Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Methode für das Zementieren einer Untergrundzone, welche von einem Bohrloch penetriert wird.
- Hydraulischer Zementschlamm wird in Untergrundbohrlöchern gewöhnlich für das Komplettieren und für Reparaturarbeiten verwendet. Hydraulischer Zementschlamm wird dabei zum Beispiel für primäre Zementierverfahren angewendet, wobei Rohranordnungen wie zum Beispiel Verrohrungen und Futterrohre in Bohrlöcher einzementiert werden. Während des Durchführens solcher primären Zementierverfahren wird ein hydraulischer Zementschlamm in den ringförmigen Raum zwischen den Wänden eines Bohrloches und den Aussenoberflächen einer darin befindlichen Rohranordnung eingepumpt. Der Zementschlamm kann daraufhin innerhalb des ringförmigen Raumes aushärten und dabei in demselben eine ringförmige Schicht von ausgehärtetem und im wesentlichen undurchdringbaren Zement formen. Die Zementschicht stützt und positioniert das Rohr physisch innerhalb des Bohrloches und verbindet die Aussenoberflächen des Rohres mit den Wänden des Bohrloches, wobei ein unerwünschter Austausch von Flüssigkeiten zwischen Zonen oder Formationen verhindert wird, welche von dem Bohrloch penetriert werden.
- Während des Durchführens solcher primären Zementierverfahren sowohl wie Reparaturarbeiten in Bohrlöchern muss der angewendete Zementschlamm oft besonders leicht sein, um das Auferlegen eines übergrossen hydrostatischen Drucks auf Untergrundformationen zu verhindern, welche von dem Bohrloch penetriert werden. Als ein Resultat wurden im Laufe der Jahre eine Reihe von besonders leichten Zementschlammen entwickelt und angewendet, welche aufgeschäumte Zementschlamme einschliessen.
- Zusätzlich zu der Tatsache, dass er besonders leicht ist, beinhaltet ein aufgeschäumter Zementschlamm ausserdem Druckgas, welches die Fähigkeit des Schlamms verbessert, einen Druck aufrecht zu erhalten und den Fluß von Formationsflüssigkeiten in und durch den Schlamm während der Aushärtungsperiode zu verhindern, d.h innerhalb der Zeit, in welcher sich der Zementschlamm von einer echten Flüssigkeit in eine harte, feste Masse verwandelt. Aufgeschäumte Zementschlamme haben sich ausserdem aufgrund ihrer niedrigen Flüssigkeitsverlusteigenschaften als vorteilhaft erwiesen.
- Obwohl aufgeschäumte Zementschlamme verschiedene oberflächenaktive Mittel beinhalten, welche als schaumbildende und schaumstabilisierende Mittel oder Zuschlagstoffe für das Fördern der Schaumbildung und das Stabilsieren von Zementschlammen bekannt sind, wenn ein Gas mit denselbem gemischt wird, erfüllen diese herkömmlich angewendeten Schaumbildungs- und Stabilisierungszuschlagstoffe nicht vollständig die jeweiligen umweltlichen Anforderungen.
- Wenn diese Schaumbildungs- und Stabilisierungszuschlagstoffe daher in ihrem Umfeld in Wasser eintreten, sind sie nicht vollständig zersetzbar, was in einer Störung von aquatischen Lebensformen und -zyklen resultieren kann.
- Wir haben nun eine verbesserte Methode für das Zementieren einer Untergrundzone entwickelt, welche von einem Bohrloch penetriert wird, wobei dieselbe Methode das Anwenden eines aufgeschäumten Zementschlamms umfasst, welcher einen hydraulischen Zement, eine ausreichend grosse Menge Wasser für das Formen eines pumpbaren Schlamms, eine ausreichend grosse Menge Gas für das Formen eines Schaums, und eine effektive Menge eines Zuschlagstoffs für das Aufschäumen und das Stabilisieren des vorgenannten Schlamms beinhaltet, welcher aus einem hydrolisierten Keratin besteht.
- Eine Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung bietet eine Methode für das Zementieren einer Untergrundzone, welche von einem Bohrloch penetriert wird, wobei dieselbe Methode das Anwenden eines aufgeschäumten Zementschlamms umfasst, welcher hydraulischem Zement, eine ausreichend grosse Menge Wasser für das Formen eines pumpbaren Schlamms, eine ausreichend grosse Menge Gas für das Formen eines Schaums, und eine effektive Menge eines Zuschlagstoffs für das Aufschäumen und das Stabilisieren des vorgenannten Schlamms beinhaltet, welcher aus einem hydrolisierten Keratin besteht.
- Eine weitere Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung schließt das Anwenden von hydrolisiertem Keratin in einer aufgeschäumten Zementzusammensetzung für das Zementieren eines Tiefloches ein.
- Der Zementschlammaufschäumungs- und Stabilisierungszuschlagstoff der vorliegenden Erfindung, welcher für die Umwelt vollständig harmlos ist, besteht aus Keratin, welches basishydrolisiert wurde, um ein Eiweißpulver zu formen. Der Zuschlagstoff wird vorzugsweise zunächst in Wasser aufgelöst, um eine wässerige Lösung zu formen, welche zusammen mit einem Gas für das Aufschäumen des Schlamms zu dem Zementschlamm hinzugefügt wird.
- Die Methoden der vorliegenden Erfindung beinhalten die Stufen des Formens eines aufgeschäumten Zementschlamms der vorliegenden Erfindung, welcher einen hydraulischen Zement, eine ausreichend grosse Menge Wasser für das Formen eines pumpbaren Schlamms, eine ausreichend grosse Menge Gas für das Formen eines Schaums, und eine effektive Menge des weiter oben beschriebenen umweltlich harmlosen Zuschlagstoffes für das Aufschäumen und das Stabilisieren des Zementschlamms beinhaltet, und das Positionieren des aufgeschäumten Zementschlamms in einer Untergrundzone durch ein Bohrloch, welches dieselbe Zone penetriert, und das darauffolgende Aushärten des aufgeschäumten Zementschlamms zu einer harten, undurchlässigen Masse in derselben.
- Die verbesserte Methode der vorliegenden Erfindung ist besonders nützlich für das Durchführen einer Reihe von Komplettierungs- und Reparaturarbeiten in Untergrundformationen. Die für diese Methode angewendeten aufgeschäumten Zementschlamme bestehen grundsätzlich aus einem hydraulischen Zement, einer ausreichend grossen Menge Wasser für das Formen eines pumpbaren Schlamms, einer ausreichend grossen Menge Gas für das Formen eines Schaums, und einer effektiven Menge des verbesserten Schaumbildungszuschlagstoffes der vorliegenden Erfindung für das Aufschäumen und das Stabilisieren des Schlamms, welcher aus einem hydrolisierten Keratin besteht.
- Es können gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung eine ganze Reihe von unterschiedlichen hydraulischen Zementen angewendet werden, welche solche einschliessen, welche aus Kalzium, Aluminium, Silikon, Sauerstoff und/oder Schwefel bestehen, und welche sich als Folge einer Reaktion mit Wasser verfestigen und aushärten. Solche hydraulischen Zemente schliessen Portlandzemente, Pozzolanazemente, Gipszemente, Zemente mit einem hohen Aluminiumgehalt, Silikazemente, Zemente mit einer hohen Alkalinität, und Hüttenzemente ein. Die Zemente können aus herkömmlichen Partikelgrössen bestehen, oder sie können ultrafeine Partikelgrössen aufweisen. Portlandzemente werden für die Anwendung gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung allgemein bevorzugt. Portlandzemente der Typen, welche in API Specification For Materials And Testing For Well Cements, API-Spezifikation 10,5. Ausgabe vom 1. Juli 1990 des American Petroleum Institute definiert und beschrieben werden, haben sich als besonders geeignet erwiesen. Bevorzugte API Portlandzemente schliessen die Klassen A, B, C, G und H ein, wobei die API-Klassen G und H besonders, und die Klasse G am meisten bevorzugt werden.
- Das in dem aufgeschäumten Zementschlamm der vorliegenden Erfindung enthaltene Wasser kann aus frischem Wasser oder Salzwasser bestehen. Die Bezeichnung „Salzwasser" bedeutet in diesem Zusammenhang nicht gesättigte Salzlösungen und gesättigte Salzlösungen, welche Sole- und Meerwasser einschliessen. Das Wasser ist in dem Zementschlamm in einer Menge vorhanden, welche für das Formen eines pumpbaren Schlamms ausreicht, welche im allgemeinen einer Menge innerhalb eines Bereichs von ungefähr 38% bis ungefähr 56% Massenanteil des in dem Schlamm vorhandenen Zements entspricht.
- Das für das Formen eines aufgeschäumten Zementschlamms der vorliegenden Erfindung angewendete Gas kann aus Luft oder Stickstoff bestehen, wobei Stickstoff bevorzugt wird. Das Gas ist in einer ausreichend grossen Menge für das Aufschäumen des Zementschlamms vorhanden, welche im allgemeinen einer Menge innerhalb eines Bereichs von ungefähr 10% bis ungefähr 40% des Volumens des Zementschlamms entspricht.
- Keratin repräsentiert das strukturelle Eiweiß der Epithellalzellen in den äussersten Hautschichten. Hydrolisiertes Keratin wird mit Hilfe einer Basishydrolisierung von Huf- und Hornhautpulver hergestellt, d.h. das Huf- und Hornhautpulver wird zusammen mit Kalk in einer Autoklave aufgeheizt, um auf diese Weise ein hydrolisiertes Eiweiß zu produzieren. Der Aminosäuregehalt, d.h. die Anzahl von Grammmolekülen von Aminosäure pro 1000 Gramm Eiweiß ist wie folgt: Lysin-6.2; Histidin-19.7; Arginin-56.9; Asparaginsäure-51.5; Threonin-55.9; Serin-79.5; Glutaminsäure-99; Prolin-58.3; Glycin-78; Alanin-43.8; Halbcystin-105; Valin-46.6; Methionin-4; Isoleucin-29; Leucin-59.9; Tryosin-28.7; Phenylalanin- 22.4; Hydroxyprolin-12.2; Hydroxylsin-1,2; Total-863; durchschnittliches Restgewicht-117. Dieses Eiweiß ist kommerziell als ein frei fliessendes Pulver erhältlich, welches ungefähr 85% Eiweiß beinhaltet. Der nicht eiweißhaltige Bestandteil des Pulvers besteht aus ungefähr 0.58% eines nicht löslichen Materials, wobei der Rest aus löslichen, nicht eiweißhaltigen Materialen besteht, welche hauptsächlich Kalziumsulfat, Magnesiumsulfat, und Kaliumsulfat einschliessen.
- Das hydrolisierte Keratineiweißpulver wird vorzugsweise zunächst in einer Menge von ungefähr 50% Massenanteil der Lösung in frischem Wasser aufgelöst. Zusätzlich zu dem Wasser für das Auflösen des hydrolisierten Keratins kann der Zuschlagstoff andere Komponente wie zum Beispiel ein oder mehrere Gefrier- und Fließpunktunterdrückungsmittel für das Verhindern eines Einfrierens während der Lagerung oder Handhabung bei kaltem Wetter und für das Herabsetzen des Fließpunktes beinhalten. Solche Unterdrückungsmittel werden vorzugsweise aus der Gruppe von Propylenglycol, Natriumchlorid, und Mischungen derselben gewählt. Das oder die angewendeten Unterdrückungsmittel sind im allgemeinen in einer Menge innerhalb eines Bereichs von ungefähr 1% bis ungefähr 5% Massenanteil der Lösung in der Zuschlagstofflösung vorhanden.
- Das hydrolisierte Keratin ist in einem der aufgeschäumten Zementschlamme der vorliegenden Erfindung vorzugsweise in einer Menge innerhalb eines Bereichs von ungefähr 1% bis ungefähr 5% des Volumens des in dem aufgeschäumten Zementschlamms enthaltenen Wassers vorhanden (von ungefähr 2% bis ungefähr 10% einer 50%igen Massenanteilslösung des hydrolisierten Keratins).
- Die aufgeschäumten Zementschlamme der vorliegenden Erfindung können mit Hilfe einer beliebigen, dem Fachmann bekannten Mischtechnik vorbereitet werden. Bei einer bevorzugten Methode wird eine Menge von Wasser in einen Zementmixer eingefüllt, wonach der angewendete hydraulische Zement hinzugefügt wird. Die Mischung wird für eine ausreichend lange Zeit bewegt, um einen pumpbaren, nicht aufgeschäumten Schlamm zu formen. Der Schlamm wird dann in das Bohrloch eingepumpt, und die Zuschlagstofflösung der vorliegenden Erfindung für das Aufschäumen des Schlamms, und danach das jeweilige angewendete Gas werden dann während des Durchlaufens in den Schlamm hinein injiziert. Wenn der Schlamm und das Gas durch das Bohrloch hindurch an den Standort fliessen, wo die resultierende aufgeschäumte Zementzusammensetzung positioniert werden soll, wird der Schlamm aufgeschäumt. Wenn andere flüssige Zuschlagstoffe angewendet werden sollen, werden diese zu dem Wasser hinzugefügt, bevor dasselbe mit dem hydraulischen Zement und mit anderen trockenen Feststoffen vermischt wird, welche vor dem Hinzufügen des Wassers mit dem trockenen Zement vermischt werden.
- Die Methoden der vorliegenden Erfindung für das Zementieren einer Untergrundzone, welche von einem Bohrloch penetriert wird, umfassen grundsätzlich die Stufen des Formens eines aufgeschäumten Zementschlamms der vorliegenden Erfindung, das Einpumpen des aufgeschäumten Zementschlamms in eine zu zementierende Untergrundzone durch das Bohrloch hindurch, und das darauffolgende Setzen und Aushärten des aufgeschäumten Zementschlamms zu einer harten, undurchlässigen Masse in demselben.
- Zum besseren Verständnis der verbesserten Zementschlamme, Zuschlagstoffe und Methoden der vorliegenden Erfindung beziehen wir uns nun auf die folgenden Beispiele.
- Beispiel 1
- Es wurden zunächst Testproben der aufgeschäumten Zementschlamme der vorliegenden Erfindung vorbereitet, welche aus Portlandzement, einem Zement der Klasse G, frischem Wasser oder Salzwasser, und Luft bestanden. Für jede Testprobe wurde zunächst ein nicht aufgeschäumter Zementschlamm mit Hilfe eines Mischgerätes vorbereitet. Vorbestimmte Mengen des resultierenden Schlamms wurden dann in Mischbechern mit einem feststehenden Volumen eingefüllt, in welche ein Rührgerät mit übereinander angeordneten Flügeln eingeführt wurde. Die Zuschlagstoffe der vorliegenden Erfindung für das Aufschäumen und das Stabilisieren einer Zementzusammensetzung wurden dann zu einigen der Testproben hinzugefügt, und drei Zuschlagstoffe nach dem aktuellen Stand der Technik, d.h. Mischungen von Schaumbildungsmitteln und Schaumstabilisierungsmittel wurden zu den anderen Proben hinzugefügt. Der für diese Tests angewendete Schaumbildungs- und Stabilisierungszuschlagstoff der vorliegenden Erfindung bestand zu einem 50%igen Massenanteil aus einer wässerigen Lösung eines hydrolisierten Keratins.
- Der erste Zuschlagstoff nach dem aktuellen Stand der Technik, der „Zuschlagstoff A des aktuellen Standes der Technik", wird eingehender in der US-Anmeldung 6,073,738 von Chatterji et al. vom 16. Mai 2000 beschrieben und bestand aus 63.3 Massenanteilen eines ethoxylierten oberflächenaktiven Alkoholethersulfatmittels, aus 31.7 Massenanteilen eines oberflächenaktiven Cocoylamidopropylbetainmittels, und aus 5 Massenanteilen eines oberflächenaktiven Cocoylamidopropyldimethylaminaxidmittels. Der zweite Zuschlagstoff des aktuellen Standes der Technik, der „Zuschlagstoff B des aktuellen Standes der Technik", wird eingehender in der US-Anmeldung 5,897,699 von Chatterji et al. vom 27. April 1999 beschrieben und bestand aus einer Mischung von 2 Massenanteilen eines oberflächenaktiven Alphaolefmsulfonatmittels und 1 Massenanteil eines oberflächenaktiven Cocoylamidopropylbetainmittels. Der dritte Zuschlagstoff nach dem aktuellen Stand der Technik, der „Zuschlagstoff C des aktuellen Standes der Technik" bestand aus einer Mischung von 2 Massenanteilen eines oberflächenaktiven ethoxylierten Alkoholethersulfatmittels und 1 Massenanteil eines oberflächenaktiven Cocoylamidopropylbetainmittels. Nach dem Hinzufügen des Zuschlagstoffes der vorliegenden Erfindung und der Zuschlagstoffe nach dem aktuellen Stand der Technik zu den Testproben in den Mischbechern wurde der Inhalt bei hoher Geschwindigkeit gemischt. Das Mischen bei hoher Geschwindigkeit mit Hilfe des Rührgerätes mit den übereinander angeordneten Flügeln schäumte einen jeden Schlamm mit Luft auf. Die Dichten der nicht aufgeschäumten Zementschlamme, die Dichten der aufgeschäumten Zementschlamme, die Mengen der schaumbildenden Zuschlagstoffe in Kombination mit dem Zementschlammen, die für das Erreichen eines stabilen Schaums innerhalb von 10 Sekunden erforderlich waren, und die Mengen von Salz (Natriumchlorid), welche dem Wasser hinzugefügt wurden, um die Zementschlamme zu formen, sind weiter unten in Tabelle I aufgeführt.
- Die aufgeschäumten Testproben wurden dann 24 Stunden lang bei 140°F (60°C) und atmosphärischem Druck stehen gelassen, wonach sie gemäß der weiter oben schon erwähnten AP-Spezifikation 10 auf ihre Druckfestigkeit und Verfestigungszeiten überprüft wurden. Auch die Resultate dieser Tests sind in Tabelle I weiter unten aufgeführt.
- Aus Tabelle I ist ersichtlich, dass der schaumbildende Zuschlagstoff der vorliegenden Erfindung innerhalb von 10 Sekunden oder weniger stabile aufgeschäumte Zementschlamme produzierte. Es ist allgemein akzeptiert, dass ein Zuschlagstoff für eine Anwendung vor Ort nicht geeignet ist, wenn ein solcher schaumbildender und stabilisierender Zuschlagstoff im Labor mehr als 10 Sekunden benötigt, um einen stabilen Schaum zu formen. Ausserdem haben sich die Druckfestigkeiten der ausgehärteten aufgeschäumten Zementschlamme mit dem Zuschlagstoff der vorliegenden Erfindung allgemein als gut oder besser als die Druckfestigkeiten der ausgehärteten, aufgeschäumten Zementschlamme erwiesen, welche die Zuschlagstoffe nach dem aktuellen Stand der Technik enthielten. Die Gegenwart von Salz in dem Zementschlammischwasser beeinflußt ausserdem die Leistung des schaumbildenden Zuschlagstoffes der vorliegenden Erfindung auf keinerlei Art und Weise.
- Beispiel 2
- Das unter Beispiel 1 beschriebene Verfahren wurde mit der Ausnahme wiederholt, dass anstelle von einem Portlandzement mit einer Standardpartikelgröße ein Portlandzement mit einer ultrafeinen Partikelgröße angewendet wurde. Der Zement mit den ultrafeinen Partikeln, welcher hier angewendet wurde, ist kommerziell von Halliburton Energy Services in Duncan, Oklahoma, unter dem Handelsnamen „MICRO MATRIX2 erhältlich und weist eine durchschnittliche Partikelgröße von ungefähr 7.5 Mikron auf. Die Resultate dieser Tests sind weiter unten in Tabelle II aufgeführt.
- Aus Tabelle II ist ersichtlich, dass die oberflächenaktive Mischung der vorliegenden Erfindung innerhalb von 10 Sekunden oder weniger stabile aufgeschäumte Zementschlamme produzierte. Die Gegenwart von Salz in dem Zementschlammmischwasser beeinflußt ausserdem die Leistung der oberflächenaktiven Mischung der vorliegenden Erfindung auf keinerlei Art und Weise.
- Beispiel 3
- Die unter Beispiel 1 weiter oben beschriebenen Tests und Verfahren wurden mit der Ausnahme wiederholt, dass anstelle von Portlandzement hier Hüttenzement verwendet wurde. Die Resultate dieser Tests sind weiter unten in Tabelle III aufgeführt.
- Auch aus Tabelle III ist wieder ersichtlich, dass die oberflächenaktive Mischung der vorliegenden Erfindung innerhalb von 10 Sekunden oder schneller einen stabilen Schaum produzierte.
- Beispiel 4
- Die unter Beispiel 1 weiter oben beschriebenen Tests und Verfahren wurden hier mit der Ausnahme wiederholt, dass die schaumbildenden Zuschlagstoffe bei einer besonders niedrigen Temperatur zu einem Zementschlamm hinzugefügt wurden, welcher aus einem Portlandzement der Klasse A mit standardgemäßer Partikelgröße und dem unter Beispiel 2 weiter oben beschriebenen Portlandzement mit der ultrafeinen Partikelgröße in einer Menge von 18% Massenanteil von ultrafeinem Zement in der Zementmischung sowohl wie Kalziumchlorid in einer Menge von 2% Massenanteil der Zementmischung, einem freifließenden Trockenzementzuschlagstoff in einer Menge von 0.055% Massenanteil der Zementmischung, und Meerwasser in einer ausreichend großen Menge für das Formen eines Zementschlamms mit den in Tabelle IV weiter unten aufgeführten Dichten hergestellt wurde. Die Resultate dieser Tests sind auch in Tabelle IV weiter unten aufgeführt.
- Auch aus Tabelle IV ist wieder ersichtlich, dass die oberflächenaktive Mischung der vorliegenden Erfindung bei niedrigen Temperaturen einen stabilen Schaum mit einer guten Druckfestigkeit produzierte.
- Beispiel 5
- Eine Reihe der aufgeschäumten Zementschlamme, welche gemäß des unter Beispiel 1 weiter oben beschriebenen Verfahrens geformt wurden, wurde dann auf ihre rheologischen Eigenschaften gemäß der weiter oben schon erwähnten API-Spezifikation 10 überprüft. Die Resultate dieser Tests sind weiter unten in Tabelle V aufgeführt.
- Aus Tabelle V ist ersichtlich, dass die aufgeschäumten Zementschlamme, welche den schaumbildenden Zuschlagstoff der vorliegenden Erfindung beinhalten, niedrige scheinbare Viskositäten aufweisen, welche andeuten, dass das Platzieren solcher aufgeschäumten Zementschlamme in Untergrundformationen nicht in einem Formationszusammenbruch aufgrund der dabei angewendeten hohen Einpumpdrucken resultieren wird.
- Beispiel 6
- Drei verschiedene Testzementschlamme wurde hier vorbereitet, wobei dieselben den schaumbildenden Zuschlagstoff der vorliegenden Erfindung beinhalteten. Die verschiedenen, in die Zementschlamme eingeschlossenen Komponente und Mengen sind weiter unten in Tabelle IV aufgeführt.
- Testproben der drei oben beschriebenen Zementschlamme wurden dann gemäß der in der weiter oben schon erwähnten Verfahren und der API-Spezifikation 10 auf ihre Verfestigungszeiten überprüft. Die Resultate dieser Tests sind weiter unten in Tabelle VII aufgeführt.
- Weitere Testproben dieser drei, weiter oben beschriebenen Zementschlamme wurden dann unter 250°F (121°C) und 1000psi (6.9 MPa) mit Stickstoff auf die in Tabelle VII weiter unten aufgeführten Dichten aufgeschäumt. Die aufgeschäumten Proben wurden dann bei 318°F (159°C) und 1000psi (6.9 MPa) 24 Stunden lang ausgehärtet. Die ausgehärteten Proben wurden dann in obere, mittlere und untere Abschnitte zerschnitten, und die Dichte der Proben wurde festgestellt. Die Resultate dieser Tests sind auch weiter unten in Tabelle VII aufgeführt.
- Aus den in Tabelle VII aufgeführten Verdickungszeittests ist ersichtlich, dass die aufgeschäumten Zementschlamme der vorliegenden Erfindung die erforderlichen dass eine sehr geringe Verfestigung der aufgeschäumten Zementschlamme der vorliegenden Erfindung während der Zeitspanne stattfand, welche für das Verfestigen derselben aufgeschäumten Zementschlamme eingeräumt wurde.
Claims (8)
- Eine Methode für das Zementieren einer Untergrundzone, welche von einem Bohrloch penetriert wird, wobei dieselbe Methode das Anwenden eines aufgeschäumten Zementschlamms umfasst, welcher aus einem hydraulischen Zement, einer ausreichend grossen Menge Wasser für das Formen eines pumpbaren Schlamms, einer ausreichend grossen Menge Gas für das Formen eines Schaums, und einer effektiven Menge eines Zuschlagstoffes für das Aufschäumen und Stabilisieren des vorgenannten Schlamms besteht, wobei dasselbe aus hydrolisiertem Keratin besteht.
- Eine Methode nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher der vorgenannte hydraulische Zement aus Portlandzement, Hüttenzement, Pozzolanazement, Gipszement, einem Zement mit hohem Aluminagehalt, Silikazement, und Zementen mit hoher Alkalinität ausgewählt wird.
- Eine Methode nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welcher das vorgenannte Wasser aus frischem Wasser oder aus Salzwasser besteht.
- Eine Methode nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, bei welcher das vorgenannte Wasser in einer Menge von 38% bis 56% Massenanteil des hydraulischen Zements vorhanden ist.
- Eine Methode nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, bei welcher das vorgenannte Gas auf Luft oder Stickstoff besteht.
- Eine Methode nach einem der obigen Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei welcher das vorgenannte Gas in dem vorgenannten aufgeschäumten Zementschlamm in einer Menge von 10% bis 40% des Volumens des vorgenannten Zementschlamms vorhanden ist.
- Eine Methode nach einem der obigen Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei welcher der vorgenannte hydrolisierte Keratinzuschlagstoff in dem aufgeschäumten Zementschlamm in einer Menge von 1% bis 5% des Volumens des vorgenannten Wassers in dem vorgenannten aufgeschäumten Zementschlamm vorhanden ist.
- Die Anwendung von hydrolisiertem Keratin in einer aufgeschäumten Zementzusammensetzung für das Zementieren von Bohrlöchern.
