- the deposit 27 is almost completely advanced against the cloth stacking shaft 13, the fingers 26 engaging behind the cloth 22.
- the offshoot 27 ' is almost completely retracted, the front ends of the fingers 26' still resting on the cloth stack 12 or on the overlying cloth 22 'to hold them down until the fingers 26 of the offshoot 27 after their downward movement longitudinally the curve K take over their task.
- crank drives mentioned and illustrated by way of example
- other levers or the like can of course be used. Use shoots that can easily achieve certain optimal curve shapes along which the front ends of the laying fingers should move, with the least design effort.
- the depositing fingers of the depositing device have the task of not only depositing the individual, folded sheets on the sheet stack, but also putting it down or on it hold so as to form the exact stack of towels 12, in which the fold lines of the towels are exactly one above the other and parallel to each other, so that the subsequent packaging of parts of the towel stack 12 with each a certain predetermined number of towels is significantly simplified. This saves in particular the otherwise necessary hold-down fingers that are present in addition to the placement fingers.
- the device designed in accordance with the invention makes it possible to increase its performance considerably, since the replication of the offshoots reduces their working speed, so that at this otherwise problematic point on the device there are no problems which would limit productivity.
Abstract
Description
Zwecke in Betracht. The invention relates to a device for forming stacks of folded, zigzag nested cloths, sheets or the like, which consist of fibrous materials. For the sake of simplicity, the following only speaks of cloths or the like made from fiber materials of any kind, such as cellulose, natural and / or artificial staple fibers or mixtures of these fibers. can exist, which means all sheet-shaped blanks. In particular come cellulose or the like. Wipes for hygienic or cosmetic and the like. Purposes. By means of the device, the individualized wipes are placed one inside the other in such a way that a part of one wipe is covered by a part of the next wipe.
This device is supplied with two fibrous webs, each of which is assigned a cutting device for transversely cutting the webs into individual sheets offset from one another and which with folding devices for the individual sheets along a transverse line with a shaft receiving the stack of sheets and with a device for depositing and holding it down associated therewith of the top cloth is equipped in the formation of the stack.
Such a device has already become known from US-PS 27 61 676. In this device, the device for storing and for holding down the top cloth of the stack consists of comb-shaped branches with finger fingers that separate the individual cloths from the remove these feed rollers and press them down onto the stack, as well as from comb-like hold-down devices which, after placing the top cloth in each case, lie over the stack in the cloth stacking shaft in order to hold the stack in the shaft under a certain tension and move it upwards To prevent storage of each cloth.
The mechanism mentioned above is complex and structurally complex. Both the laying fingers and the holding fingers of the hold-down devices that reach between the laying fingers must work in time with the machine, i.e. in particular, that they are must be active each time a cloth is deposited. In order to ensure clean storage of the folded towels and correct stack formation, the working speed of the device is limited, in particular because masses falling in weight have to be moved relatively quickly, in particular accelerated and decelerated, resulting in undesirable vibrations if the device runs too quickly surrender.
The invention has for its object to improve devices of the type in question, so as to reduce the inertial forces and thus speed up the workflow and thus increase productivity, without the quality and the exact design of the cloth stack are impaired.
To achieve this object, it is proposed according to the invention to design the device in question in the manner as specified in claims 1 and 2 in detail.

- 1 shows a cross section through a device equipped on both sides of the cloth stacking shaft, each with a cantilever, from which its structural design can be seen,
- 2 shows a cross section through a device, the depositing device of which has two offshoots each,
- Fig. 3 is a plan view of the device of FIG. 2, and
- 4 shows the principle of the depositing and holding-down device of the device according to FIGS. 2 and 3.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the device has an identical mirror image to the central plane M, so that, for reasons of simplification, only one side of the device is described below with regard to its structure.
15 transversal in einzelne Abschnitte bzw. The
The crank drives 32, 33 acting on the
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the depositing device for the
If, for example, even three
The sequence of movements of the moving parts of the depositing device according to FIG. 2 can be seen particularly clearly from the schematic drawing of FIG. 3. The solid lines relate to the individual elements of the
In the position shown in FIG. 3, the front ends of the placing
Instead of the crank drives mentioned and illustrated by way of example, other levers or the like can of course be used. Use shoots that can easily achieve certain optimal curve shapes along which the front ends of the laying fingers should move, with the least design effort.
From the above explanations it can be seen that the depositing fingers of the depositing device have the task of not only depositing the individual, folded sheets on the sheet stack, but also putting it down or on it hold so as to form the exact stack of
The device designed in accordance with the invention makes it possible to increase its performance considerably, since the replication of the offshoots reduces their working speed, so that at this otherwise problematic point on the device there are no problems which would limit productivity.
