Nozzle The invention relates to a nozzle for air treatment systems (ventilation,
Air heating, humidifying and drying systems) and the like, through which a cheaper
Air distribution and air movement than with the previously known nozzles with square
or round cross-section is to be achieved.
Form aufweist.According to the invention, the mouth cross-section of the nozzle preferably has
elongated, for example elliptical or extending in the vertical direction
rectangular shape. The nozzle is particularly advantageously designed in such a way that
that their mouth cross-section is a wedge-like, d. H. more at the top and narrower at the bottom
Has shape.
z. B. in einem Theaterraum. The drawing illustrates the invention using various exemplary embodiments.
They show: FIGS. 1 to 4 nozzles with differently shaped mouth cross-sections, FIG.
5 the arrangement of the nozzles in the room, Fig. 6 the air movements caused by the nozzle,
z. B. in a theater room.
Due to the elongated (rectangular or oval) shape of the nozzle according to Fig.
3 and 4 the air movement takes place in relation to a nozzle with a round or square
Muzzle cross-section mainly in a vertical plane, which is what the known
Nozzles can only be achieved by arranging two superimposed nozzles. the
Wedge-like nozzle mouth cross-sections according to FIGS.
3 and 4 have the advantage that in the upper, wider part of the nozzle, larger amounts of air
are promoted than in the lower, narrower nozzle part. The consequence of this is that,
As can be seen from FIG. 6, the amount of air emerging in the upper part of the nozzle i
2 ventilate the more distant parts of the room, while the lower. Nozzle opening cross-section
the closer parts of the room are supplied with fresh air. While the out. the upper one
The air flow from the nozzle part causes almost no turbulence
the emerging from the lower part of the nozzle air volumes generated vortex 3, which a
create strong air turbulence in the parts of the room that are most urgently ventilated
need. The inlet cross-section of the nozzles according to FIGS. 1 to 4 can be round, square
or any other shape, the round or square shape being preferred
is. The nozzle is equally suitable for ventilating theaters,
Hotels, meeting rooms and the like, as well as for the ventilation of industrial plants.
