Abstract

The invention relates to a sales device which serves for displaying spools of sewing thread or similar cylindrical products and consists essentially of a rectangular display case (1) having a glass covering (8). In order to provide a sales device of this type which offers versatile and favourable display possibilities whilst requiring little space, it is proposed according to the invention that the shorter side walls (2) of the case (1) essentially have the shape of a scalene right-angled triangle, of which the longer legs laterally bound the rear side (3), the short legs laterally bound a longitudinal side wall (4) and the hypotenuses laterally bound the upper or front side (5) of the case (1).

Das in den Fig. 1-3 dargestellte Verkaufsgerät besteht im wesentlichen aus einem rechteckigen, eine Glasabdeckung aufweisenden Kasten 1, bei dem die kürzeren Seitenwände 2 im wesentlichen die Form eines ungleichschenkligen rechtwinkligen Dreiecks haben, von denen die längeren Katheten die Unter- bzw. Hinterseite 3, die kurzen Katheten eine Längsseitenwand 4 und die Hypothenusen die Ober- bzw. Vorderseite 5 des Kastens 1 seitlich begrenzen.Letzterer weist einen parallel und im Abstand zu den Hypothenusen der Seitenwände 2 verlaufenden Boden 6 auf. Auf diesem sind parallel zu den Seitenwänden 2 verlaufende Unterteilungsstege 7 angeordnet.
Als Glasabdeckung des Kastens 1 ist eine rahmenlose Scheibe 8 vorgesehen, die in Nuten 9 in den kurzen Seitenwänden 2 mit Klemmsitz angeordnet ist und die so bemessen ist, daß zu beiden oberen Längskanten des Kastens 1 eine Einfüll- bzw. Entnahmeöffnung 10 verbleibt.
Die kurzen Seitenwände 2 des Kastens 1 wie auch die Unterteilungsstege 7 sind an ihren oberen Ecken mit Ausrundungen 11 bzw. 12 versehen, um die Entnahme der Waren, die sich in den vom Boden 6 der Scheibe 8 den Stegen 7 bzw.
