Es besteht weiterhin die Möglichkeit, die beiden Schaltmechanismen E und D durch bekannte Mittel derart zu kuppeln, daß bei der Betätigung des Apparates von E oder D aus beide Mechanismen zugleich arbeiten, d. h. der Mechanismus E schaltet den Filmstreifen F1 um eine Bildhöhe und der Mechanismus D schaltet den Film F2 um zwei Bildhöhen weiter. Es ist durch diese Anordnung also möglich, den Aufnahmeapparat als normale Schwarz-Weiß-Kamera, als Zweifarben-Kamera und auch als Dreifarben-Kamera zu verwenden.
