Definitions
- the company Zellweger AG offered a device under the name Wisotex.
- This device comprises a video camera with optical image recognition, which marks the detected errors. At the goods inspection the marked positions are then examined and, if possible fixed the bugs. All markings are then removed and the corresponding information is therefore lost. The markings must be removed, however, in order not to succession errors in the To evoke tissue finishing. Because of the high cost factor and the lack of reliability, however, this device has on the Market cannot prevail. This is not surprising when you look at it about the multitude of possible types of tissue defects Has knowledge. In this regard, reference is made to the publication "Katalog der Tissue defect types in the raw fabric ", published by the International Textile Service LTD, Schlieren, Switzerland, 1989.
- the US-4'146'061 (Nissan Motor Comp.) Deals with the Errors to be found on the weaving machine.
- the fault detection is limited to warp and weft breaks, which be determined by the weaving machine itself.
- the selvedge length markings woven in which are based on absolute length measurement based. The data obtained can be viewed during the first Goods inspection can be used reproducibly and are then lost.
- the direct measurement of the Change in length of the web of equipment is one meaningful measure and a sensitive indicator for the constancy of many processes of the equipment.
- a measurement the current length of the web at any point in the Process enables a number of improvements in process accuracy.
- This task is solved by a method which is characterized by that marks are incorporated into the web that allow an incremental measurement of the web, and that during the creation and further processing the web a specific web file on one electronic data carrier is created, which is the production-specific Data and all production errors that occur with the marking information.
- the essence of the invention is that in one to be manufactured and a web to be processed is incorporated, which is an incremental measurement of the web allowed and localized according to events records, and stating the event and location records a web file.
- the symbolic in the production flow shown web is designated 1.
- These webs are continuously incorporated markings. These markings form at least a kind of continuous tape measure inseparably connected to the web. Means the corresponding sensors 3, the markings 2 can be read and thus result in information related to the web 1.
- Every machine stop of every production machine respectively Processing plant 4 and others on the web 1 Influencing production data are on a web file 5 stored.
- the web file 5 becomes from each stage of production to the next stage of production supplied with the web 1 or in the form of data transfers forwarded.
- the web file 5 with additional information enriched, whereby these data in turn with the Location information which are read from the markings 2, stored in a coupled manner. Accordingly arises a subsequent web file 5+ or 5 ++, etc.
- the web 1 is over a show table 6 directed.
- the feed of the web 1 on the show table 6 is controlled by the web file 5.
- the detection probe 3 the corresponding location from the continuous marks has been determined the feed of the web 1 stopped so that the detected There is an error directly in front of the operator. Examines them the error, the type of which, for example, on a Display can be shown, and fixes it as far as possible.
- the operator acknowledges the recognized one Error and deletes it from the web file if it does Can fix errors or marked the error as unrecoverable. Accordingly, the web file is afterwards designated 5 + -.
- FIG Ready-made clothing shown schematically.
- the web file 5A is entered, for example, in a central database and fed a web section to be cut.
- a detection probe 3 is provided, which reads the still existing marker 2.
- the individual web sections A, B, C can already when cutting with appropriate identification labels be provided, the identification marks also on the corresponding, corresponding web file is stored. If this identification is read before cutting, so the computer can immediately find the appropriate web file find again.
- the markings 2 not only contain location information, but also web identification signals included.
- the web 1 so uses that with minimal waste and maximum Use of the perfect web can be worked.
- the irregular The pattern of the markings creates a kind of fingerprint, which can be read and with stored marker arrangements can be compared. Such irregular Markings can be done via a random generator produce.
- each web of material produces a unique pattern, that of allows clear identification at any time.
- each location of the web can not only be relative but also absolutely seen again.
- the direction of the course a web section can at any time can be determined subsequently.
- Will be a specific marker sequence not found so you can assume that the goods section in the wrong direction is scanned. But plays the direction of course in and of itself the web does not matter, so it can be software also proceed in such a way that a sequence of markings are scanned in sufficient numbers and compared with the stored data, no match is found, the sequence is reversed and the comparison is repeated carried out.
- the markings can be removed advantageously in the edge area of the textile Arrange the path.
- a large number of different options is particularly advisable if the markings in the Form of structural changes are incorporated.
- Such Structural changes can not only in regular or irregular intervals, but they can instead of or in addition also different in shape be designed. This automatically increases the Number of information given about these tags can be.
- a warp thread as an information carrier too can also use different versions to.
- a warp yarn can be used at fixed intervals Have thick and thin places, which as markings can serve.
- Such yarns are under the name Fancy yarn already available on the market.
- a special one advantageous embodiment is that one incorporates at least one metal warp thread on which magnetic markings are attached.
- Such a thread can be specially made so that it is a special is able to absorb a large amount of information.
- a such warp thread can thus already in its production by arranging markers with basic information be provided. Such information can for example, sequential numbering in the form of Include code sequences.
- Another solution is to use warp threads which have magnetizable properties. A such warp thread can then be electromagnetic during production be marked.
- the warp thread does not need a pure metal thread but can be, for example, a mono- or multifilar Thread with a metallic coating.
- the corresponding Markings can then, for example, in the sequence consist of coated and uncoated thread sections.
- yarns are also known in which radiation-active material is stored.
- Such a Warp thread is also excellent as a corresponding Mark.
- a thread made of radiation-active material can also be used as a weft.
- a corresponding one The sensor can then measure the distance between two active ones Determine materials easily. In the clothing industry you will probably distance yourself from this solution to take.
- markings can be created using different means. Most of the through weaving measures produced structural changes, that serve as markings can be scanned purely mechanically. However, it is also possible to use the majority to detect these markings optically. Only if the Markings are in magnetic form, the markings must can of course be read electromagnetically.
- the corresponding sensor must be doped laterally of course be a radiation detector. Is this radiation-active material in weft threads with a relatively large Distance available, so using the radiation detector corresponding impulses are counted.
