Die Erfindung geh· aus von einer Endoprothese, wie sie im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches I beschrieben ist.
Solche Endoprothesen sind in iier SU-PS 2 78 022 und der DE-OS 19 43 593 beschrieben. Bei d«.: Vorbereitung >> des Oberschenkelknochens für das Einführen des Prothesendornes wird der an diesem Knochen an seinem zur Gelenkkugel abgeknickten Teil befindliche »große Rollhügel« (lat.: trochanter major) entfernt, um später am Oberende des Oberschenkelknochens befe- ·*" stigt zu werden.
Da der Rollhügel als Angriffsstelle wichtiger Muskeln von Bedeutung ist, ergeben sich erhebliche Nachteile für den Prothesenträger, wenn diese Muskeln an einer anderen Stelle des Oberschenkelknochens als der *> ursprünglichen befestigt werden müssen. Für die Befestigung ist z. B. eine Stelle im oberen Drittel der Hüftdiaphyse vorgesehen. Die spätere Gliedfunktion wird dadurch erheblich gestört. Es tritt eine Gliedverkürzung ein, was das Tragen eines orthopädischen *> Schuhes erfordert. Hier setzt die Erfindung ein, indem sie die Lösung der Aufgabe darstellt, eine solche Hüftgelenkendoprothese zu schaffen, an der der große Rollhügel an seiner ursprünglichen Stelle befestigt werden kann. «
Die Aufgabe wird durch die im Kennzeichen des Patentanspruches I beschriebenen Maßnahmen gelöst.
Die Auflagefläche eines solchen Hüftgelenkes ist als Fortsetzung der Ebene auszugestalten, die nahezu senkrecht zur Schenkelhalsachse ist
Das gemäß der Erfindung ausgebildete künstliche Hüftgelenk behält bei seiner Einbringung den Rollhügelbereich bei. Hierbei wird der großt Rollhügel an seiner ursprünglichen Stelle befestigt; die Gliedfunktion wird infolge der Beibehaltung der ursprünglichen Befestigungspunkte der Muskeln nicht gestört; es wird kein Glied verkürzt, und der Einsatz eines orthopädischen Schuhes entfällt.
Hierbei wird ein Verdrehen der Endoprothese im Hüftbereich verhindert; im Fall eines Mißerfolges sind eine Arthrodese und im späteren Zeitabschnitt aber auch andere operative Restitutionseingriffe möglich.
Nachstehend wird die Erfindung anhand des in der beigefügten Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert Die Zeichnung zeigt ein erfindungsgemäßes künstliches Hüftgelenk (mit einem teilweisen Längsschnitt und mit Ausschnitten).
Es ist ein künstliches Hüftgelenk dargestellt das eine Endoprothese 1 für die Hüftpfanne sowie eine damit gelenkig verbundene Endoprothese 2 für den proximalen Hüftteil enthält Die Endoprothese 2 besitzt nebst dem Kopf 6 einen Hals 7, worauf der Kopf 6 fest aufgesetzt ist
Der Hals 7 geht unmittelbar zum Rollhügelbereich 8 über, der seinerseits in einen nach seiner Gestalt dem (in der Zeichnung nicht gezeigten) Oberschenkelknochenkanal ähnlichen kegelförmigen Stift 9 übergeht, der mit Fenstern bzw. Durchbrachen 10 versehen ist, in die das Knochengewebe hineinwächst.
Der Rollhügelbereich hat eine Gestalt, deren Außenkonturen in der Längsrichtung der Prothese den Innenkonturen des Kanals am oberen Ende des Oberschenkelknochens entspricht, und der in seinem proximalen Teil durch zwei Ebenen 31 und 12 begrenzt ist, von denen die eine Ebene 11 senkrecht (bzw. annähernd senkrecht) zu der Rollhügel?dise 13 und die andere Ebene 12 senkrecht (bzw. nahezu senkrecht) zur Achse 14 des Halses 7 verläuft. In der Ebene 11 ist eine Öffnung 15 zur Unterbringung eines Feststellers 16 für den großen Rollhügel vorgesehen, der eine Schraube 17 mit einer Sicherungsmutter 18 darstellt. Die Endoprothese 2 für den proximalen Hüftteil ist ferner mit einer Auflagefläche 19 versehen, die eine Fortsetzung der Ebene 12 bildet. Im proximalen Teil des Rollhügelbereiches 8 ist eine Öffnung 20 vorgesehen, die die Eingriffe während der Operation, z. B. bei der Entfernung der Endoprothese 2 erleichtert.
Das künstliche Hüftgelenk wird aus Titan und die Gelenkeinheit, d. h. der Kopf 6 und die Einlagen S, aus einer Co-Cr-Mo-Legierung angefertigt
In technologischer Hinsicht kann das vorgeschlagene künstliche Hüftgelenk verschiedenartig, z. B. durch Präzisionsguß, Stanzen oder mechanische Behandlung hergestellt werden.

Claims (2)

Patentansprüche:
1. Hüftgelenkendoprothese zum Ersatz des Gelenkkopfes des Oberschenkelhalses und des oberen Teiles des Oberschenkelknochens, bei der der Gelenkkopf über einen Hals mit einem durchgehend geradlinigen Schaft über einen in der Achse des Schaftes angeordneten, den Innenkonturen des Kanals am oberen Ende des Oberschenkelknochens entsprechenden Abschnitt verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abschnitt (8) in seinem proximalen Teil durch zwei Ebenen (11, 12) begrenzt ist, von denen die eine Ebene (11) nahezu rechtwinklig zur Achse des '5 großen Rollhügels des Oberschenkelknochens und die andere Ebene (12) nahezu rechtwinklig zur Achse (14) des Halses (7) angeordnet ist und daß in der auf die Rollhügelachse bezogenen Ebene (11) eine Bohrung (JS) zur Befestigung eines Feststellers (16) für den groBen Rollhügel vorgesehen ist
2. Endoprothese nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Fortsetzung der Ebene (12) eine Auflagefläche 19vorgesehen ist, die nahezu rechtwinklig zur Achse (14) des Halses (7) angeord- 2s net ist.
