Description
Camera for black and white and color cinematography They are recording cameras known which for both black and white and multicolor cinematography can be used. The invention is such a camera, the two contains known switching mechanisms, namely a single-acting switching mechanism E, through which a film strip F 'is transported, and another switching mechanism D, which moves a second film strip F 'every time it is lifted by two picture heights advances. The apparatus can move from E as well as from D. be set. If the device is operated from E, then only acts in the device the single-acting switching mechanism E. If you press D from alone acts the switching mechanism D, which moves the film strip F2 by two frame heights each time it is lifted advances. It is still possible to use the two switching mechanisms To couple E and D by known means in such a way that when the apparatus is operated from E or D both mechanisms work at the same time, d. H. the mechanism E switches the filmstrip F1 by one frame height and the mechanism D switches the film F2 two picture heights further. This arrangement makes it possible to use the recording apparatus as a normal black and white camera, as a two-color camera and also as a three-color camera to use. For each of the two film strips there is a winding and an unwinding cassette intended.
When using the camera as a multi-color camera it is known in Way to achieve parallax-free partial images that emerge from the lens Beams split up by one or two partially silver-plated mirrors. To unnecessary Avoid loss of light when using the camera as a two-color camera the mirror B, which is used to deflect the third partial image, by a suitable one Device removed from the beam path. It can do this in a known manner, for. B. done by the fact that the mirror on a rotatable disc, which is located in the The mirror plane rotates, into or into the beam path. is unscrewed again, or the mirror can be pivoted like a door. When the mirror B is removed from the beam path, so all that is available Light to the two partial images R and G come. The camera is used as a pure black and white camera related, then the partially silver-plated mirror B is replaced by a fully silver-plated mirror replaced, and the entire available light is then used for the partial image V.
