Lithographische Druckplatte, die mittels Laserentladung direkt bebildert werden kann, wobei die Platte aufweist:
eine erste Schicht (416);
eine unter der ersten Schicht liegende zweite Schicht (400), wobei die erste und die zweite Schicht unterschiedliche Affinitäten zu Druckfarbe und/oder einem farbabweisenden Fluid aufweisen;
und wobei die erste Schicht durch Absorption von infraroter Abbildungsstrahlung abtragbar ist;
wobei die Platte ferner eine Einrichtung zum Zurückstrahlen eines wesentlichen Teils der darauf auffallenden infraroten Abbildungsstrahlung in die erste Schicht aufweist, wobei die zweite Schicht infrarote Abbildungsstrahlung reflektiert, um die Reflexionseinrichtung zu bilden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reflexionseinrichtung ein Pigment enthält, das IR-Abbildungsstrahlung reflektiert.

- Betreffend das
europäische Patent 0 580 393 ,DE 693 29 365
hat der 3. Senat (Nichtigkeitssenat) des Bundespatentgerichts auf Grund der mündlichen Verhandlungen vom 15. Dezember 2009 und 17. März 2010 für Recht erkannt:
Daseuropäische Patent 0 580 393 wird mit Wirkung für das Hoheitsgebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland teilweise dadurch für nichtig erklärt, dass die Patentansprüche folgende Fassung erhalten: - 1. Lithographische
Druckplatte, die mittels Laserentladung direkt bebildert werden
kann, wobei die Platte aufweist:
eine erste Schicht (
416 ); eine unter der ersten Schicht liegende zweite Schicht (400 ), wobei die erste und die zweite Schicht unterschiedliche Affinitäten zu Druckfarbe und/oder einem farbabweisenden Fluid aufweisen; und wobei die erste Schicht durch Absorption von infraroter Abbildungsstrahlung abtragbar ist; wobei die Platte ferner eine Einrichtung zum Zurückstrahlen eines wesentlichen Teils der darauf auffallenden infraroten Abbildungsstrahlung in die erste Schicht aufweist, wobei die zweite Schicht infrarote Abbildungsstrahlung reflektiert, um die Reflexionseinrichtung zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reflexionseinrichtung ein Pigment enthält, das IR-Abbildungsstrahlung reflektiert.
Claims (18)
- Lithographische Druckplatte, die mittels Laserentladung direkt bebildert werden kann, wobei die Platte aufweist: eine erste Schicht (
416 ); eine unter der ersten Schicht liegende zweite Schicht (400 ), wobei die erste und die zweite Schicht unterschiedliche Affinitäten zu Druckfarbe und/oder einem farbabweisenden Fluid aufweisen; und wobei die erste Schicht durch Absorption von infraroter Abbildungsstrahlung abtragbar ist; wobei die Platte ferner eine Einrichtung zum Zurückstrahlen eines wesentlichen Teils der darauf auffallenden infraroten Abbildungsstrahlung in die erste Schicht aufweist, wobei die zweite Schicht infrarote Abbildungsstrahlung reflektiert, um die Reflexionseinrichtung zu bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reflexionseinrichtung ein Pigment enthält, das IR-Abbildungsstrahlung reflektiert. - Lithographische Druckplatte, die mittels Laserentladung direkt bebildert werden kann, wobei die Platte aufweist: eine erste Schicht (
416 ); eine unter der ersten Schicht liegende zweite Schicht (400 ), wobei die erste und die zweite Schicht unterschiedliche Affinitäten zu Druckfarbe und/oder einem farbabweisenden Fluid aufweisen; und wobei die erste Schicht durch Absorption von infraroter Abbildungsstrahlung abtragbar ist; wobei die Platte ferner eine Einrichtung zum Zurückstrahlen eines wesentlichen Teils der darauf auffallenden infraroten Abbildungsstrahlung in die erste Schicht aufweist, wobei die Reflexionseinrichtung eine Infrarot reflektierende Schicht (418 ) aufweist, die zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Schicht (400 ,416 ) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reflexionseinrichtung ein Pigment enthält, das IR-Abbildungsstrahlung reflektiert. - Lithographische Druckplatte, die mittels Laserentladung direkt bebildert werden kann, wobei die Platte aufweist: eine erste Schicht (
408 ); eine unter der ersten Schicht liegende zweite Schicht (404 ); und ein unter der zweiten Schicht liegendes Substrat (400 ); wobei die zweite Schicht für infrarote Abbildungsstrahlung teilweise durchlässig und durch deren Absorption abtragbar ist; und wobei die erste Schicht und das Substrat unterschiedliche Affinitäten zu Druckfarbe und/oder einem farbabweisenden Fluid aufweisen, wobei die Platte ferner eine Einrichtung zum Zurückstrahlen eines wesentlichen Teils der darauf auffallenden infraroten Abbildungsstrahlung in die zweite Schicht aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Schicht (404 ) eine IR-absorbierende Metalloxidschicht (425 ) aufweist und die Reflexionseinrichtung durch eine darunter liegende Metallschicht (418 ) gebildet wird. - Lithographische Druckplatte, die mittels Laserentladung direkt bebildert werden kann, wobei die Platte aufweist: eine erste Schicht (
408 ); eine unter der ersten Schicht liegende zweite Schicht (404 ); und ein unter der zweiten Schicht liegendes Substrat (400 ); wobei die zweite Schicht für infrarote Abbildungsstrahlung teilweise durchlässig und durch deren Absorption abtragbar ist; und wobei die erste Schicht und das Substrat unterschiedliche Affinitäten zu Druckfarbe und/oder einem farbabweisenden Fluid aufweisen, wobei die Platte ferner eine Einrichtung zum Zurückstrahlen eines wesentlichen Teils der darauf auffallenden infraroten Abbildungsstrahlung in die zweite Schicht aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reflexionseinrichtung ein Pigment enthält, das IR-Strahlung reflektiert. - Lithographische Druckplatte nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Substrat (
400 ) das Pigment zur Bildung einer Reflexionseinrichtung enthält. - Lithographische Druckplatte nach Anspruch 3 oder Anspruch 4, wobei die Reflexionseinrichtung zwischen dem Substrat (
400 ) und der zweiten Schicht (404 ) angeordnet ist. - Lithographische Druckplatte nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Reflexionseinrichtung zwischen der ersten (
408 ) und der zweiten Schicht (404 ) angeordnet und das Substrat (400 ) lichtdurchlässig ist, so dass die Druckplatte in umgekehrter Orientierung bebildert werden kann. - Lithographische Druckplatte nach Anspruch 3, wobei die IR-absorbierende Metalloxidschicht (
425 ) aus einem Material besteht, das aus der Gruppe ausgewählt ist, die aus Titanoxid, Vanadiumoxid, Manganoxid, Eisenoxid oder Cobaltoxid besteht. - Lithographische Druckplatte nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Metall Aluminium ist, das mindestens 99% der auffallenden IR-Strahlung reflektiert.
- Lithographische Druckplatte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die erste Schicht eine Siliconschicht ist.
- Lithographische Druckplatte nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Siliconschicht a) eine Dispersion aus Teilchen, die Infrarotstrahlung absorbieren; oder b) einen Infrarotstrahlung absorbierenden Farbstoff enthält.
- Lithographische Druckplatte nach Anspruch 11; wobei die Teilchen aus der Gruppe ausgewählt sind, die aus Boriden, Carbiden, Nitriden, Carbonitriden, Oxiden mit Bronzestruktur und Oxiden besteht, die strukturell mit der Bronze-Familie verwandt, sind, denen aber die A-Komponente fehlt.
- Lithographische Druckplatte nach Anspruch 4, wobei die zweite Schicht eine der folgenden Schichten ist: a) leitfähiges Polymer; b) eine Nitrocelluloseschicht, die eine Dispersion von Rußteilchen enthält; c) eine Polyesterschicht, die eine Dispersion von Rußteilchen enthält; d) eine Polyimidschicht, die eine Dispersion von Rußteilchen enthält; e) eine Polycarbonatschicht, die eine Dispersion von Rußteilchen enthält; f) eine Vinylschicht, die eine Dispersion von Rußteilchen enthält; g) mindestens 0,13 mm (5 Mil) dick; h) eine dünne Metallschicht; i) auf eine Metallschicht auflaminiert; j) vernetzt; oder k) Titanoxid.
- Lithographische Druckplatte nach Anspruch 4, wobei die zweite Schicht entweder eine Dispersion von festem teilchenförmigem Nigrosin oder löslich gemachtes Nigrosin enthält.
- Lithographische Druckplatte nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, die ferner eine zwischen dem Substrat und der zweiten Schicht angeordnete Grundierungsschicht (
410 ) aufweist. - Lithographische Druckplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 3, 4 oder 6, wobei zwischen dem Substrat (
400 ) und der Reflexionseinrichtung (418 ) eine haftverstärkende Schicht (420 ) angeordnet ist. - Lithographische Druckplatte nach Anspruch 13, wobei die Rußteilchen leitfähig sind.
- Lithographische Druckplatte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei auf der ersten Schicht eine Sperrschicht (
427 ) aufgebracht ist.
