Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kraftfahrzeug, insbesondere Hybridfahrzeug, mit einem Fahrzeugtunnel, der im Querschnitt gesehen ein nach Fahrzeug-unten offenes Hohlprofil ausbildet, in welchem wenigstens ein elektrisches Speicherelement angeordnet ist.The invention relates to a motor vehicle, in particular hybrid vehicle, with a vehicle tunnel, which, seen in cross-section, forms a hollow profile open towards the vehicle, in which at least one electrical storage element is arranged.
In der jüngeren Vergangenheit werden aufgrund des ständig knapper werdenden Angebotes an Kraftstoffen für den verbrennungsmotorischen Antrieb von Kraftfahrzeugen große Anstrengungen unternommen, alternative Antriebsarten zur Verfügung zu stellen. Zunehmend an Bedeutung gewinnt dabei der elektromotorische Antrieb, der aus einer oder mehreren elektrischen Speicherelementen, wie Akkumulator oder Batterien, mit elektrischer Energie versorgt wird. Des Kraftfahrzeug kann dabei ausschließlich mittels eines oder mehrere elektromotorischer Antriebe betrieben werden oder als sogenanntes Hybridfahrzeug zum Antrieb sowohl einen Verbrennungsmotor als auch ein oder mehrere Elektromotoren aufweisen. Durch die Fachwelt werden in immer stärkerem Maße Li-Ionen-Akkumulatoren als sogenannte Traktionsbatterien respektive Antriebsbatterien favorisiert, die ihrerseits vorteilhaft keinen Memory-Effekt und eine geringe Selbstentladung aufweisen. Ungeachtet dessen ist der Wirkungsgrad derartiger Akkumulatoren bzw. Batterien temperaturabhängig und nimmt bei niedriger Temperatur stark ab. Auch ist bei der Verwendung von Li-Ionen-Akkumulatoren das von denselben ausgehende Gefahrenpotential nicht zu unterschätzen. So können mechanische Beschädigungen zu inneren Kurzschlüssen führen und infolge zu hoher Stromstärke kann des die Akkumulatoren bzw. Batterien aufnehmende Gehäuse schmelzen und in Flammen aufgehen. All diese Unwägbarkeiten erfordern besondere sicherheitstechnische Maßnahmen, um mittels Elektromotor angetriebene Kraftfahrzeuge sicher betreiben und als Serienfahrzeuge umsetzen zu können. Im Hinblick darauf ist es aus der

Danach können das wenigstens eine elektrische Speicherelement und die Abgasanlage mittels zumindest eines Wärmeabschirmblechs voneinander separiert sein, wodurch vorteilhaft vermieden ist, dass das elektrische Speicherelement erhöhter Wärmestrahlung durch besagte Abgasanlage ausgesetzt wird. Des Weiteren kann vorgesehen sein, dass das wenigstens eine elektrische Speicherelement vorteilhafterweise auf zumindest einer Trägerplatte angeordnet und mittels derselben innerhalb des Fahrzeugtunnels lösbar befestigt ist. Durch diese Maßnahme ist eine komfortable Handhabung des wenigstens einen Speicherelements bei Bestückung des Kraftfahrzeugs mit dem Speicherelement bzw. Austausch infolge Verschleiß oder Entladung desselben ermöglicht. Weiter vorteilhaft können dem wenigstens einen elektrischen Speicherelement zumindest eine Kühlplatte und/oder ein Wärmetauscher zugeordnet sein, die überschüssige Wärmeentwicklung des wenigstens einen elektrischen Speicherelementes abführen. Gemäß einer ersten vorteilhaften Ausgestaltungsvariante kann dabei die zumindest eine Trägerplatte als Kühlplatte ausgebildet sein, die ihrerseits als sogenanntes passives Kühlelement das elektrische Speicherelement durch unmittelbaren Kontakt mit derselben kühlt und erzeugte Wärme abführt. Gemäß einer zweiten vorteilhaften Ausgestaltungsvariante kann die zumindest eine Trägerplatte auch nach Art eines aktiven Kühlelements als Wärmetauscher mit beispielsweise Kühlrohren ausgebildet sein, in denen ein Kühlmedium zirkuliert. Die Kühlung kann durch diese Maßnahme unmittelbar beeinflusst werden, beispielsweise auch derart, dass besagte Kühlung in Abhängigkeit von gemessenen Außentemperaturen eingeschränkt oder gar verhindert wird. Im Übrigen schützt insbesondere die als Wärmetauscher ausgebildete Trägerplatte zusätzlich das wenigstens eine elektrische Speicherelement vor Erwärmung durch die Abgasanlage. Als besonders zweckmäßig hat es sich erwiesen, den Wärmetauscher bzw. die als Wärmetauscher ausgebildete Trägerplatte in einen Kühlkreislauf (insbesondere Wasserkühlung) des Kraftfahrzeugs zu integrieren. Hierdurch ist neben einer aktiven Kühlung auch eine aktive Erwärmung des wenigstens einen elektrischen Speicherelementes erlaubt, welches sich insbesondere bei strengen Frosttemperaturen als vorteilhaft erweisen kann. Weiterhin können die zumindest eine gegebenenfalls als Kühlplatte oder Wärmetauscher ausgebildete Trägerplatte und/oder die Kühlplatte und/oder der Wärmetauscher Bestandteil des wenigstens einen elektrischen Speicherelements sein, woraus Material- und Kostenersparnisse insbesondere auch bei der Bestückung des Kraftfahrzeugs mit elektrischen Speicherelementen resultieren. Ferner kann die zumindest eine Trägerplatte derart ausgebildet sein, dass sie den das wenigstens eine elektrische Speicherelement aufnehmenden Raum des Fahrzeugtunnels oberhalb der Abgasanlage nach unten verschließt, vorzugsweise dicht verschließt. Zum einen ist durch diese Maßnahme besagtes elektrisches Speicherelement vor nachteiligen äußeren Einflüssen geschützt, zum anderen ist jedoch, auch ein verbesserter Schutz der Umwelt zu verzeichnen, wenn beispielsweise das elektrische Speicherelement defekt ist. Was den mit elektrischen Speicherelementen bestückten Fahrzeugtunnel an sich anbelangt, handelt es sich hier bevorzugt um einen sich in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung (x-Richtung) erstreckenden Fahrzeugtunnel, insbesondere Mitteltunnel. Die Anordnung von elektrischen Speicherelementen gerade in einem solchen Fahrzeugtunnel wirkt sich vorteilhaft auf die Lastverteilung am Kraftfahrzeug und in der Folge auf das Fahrverhalten desselben aus. Überdies ist die Anordnung besagter Abgasrohre innerhalb des sich in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung (x-Richtung) erstreckenden Fahrzeugtunnels respektive Mitteltunnels vereinfacht, da sich dieselben herkömmlich sowieso überwiegend in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung (x-Richtung) erstrecken.Thereafter, the at least one electrical storage element and the exhaust system can be separated from each other by means of at least one Wärmeabschirmblechs, which is advantageously avoided that the electrical storage element is exposed to increased heat radiation through said exhaust system.
