Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Kunststoffverschluss bestehend aus einem auf einem Behälter befestigbaren Unterteil und einem damit über ein Scharnier einstückig verbundenen Deckel , mit einem dem Scharnier diametral gegenüberliegend angebrachten Griffbereich, der von einem am Unterteil angeordneten Garantieelement mindestens teilweise abgedeckt wird; wobei zusätzlich an einem Verschlussteil und am Garantieelement Sicherungsmittel vorgesehen sind, die vor der Erstöffnung des Verschlusses in formschlüssiger Verbindung zueinander stehen.
    Aus der ES-U-212'300 ist bereits ein Kunststoffverschluss, der obgenannten Art bekannt. Am Unterteil des Verschlusses ist ein nach aussen vorstehender Haken angespritzt, der im geschlossenen Zustand des Verschlusses in einen Durchbruch im Deckel eingreift. Ein über Stege am Unterteil angespritztes Garantieband verhindert den Zugriff, so dass erst nach dessen Entfernung die Sicherungsmittel auseinander gedrückt werden können.
  • Eine andere Anordnung der Sicherungselemente zeigt die EP-A-0'141'591. Hier ist der Haken am Deckel angeordnet und untergreift im geschlossenen Zustand ein Garantieband, welches distanziert von der Deckfläche des Unterteiles an diesem über Stege, die wiederum als Sollbruchstellen dienen, angespritzt ist. Ferner ist hier auch eine Variante gezeigt, bei der statt einem Haken mehrere nach aussen vorstehende Vorsprünge am Deckel angebracht sind, die unter das beschriebene Garantieband greifen. Völlig identische Lösungen sind allerdings auch schon aus der US-A-4'487'324 und der DE-A-34'42'152 bekannt.
  • All diese Verschlüsse haben die unangenehme Eigenart, dass entweder am Deckel oder am Unterteil nach aussen vorstehende Teile auch nach der erstmaligen Oeffnung und Entfernung des Garantieelementes verbleiben. Dies ist einerseits unschön und andererseits auch unnütz. Wesentlich ist jedoch, dass gerade diese verbleibenden hakenförmigen Vorsprünge eine latente Verletzungsgefahr bilden, weil beim sprunghaften Oeffnen oder Schliessen sich der Benützer die Haut an den Fingern aufschürft.
  • Eine andere Lösung, bei der das obige Problem nicht auftritt, ist in der US-A-4'696'408 dargestellt. Hier bildet das Garantieelement nur eine Abdeckung der Griffnische, so dass der Deckel nicht gefasst werden kann. Dies bildet jedoch nur teilweise eine Lösung des Problemes, das ein solcher Verschluss zwar ein Garantieelement aufweist, jedoch keine Sicherungsmittel hat. Folglich ist ein solcher Verschluss nicht geeignet für Behälter, in denen sich ein Innendruck bilden kann. Mangels Sicherungsmittel, die formschlüssig Unterteil und Kappe zusammenhalten, kann der Verschluss sich durch bildende Gase oder durch Unterdruck der Umgebung öffnen, beispielsweise beim Transport von in Flaschen gefüllten Getränke über ein Gebirge.
    Auch lassen sich die meisten garantiegesicherten Verschlüsse durch Manipulation öffnen.
  • Es ist folglich die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Kunststoffverschluss, der eingangs genannten Art derart zu verbessern, dass er trotz formschlüssigen Sicherungsmittel nach der Entfernung des Garantieelementes keine Gefahr einer Verletzung mehr bietet, aber trotzdem vandalensicher ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe löst ein Kunststoffverschluss mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1.
  • Die genial einfache Lösung besteht somit darin, dass am Garantieelement mindestens ein zum Zentrum des Verschlusses hin gerichtetes vorstehendes Sicherungsmittel angebracht ist, welches formschlüssig in eine einspringende Oeffnung am Unterteil des Verschlusses eingreift. Mit der Entfernung des Garantieelementes werden gleichzeitig die vorstehenden Teile der Sicherungsmittel entfernt, womit die Verletzungsgefahr bei späteren Betätigungen des Verschlusses verunmöglicht ist.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen sind in den abhängigen Patentansprüchen erwähnt und in der nachfolgenden Beschreibung erläutert. In den angefügten Zeichnungen sind zwei Ausführungsbeispieie des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Es zeigt:

  • In der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes an zwei unterschiedlich gestalteten Kunststoffverschlüssen dargestellt. Der Kunststoffverschluss gemäss den Figuren 1 und 2 ist für Behälter konzipiert, die ein dickflüssiges Medium enthalten. Solche Behälter, die beispielsweise Ketchup enthalten, stehen in der Gebrauchslage üblicherweise auf dem Kopf. Aus diesem Grund erweitert sich der Unterteil 1 vom Anschluss mit den Haltemitteln 9 zur Befestigung auf einem Behälter, nach oben zum Deckel 2 hin. Unterteil 1 und Deckel 2 sind einstückig über ein Scharnier 4 miteinander verbunden. Die Ausgestaltung des Scharnieres ist für die Erfindung unwesentlich. Der Unterteil 1 hat somit einen inneren zylindrischen Teil 10, der durch eine Deckfläche 11 geschlossen ist, in den eine Ausgusstülle 7 mündet. Am unteren Rand des zylindrischen Teiles 10 des Unterteiles 1 schliesst eine konisch sich von unten nach oben erweiternde Mantelwand 13 an, die sich bis kurz oberhalb der Deckfläche 11 des zylindrischen Teiles 10 erstreckt. Hierdurch ergibt sich ein ringförmiger Hohlraum 14, der durch eine im Bereich des Scharnieres 4 angelenkte Abdeckfläche 12 verschliessen lässt.
  • Der über das Scharnier 4 mit dem Unterteil 1 verbundene Deckel 2 hat auf seiner Innenfläche eine Ringwand 8, die als klemmende Ausgussdichtung ausgestaltet ist. Die Ringwand 8 ist genau auf die Ausgusstülle 7 ausgerichtet. Eine zweite, konzentrische Wand 15 ist so gestaltet, dass sie im geschlossenen Zustand des Verschlusses auf die Abdeckfläche 12 drückt. Dem Scharnier 4 diametral gegenüber ist in der vertikalen Wand eine Vertiefung eingelassen, die den Griffbereich 3 bildet. Hier appliziert der Benützer mit seinem Daumen eine in Oeffnungsrichtung wirkende Kraft. Um ein Abrutschen zu vermeiden, ist der Griffbereich 3 mit einer Riffelung 16 versehen. Im untersten Teil des Griffbereiches 3 erkennt man eine Einrastnische 17, die einen eckigen Querschnitt aufweist. Vor der erstmaligen Oeffnung durch den Gebraucher ist am Unterteil 1 ein Garantieelement 5 angebracht. Die Verbindung zwischen Garantieelement 5 und Unterteil 1 erfolgt über mehrere zerstörbare Verbindungsstellen 18. Die Verbindungsstellen 18 können beispielsweise als Stege ausgebildet sein, die als Sollbruchstellen dienen. Beim erstmaligen Schliessen gleitet der Deckel 2 mit seinem Griffbereich 3 hinter das Garantieelement 5. Das Garantieelement 5 weist Einrasthaken 19 auf, die einen sägezahnförmigen Querschnitt haben. Vorzugsweise wird man mehrere Einrasthaken vorsehen, doch genügt im Prinzip ein einziger Einrasthaken 19. Die Einrasthaken 19 greifen in der Garantielage des Verschlusses in die Einrastnische 17 des Deckels 2. Die Einrastnische 17 mit eckigem Querschnitt bildet zusammen mit den Einrasthaken 19 die Sicherungsmittel 6. Ein Ausklinken dieser Sicherungsmittel 6, auch mit Werkzeuge, ist nicht möglich, ohne dass dabei die zerstörbaren Verbindungsstellen 18 zwischen dem Unterteil 1 und dem Garantieelement 5 zerstört werden.
  • Das Garantieelement 5 wird in den meisten Fällen als abreissbares Garantieband ausgestaltet sein. Prinzipiell wäre es jedoch ohne weiteres möglich, dieses dickwandig zu gestalten, so dass es genügend Steifigkeit erhält, um unter einem gewissen Kraftaufwand abgedrückt zu werden. Auf jeden Fall bildet das Garantieelement durch sein Vorhandensein die sichtbare Unversehrtheitskontrolle. Solange das Garantielement vorhanden ist, können die Sicherungsmittel 6 nicht aus dem Eingriff gebracht werden. Die Einrastnische 17 bildet kein Hinderniss, an dem der Verwender sich verletzen könnte. Die vorstehenden Teile der Sicherung nämlich die Einrasthaken 19 werden gleichzeitig mit der Zerstörung der Verbindungsstellen 18 entfernt. Die Möglichkeit sich an den Einrasthaken somit zu verletzen, ist nicht gegeben.
  • In den Figuren 3 bis 8 ist ein einteiliger Kunststoffverschluss mit Schnappscharnier dargestellt. Die Bezugszahlen für gleiche Elemente wurden beigehalten. Der Verschluss ist im montierten Zustand auf einem Behälter B dargestellt. Der Behälter kann beispielsweise eine deformierbare Kunststoffflasche sein. Der hier gezeigte Verschluss ist eher für dünnflüssige Medien geeignet. Auch hier erkennt man wiederum den Unterteil 1, der über ein Schnappscharnier 4 mit dem Deckel 2 verbunden ist. Die Hauptachse zwischen Unterteil 1 und Deckel 2 bildet ein Filmscharnier 20. Ein S-förmiges Federelement 21 bewirkt die Schnappwirkung des Verschlusses. Das Federelement 21 ist über ein Filmscharnier 22 mit dem Unterteil 1 und über ein Filmscharnier 23 mit dem Deckel 2 verbunden. Der Unterteil 1 weist diesmal eine zylindrische Mantelwand 13 und eine innere Ringwand 15 auf. Die innere Ringwand 15 hat wiederum ein Haltemittel 9 zur Befestigung auf dem Behälter B. Während im ersten Ausführungsbeispiel das Haltemittel ein Gewinde ist, ist es in diesem Fall eine Ringnut, in die eine passende Ringwulst am Behälterhals Aufnahme findet. Ein derartiger Verschluss lässt sich einfach aufdrücken. Im Deckel selber ist wiederum eine Ringwand 8 mit entsprechender Dichtwulst angespritzt. Die Ringwand 8 passt wiederum klemmend auf die Ausgusstülle 7, welche die Deckfläche 11 des Unterteiles 1 durchsetzt. Die Mantelwand 13 verläuft vom Punkt, der diametral dem Scharnier 4 gegenüberliegt, schräg nach oben bis zum höchsten Punkt, der beim Filmscharnier 20 liegt.
  • In den Figuren 3 und 4 ist der Verschluss in seiner Herstellungslage, das heisst in der Lage, in der er gespritzt wird, dargestellt. In dieser Lage ist das Garantieelement 5 noch über die zerstörbaren Verbindungsstellen 18 fest mit dem Unterteil 1 verbunden. Im Bereich der oberen Kante des Garantielementes 5 ist eine schwenkbare Sperre 27, die in der Herstellungslage schräg nach oben gerichtet ist, angebracht. Die schwenkbare Sperre 27 ist mit dem Garantieelement 5 über ein Filmscharnier 28 angelascht. Beim Entformen des Verschlusses kann die Sperre 27 problemlos wegschwenken, so dass keine Gefahr besteht, dass dieses Element beim Entformen des Verschlusses versehrt wird. Die schwenkbare Sperre 27 wirkt mit einer Sperrkante 29 zusammen, die die untere Begrenzung des Griffbereiches 3 bildet.
  • Die Figuren 5 und 6 zeigen den erfindungsgemässen Kunststoffverschluss nach der erstmaligen Schliessung in der Garantielage. Beim erstmaligen Schliessen stösst die Unterkante des Deckels 2 die schwenkbare Sperre 27 nach unten und gleitet an sie vorbei. Die schwenkbare Sperre 27 liegt nun innerhalb des Griffbereiches 3 und steht auf der Sperrkante 29 auf. Die schwenkbare Sperre 27 zusammen mit der Sperrkante 29 bilden wiederum die Sicherungsmittel 6. Das Garantieleement ist in diesem Fall wiederum als abreissbares Garantieband dargestellt, welches endseitig verdickte Grifflaschen 25 aufweist. Das Garantieelement 5 bildet wiederum eine Sichtkontrolle für die Unversehrtheit des Produktes . Auch wenn man von oben mit einem dünnen Werkzeug im verbleibenden kleinen Spalt zwischen dem Garantieelement und dem Deckel 2 hineingreifen würde, liesse sich die schwenkbare Sperre 27 wegen seiner Dicke nicht soweit zum Garantieelement 5 hin drücken, dass es nicht mehr von der Sperrkante 29 erfasst werden würde. Somit ist der Garantieverschluss absolut vandalensicher. Das weitgehend den Deckel 2 umgreifende Garantieband 5 erlaubt es auch nicht den Deckel 2 überhaupt zu erfassen. Somit ist eine doppelte Sicherheit gewährleistet.
  • Ist das Garantieelement 5 einmal entfernt, wie dies in den Figuren 7 und 8 dargestellt ist, so lässt sich der Verschluss, wie ein gewöhnlicher Schnappverschluss bedienen, ohne dass dabei irgendwelche vorstehenden Teile am Unterteil oder am Deckel verbleiben, womit wiederum jegliche Verletzungsgefahr definitiv vermieden ist. Selbstverständlich kann hier das Garantieelement nicht nur, wie dargestellt als Garantieband ausgestaltet sein, sondern wiederum auch als abdrückbares Teil Ein solches Teil würde man lediglich etwas grösser als den Griffbereich 3 ausgestalten. Die zerstörbare Verbindung zwischen Garantieelement und Unterteil lässt sich nicht nur als zerstörbare Stege, sondern auch als aufreissbare durchgehende Dünn-stelle ausbilden.
  • Es ist erstaunlich, dass die einfache Idee, die Sicherungsmittel 6 am Deckel und Garantieleement anders anzuordnen, bisher nie realisiert wurde. Dies ist um so erstaunlicher, da dadurch erstmals ein wirklich vandalensicherer Garantieverschluss realisiert werden kann. Die bisher bekannten Garantieverschlüsse liessen sich mit etwas Geschick und einem kleinen Schraubenzieher bisher immer öffnen, ohne das Garantieelement, beziehungsweise die Verbindung zwischen Garantieelement und Unterteil zu zerstören.

Claims (6)

  1. Kunststoffverschluss bestehend aus einem auf einem Behälter (B) befestigbaren Unterteil (1) und einem damit über ein Scharnier (4) einstückig verbundenen Deckel (2), mit einem dem Scharnier diametral gegenüberliegend angebrachten Griffbereich (3), der von einem am Unterteil (1) angeordneten Garantieelement (5) mindestens teilweise abgedeckt wird, wobei zusätzlich an einem Verschlussteil (1,2) und am Garantieelement (5) Sicherungsmittel (6) vorgesehen sind, die vor der Erstöffnung des Verschlusses in formschlüssiger Verbindung zueinander stehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungsmittel (6) aus mindestens einem am Garantieelement (5) angeordneten, zur Mantelwand des Deckels (2) hin gerichteten Mittel (19,27) besteht, das mit mindestens einer entsprechend darauf ausgerichteten Einbuchtung (17,29) im Deckel (2) formschlüssig zusammenpasst.
  2. Kunststoffverschluss nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Einbuchtung (17,29) im Griffbereich (3) des Deckels (2) angeordnet ist.
  3. Kunststoffverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungsmittel (6) aus einer Einrastnische (17) am Deckel (2) mit im Längsschnitt eckigem Querschnitt und entsprechend gestalteten Einrasthaken (19) am Garantieelement (5) bestehen.
  4. Kunststoffverschluss nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des oberen Randes des Garantieelementes (5) mindestens eine schwenkbare Sperre (27) angeordnet ist, die vor der erstmaligen Oeffnung im Griffbereich (3) hinter mindestens einer Sperrkante (29) Anschlag findet.
  5. Kunststoffverschluss nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass drei schwenkbare Sperren (27) vorgesehen sind, die allesamt hinter derselben Sperrkante (29) Anschlag finden.
  6. Kunststoffverschluss nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schwenkbare Sperre beziehungsweise Sperren (27) über ein Filmscharnier (28) mit dem Garantieelement (5) verbunden ist, beziehungsweise sind.
