Claims (5)
- Verfahren zur Dekoration oder Beschriftung einer Oberfläche (8) mittels Laserstrahlung, wobei auf die Oberfläche (8) wenigstens zwei unterschiedlich gefärbte Farblackschichten (4, 5) übereinander aufgebracht und anschliessend wenigstens die zum Betrachter weisende erste Farblackschicht (4) mittels der Laserstrahlung bereichsweise zur Erzeugung der Dekoration oder Beschriftung entfernt und so die unterschiedlich gefärbte zweite Farblackschicht (5) freigelegt aber nicht vollständig abgetragen oder entfernt wird, wobei wenigstens die erste Farblackschicht (4) in einem Transferverfahren auf die Oberfläche (8) aufgebracht wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass mindestens die erste Farblackschicht (4) mittels einer die erste Farblackschicht (4) auf einem Trägerfilm (1) umfassenden Prägefolie, vorzugsweise Heissprägefolie, von dem Trägerfilm (1) auf die Oberfläche (8) übertragen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Farblackschicht (4, 5) in einem Prägeverfahren vom Trägerfilm (1 ) einer Prägefolie, insbesondere einer Heissprägefolie, auf die Oberfläche (8) übertragen werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die erste Farblackschicht (4) vor oder nach der Laserbearbeitung eine transparente Schutzlackschicht (3) aufgebracht wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sämtliche Lackschichten (3, 4, 5) mittels einer Prägefolie aufgebracht werden, die einen Trägerfilm (1 ) und auf diesem ablösbar die Lackschichten (3, 4, 5) aufweist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass zur Erzeugung der wenigstens zwei unterschiedlich gefärbten, übereinanderliegenden Farblackschichten (4, 5) auf einer Oberfläche (8) eine Prägefolie, insbesondere Heissprägefolie, umfassend einen vorzugsweise aus Polyester bestehenden Trägerfilm (1 ), auf dem aufeinanderfolgend eine Trennschicht (2), gegebenenfalls eine Schutzlackschicht (3), wenigstens zwei unterschiedlich farbige Farblackschichten (4, 5) sowie eine Kleberschicht (6) angeordnet sind, verwendet wird.
