Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß zwischen den sich in Fahrtrichtung erstreckenden Abscheidetrommeln und der quer vorgeordneten Drescheinrichtung eine ebenfalls querliegende Wendetrommel herkömmlicher Bauarten vorgesehen ist. Die Abscheidetrommeln sind in ihrem Aufgabebereich konisch ausgebildet und mit Schneckeneinzugswindungen 9 und 10 besetzt. Die in einer Ebene liegenden Trommeln 7 und 8 sind gleichsinnig antreibbar, so daß das Korn-Spreu-Strohgemisch die in Längs richtung angeordneten Trommeln schraubenförmig umläuft. Diese sind in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse 11 gelagert, wobei das Gehduse 11 im Bereich unterhalb der Abscheidetrommeln 7 und 8 als Ab scheidekorb 12 ausgebildet ist. Im Inneren dieses Gehäuses 11, und zwar vorzugsweise oberhalb der Trommeln 7 und 8, sind Bleche 13 vorgesehen, die der Führung des Gemisches dienen.
