoff aufweist.
  14. Wärmelösung nach Anspruch 10, die eine Wärmesenke aufweist.
  15. Wärmelösung nach Anspruch 10, die einen Wärmeverteiler aufweist.
