Abstract

Behälterverschluß in Form eines Stopfens, dessen äußere Wand über den Behälterrand greift und an dessen Unterseite mittels abreißbarer Stege ein Originalitätssicherungsring befestigt ist, der an seiner inneren Zylinderfläche schräg nach innen und in Öffnungsrichtung gerichtete Laschen aufweist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälterverschluß mit Originalitätssicherungsring, der im verschlossenen Zustand über den Behälterrand greift und beim erstmaligen Öffnen abgerissen wird.
  • Behälterverschlüsse mit Originalitätssicherungsmitteln sind in vielfältigen Formen bekannt. Am häufigsten findet man sie in Form von Schraubverschlüssen, bei denen der Originalitätssicherungsring durch den unteren Rand des Gewindes zurückgehalten wird.
  • Für Verschlußstopfen, die beispielsweise bei Röhrchen für Vitamin-Brausetabletten Anwendung finden, gibt es auch bereits Lösungsvorschläge. So kann der Sicherungsring beispielsweise dadurch an einer Randverdickung oder der Umbördelung des Röhrchens festgehalten werden, daß er an seiner Innenseite einen Wulst aufweist, der durch unterschiedliche Schrägflächen zwar das Aufstecken ermöglicht, aber beim Öffnen festgehalten wird. Infolge der Elastizität des Kunststoffs ist es jedoch nicht möglich, diesen Verschluß absolut sicher zu gestalten. Der Sicherungsring kann ohne Zuhilfenahme eines Werkzeugs beim Öffnen des Verschlusses über den Rand des Röhrchens geschoben werden, ohne daß er abreißt.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Behälterverschluß der eingangs genannten Art bereitzustellen, der größere Sicherheit gegen das Öffnen ohne Abreißen des Originalitätssicherungsringes bietet.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird dies dadurch gelöst, daß der Originalitätssicherungsring an seiner inneren Zylinderfläche schräg nach innen und in Öffnungsrichtung gerichtete Laschen aufweist, die unter den Randwulst oder die Umbördelung des Behälterrandes greifen.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist im folgenden anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnung beschrieben.
  • Die Zeichnung zeigt einen Stopfen 1 zum Verschluß eines Röhrchens für Vitamin-Brausetabletten. Der Stopfen ist im oberen Teil der Zeichnung in Seitenansicht und teilweise geschnitten, im unteren Teil der Zeichnung in Aufsicht gezeigt. Auf der rechten, geschnittenen Seite ist zum besseren Verständnis das Röhrchen 2 eingezeichnet.
  • Der Stopfen weist eine flache Deckelpartie 3 und eine äußere zylindrische Wand 4 auf, die über den Rand des Röhrchens greift. An der zylindrischen Außenfläche der Wand 4 sind umlaufende Rippen angebracht, um das Ergreifen beim Öffnen zu erleichtern.
  • Der Stopfen ist in bekannter Weise mit einem federnd angebrachten Ring 5 zum Niederhalten des Inhalts des Röhrchens versehen. Außerdem weist der Stopfen eine Kammer 6 auf, die mit Trocknungsmittel 7 gefüllt ist. Die Kammer ist mit einem Deckel 8 abgeschlossen.
  • Eine zylindrische Schürze 9 mit einem Außendurchmesser, der dem Innendurchmesser des Röhrchens 2 entspricht, dient dem luft- und feuchtigkeitsdichten 'Verschluß.
  • Das Röhrchen 2 ist im vorliegenden Fall ein Metallröhrchen, das am oberen Rand eine Umbördelung 10 aufweist. Im Fall eines Kunststoffröhrchens würde dies durch eine umlaufende Randverstärkung ersetzt werden.
  • Die äußere Wand 4 der Deckelpartie 3 greift über diesen Rand und hält den Stopfen am Röhrchen fest.
  • Mit der Unterseite der Wand 4 ist ein Originalitätssicherungsring 11 verbunden. Der Ring 11 ist zylindrisch, und die Verbindung mit der Wand 4 erfolgt durch dünne Stege 12, die bei geringem Kraftaufwand abreißen.
  • Auf seiner Innenseite trägt der Ring 11 acht schräg nach innen und in Öffnungsrichtung gerichtete Laschen 13, die unter den umgebördelten Rand 10 des Röhrchens 2 greifen. Die Laschen 13 sind in gleichen Abständen um den Umfang verteilt und haben eine Breite, die etwa 20 Winkelgraden entspricht. Anstelle der beim vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel vorgesehenen acht Laschen können auch weniger oder mehr die gewünschte Funktion erfüllen. Die Laschen sind, wie der ganze Stopfen, aus Kunststoff und sind entsprechend elastisch. Beim Öffnen wirken die Laschen 13 wie Widerhaken und verkrallen sich unter der Umbördelung 10 des Röhrchens, so daß der Ring 11 sicher zurückgehalten wird und die Stege 12 abreißen, wenn der Stopfen abgenommen wird.
  • Für die Herstellung der Laschen 13 ist es notwendig, den entsprechenden, hinter die Lasche greifenden Werkzeugteil von oben her einzusetzen, Aus diesem Grund weist der Deckel der Laschenzahl und -breite entsprechende Ausschnitte 14 auf.

Claims (2)

1. Behälterverschluß mit Originalitätssicherungsring, der im verschlossenen Zustand über den Behälterrand greift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Originalitätssicherungsring an seiner inneren Zylinderfläche schräg nach innen und in Öffnungsrichtung gerichtete Laschen aufweist.
2. Behälterverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschluß ein Stopfen ist, dessen äußere Wand über den Behälterrand greift, und an deren Unterseite der Originalitätssicherungsring mittels abreißbarer Stege befestigt ist.
