Abstract
Description
- L'invention concerne le raccordement d'un dispositif électrique à un câble acheminant un flux d'informations, le raccordement consistant en une mise en série du dispositif avec le câble qui est un bus d'information.
- Il est courant dans une liaison reliant plusieurs dispositifs en série, d'avoir besoin d'ajouter un dispositif supplémentaire en série, ce qui se fait généralement en coupant le câble à l'endroit désiré et en reliant le dispositif audit câble ; cette manière de procéder nécessite une mise hors service de tous les dispositifs pendant la durée du raccordement.
- De telles liaisons série sont couramment utilisées dans les réseaux locaux de transmissions sur bus, le bus étant généralement un câble constitué par une paire blindée, pour la protection contre les perturbations électriques extérieures.
- L'invention a pour but le raccordement d'un dispositif à un bus, pour sa mise en série avec ledit bus en n'importe quel endroit du bus sans provoquer de perturbation importante du flux d'informations transitant par le bus, donc sans mise hors service de la liaison.
- L'invention a pour objet une prise de raccordement pour câble, notamment pour câble paire blindée comportant un drain, un premier et un deuxième fils isolés à l'intérieur d'une gaine métallique revêtue d'une gaine isolante, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend un support et un dispositif de coupure, que ledit support comporte un logement pour le dispositif de coupure, un premier et un deuxième jeux de pièces de contact à cisaillement d'isolant, les pièces de contact de chaque jeu étant disposées de part et d'autre du logement, que lesdites gaines isolantes et métalliques étant enlevées à l'endroit ou la prise de raccordement doit être posée, le premier fil du câble est inséré dans les pièces de contact du premier jeu et le deuxième fil du câble est inséré dans les pièces de contact du deuxième jeu, qu'un câble de dérivation, également blindé, relié à un dispositif électrique comporte quatre fils connectés chacun à une pièce de contact des premier et deuxième jeux de pièces de contact, et que le dispositif de coupure est enfoncé dans le logement pour couper les premier et deuxième fils du câble et mettre ledit dispositif électrique en série avec ledit câble.
- L'invention sera bien comprise par la description qui va suivre d'une prise de raccordement illustrée par les figures annexées dans lequelles :
- - la figure 1 est un schéma de principe d'une prise de raccordement de l'invention,
- - la figure 2 est une vue schématique de dessus d'une prise de raccordement de l'invention,
- - la figure 3 est une vue schématique en élévation, avec arrachement partiel, d'une prise de raccordement,
- - la figure 4 représente une pièce de contact utilisée dans la prise de raccordement,
- - la figure 5 est une vue en perspective d'une prise de raccordement.
- La figure 1 est un schéma de principe d'une prise de raccordement de l'invention. Le câble 1 est une paire blindée avec drain, 2 et 3 étant les fils de la paire, 4 le drain, 5 une gaine métallique de blindage revêtue d'une gaine isolante 60. Une échancrure de longueur L est pratiquée à l'endroit du raccordement, la gaine isolante extérieure du câble et la gaine métallique 5 étant enlevées ; de chaque côté de l'échancrure la gaine extérieure est enlevée sur une petite longueur L1, de manière à dégager la gaine métallique 5.
- L'échancrure permet d'accéder aux deux fils 2 et 3, et au drain 4 en contact métallique et électrique avec l'intérieur de la gaine métallique 5. Le fil 2 est relié, dans un support 50, à des pièces de contact 6 et 7 et le fil 3 est relié à des pièces de contact 8 et 9. Un câble de dérivation 20, blindé, comportant quatre fils 21, 22, 23, 24 relie un dispositif électrique 30 à la prise de raccordement ; les fils 21 à 24 sont reliés aux pièces de contact 6 à 9, respectivement. Les pièces de contact 6 à 9 sont du type à cisaillement d'isolant, de sorte que les fils 2 et 3 du câble 1 ne sont pas coupés. La mise en série du dispositif 30 avec les fils 2, 3, se fait par coupure des fils 2 et 3 entre les pièces de contact 6 et 7 d'une part et 8 et 9 d'autre part. Cette coupure est effectuée à l'aide d'un dispositif de coupure 10 coulissant dans un logement, au moment de la mise en service du dispositif 30.
- La continuité du blindage interne du câble 1 est assurée par un blindage 11 reliant les extrémités 5a et 5b de la gaine métallique 5 de chaque côté de l'échancrure. De même les extrémités 5a et 5b sont reliées par des blindages 12 et 13 à la gaine métallique 19 du câble 20 qui est situé sur une sortie latérale du support.
- Par sécurité de continuité de masse le drain 4 est relié au blindage 11 par les contacts 35 et 36 placés de part et d'autre du dispositif de coupure 10 qui n'agit en aucune façon sur cette liaison de continuité.
- Lorsque les fils 2 et 3 sont coupés, le dispositif 30 étant alors en série, il est possible de rétablir la continuité desdits fils 2 et 3 à l'aide de cavaliers de court-circuit 17, 18 reliant des pièces de contact 6 et 7 d'un part et 8 et 9 d'autre part. Lorsque les cavaliers sont en place cela permet par exemple la suppression du dispositif 30, ou encore son remplacement.
- La figure 2 est une vue schématique de dessus et la figure 3 est une vue schématique en élévation, avec arrachement partiel, d'une prise de raccordement de l'invention. Dans ces figures les mêmes références que dans la figure 1 ont même signification.
- Deux presse-étoupe 14 et 15 assurent le maintien du câble 1 sur le support 50 et l'étanchéité des jonctions entre le câble et le support. Les fils 2 et 3 sont disposés dans des goulottes 25 et 27 du support, le drain 4 étant disposé dans une goulotte 26 dans laquelle il est maintenu par des pièces de contact 35 et 36. Le support 5 comporte un logement constitué par deux compartiments 28 et 29 dans lesquels coulisse le dispositif de coupure 10. Le compartiment 28 est situé entre les pièces de contact 6 et 7, et le compartiment 29 est situé entre les pièces de contact 8 et 9 ; ces compartiments sont situés de part et d'autre de la goulotte 26, donc séparés par ladite goulotte 26 dans laquelle est disposé le drain 4.
- La prise de raccordement comporte également un couvercle 51 et une semelle 52 isolants, et dont les parties en regard du support sont métallisées. Le couvercle 51 et le support 50 sont assemblés à l'aide de vis 40 qui se vissent dans des trous 42 du support, la semelle étant fixée par des vis 41 sur le support 50.
- Le dispositif de coupure 10, représenté en perspective figure 5, est en matière isolante ; il comporte deux branches 43, 44, chaque branche coulissant dans un compartiment et ayant une extrémité en forme de U dont les extrémités 45, 46 constituent deux couteaux qui coulissent le long des parois des compartiments perpendiculairement au fil à couper.
- Dans un compartiment ces deux couteaux viennent, en position basse, couper une portion 39 du fil comprise entre deux parois opposées du compartiment.
- Dans la figure 2 le dispositif de coupure 10 est représenté en position basse, la position haute étant représentée en traits interrompus.
- Les pièces de contact 6, 7, 8 et 9 sont par exemple des pièces de contact doubles, comme représenté figure 4 ; les pièces de contact 35 et 36 des drains sont des pièces de contact du type à deux fourches opposées, comme cela est connu, soit encore des pièces de contacts doubles comme les pièces de contact 6, 7, 8, 9, afin d'être reliées électriquement à la métallisation interne du support, de la semelle et du couvercle, pour assurer la continuité de masse du câble 1. La pièce de contact est en forme de double U avec une base 53 commune.
- Un premier U est constitué par les branche A et B et un deuxième U est constitué par les branches C et D. Les branches A et B sont situées d'un côté de la base 53, et les branches C et D sont situées de l'autre côté de ladite base, les branches A et B étant à 90° des branches C et D. Chaque branche comporte une fente F pour cisaillement d'isolant, comme cela est bien connu. La pièce de contact permet le raccordement de deux fils isolés 3 et 23 ; le fil 3 étant inséré dans les branches A et B, son conducteur 54 vient en contact avec les bords des fentes F de ces branches ; le fil 23 étant inséré dans les branches C et D, son conducteur 55 vient en contact avec les bords des fentes F de ces branches. Les fils 3 et 23 sont perpendiculaires entre eux. Les pièces de contact 6, 7, 8 et 9 étant des pièces de contact doubles comme représenté figure 4, permettent le raccordement des câbles 1 et 20, figure 1, ces câbles étant perpendiculaires entre eux.
- La figure 5 est une vue schématique en perspective d'une prise de raccordement, montrant le dispositif de coupure 10 avant son introduction dans la prise, le couvercle 51 comportant une ouverture 57 à cet effet. Ce dispositif de coupure 10 comporte deux harpons tels que 56, un par branche 43, 44 du dispositif de coupure ; ces harpons sont situés du part et d'autre du dispositif de coupure et coopèrent avec le couvercle 51 en position basse, pour le maintien du dispositif de coupure dans cette position. La sortie de la prise, câble 20, se fait latéralement sur le côté de celle-ci ; un manchon isolé 58 assure le maintien et l'étanchéité du départ du câble 20.
- La mise en place de la prise de raccordement de l'invention se fait de la manière suivante :
- une échancrure est pratiquée dans le câble 1, à l'endroit désiré ;
- les fils 2 et 3 et le drain 4 sont placés dans les goulottes 25, 26, 27 du support 50, au dessus des pièces de contact, 6, 7, 8, 9, 35 et 36,
- les presse-étoupe 14 et 15 sont mis en place et le couvercle 51 est vissé sur le support 50 ; lors de la fixation, le couvercle presse sur les fils 2 et 3 et sur le drain 4 qui sont ainsi insérés dans les fentes F des pièces de contact.
- Le dispositif de coupure 10 est introduit dans l'ouverture 57 du couvercle 51, et reste en position haute ; dans cette position les fils 2 et 3 ne sont pas coupés. - Le raccordement avec le dispositif 30 s'effectue semelle 52 retirée ; les fils 21, 22, 23, 24 du câble de dérivation 20, figure 1, sont introduits dans les branches inférieures des pièces de contact 6, 7, 8, 9, puis la semelle est vissée sur le support ; lors de la fixation de la semelle les fils 21 à 24 sont insérés dans les fentes des branches inférieures des pièces de contact.
- Le dispositif de coupure 10 est alors enfoncé, et prend la position basse ; les fils 2 et 3 sont coupés et le dispositif 30 est mis en série avec les fils 2 et 3 du câble 1.
- Il est également possible de monter d'abord la dérivation, c'est-à-dire le câble 20 sur la prise et d'effectuer ensuite le raccordement du câble 1, comme indiqué ci-dessus, la mise en service du dispositif 20, c'est-à-dire sa mise en série avec le câble se faisant en enfonçant le dispositif de coupure 10 après fixation du couvercle 51 sur le support 50. Les métallisation du support, du couvercle et de la semelle, en contact avec les gaines métalliques du câble 1 et du câble de dérivation 20 assurent la protection électromagnétique de la prise de raccordement.
- La proéminence du dispositif de coupure 10 indique visuellement si la dérivation est opérationnelle (10 enfoncé et vérouillé en position basse) ou non (10 proéminent et verrouillé en position haute).
