Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft Palettenbehälter für Flüssigkeiten,mit einem Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff mit je einer verschließbaren Einfüll- und Auslaßöffnung und einem auf einer Flachpalette aus Metall oder Holz befestigten Außenmantel aus Metall, wobei die Palette zur Handhabung mittels Hubstapler, Regalbediengerät oder dgl. eingerichtet ist (DE 38 19 911 A1, DE 25 45 023 C2).
  • Die strengen gesetzlichen Umweltvorschriften erfordern den Übergang von Einwegbehältern wie Palettenbehälter und Fässer zum Transport und zur Lagerung von Flüssigkeiten unterschiedlicher Art auf Mehrwegbehälter, die Umstellung auf Behälter mit größerem Volumen mit dem Ziel einer Verringerung der Restmengen und die Entwicklung neuer Mehrwegbehälter, die im Hinblick auf eine Entlastung der Umwelt von schädlichen Stoffen rekonditioniert und deren durch das flüssige Transport- und Lagergut kontaminierten Kunststoffbestandteile durch eine schadstoffarme oder sogar schadstofffreie Vernichtung z.B. durch Verbrennen optimal entsorgt werden können.
  • Der Einsatz der gattungsgemäßen Palettenbehälter als Mehrwegbehälter ist wegen der hohen Rücktransportkosten für die leeren Behälter zu den Herstellbetrieben der Flüssiggüter bzw. den Abfüllbetrieben und wegen der hohen Lagerkosten aufgrund des großen Platzbedarfes der Behälter unwirtschaftlich. Ein weiterer Nachteil der gattungsgemäßen Palettenbehälter ist in der Entsorgung der verhältnismäßig großen Kunststoffmasse des Innenbehälters bei einer Kontaminierung des Kunststoffs durch das Flüssiggut zu sehen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, den gattungsgemäßen Palettenbehälter im Hinblick auf eine Senkung der Leertransport- und Lagerkosten für den Einsatz als Mehrwegbehälter und eine optimale Entsorgung des Kunststoff-Innenbehälters weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch einen Palettenbehälter mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1.
  • Die Unteransprüche beinhalten zweckmäßige Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Palettenbehälter zeichnet sich durch folgende Vorteile aus:
       Durch die Zusammenlegbarkeit des Außenmantels und des Stützeinsatzes für den Innenbehälter sowie die Möglichkeit des Einstülpens des flexiblen Oberteils in das formhaltige Unterteil des Kunststoff-Innenbehälters können für den Leertransport die Paletten und die Außenmäntel zusammen mit den Stützeinsätzen flachliegend aufeinander gestapelt und die Kunststoff-Innenbehälter genestet gestapelt werden, so daß aufgrund des erheblich verminderten Platzbedarfs der zusammengelegten Palettenbehälter im Leerzustand gegenüber den Palettenbehältern mit gefülltem Innenbehälter die Transportkosten für den Rücktransport der Palettenbehälter zu den Herstell- und Abfüllbetrieben für die Flüssiggüter und die Kosten für die Lagerung der leeren Palettenbehälter wesentlich gesenkt werden können. Durch die Abstützung des Kunststoff-Innenbehälters mittels eines Stützeinsatzes, der in den Außenmantel aus einem Gitterwerk eingesetzt wird, kann die Wandstärke des Kunststoff-Innenbehälters wesentlich vermindert und dadurch die durch Farben, Lacke und dgl. umweltgefährdende Flüssigkeiten kontaminierte Kunststoffmasse erheblich verringert werden, so daß die Entsorgung dieser Kunststoffmasse durch Verbrennen unproblematisch ist. Schließlich kann der Palettenbehälter zum Befüllen mit Flüssiggut einfach und schnell zusammengebaut und zum Leertransport und zur Lagerung auf einfache Weise zerlegt werden.
  • Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen in schematischer Darstellung

  • Der als Mehrwegbehälter verwendete Palettenbehälter 1 nach den Fign. 1 und 2 für den Transport und zur Lagerung von Flüssiggut unterschiedlicher Art weist als Hauptbestandteile einen Außenmantel 2 aus sich kreuzenden senkrechten und waagerechten Gitterstäben 3, 4 aus Metall, einen in den Außenmantel 2 einsetzbaren Stützeinsatz 5 für einen austauschbaren, dünnwandigen Innenbehälter 6 aus Kunststoff, vorzugsweise Polyethylen, mit rechteckigem Grundriß und abgerundeten Ecken, der mit einem durch einen Schraubdeckel 8 verschließbaren Einfüllstutzen 7 und einem Entleerungsstutzen 9 zum Anschluß eines Entnahmehahns 10 ausgestattet ist, einen eine Deckelfunktion ausübenden oberen Versteifungsrahmen 11 aus diagonal angeordneten, mit dem Gittermantel 2 jeweils in der Seitenmitte verschraubten Rohrstreben und eine mittels Hubstapler, Regalbediengerät oder dgl. handhabbare Stahlpalette 12 mit euronormgerechten Längen- und Breitenabmessungen zum Tragen des Innenbehälters 6, des Stützeinsatzes 5 und des an der Palette 12 befestigten Gittermantels 2 auf.
  • Der zusammenlegbare Gittermantel 2 besteht aus vier miteinander verschraubten oder durch Scharniere miteinander verbundenen Wandteilen 2a - 2d, die auf der Stahlpalette 12 lösbar befestigt sind.
  • Der zusammenfaltbare, zur Versteifung des dünnwandigen Kunststoff-Innenbehälters 6 dienende Stützeinsatz 5, der als Kunststoff-Blasteil gefertigt ist, weist vier doppelwandige Wandteile 5a-5d mit glatten Innenwänden 13 und Außenwänden 14 mit senkrechten und waagerechten Mulden 15, 16 zur Aufnahme der senkrechten und waagerechten Gitterstäbe 3, 4 auf, wobei die Gitterstäbe 3, 4 zur Bildung einer durchgehenden äußeren Wandebene vollkommen in die Wandteile 5a-5d integriert sind (Fig. 3). Die Wandteile 5a-5d des Stützeinsatzes 5 sind durch flexible Scharnierteile 17 aus Kunststoff miteinander verbunden. Die Scharnierteile 17 des Stützeinsatzes 5 befinden sich an den gleichen Stellen wie die Scharniere des Gittermantels 2, so daß die Wandteile 5a-5d des Stützeinsatzes 5 zusammen mit den Wandteilen 2a-2d des Gittermantels 2 zu einem flachen Paket zusammengefaltet werden können (Fig. 5).
  • Der als Blasteil hergestellte dünnwandige Kunststoff-Innenbehälter 6 weist ein steifes, formhaltiges Unterteil 18 und ein zu Stapel- und Transportzwecken in das Unterteil 18 einstülpbares, flexibles Oberteil 19 auf, das beim Zusammenbau eines Palettenbehälters 1 durch Einblasen von Luft oder beim Befüllen durch die aufsteigende Flüssigkeit aufgerichtet wird (Fig. 4).
  • Ohne den Kunststoff-Innenbehälter 6 kann der Palettenbehälter 1 zum Transport und zur Lagerung von Stückgut und Halbzeug unterschiedlicher Art verwendet werden.
  • Der Palettenbehälter 1 kann zu Leertransportzwecken leicht und schnell zerlegt und zu einer raumsparenden Transporteinheit zusammengestellt werden (Fig.5 ).
  • Weiterhin besteht die Möglichkeit, zu Transport- und Lagerzwecken mehrere Paletten 12, zusammengelegte Stützeinsätze 5 und Gittermäntel 2 sowie Innenbehälter 6 zu getrennten Stapeln aufeinanderzusetzen, wobei die Innenbehälter 6 genestet gestapelt werden (Fig. 6).
  • In Abänderung der beschriebenen Ausführungsform kann der zusammenlegbare Stützeinsatz 5 aus glatten Wandteilen aus Kunststoff bestehen, die durch Scharnierteile aus Kunststoff oder Metall miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Ferner kann der Stützeinsatz 5 durch einen zusammenlegbaren Blechmantel aus durch Scharniere miteinander verbundenen Wandteilen gebildet sein.
  • Schließlich kann der Stützeinsatz 5 aus einem steifen, zu Stapelzwecken im unteren Bereich leicht verjüngt ausgebildeten, behälterartigen Mantel mit glatten Wandteilen aus Kunststoff bestehen.
  • Gemäß der Darstellung in Fig. 1 besteht die Möglichkeit, den Palettenbehälter 1 mit einer fahrbaren Palette 12 auszustatten,die vier Lenkrollen 20 aufweist, von denen mindestens eine mit einem Feststeller 21 ausgerüstet ist.
  • Die Lenkrollen 20 sind aus der Ruhestellung innerhalb der Palette 12 in die Fahrstellung unterhalb der Palette ausschwenkbar und umgekehrt aus der Fahrstellung in die Ruhestellung in die Palette einschwenkbar.
  • Ein derart fahrbar ausgebildeter Palettenbehälter eignet sich ohne den Innenbehälter besonders für den innerbetrieblichen Transport von Stückgut und Halbzeug aller Art und für die Lagerung von Stückgut und Halbzeug.

Claims (10)

  1. Palettenbehälter für Flüssigkeiten, mit einem Innenbehälter aus Kunststoff mit je einer verschließbaren Einfüll- und Auslaßöffnung und einem auf einer Flachpalette aus Metall oder Holz befestigten Außenmantel aus Metall, wobei die Palette zur Handhabung mittels Hubstapler, Regalbediengerät oder dgl. eingerichtet ist, gekennzeichnet durch einen zusammenlegbaren, auf der Palette (12) lösbar befestigten Außenmantel (2) aus einem Metallgitterwerk oder aus Blech und einen an dem Außenmantel (2) anliegenden, zusammenfaltbaren Stützeinsatz (5) für den dünnwandigen Kunststoff-Innenbehälter (6) zu Leertransport- und Lagerzwecken des als Ein- und Mehrwegbehälter zum Einsatz kommenden Palettenbehälters (1).
  2. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützeinsatz (5) doppelwandige Wandteile (5a-5d) mit glatten Innenwänden (13) und Außenwänden (14) mit senkrechten und waagerechten Mulden (15,16) zur Aufnahme der senkrechten und waagerechten Gitterstäbe (3,4) eines Gittermantels (2) aufweist, die Gitterstäbe (3,4) zur Bildung einer durchgehenden äußeren Wandebene vollkommen in die Wandteile (5a-5d) integriert sind und die Wandteile (5a-5d) durch Scharnierteile (17) miteinander verbunden sind.
  3. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Stützeinsatz (5) als Kunststoff-Blasteil gefertigt ist.
  4. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützeinsatz (5) aus glatten Wandteilen aus Kunststoff besteht, die durch Scharnierteile aus Kunststoff oder Metall miteinander verbunden sind.
  5. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützeinsatz (5) durch einen zusammenlegbaren Blechmantel aus durch Scharniere verbundenen Wandteilen gebildet ist.
  6. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützeinsatz (5) aus einem steifen, zu Stapelzwecken im unteren Bereich leicht verjüngt ausgebildeten, behälterartigen Mantel mit glatten Wandteilen aus Kunststoff besteht.
  7. Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch einen geblasenen, geschlossenen Kunststoff-Innenbehälter (6) mit einem Einfüll- (7) und einem Entleerungsstutzen (9), der (6) ein steifes, formhaltiges Unterteil (18) und ein zu Stapel- und Transportzwecken in das Unterteil (18) einstülpbares, flexibles Oberteil (19) aufweist.
  8. Palettenbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch eine fahrbare Palette (12) mit vier Lenkrollen (20).
  9. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lenkrollen (20) aus der Ruhestellung innerhalb der Palette (12) in die Fahrstellung unter die Palette (12) ausschwenkbar und umgekehrt aus der Fahrstellung in die Ruhestellung in die Palette (12) einschwenkbar sind.
  10. Palettenbehälter nach Anspruch 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Lenkrolle (20) mit einem Festeller (21) ausgerüstet ist.
