Fig. 1 zeigt eine Gelenkprothese 1 sowie ein Auszieh­ werkzeug 10. Die Gelenkprothese 1 besteht aus einem kugelpfannenförmigen Trägerteil 2, dessen Innenfläche mit einem keramischen Einsatz 3 bedeckt ist. Die Innen­ fläche des Einsatzes 3 ist ebenfalls als Kugelpfanne ausgebildet. Sie stellt die Gleitfläche der Gelenkpro­ these 1 dar. Der Einsatz 3 ist mittels einer konischen Klemmung im Bereich der Klemmfläche 6 in dem Trägerteil 2 befestigt. Im Bereich des Scheitelpunktes der Gelenkprothese 1 haben das Trägerteil 2 und der Einsatz 3 keinen Kontakt. Das Trägerteil 2 wird mit einer Verankerung, die hier nicht dargestellt ist, im Knochen befestigt. Der Einsatz 3 nimmt an der Öffnungsseite 4 das Gegenstück des Gelenkes auf. Weiterhin sind in der Innenfläche des Trägerteils 2 drei Ausnehmungen 5 vor­ handen, die um den Einsatz 3 herum in einer Ebene angeordnet sind. Die Ausnehmungen 5 sind sowohl zu der Öffnungsseite 4 hin geöffnet als auch zum Einsatz 3. Fig. 1 shows a joint prosthesis 1 and a pull-out tool 10. Wei­ terhin sind Gelenke 15 an der der Gelenkprothese 1 zu­ gewandten Seite des Grundkörpers 11 befestigt. Die Achsen der Gelenke 15 verlaufen quer zur Rotationsachse 20 des Ausziehwerkzeuges 10. An diesen Gelenken 15 sind Greifer 16 mit jeweiligen Greifflächen 17 befestigt. Die Greifflächen 17 sind der konischen Außenfläche 6 des Einsatzes 3 angepaßt. Der Grundkörper 11 geht am von der Gelenkprothese 1 abgewandten Ende in einen Schaft 12 über. Am Ende des Schaftes 12 befindet sich ein Anschlag 18. Zwischen diesem und dem Übergangsbereich des Schaftes 12 zu dem Grundkörper 11 ist ein Impulsgewicht 19 auf dem Schaft 12 geführt.The extraction tool 10 has an essentially cylindrical base body 11 and a shaft 12 . Zum Entfernen des Einsatzes 3 werden zunächst die Greifer 16 mit Hilfe des Spannringes 14 an dem Einsatz 3 verklemmt. Anschließend wird der Patient so positio­ niert, daß die Rotationsachse 20 des Ausziehwerkzeuges 10 vertikal ausgerichtet ist. Diese Ausrichtung ist notwendig, damit das Impulsgewicht 19 die Kraft zum Lösen des Einsatzes 3 erzeugen kann. Dies geschieht dadurch, daß das Impulsgewicht 19 auf dem Schaft 12 in Richtung des Einsatzes 3 in eine Ausgangsposition be­ wegt wird. Von dort aus fällt es durch die Schwerkraft beschleunigt auf den Anschlag 18 und erzeugt so die benötigte Zugkraft, die impulsförmig ist. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß die Kraft nur sehr kurzzeitig angreift, so daß die Belastungen für den Patienten verringert werden. Die umfangsmäßig verteilten Greifer 17 verteilen den Extraktionsimpuls gleichmäßig, so daß Verkantungen des Einsatzes 3 vermieden werden.To remove the insert 3 , the grippers 16 are first clamped to the insert 3 with the aid of the clamping ring 14 .   • - einem Ausziehwerkzeug (10) zum Entfernen des Einsatzes (3) aus dem Trägerteil (2), mit Grei­ fern (16) zum Angreifen an den Einsatz (3),
