Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Konzentrat von biociden Thiophosphorsäureester!!, enthaltend 70 bis
90% Thiophosphorsäureester und 30 bis 10% eines Emulgatorsystems aus
a) 65 bis 75% eines Stoffes, der erhalten wird durch Umsetzung von je einem Mol
oc) eines Blockpolymerisates vom Molgewicht
1000 bis 6000, vorzugsweise 2000 bis 4000, hergestellt durch Addition von 35 bis 100
Gewichtsprozent Äthylenoxid an wasserunlösliches Polyalkylenglykol auf Basis von Propylenoxid, Butylenoxid oder Epichlorhydrin mit
einem Molgewicht von 500 bis 3000.
ß) eines Anlagerungsproduktes von etwa 2 bis 10 Mol Äthylenoxid an 1 Mol eines aliphatischen
Alkohols mit 8 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen und/oder eines mono·, di- oder trialkylsubstituierten Phenols oder Naphthols und
y) eines Diisocyanates,
b) 20 bis 15% des Calciumsalzes der Dodecylbenzol- so
bzw. Tetrapropylenbenzolsulfonsäure in Form einer 70%igen Lösung in Isobutanol,
c) 15 bis 10% eines Alkylarylpolyglykoläthers.
Als Emulgiermittel für flüssige Konzentrate wasserunlöslicher organischer Bioeide sind u. a. Kombinatio-
nen aus nichtionogenen tensidischen Polyalkylenglykolithern von höhermolekularen Fettalkoholen oder
Alkylphenolen einerseits und öHöslichen Calciumsalzen anionenaktiver Alkylarylsulfonsäuren andererseits bekannt (US-PS 31 72 750; DT-PS 8 51 858). Dabei handelt
es sich aber um Emulgatorkombinationen für Biocidkotizentrate, die gleichzeitig aromatische Lösungsmittel
enthalten, d.h. aus biocidem Wirkstoff, aromatischem
Lösungsmittel und einer Emulgatorkombination bestehen, die üblicherweise einen Wirkstoffgehalt von nur 25
bis 60% besitzt
Auf Seiten des Formulierers wurden im Laufe der Zeit mehr und mehr Bioeidkonzentrationen verlangt,
die kein Lösungsmittel und damit mehr Wirkstoff enthalten. Solche lösungsmittelfreien Konzentrate sind
in der DT-PS15 42 875 beschrieben. Sie enthalten 50 bis
80 Gew.-% Thiophosphorsäureester und 50 bis 20 Gew.-% einer Emulgatorkombination, die aus
a) einem Blockpolymerisat aus Propylenorid und
Äthylenoxid mit Molekulargewichten von etwa 2000 bis etwa 3300 und
b) einem Erdalkalisalz einer Alkylarylsulfonsäure besteht
Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man bis zu 90%igen Konzentraten von biociden Thiophosphorsäureestern
gelangen kann, wenn man das eingangs erwähnte Emulgatorsystem zur Anwendung bringt dessen Komponente a) aus der US-PS 2946 764 als Emulgator
bekannt ist
Als oxalkylierte Alkohole und/oder Alkylphenole sind
vor allem Verbindungen geeignet die sich durch Anlagerung von etwa 2 bis 10 MoI Äthylenoxid an I Mol
eines aliphatischen Alkohols mit etwa 8 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen und/oder eines mono-, di- oder
trialkylierten Phenols oder Naphthols erhalten lassen. Bei den zur Herstellung dieser Produkte gegebenenfalls
verwendeten Alkylphenolen und Alkylnaphtholen können die Alkylreste insgesamt etwa 4 bis 22 Kohlenstoffatome enthalten. Besonders geeignet sind beispielsweise d>e Umsetzungsprodukte von Alkoholen mit 16 bis 18
Kohlenstoffatomen mit 6 bis 10 Mol, vorzugsweise 8 Mol, Äthylenoxid, von Tributylphenol mit 3 bis 5 Mol,
vorzugsweise 4 Mol Äthylenoxid und von Nonylphenol mit 4 bis 6 Mol, vorzugsweise 5 Mol, Äthylenoxid.
Von den genannten Blockpolymerisaten werden solche Typen eingesetzt die durch Anlagerung von 35
bis 100 Gew.-% Äthylenoxid an wasserunlösliche Polyalkylenglykole auf Basis von Propylenoxid, Butylenoxid oder Epichlorhydrin mit einem Molgewicht von
500 bis 3000 entstehen und Molgewichte von 1000 bis 6000, vorzugsweise 2000 bis 4000, aufweisen.
Charakteristisch für diese beiden vorgenannten Verbindungsklassen ist ihr Gehalt an freien Hydroxylgruppen, wobei die oxalkylierten Alkohole bzw.
Alkylphenole nur eine, die Blockpolymerisate stets zwei Hydroxylgruppen pro Molekül besitzen. Mit diesen
freien Hydroxylgruppen reagieren nun in an sich bekannter Weise leicht und quantitativ aliphatische
und/oder aromatische Diisocyanate, wie Hexamethylendüsocyanat die Gemische von 2,4- und 2,6-Toluylendiisocyanat Naphthylen-l,5-diisocyanat, ebenso wie
Produkte, die bei ihrer partiellen Umsetzung mit bifunktionellen niedrigmolekularen, aktive Wasserstoffatome enthaltende Verbindungen, z. B. Glykole, im
Verhältnis 2 Mol Düsocyanat zu 1 Mol Diol entstehen.
Auch solche Verbindungen sind geeignet die unter den gegebenen Versuchsbedingungen Isocyanatgruppen
freisetzen, wie beispielsweise die Addukte aus Isocyanaten und PhenoL
Die Herstellung der neuen oberflächenaktiven Verbindungen aus oxalkylierten höheren Alkoholen
und/oder Alkylphenolen, den genannten Blockpolymerisaten und Diisocyanaten kann durch Erhitzen einer
Mischung der Ausgangskomponenten in Gegenwart von Katalysatoren, wie z.B. tertiären Aminen, oder
metallorganischen Verbindungen, wie Dibutylzinndilaurat erfolgen. Die Umsetzung kann in der Schmelze der
Komponenten oder durch Erhitzen einer Lösung oder Dispersion der Komponenten in einem indifferenten
organischen Lösungsmittel vorgenommen werden. Im allgemeinen wird die Umsetzung bei Temperaturen

oberhalb tOO°C bis etwa MO0C, vorzugsweise bei 150
bis 1700C, durchgeführt Zweckmäßig wird die Mischung der Reaktionskomponenten während der
Umsetzung kräftig gerührt, um eine vollständige und schnelle Reaktion zu bewirken. Sämtliche Ausgangsmaterialien und die Lösungsmittel sind vor der Zugabe
der Diisocyanate weitgehend zu entwässern, um Zersetzung der Diisocyanate unter Kohlendioxidbildung zu vermeiden. Andere Verunreinigungen, insbesondere Alkalien, können gegebenenfalls entfernt
werden. Die Umsetzung selbst kann diskontinuierlich wie kontinuierlich erfolgen.
Die erhaltenen Verfahrensprodukte können mit besonderem Vorteil zur Emulgierung wasserunlöslicher
Bioeid-Konzentrate verwendet werden. Die erfindungsgemäßen Produkte können für sich aliein wie auch in
Mischung mit anderen oberflächenaktiven Substanzen zur Anweadung gelangen. In Kombination mit den
Caltiumsalzen anionenaktiver Säuren und Alkylarylpolyglykoläthern lassen sich stabile Emulsionen von
Bioeiden mit einem Wirkstoffgehalt bis zu 85% erzeugen.
torsystems der vorliegenden Anmeldung gegenüber denen der DT-PS 15 42 875 besteht darin, daß mit ihrer
Hilfe emulgierbare biocide Konzentrate bis zu 90% herstellbar sind, wobei gleichzeitig der Emulg&torgehalt
auf die Hälfte reduziert wird. In der nachfolgenden Vergleichstabelle sind zwei der unter die DT-PS
15 42 875 fallenden Emulgatorgemische einem Gemisch
gemäß der vorliegenden Anmeldung gegenübergestellt Es ist daraus zu ersehen, daß bei Verwendung der
Emulgatorgemische nach der DT-PS 1542875 biocide
Konzentrate von 85% Wirkstoffgehalt bereits nicht zulässige Ausscheidungen ergaben (zulässig waren nur
2,5 bis 3%) und bei 90% Biocid-Wirkstoffanteil vollkommen zerfielen, wohingegen die Emulgatorengemische der vorliegenden Anmeldung Bioeid-Konzentrate ergaben, die stabil sind.
Der Vergleich wurde nach der Testmethode WHO/ M/13 (niedergelegt in »Specifications for Pesticides«,
World Health Organization, Geneva 1967, Seite 284) durchgeführt Die Beurteilung der hergestellten Biocid-Konzentrate fand an 5%igen Emulsionen (5% Biocid-Konzentrat + 95% Wasser) nach einstündigem Stehen
bei 30° C statt

a) 6 Teile eines Blockpolymerisates aus je 50% Äthylenoxid und Piopylenoxid und 0,88 Teile eines
mit 5 Mol Äthylenoxid behandelten Tribuiylphenols werden durch Erhitzen auf 17O0C im
Stickstoffstrom weitgehend entwässert. Nach dem Abkühlen auf 120 bis 14O0C wird eine Lösung von
0,34 Teilen des Gemisches aus Toluylen-2,4- und
-2,6-düsocyanat in 0,6 Teilen trockenen Benzols unter gutem Rühren langsam eingetragen. Nach
Beendigung des Zulaufs wird eine halbe Stunde nacherhitzt. Man erhält 7,37 Teile eines braunen
Sirups, der in Wasser, Methanol, Xylol und verschiedenen anderen Lösungsmitteln gut löslich
ist
b) 70 Teile dieses Produktes werden mit 17 Teilen einer etwa 70%igen Lösung des Calciumsalzes der
Tetrapropylbenzolsulfonsäure in Isobutanol und 13
Teilen des Umsetzungsproduktes von Tributylphenol mit 20 Mol Äthylenoxid versetzt und ergeben
ein Emulgatorgemisch, von dem 10 bis 15 Teile genügen, um 85 Teile Äthylparathion in Anwendungskonzentrationen von 0,1 bis 5% in sehr
feindisperse Emulsionen fiberzufahren, wobei auch
besonders harte Wasser unbedenklich eingesetzt werden können.
a) 3.6 Teile eines Blockpolymerisate? aus etwa 85 Teilen Propylenoxid und 44 Teilen Äthylenoxid mit
einem Molekulargewicht von ca. 3000 werden zusammen mit 047 Teilen eines Umsetzungsproduktes
aus Nonylphenol mit 8 Mol Äthylenoxid in 3,5 Teilen Xylol gelöst und zum Sieden erhitzt Es
destilliert ein azeotropes Gemisch von Wasser und Xylol ab. Anschließend läßt man bei Siedetemperatur
eine Lösung von 0,17 Teilen Hexamethylendiisocyanat in dem doppelten Volumen trockene«)
XyIoIs innerhalb einer Stunde zerfließen. Nach weiterem eineinhalbstündigem Rühren ist das
Produkt fertig. Es liegt in einer etwa 50%igen Lösung vor.
b) 140 Teile dieser Lösung werden mit 15 Teilen einer
etwa 70%igen Lösung von tetrapropylenbenzolsulfonsaurem Calcium in Isobutanol vermischt Hierzu
werden anschließend 15 Teile eines Umsetzungsproduktes aus Nonylphenol mit 17 Mol Äthylenoxid
gegeben.
c) Wenn man 85 Teile Malathion mit 16 bis 24 Teilen
des Ansatzes b) vermischt, erhält man ein Konzentrat, das sich in Mengen von 0,5 bis 5% in
Leitungswasser hechdispers verteilen läßt
3 Teile eines Blockpolymerisates gemäß Beispiel 1
ίο werden zusammen mit 0,43 Teilen eines Umsetzungsproduktes aus Ci6—Cie-Fettalkohol mit 4 Mol Äthylenoxid
eine Stunde lang unter Vakuum auf 120 bis 130° C erhitzt Anschließend werden 0,17 Teile Toluylendiisocyanat
langsam unter sehr gutem Rühren eingetragen.
ij Nach weiterem halbstündigem Erhitzen auf 120 bis
1400C ist die Reaktion beendet und man verdünnt mit der halben Gewichtsmenge des Ansatzes mit n-Butanoi
oder Isobutanol.
105 Teile dieser ca. 66%igen Lösung werden mit 10,5
Teilen dodecylbenzolsulfonsaurem Calcium, gelöst in 21
Teilen Isobutanol und 15 Teilen des Umsetzungsproduktes aus Nonylphenol mit 18 Mol Äthylenoxid
versetzt Man erhält einen Emulgator, von dem 10 bis 15% genügen, die oben genannten Bioeide aus
Phosphoresterbasis stabil emulgierfähig zu machen.
Claims (1)
- Patentanspruch:Konzentrat von blockten Tlüophosphorsäureestern, enthaltend 70 bis 90% Thiophosphorsäure- ester und 30 bis 10% eines Emulgatorsystems ausa) 65 bis 75% eines Stoffes, der erhalten wird dutch Umsetzung von je einem Mol«) eines Blockpolymerisates vom Molgewicht 1000 bis 6000, vorzugsweise 2000 bis 4000, hergestellt durch Addition von 36 ois 100 Gewichtsprozent Äthylenoxid an wasserunlösliches Polyalkylenglykol auf Basis von Propylenoxid, Butylenoxid oder Epichlorhydrin mit einem Molgewicht von 500 bis 3000,ß) eines Anlagerungsproduktes von etwa 2 bis 10 Mol Äthylenoxid an 1 Mol eines aliphatischen Alkohols mit 8 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen und/oder eines mono-, di- oder trialkylsubstituierten Phenols oder Naphthols undγ) eines Diisocyanates,b) 20 bis 15% des Calciumsalzes der Dodecylbenzol- bzw. Tetrapropylenbenzolsulfonsäure in Form einer 70%igen Lösung in Isobutanol,c) 15 bis 10% eines Alkylarylpolyglykoläthers.
