Abstract

Ein Kathodenmaterial für eine wiederaufladbare elektrochemische Zelle, wobei das Kathodenmaterial ein poröses Material mit einer Teilchengröße im Nanometer-Maßstab umfasst, wobei das poröse Material eine oder mehrere Verbindungen umfasst, wobei wenigstens eine Verbindung mit einer geordneten Olivin-Struktur die allgemeine Formel LiMPO4 umfasst, wobei M ein oder mehrere Übergangsmetalle der ersten Reihe ist, die ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Fe, Mn, Ni, Ti und Kombinationen davon.

Claims (14)

  1. Ein Kathodenmaterial für eine wiederaufladbare elektrochemische Zelle, wobei das Kathodenmaterial ein poröses Material mit einer Teilchengröße im Nanometer-Maßstab umfasst, wobei das poröse Material eine oder mehrere Verbindungen umfasst, wobei wenigstens eine Verbindung mit einer geordneten Olivin-Struktur die allgemeine Formel LiMPO4 umfasst, wobei M ein oder mehrere Übergangsmetalle der ersten Reihe ist, die ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Fe, Mn, Ni, Ti und Kombinationen davon.
  2. Das Kathodenmaterial nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Kathodenmaterial ein Nanoteilchen umfasst, das eine oder mehrere Verbindungen umfasst, wobei wenigstens eine Verbindung mit einer geordneten Olivin-Struktur die allgemeine Formel LiMPO4 umfasst, wobei M ein oder mehrere Übergangsmetalle der ersten Reihe ist, die ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Fe, Mn, Ni, Ti und Kombinationen davon.
  3. Das Kathodenmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 1–2, wobei M Fe umfasst.
  4. Das Kathodenmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 1–2, wobei M Mn umfasst.
  5. Das Kathodenmaterial nach einem der Ansprüche 1–2, wobei M eine Kombination von Übergangsmetallen der ersten Reihe ist, die ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Mn, Fe und Ti, und wobei Fe1-xMnx oder Fe1-xTix und 0 < x < 1; wobei ggf. die Verbindung die Formel LiFe1-xMnxPO4 und 0 < x < 1 umfasst.
  6. Das Kathodenmaterial nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Kathodenmaterial weiter eine zweite Verbindung umfasst.
  7. Ein Kathodenmaterial nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Kathodenmaterial porös ist.
  8. Ein Kathodenmaterial nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Teilchengröße der porösen Kathode im Nanometer-Maßstab liegt.
  9. Eine wiederaufladbare elektrochemische Zelle, die eine Kathode umfasst, wobei die Kathode ein poröses Material mit Teilchengrößen im Nanometer-Maßstab umfasst, wobei das poröse Material eine oder mehrere Verbindungen umfasst, wobei wenigstens eine Verbindung mit einer Olivin-Struktur die allgemeine Formel LiMPO4 umfasst, wobei M ein oder mehrere Übergangsmetalle der ersten Reihe ist, die ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Fe, Mn, Ni, Ti und Kombinationen davon.
  10. Die wiederaufladbare elektrochemische Zelle nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Kathodenmaterial ein Nanoteilchen umfasst, das eine oder mehrere Verbindungen umfasst, wobei wenigstens eine Verbindung mit einer geordneten Olivin-Struktur die allgemeine Formel LiMPO4 umfasst, wobei M ein oder mehrere Übergangsmetalle der ersten Reihe ist, die ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Fe, Mn, Ni, Ti und Kombinationen davon.
  11. Die wiederaufladbare elektrochemische Zelle nach Anspruch 9, wobei M Fe umfasst.
  12. Die wiederaufladbare elektrochemische Zelle nach Anspruch 9, wobei M Mn umfasst.
  13. Die wiederaufladbare elektrochemische Zelle nach Anspruch 9, wobei M eine Kombination von Übergangsmetallen der ersten Reihe ist, die ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Mn, Fe und Ti, und wobei Fe1-xMnx oder Fe1-xTix und 0 < x < 1; wobei ggf. die Verbindung die Formel LiFe1-xMnxPO4 und 0 < x < 1 umfasst.
  14. Die wiederaufladbare elektrochemische Zelle nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Kathodenmaterial weiter eine zweite Verbindung umfasst.
